ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Manager to find, build, and scale new ways for Avoca to reach the market. Avoca plays in a relationship-driven industry, and ecosystem partnerships are a major revenue driver. This is a growth-hacker role with a revenue goal and a generalist mindset: part relationship builder, part operator, part builder who uses AI to do the work of a much larger team.
You'll go after high-leverage channels, starting with the industry networks and peer groups where thousands of operators make buying decisions together, and expanding into whatever motions move the number. You'll design experiments, build the systems and automations to run them, and turn what works into a repeatable engine. The scope is wide and the whitespace is real. We're looking for a genuinely smart, high-agency person who builds their own leverage.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority growth bets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with major industry networks and peer groups
- Build and maintain the relationships that unlock these channels, and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue
- Use AI and automation aggressively to run more experiments, reach more people, and operate at a scale a traditional hire couldn't
- Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems
- Own your numbers and report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and where to double down
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role
- Exceptional relationship skills, people trust you and want to work with you quickly
- Genuine horsepower: you learn fast, think from first principles, and figure out hard problems without a template
- Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating anything repetitive, you'd rather build a system than do the same thing twice
- High agency and a builder's mentality: you create your own leverage and move without waiting to be told
- Strong communication, written and verbal, with both operators and executives
- Bonus points: A track record of building something from zero, a company, a product, a channel, or a scaled process
WHO YOU ARE
- You're a builder who gets energized from building relationships, owning a number, and finding leverage others miss
- You don't need a playbook or an industry pedigree, you create clarity where none exists
- You work hard because you have a high standard for yourself: you want to own outcomes, carry a number, and prove out models the company can scale
- You're equally comfortable charming a room and wiring up an automation behind the scenes
- You want to be in-office in NYC, surrounded by people who move fast and hold themselves to a high standard
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Our Recruiting team will share full details as you progress through the process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time

Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators

Experience in fintech / trading / payment products

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Product Research
Location: Remote, US
Compensation Range: $200,000 to $230,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress Product Research team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Principal Product Researcher, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. Competitive candidates have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.
As you can imagine, success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. An effective Product Researcher fosters highly collaborative environments between the Product, Engineering, and Security teams to accelerate our mission and secure the 99% of businesses that fall below the enterprise poverty line. This collaboration is needed to produce and prioritize a unified technical vision that ultimately delivers our most impactful features and capabilities.
We defend over 5M endpoints for 225,000+ mid-sized and small-business customers, and that number continues to grow each month. Given this market’s tighter budget, it’s not financially feasible to assign human analysts to each client. The Security Operations team addresses this challenge head-on by building and scaling highly automated efficiencies—often lightly augmented by our SOC — that make intruders earn every inch of their access while maintaining affordability and healthy gross margins.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify innovative ways to detect Windows OS threats
Develop cross-platform features that leverage telemetry from common OS subsystems such as file system, memory, process, and network activity
Research and development of sensor capabilities to provide visibility and detection support for attack techniques across supported Windows OS versions
Work collaboratively with internal engineering and detection teams to implement detection logic
Identify and evaluate new telemetry opportunities
Identify and address gaps in product coverage
Respond to product escalations
Perform False Positive and False Negative investigations
Lead product research initiatives to develop and evaluate security product strategies and technologies
Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate and operationalize solutions developed by Threat Operations teams
Applies AI as a practical part of day-to-day product research work to improve the speed, quality, and impact of research outputs
Uses AI to support information gathering, analysis, prototyping, and production of clear, decision-useful work products while maintaining accountability for the final output
Builds and reuses lightweight prompts, templates, or workflows for recurring research tasks rather than relying on one-off use
Develop internal and external technical documentation to educate customers and communicate research findings to adjacent teams about security risks and opportunities
Mentor and teach technical expertise to advance the broader community
Promote Huntress’ reputation through media interaction, public speaking, CFPs, CTFs, and blogs
Qualifications:
Expert in Windows OS internals, components, APIs, and design
Prior experience with Windows OS kernel coding and device drivers
Experience testing EDRs, bypasses, and evasion techniques
Comfortable with reverse engineering and using debuggers
Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages, such as C/C++/C#, PowerShell, and Python
Applies AI to improve research quality, speed, and outputs in day-to-day work
Commitment to clear documentation of research findings
Experience with MITRE ATT&CK matrix, SIGMA, Yara, and Elasticsearch/Kibana
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

