Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join Ramp's Legal team and own the operational backbone of how we govern and structure the company. Ramp runs a growing portfolio of U.S. and non-U.S. entities — including regulated and licensed subsidiaries — across a business that ships constantly and raises, acquires, and expands on short notice. You will be the person who keeps that machinery accurate, current, and audit-ready. This is a broad generalist role. You'll sit at the center of corporate governance, entity management, equity administration, and litigation/employment and you'll partner directly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Equity Admin, and People, and outside counsel. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Corporate governance: Prepare board and stockholder meeting materials, agendas, minutes, written consents, resolutions, secretary's certificates, and incumbency certificates. Track and calendar governance obligations across the entity portfolio. - Entity management: Own the full lifecycle of entity administration — formations and dissolutions, foreign qualifications, annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, signatories, officer and director lists, post-integration cleanup. - KYC, UBO, and diligence: Respond to KYC/UBO and diligence requests from bank partners, regulators, auditors, insurers, and counterparties, and build reusable packages. - Equity support: Support equity administration, option and RSU grants, board approvals of equity awards, secondaries, and equity plan recordkeeping in partnership with Finance and People. - Transaction support: Run diligence support, signature collection, closing checklists, closing binders, and post-closing obligations for financings, credit facilities, M&A, real estate, and insurance renewals. - Commercial and cross-functional support: Assist with powers of attorney, delegations of authority, and corporate approvals needed by the business. - Employment support: Support employment- and immigration-related requests and filings. - Litigation support: Support subpoena and law enforcement requests, legal holds, e-discovery, and document production. Review and respond to garnishment orders and UCC liens. Serve as Ramp’s custodian of records and as Ramp’s representative in small claims court cases. WHAT YOU NEED - 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience at a major law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology or financial services company. - Deep working knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, corporate recordkeeping, and secretary's office functions. - Excellent drafting skills across resolutions, consents, certificates, and corporate documentation, with genuine precision — you catch the wrong entity name, the stale date, and the missing signature block. - Demonstrated ability to independently run multiple time-sensitive workstreams without dropping threads or waiting to be asked. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work directly with executives, board members, outside counsel, and cross-functional partners. - Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built — and a bias toward action. - High judgment around confidential and sensitive corporate information. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. NICE TO HAVE - Experience at a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services company, including support for licensed entities (money transmitter, EMI, or similar). - Experience supporting venture financings, secondaries, M&A integration, or IPO readiness. - International entity management experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, or Canada. - Experience with equity administration and cap table platforms (e.g., Shareworks). - Experiencing with litigation or employment matters. - Notary Public commission (NY or CA), or willingness to obtain one. - ABA-approved paralegal certificate. - A track record of using AI or automation to eliminate manual legal work. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is building institutional partnerships with top global strategy consulting firms that shape finance transformation and technology decisions for the CFOs and CEOs we serve. These firms influence clients before a buying process begins, advise on the operating and technology decisions that define transformation programs, and can help clients move from strategy to live operational capability. Ramp has an opportunity to build relationships that create value for the firm, its clients, and Ramp, across executive engagement, thought leadership, co-sell, and shared client work. This role will own those relationships and turn them into an institutional go-to-market motion: building credibility with firm leadership, identifying the right client and practice wedges, developing firm-specific plans, leveraging Ramp’s data to amplify firms’ thought leadership, and creating repeatable paths to joint client outcomes. This is a build from the ground up. Ramp's relationships across this ecosystem are early and largely informal today, and this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time. It is a broader remit than a typical partnerships role. What You'll Do - Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of top-tier strategy and advisory firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), serving as the primary relationship owner and building credibility with senior firm leadership - Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, relationship map, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm - Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms - Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories - Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship - Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps What You Need - 4+ years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) - Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support - Proven ability to run many work streams and complicated stakeholder management - A builder's instinct. Location: London, UK Workplace: OnSite ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market. Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad. This is a temporary full-time role, based in London. