We are growing and have ambitious plans to expand across Europe, employing the best minds and technology to let us do this.
The impact you'll have:
Reporting to the CPO, you will build and own a capability that loveholidays has never had before: a dedicated function that connects market intelligence to proposition development, and proposition development to commercial outcomes.
This is a new role. You will define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon: what we sell, to whom and in which markets. You will own the process of getting new propositions to market, from first validation through to launch. And you will maintain the competitive edge of our existing proposition as we scale across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer insight and platform delivery. Your ability to translate market understanding into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, and to drive cross-functional momentum behind launches, will be central to our growth.
Your day-to-day:
Product proposition pipeline
- Translate company strategy, our vision and competitive intelligence into clear proposition expansion opportunities
- Build a deep understanding of different customer segments: their needs, motivations and the perceived and real value of our proposition to them, getting hands on with research and experiencing the product to create deep empathy and knowledge and share that broadly across the business.
- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders
- Define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon and translate that vision into clear proposition and experience requirements for platform and commercial teams
Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch
- Define the value position and segmentation approach for each launch
- Own the assessment of initial launch performance and drive the iterations required to hit product-market fit, before handing over to our core and international operating teams to trade independently
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies
- You are hands-on. You can move between setting direction and doing the work, depending on what the moment requires.
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends.
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum.
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave.
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.
At loveholidays, we focus on developing an inclusive culture and environment that encourages personal growth and collective success. Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.
States of Mind is our video-first media at the intersection of mental health and psychedelics. It runs two shows. Human Journeys is built for reach and tells lived stories. Process in Progress is built for authority: it documents the clinicians, facilitators, researchers, and regulators who are building the industry while it takes shape. Both shows follow one honesty rule: difficult and ambiguous stories go on air alongside the successes.
The Role
The Showrunner takes over Process in Progress end to end and answers for one thing above all: whether more people watch it. You decide what gets made, run the recordings, and own the numbers. Editing and production stay with our external editing agency, which you brief and whose cuts you accept or send back.
We are hiring a show-builder. The person we want has already made a recurring format accumulate a following, on whichever platforms the audience turned out to live. The mandate starts with one show and is designed to grow across the slate: you set the craft standards for both current shows now and lead future shows as we add them.
Psychedelic therapy and interventional psychiatry are becoming real medicine, unevenly and noisily, with genuine promise and genuine casualties. We think this transition needs media people can trust: rigorous about evidence, honest about failures and costs, and human about the people living through it and building it. We expect you to find this subject worth years of your curiosity.
Responsibilities: What You Will Drive
The show's audience outcome
Owning people per month and engaged share, measured in named platform fields (Apple Listeners, Spotify Audience, YouTube unique viewers);
Working against floor, target, and stretch goals, and changing the approach whenever the show falls below floor;
Following the audience wherever it accumulates. If growth lives in vertical social rather than long-form YouTube, the measurement fields change (IG Reach, Shorts viewers) and the ownership stays with you;
Sharing one bridge metric with distribution: followers and subscribers converted per episode across platforms. You create the moments that convert, distribution ships and places them. Channel health, total social following, and collabs remain distribution's numbers.
Pre-production and recording
Guest research and dossiers;
Episode scripts with the arc, key questions, and clip moments planned in advance;
Briefs for guests and co-hosts;
Running every recording as the showrunner. Clip moments are created in the room, the edit only finds what was already captured.
Growth loop
A packaging hypothesis for every episode (title, thumbnail, first 60 seconds, structure) and a review of what worked;
Clips as the main acquisition channel;
Reading retention curves, watch-through, and first-7-day performance, and carrying the conclusions into the next episode;
Killing formats that fail to move the numbers two episodes in a row.
Guests and partnerships
Keeping a pipeline of 8+ confirmed guests who are either broadly known (around 100K+ following) or known in the industry (10-15K+);
Bringing institutional representatives (clinics, associations, researchers, regulators) into every second episode. Guest invitations are our partnership motion;
Arranging audience cross-sharing with other shows;
Logging every contact in the shared partner tracker with a next step.