At
NOVACARD
, we’re redefining how people use credit. We are the
first interest-free and no-annual-fee credit card in Mexico
, designed to simplify personal finances and give users complete control - all from a mobile app. With NOVACARD, users can access up to
$200,000 MXN in credit
, only pay when they use it, and manage everything digitally in under 5 minutes. Our mission is to empower people to make smarter financial decisions by offering flexibility, transparency, and the freedom they need to reach their goals. Simple finances, big goals.
About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Lead Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our credit card portfolio across multiple risk and customer segments. You will own the product strategy, P&L, end-to-end customer experience, and technical roadmap for products including Credit Builder, fixed-fee and progressive-fee cards, and grace-period and non-grace-period offerings. You will design the product ladder that enables customers to upgrade based on their payment behavior and risk profile. This is a role for someone who can simultaneously manage product strategy, customer experience, unit economics, risk, and technical delivery — not a coordinator of isolated tasks, but a product owner who defines what we build and why, proves the business case, prioritizes ruthlessly, and delivers measurable results. The role implies close collaboration with the local team in Mexico and international headquarters. Relocation support to Mexico or Serbia is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Design:
Define and evolve a multi-segment credit card lineup: Credit Builder, fixed-fee, progressive-fee, grace-period and non-grace-period products. Build a clear product ladder with transparent rules for customer migration between cards and tiers based on payment behavior, risk, and card usage.
Pricing & Fee Model Development:
Design and refine pricing mechanics including fixed fees, progressive fees, interest-based pricing, grace periods, minimum payments, cash withdrawal fees, and transfer fees. Ensure the tariff structure balances customer appeal with portfolio profitability.
P&L Ownership & Unit Economics:
Take full responsibility for product profitability. Model and optimize the funnel from acquisition and onboarding through utilization, average debt, ARPU, risk cost, funding cost, fee income, and operating expenses.
Risk & Portfolio Collaboration:
Partner with Risk teams on customer segmentation, credit limits, approval strategy, risk-based pricing, vintage analysis, and migration rules between products. Ensure product mechanics drive the right customer behavior without compromising portfolio quality.
Lifecycle & Customer Experience Management:
Own the full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to activation, regular usage, limit increases, retention, and cross-sell. Deliver a seamless, digital-first experience at every stage.
Growth & Killer Features:
Analyze customer data, competitor offerings, and global best practices to identify features that can materially shift conversion, usage, profitability, or retention — not just expand the backlog.
Roadmap Prioritization:
Build and defend the product roadmap based on financial impact, customer value, risk, technical complexity, and team capacity. Make hard trade-offs and communicate the rationale clearly.
Metrics & Experimentation:
Establish product KPIs, formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests and pilots, analyze results, and make data-driven scale-or-kill decisions.
Technical Leadership:
Understand the credit product architecture — billing, fee and interest calculation, card processing, payment cycles, account statuses, and third-party integrations — to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
End-to-End Launch Management:
Develop business requirements, CJMs, tariff structures, legal documentation, operational processes, and system logic; drive products from concept to live delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work daily with IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and HQ stakeholders. Prepare and defend product decisions in front of leadership and shareholders.
Team & Process Development:
Set tasks for analysts, designers, and developers; ensure delivery quality; and build a transparent product management process.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in managing credit cards, credit lines, or other unsecured consumer lending products end-to-end — from strategy and financial modeling to launch, scaling, and portfolio management.
Ability to independently build and defend a credit product’s financial model, identify key profitability drivers, and find ways to improve unit economics.
Solid understanding of credit risk, segmentation, approval strategy, credit limits, vintage analysis, and how product mechanics influence customer payment behavior.
Technical fluency to collaborate with IT on business and system logic: billing, processing, fee calculations, payment cycles, integrations, and product status management.
Strong data skills: work confidently with funnels, cohorts, and experiments; distinguish causation from correlation and make decisions based on metrics.
Proven prioritization discipline: ability to select a few highest-impact initiatives, say no to weak ideas, and protect the roadmap.
Clear communication: able to explain complex product and financial mechanics to leadership, risk, IT, and other stakeholders concisely.
Fluent Russian — mandatory. English at upper-intermediate level or higher (spoken and written) — required. Spanish is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
Remote or hybrid work format — specific location and arrangement discussed individually with the right candidate.
Relocation support to Mexico or Serbia for candidates who are a strong fit.
Official employment or contractor arrangement depending on location and local regulations.
The opportunity to own and shape a complete credit card portfolio in a high-impact, expanding market.
A data-driven, entrepreneurial environment where product decisions translate directly into business results and customer growth.
Cross-functional collaboration with local and international teams, with direct exposure to HQ leadership.

Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic manages one of the industry's largest AI fleets — spanning multiple accelerator families, cpu families and clouds. The Capacity Engineering team is responsible for making sure all our infrastructure resources are accounted for, well-utilized, and efficiently allocated. We own the data, tooling, and operational systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization across first-party and third-party compute.
As an engineer on Capacity Engineering, you will build the production systems that power this work: data pipelines that ingest and normalize telemetry from heterogeneous cloud environments, observability tooling that gives the org real-time visibility into fleet health, and performance instrumentation that measures how efficiently every major workload uses the hardware it’s running on. You will be expected to write production-quality code every day, operate alongside Kubernetes-native infrastructure at meaningful scale, and directly influence decisions around Capacity.
You’ll collaborate closely with research engineering, infrastructure, inference, and finance teams. The work requires someone who can move between data engineering, systems engineering, and observability with comfort — and who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environment.
This is a pipeline role feeding four areas.
Depending on your background and business priority, you’ll focus primarily in one, but the boundaries are fluid and the problems overlap:
Data platform
Pipelines that ingest occupancy and utilization telemetry from Kubernetes clusters, normalize billing and usage across cloud providers, and serve the BigQuery tables the rest of the org queries against. Correctness, completeness, and latency are the job, not a footnote. Consumers range from research engineers to finance to leadership, so it's product work as much as engineering: defining schema contracts, making data discoverable, and figuring out what people actually need.
Planning
Knowing what the fleet has, where it's going, and what's in the way. Making the state of the fleet legible and actionable in real time: cluster health tooling, capacity planning platforms, alerting on occupancy drops and allocation problems, and systemic fixes to scheduling and fragmentation. Kubernetes operations on one side, cross-team coordination on the other.
Efficiency
Measuring and improving how effectively every major workload uses the hardware it runs on. Instrumenting utilization across training, inference, and eval systems, building benchmarking infrastructure, establishing per-config baselines, and working directly with system-owning teams to close the gaps. The metric has to be good enough that the team on the hook for it agrees with the number.
Attribution and forecasting
Connecting what the fleet costs to what the business is doing with it. Reconciling CSP billing exports against vendor telemetry and internal systems with mismatched schemas, attributing spend to the workloads and teams that generate it, and turning inference demand signals and research roadmaps into a defensible compute plan. Efficiency metrics have to survive contact with finance: stripped of pure demand and unit-price effects, reproducible month over month, and legible to a CFO.
Key responsibilities
Build the planning and allocation stack — the tools leadership uses to allocate capacity, teams use to plan against their allocations, and the scheduler enforces. Cross-region and cross-provider placement, guardrails, queueing, occupancy KPIs.
Drive the efficiency programs: stranding and rightsizing, unused capacity recovery, and job-level utilization across training, inference, and eval. Establish per-config baselines and work with system-owning teams to close the gaps. Directly influence decisions around a significant area of company investment.
Own attribution and forecasting — reconcile billing across ten-plus providers against telemetry and internal systems, attribute spend to the workloads that generate it, and turn demand signals and research roadmaps into a defensible compute plan and supply pipeline.
Build the data platform underneath all of it: pipelines ingesting occupancy, utilization, and cost from a rapidly diversifying fleet into BigQuery, with real ownership of completeness, latency SLOs, and gap detection. Every new provider is a net-new integration.
Operate Kubernetes-native systems at scale — collection agents, workload labeling, and the taint/reservation/scheduling behavior that determines what capacity is actually usable.
Treat the output as a product, not a pipeline. Gather your own requirements, define schema contracts, and design for consumers ranging from research engineers to a CFO — including on-call and SLOs, because these surfaces are load-bearing for the company.
What you bring
A strong track record building and operating production systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with a devops flavor.
Python and SQL at production quality. Most pipeline code is Python; the presentation layer is BigQuery SQL, including table-valued functions and views. Both need to be idiomatic, well-tested, and maintainable.
Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and its operations
Experience with observability tooling stack, including Prometheus, PromQL, and Grafana, including writing recording rules and building monitoring that engineering teams rely on.
Ability to gather your own requirements and work across organizational boundaries in an ambiguous environment with limited direction.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with capacity planning, resource management, or cost attribution systems at a hyperscaler or in a large-scale machine learning environment. Time spent in product engineering and developer experience absolutely counts here.
Scheduling and packing efficiency experience, or profiling-driven optimization of large distributed workloads.
Multi-cloud data ingestion experience, especially normalizing billing exports, reservation APIs, on-demand capacity reservations, commitments, and vendor telemetry from providers with different billing arrangements.
Total cost of ownership and forecasting experience, including decomposing whether infrastructure growth is causal or correlated with business drivers.
Accelerator infrastructure familiarity. GPU metrics (DCGM), TPU utilization, Trainium power and utilization metrics, or experience with machine learning training and inference systems at the hardware level.
Experience building internal data products with self-service access, schema contracts, API serving, documentation, and discoverability. Not just pipelines, but thinking about how the data gets consumed.
Storage efficiency, retention, and lifecycle program experience at very large scale.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to be the key finance partner to Xero’s UK go-to-market (GTM) organisation.
You’ll work closely with UK and Global leaders to improve commercial decision-making, improve visibility of performance, and ensure resources are directed to the highest-value opportunities.
You’ll lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling across the UK GTM organisation, bringing financial rigour and commercial judgement to decisions on growth, investment, and execution.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to revenue teams, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and can turn analysis into action.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will help the UK leadership team make better, faster, and more commercially grounded decisions.
You’ll do that by creating clarity on performance, improving planning and forecasting, and building robust analysis that helps the business evaluate trade-offs with confidence. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and focus attention on the choices that will have the biggest impact on growth and efficiency.
Over time, you’ll become a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders and a key contributor to how Xero prioritises investment and delivers performance in the UK.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with UK GTM and global finance leaders to translate commercial priorities into clear financial plans, targets, and trade-offs.