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets. - Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU. - Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate. - Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar. - Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market. - Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones. - Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy. - Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity. - Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline. - Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing. WHAT YOU NEED - 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production - Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work - Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels - Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets - Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter - Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback - Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones - Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects) - Based in or able to work from the London office Nice-to-Haves - Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling - Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar - Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social - Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets - Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies - Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; Miami, FL Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is building institutional partnerships with the GSI (Global System Integrators), Big-Four consulting firms, and global advisory firms that shape finance transformation, ERP modernization, and technology decisions for the CFOs and finance leaders we serve. These organizations are often in the room when enterprise clients are redesigning their finance stack, selecting technology, or moving from strategy into implementation. This portfolio spans the largest global professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte) and GSIs (e.g., Infosys). They are complex organizations with distinct service lines (e.g., ERP, Tech Modernization, Finance Transformation) each with its own leadership, incentives, and economics, so earning credibility inside one is as much about navigating the firm as it is about the relationship. This role will own Ramp's relationship with that network of firms, building firm-specific go-to-market motions that can include executive engagement, account mapping, co-sell, implementation alignment, thought leadership, and events. Ramp's relationships here are early and largely informal today, so this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time. What You'll Do - Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of the largest global professional services, GSIs, and consulting firms, serving as the primary relationship owner - Map each firm and build credibility with the partners, practice leaders, alliance teams and client-service teams who matter most - Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm - Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms - Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories - Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship - Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps What You Need - 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships or an adjacent role. Time inside a top-tier professional services or global consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte) is strongly preferred. - Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support - Fluency in how large, matrixed professional services firms actually work, including how practices are incentivized and how a technology partner earns internal endorsement - Proven ability to run many workstreams and complex stakeholder management - A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity - Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session - Willingness to travel approximately 25% and to be based in a major metro. Location: Nicosia Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. As an Engineering Manager at Wrike, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high‑impact product and platform initiatives. You’ll combine strong technical acumen with people leadership, process excellence, and product thinking to drive timely and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own results end‑to‑end – from discovery and planning through execution, rollout, and continuous improvement – while helping your team grow and do the best work of their careers. Your Impact: Go beyond formal execution by shaping and building product experiences that matter to customers, using metrics (e.g., customer value, adoption, reliability, and quality) to measure impact. Own projects end‑to‑end: discovery and solutioning in partnership with product and design, planning and sequencing, execution, release preparation and launch, post-release follow-ups and maintenance. Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy. Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed. Lead planning, estimation, and phased rollouts for large, cross‑functional projects and customer‑impacting changes. Improve how the team works by evolving processes, tools, and collaboration patterns, including using AI/automation to increase efficiency and value. Partner closely with Product Management and Design as part of an effective “triad” to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant industry experience (engineering, technical leadership, and/or management). 3+ years of management experience, including leading cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of delivering measurable results (e.g., business impact, customer satisfaction, technical metrics (improved performance, reliability, quality, etc.), delivery metrics (team throughput, etc.). Experience giving direct, timely feedback and handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy. Solid engineering background with the ability to “speak the language” of engineers, review designs, ask the right technical questions and challenge decisions and estimations. Experience with planning, prioritization, and execution of complex customer-facing projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Experience in setting team goals and using metrics to manage and improve team performance. Strong track record in coaching, career development, and performance management. Proficiency with agile development practices and iterative delivery. Strong business and product sense: ability to connect technical work to customer value and company strategy. Standout Qualities: Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing engineers. Examples of effective communication: presentations, roadmap updates, etc. – targeting the entire team or stakeholders. Established practice of using data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure outcomes. Proven ability to introduce process improvements, challenge the status quo, and drive innovation within constraints. Hands‑on use of AI/automation tools to streamline workflows and increase team productivity. Ability to influence without authority and build trust across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders. Team Dynamics: You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization. You’ll report to a senior engineering leader and be part of a broader engineering management community that shares best practices, learns from each other, and supports your growth as a leader. Our Work Style: Cross‑functional, collaborative environment with tight partnership between Engineering, Product, and Design. Agile ways of working (e.g., iterative planning, frequent