Distribution kit
Handing clips, quotes, talking points, and per-platform titles to distribution at least 2 days before release. A release without its kit counts as an unfinished task.
Craft standards across the slate
Building the production and packaging playbook that both shows run on, together with the Head of Media.
Experience: What You Bring
A show you grew, with proof: its name, the starting and ending numbers, and what you changed;
3+ years producing recurring talk, interview, or documentary formats across platforms, including social video;
Fluency in packaging, CTR, retention curves, and clips as acquisition. You read YouTube, Spotify, and Apple analytics yourself;
Experience briefing external editors and accepting or rejecting a cut;
Daily, systematic use of AI across the production loop, from guest research to clip selection and retention analysis;
Strong plus: work in health, science, medicine, or finance, and a show launched from zero.
What We Don't Expect
A psychedelics background. Almost nobody with this skill set has one, and substance is held by co-hosts and the editorial check. We need curiosity and respect for the field;
Ownership of content substance. Medical and substantive wording sits with hosts, co-hosts, and editorial, and the honesty rule is fixed rather than something to optimize;
Editing or motion craft. You will not cut video, the external agency does.
Engagement Format
Remote, European time zones (UK/EU). We work as a distributed team across Europe. US-based candidates are considered only with reliable overlap with a European working day;
A long-term team role. We are hiring a permanent member of the team;
Finalists complete a paid test assignment first. After that we start either full-time from day one, or with a fractional first quarter (2-3 days per week, one show) that converts to full-time as the slate grows. We agree the start with the right person.

To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
The Platform Behind 770 Million Users and Billions of Daily Ad Decisions
Behind the value exchange sits an ecosystem of interconnected engineering teams, each owning a distinct part of the stack. On the demand side, Go microservices evaluate 30+ targeting constraints in milliseconds, process 5.5 billion API requests daily, and integrate with ML models making 100,000+ predictions per second to decide which campaigns reach which users.
On the publisher side, native Android and iOS SDKs run on 13% of the world's smartphones, delivering rewards to 770 million users annually through a system where accuracy and latency are not optional. At this scale, product and technical decisions don't happen in isolation, every change ripples across the entire platform.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a leadership role where you owned the product vision. You have a proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment, with a CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks. You think like an entrepreneur, if something is broken or missing, you fix it without waiting for a brief.
- Ships with conviction, measures with precision. You don't just ship features, you define why they're being built, how they fit the product lifecycle, and exactly how to measure success via business KPIs. You're a fast thinker who values question-and-answer efficiency over process overhead.
- Translates vision into execution. You take high-level business and product goals and turn them into actionable technical roadmaps. You drive projects by coordinating across domain areas, acting as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads, and optimizing delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales.
- Makes executive-level calls without hesitation. You step into technical and product meetings, unblock bottlenecks, and balance technical feasibility with product desirability. You're comfortable with ambiguity and dive into tickets, API documentation, or raw data to confirm product viability on your own.
- Tech fluency is your edge, not your identity. You understand system design and modern tech stacks well enough to make the right calls and ensure every feature maps back to measurable growth and revenue, not to write the code. You value AI as an optimizer but prioritize impact over hype.
- Manages and influences across teams. You have experience managing or mentoring people and can influence stakeholders across different departments. You articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Plus: Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models and pipelines for product-led growth decisions.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second. As a Data Engineer on this team – you'll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second.
- Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You'll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed..
- Pipeline bottlenecks don't survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
- You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
- The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You've worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
- Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn't optional. Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.