- Analyse business performance across revenue, cost, productivity and profitability, identifying the drivers behind results, risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, scenario planning, resource allocation and business cases.
- Provide clear, practical insight that helps leaders understand both financial and operational performance.
- Strengthen performance reporting so leaders receive timely insight that supports action, rather than simply more data.
- Support decisions on operating expenditure and headcount, helping ensure investment remains aligned to strategic priorities.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities and GTM initiatives with rigorous analysis, clear assumptions, and practical recommendations.
- Improve finance processes, models and reporting so they are scalable, reliable and useful for decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business, using credibility and sound judgement to influence outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, models and reporting through better use of data, automation and AI-enabled tools.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 8+ years’ experience in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, strategy consulting or investment banking, with a track record of using rigorous analysis to inform planning, investment or commercial decisions in a complex business environment.
- Experience partnering with senior GTM, commercial, or regional business leaders and influencing decisions through financial analysis and commercial insight.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, investment evaluation and business cases.
- Digital and AI fluency: You are comfortable using modern data, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality and scalability of financial analysis, modelling and reporting.
- Strong performance-analysis skills, with the ability to identify what is driving results rather than simply report them.
- The ability to explain complex financial issues clearly and turn them into practical options and recommendations.
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work and follow-through.
- Clear communication skills across operational, technical and executive audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting a regional leadership team or market-level P&L.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA.
- Experience using data visualisation or reporting tools to communicate insights clearly.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- UK leaders have a clear, actionable view of performance, risks and opportunities.
- Planning and forecasting are robust, transparent and useful for decision-making.
- GTM investment, resourcing and commercial decisions are supported by rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
- Risks and delivery trade-offs are surfaced early and discussed openly.
- Reporting and models are trusted, scalable and fit for senior decision-making.
- You are seen as a credible finance partner who brings constructive challenges and practical solutions.
- Cost discipline improves while protecting strategic priorities.

Build and manage a two-gate strategic investment review process: all investments above a defined IRR threshold (≥25% IRR on Base scenario; positive IRR on Bear / Winter Mode scenario) require FP&A-endorsed investment cases before Board approval
Provide go/no-go financial analysis for all new market entries, new product launches, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships
4. Board & Executive Reporting
Produce the monthly and quarterly financial package for the Board of Directors and Management Team — concise, with clear variance commentary, updated forecasts, and strategic recommendations
Lead the FP&A input into the monthly Management Team Reporting cycle
Support the CEO and CFO in preparation for Board meetings, Audit Committee reviews, and any investor committee meetings requiring financial presentation
5. FP&A Infrastructure & Team Building

Implement the FP&A technology stack: Anaplan (planning and forecasting), connected to NetSuite (actuals), data warehouse, and Looker (dashboards)
Design and implement the KPI framework that will serve as the operating dashboard for the company, the Board, and future public company investors — covering trading volume, revenue per user, take rate, EBITDA margin, and segment-level metrics