releases, continuous feedback loops). Emphasis on clear communication of plans, status, and risks to stakeholders. Strong focus on metrics to manage quality, reliability, and throughput, and to guide continuous improvement. Encouragement to experiment, use AI/automation, and refine processes to maximize impact and developer experience. Demonstrated total ownership and dedication: proactively drives initiatives from conception to results, takes responsibility for outcomes, and consistently follows through on commitments. Benefits & Perks: 25 calendar days of paid vacation Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days) Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity 2 Volunteer Days Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents) Hybrid Working Model School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids) Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursdays Your recruitment buddy will be Alexandra Vorobyova , Lead Recruiter. #LI-AV1 Who Is Wrike and Our Culture We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow. The Company is headquartered in New York City, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Additional information about Galaxy's businesses and products is available on www.galaxy.com . What We Value: We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be. Seek Excellence. Be Selective To Be Effective. Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled. Disagree Transparently. Encourage Independent Decision-Making. Build Dream Teams. Who You Are You're a seasoned project controls professional with 7+ years managing schedule, cost, change, and documentation on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs — ideally in data centers, schedule-driven sector where downtime isn't an option. You read a P6 schedule critically — spotting broken logic, float that's been quietly manipulated, and a critical path that's about to move before it shows up in next week's update. You can pick apart a change order line by line and know a GMP well enough to catch a buyout gap before it becomes a claim. You're equally comfortable pushing back on a general contractor in a weekly OAC meeting and briefing an executive on cost and schedule risk in five minutes flat. You don't wait to be asked for bad news — you surface it early, with the data to back it up. You build trust with GCs, design consultants, finance, and leadership not by being agreeable, but by being fair, prepared, and unwilling to accept a story that doesn't add up. You think in systems — cost, schedule, risk, and change aren't separate disciplines to you, they're one integrated view of program health — and you're comfortable operating in an environment where the schedule compresses, the scope shifts, and the stakes don't. What You'll Do Manage the third-party scheduling consultants who review, analyze, and maintain the master schedule, setting expectations for quality, cadence, and reporting Work directly with general contractors to review and validate their schedules — testing logic, durations, critical path, float, and sequencing against owner milestones Own schedule health reporting to leadership, giving a clear, honest picture of progress, risk, and forecast, and escalating issues before they become delays Own the change order process end-to-end: intake, review, verification, negotiation, and resolution Critically evaluate change orders for scope, pricing, and schedule impact — verifying quantities, labor, markups, and backup rather than taking submissions at face value Negotiate change orders directly with the general contractor to protect Galaxy's cost and schedule position Represent Galaxy in weekly change and progress meetings with the GC, driving accountability and timely closure of open items Maintain a complete, auditable change order log reconciled against the project budget and GMP Serve as the bridge between field/GC reality and Finance's cost picture, ensuring both tell the same story Own documentation control for active projects — RFIs, submittals, change documentation, meeting records, and contractual correspondence Establish and improve project controls standards, templates, reporting, and governance across the portfolio What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of project controls or construction management experience on large-scale, complex programs; mission-critical or data center experience required Proven experience managing schedule on the owner's side, including oversight of scheduling consultants and review of GC-maintained schedules Deep, hands-on command of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 — enough to interrogate a schedule, not just read one Demonstrated experience owning the change order process, including verification and direct negotiation with general contractors Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and GMP structures (AIA A133/A201 or similar) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to hold GCs accountable and brief executives with equal credibility Ability to manage controls across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What You Bring An owner's mindset — you protect the schedule, the GMP, and the record as if the capital were your own, and you hold contractors and consultants to that same standard. The credibility to sit across from a general contractor and negotiate change with confidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter. A sharp, detail-driven eye that catches the number that doesn't hold up, the logic that doesn't sequence, and the risk before it becomes a delay. The versatility to move fluidly between the field, the GC, Finance, and the executive table, tailoring the message to each without losing the thread. A bias for order and structure — you bring discipline to controls, documentation, and reporting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Willingness to travel up to 20% to Data Center sites as the work requires. What We Offer: Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days) Company paid Holidays (14) Company paid sick leave Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents 3% 401(k) company contribution Generous paid Parental Leave Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Ginger Free daily snacks in-office Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues Employee Resource Groups *Benefits may vary depending on location. Apply now and join us on our mission to engineer a new economic paradigm. Galaxy respects diversity and seeks to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and job applicants for employment without regard to actual or perceived age, race, color, creed, religion, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital or partnership or caregiver status, ancestry, national origin, citizenship status, disability, military or veteran status, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information or predisposing genetic characteristic, or other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