When this role is going well, Modal launches new pages, docs experiences, campaigns, and experiments quickly without sacrificing performance, craft, or measurement.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own and evolve Modal’s marketing site, docs site, and technical web experiences as high-quality engineering systems, not static content
- Build bespoke interactive projects with engineers, turning deep technical work into useful web experiences for developers and agents
- Instrument all public-facing content, all the way from human-facing marketing pages to agent-targeted, self-improving documentation
- Improve internal publishing flows so more teams can ship quality content quickly while keeping the site maintainable
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve built and shipped modern web applications end-to-end
- You have experience with agentic development flows where agents consume marketing content and docs to help developers build on Modal
- You can build polished, responsive web experiences without needing every detail specified
- You have a business-owner mindset and strong data intuition: you think about conversion, activation, developer trust, speed of launch, and quality of measurement, and the tradeoffs inherent to each
- You’re excited about developer-facing AI infrastructure and building web experiences that feel credible to engineers
- You’re able to work in person in our NYC office
We care more about what you’ve built than years of experience.
NICE-TO-HAVE:

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to take architectural ownership of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform. This is the most senior individual contributor role on the DevX and AI team, and the decisions you make here — which surfaces to expose, which formats to support, which standards to set — will bind the platform for years.
You are not a manager, but your influence is org-wide. You define how developers and AI agents interact with Shop Builder's foundational capabilities: UI as Data, custom blocks, themes, data binding, catalog, payments. You are the technical authority on what the platform exposes and how, and you are deeply hands-on with the hardest parts of that work.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers — and AI agents — the full surface they need to customize and extend Shop Builder. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Own the technical architecture of the agent-readable Shop Builder platform: which APIs to expose, in what shape, through which surfaces (REST, SDK, MCP, CLI).
Define the interface contracts that LLMs and developers interact with — React component APIs, custom block schemas, theme tokens, data binding formats — and maintain them with the rigor of a public API.
Design and lead delivery of the MCP server that allows AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to build, deploy, and operate Shop Builder storefronts end-to-end without the editor in the loop.
Architect the CLI and local development environment: how developers scaffold projects, iterate locally, preview changes, and push to production.
Define the deploy, versioning, and rollback model for developer-published content — custom blocks, themes, and layouts.
Design the sandbox and preview environment system so agents and developers can iterate without touching live partner sites.
Set the documentation standard: written for LLMs and humans as first-class users, maintained from single canonical sources and published to every surface (CLI help, dev docs, MCP tool descriptions, AI context).
Lead the eval harness architecture: how the team measures whether an LLM-generated block, theme, or layout is correct before it ships.
Collaborate with Principal/Staff Engineers across payments, auth, live ops, and catalog to pull inbound capabilities into coherent developer-facing surfaces.
Serve as the technical bar-raiser for the team: define code standards, review critical implementation decisions, and mentor the Tech Lead and engineers.
Contribute to hiring and define the technical culture of the team from day one.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of professional engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record as a Staff or Principal engineer who has shaped platforms, APIs, or developer tooling used by external builders.
Deep expertise in designing and shipping public APIs and SDKs, including versioning strategy, backwards compatibility, and developer ergonomics — strong opinions about what makes an API delightful vs. painful.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React — the primary interface language for LLMs and developers on this platform.
Hands-on experience building CLI tooling and local developer workflows (scaffolding, hot reload, file-based config, deploy commands).
Solid understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent agentic tool-use interfaces, and practical experience building tools that AI agents can reliably invoke.
Experience building systems at global scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), with deep knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ability to write and reason about LLM-friendly documentation and API surfaces: you understand that token-efficiency, predictability, and schema clarity matter as much as human readability.
Exceptional technical communication: clear RFCs and ADRs, productive architecture reviews, and the ability to explain second-order consequences to engineering and business leadership.
Comfort operating in a greenfield context — you define the structure rather than inherit it.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in game tech, digital commerce, or storefront platforms — understanding the publisher/developer relationship and headless vs. hosted deployment patterns.
Experience building platforms where AI agents are a first-class user: MCP servers, LLM tool registries, agent eval pipelines.
Familiarity with Figma's plugin/component API, design token standards, and design-to-code pipelines.
Contributions to open-source developer tooling, SDK frameworks, or API standards.
Background in block or extension marketplace design: sandboxing third-party code, schema validation, publisher ecosystems.
Published technical writing, conference talks, or influential community presence in developer tooling or AI-native development.
