Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where communication shapes brand perception and drives engagement? We’re looking for a Global Communications Manager to craft compelling narratives, elevate our brand presence, and create meaningful connections across audiences. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and impact, this is your opportunity to make a difference—let’s talk!
What you'll do:
Write and edit social media content for Aleph’s channels, including posts, captions, carousels, short video scripts, and campaign copy, adapted to each platform and audience (global, regional, and local).
Support regional marketing managers with ready-to-adapt PR and content toolkits, copy reviews, and localization guidance.
Review press releases for clarity and key messaging, help regional marketing managers prepare them, and turn announcements into engaging social, email, and internal communications content.
Write and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, campaign emails, and nurture sequences. You’ll own subject lines, preview text, and CTAs, A/B testing them to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
Incorporate AI tools across the content workflow, from research and initial drafting to localization and variant testing.
Manage the integrated content calendar day-to-day across social, email, web, and the marketing intranet.
Apply our brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring website copy, presentations, and sales materials remain consistent.
Monitor social listening, respond to community engagement, and identify potential reputational risks early.
Track social and email performance metrics (engagement, views, open rates, CTR, conversions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
What you need for this role:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, PR, communications, or integrated marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in developing and executing communication strategies, including content for social media, employee-generated content (EGC), email, and internal communications (comunicación interna).
Solid understanding of PR materials (press releases, Q&As, media kits, etc.), including their structure, newsworthiness, and how to craft compelling headlines and leads. PR agency experience is strongly preferred.
Experience using content and PR tools, media monitoring solutions, content management systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eClincher, PR Newswire).
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, able to transition seamlessly from a punchy 150-character post to long-form content while maintaining brand voice.
A systems mindset focused on building scalable, localizable, and measurable content strategies rather than chasing short-term trends.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and time zones.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to create and adapt content, paired with strong editorial judgment on where human oversight is essential.
Comfort with data, with a proven ability to derive actionable business insights from performance dashboards.
What will make us really love you:
You have a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling that captivates audiences.
You excel at turning complex messages into engaging, clear content for diverse audiences.
You’re a natural relationship-builder, fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.
You bring strategic thinking and can pivot quickly in a fast-changing landscape.
You love analyzing trends, insights, and data to continuously optimize communication efforts.
You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives in high-pressure situations.

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:

- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. Powered by deep blockchain data and AI, organizations can investigate illicit activity, manage risk exposure, and develop innovative market solutions built on the industry's most trusted blockchain intelligence. Our mission is to build trust in blockchains, blending safety and security with an unwavering commitment to growth and innovation.
You belong here.
At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering effort on Supabase Spark. Supabase Spark is an initiative to build the next frontier of agentic databases, supporting billions of databases, with millions of databases created every day.
Although we don’t require managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Team & People
- Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Run 1:1s, performance management, career development, and onboarding for your direct reports.
- Handle people admin (leave, time off, etc.) for your team.
Hiring
- Own the hiring plan for your team and act as Hiring Manager. First round of interviewer for all roles on the team.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close strong candidates.
- Contribute to headcount planning, org design, and the evolution of engineering leadership at Supabase.
Delivery & Roadmap
- Own the team's roadmap and project management (Linear), driving accountability and clear milestones.
- Manage workflow intake and Slack triage. These are the team’s primary inboxes for cross-team requests. You decide what gets routed where, prioritized, or pushed back on.
- Own the team's weekly updates and keep stakeholders aligned without creating overhead.
- Organize effort against support tickets and maintain the team's SLO.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs early and clearly to leadership.
Incident Commander
- Train as an Incident Commander. Drive coordination, resolution, and post-incident follow-up.
- Lead blameless post-incident reviews
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of engineering background, with enough depth to be credible with engineers building complex systems.
- Have 3+ years managing remote engineering teams.
- Have managed engineering teams at a cloud, SaaS, or developer tools company.
- Experience with developer tools or databases, plus if that includes both SQLite and Postgres ecosystems.
- Strong technical credibility in backend and database systems: APIs, auth, and Postgres access control (roles, grants, RLS) etc.
- Has led a team shipping a developer facing API or platform product from early stage to production.
- Have managed remote, globally distributed teams that work asynchronously across disparate time zones.
- Are technical enough to be credible with strong engineers, but genuinely passionate about people management. This is the work you want to do, not a track you're settling for.
- Build psychological safety and a feedback culture: you give feedback often and in the moment, ask for it back, and create space for the team to do the same.
- Operate as a multiplier. Focused on helping individuals achieve more than they could alone, not on being the best technical voice in the room.
- Coach rather than direct. Remove blockers, connect people to context and resources, and trust your engineers to own how the work gets done.
- Have a real track record of performance management and can speak to specific examples of difficult conversations and how you navigated them.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure where there isn't much.
- Communicate clearly and write well. You're default async, default written, set context proactively, and surface risks early.
- Are collaborative, low-ego, and adaptable. You thrive working with high-autonomy, senior ICs who have strong technical opinions and don't need to be the smartest person in the room.
- Are comfortable with aggressive scoping and eval driven development.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

The team and its impact
Accounting Core builds the foundations behind Xero’s accounting records, helping ensure that when a business records invoices, payments and other activity, its accounting stays accurate and dependable. You’ll help evolve a mature platform by decoupling key accounting capabilities from the mature architecture and creating safer, more scalable paths for change across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how accounting capabilities can be separated from the monolith and evolved safely. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where accounting-data integrity and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure changes to the accounting engine support other Xero teams built on Accounting Core. You’ll also help raise engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Accounting Core team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- Decoupling a mature accounting platform: Help separate accounting capabilities from a monolith, creating clearer domain ownership and safer paths for change without compromising the integrity of the accounting record.
- Accounting correctness at scale: Design and evolve reliable services for critical financial data across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Shared foundations for product teams: Build capabilities and outputs that other Xero teams can rely on confidently, so they can deliver customer experiences without rebuilding core accounting foundations.
- Modernisation alongside delivery: Make incremental architectural improvements while continuing to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant work, from design through to rollout and production validation, including the technical decisions that come with it.
- You think carefully about architecture and trade-offs, from API design to choosing the right data store, and you balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby or C++, and you are keen to learn C# and .NET, where existing experience is a bonus.
- Passion for staying hands-on, contributing to production code and technical deep dives, and using AI tools with good judgement to move faster and raise the quality bar.
- A commitment to Go Together by mentoring peers, sharing technical knowledge and helping teammates grow through code reviews, pairing and documentation.
Where and how you can work
This role is based in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid working model. You will have the flexibility to work from home while joining the team in the office for "boost days" (1-2 days a week) to collaborate, socialize, and solve complex problems in person.
Our Hiring Process
1. TX phone screen: a conversation with your Talent Specialist about your background, motivations and the role.
2. Technical assessments: a coding assessment and systems design assessment, conducted virtually with real engineers, and based on real-world scenarios.
3. Technical deep dive: walk through a past project you owned end-to-end, covering how you thought about it, executed it and led through its complexity.
4. Values / Future Proof Xero: how you show up day to day, aligned with Xero's values and capabilities such as adaptability, ownership, customer thinking and AI fluency.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $205,000 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.
This is a posting for an existing vacancy.

The role and its impact
Payments Platform is one of Xero’s biggest areas of investment and growth - directly affecting how small businesses pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. Here, we build the foundations for collecting and paying money through Xero, helping make payments simple, accurate and secure for customers while supporting multiple products, payment methods, providers and regions. You’ll help evolve a growing platform by building reusable, provider-agnostic capabilities across areas such as payment orchestration, provider integrations, onboarding, risk and compliance, reconciliation and bill payments.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how payment capabilities are designed, integrated and operated as the platform scales. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where customer simplicity, financial control, reliability and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to deliver payment experiences that are secure, trusted and easy to use. You’ll also help shape engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Payments Platform team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- A shared payments platform: Own a capability within the platform, such as orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support, and deliver it end-to-end. You'll be helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design and deliver reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints, with the monitoring and operational readiness to support them.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Improve existing systems in steps, delivering customer value quickly while contributing to a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and help evaluate those capabilities with the same discipline as the rest of your work.
Here are some of the things we are looking for

- Collaborate with SE leadership and Enablement on onboarding, ramp tracking, and playbook rollout
- Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Support Ops, Finance, and Business Systems on cross-functional programs that touch the SE & SA workflow
- Lead projects from conception to release, including project plans, business requirement documents, and change management
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows, that reduce manual work for SEs, SAs and sellers
- Provide inputs (technical risk, POC status, SE engagement) to pipeline inspection and forecast calls, and support forecast hygiene across the sales org
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM operations function
- Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company
