About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Creator Marketing Manager at OnePay, you'll help build our creator program from the ground up — and own the execution that makes it run. You'll keep every campaign moving, every piece of content compliant, every creator relationship warm, and every piece of data organized, working directly with the creator lead and our external agency so nothing falls through the cracks from brief to post to report. You will:
- Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end — including creator briefings, follow-ups, and deadlines from brief through content review, approval, and publishing
- Track deliverables across active campaigns, flagging delays before they become problems
- Run first-pass content reviews against brand guidelines and briefs, flagging FTC disclosure, platform policy, or brand safety risks
- Route content through legal and compliance review, maintaining version control and a running record of approvals and sign-offs
- Build and maintain the creator database — contacts, rates, audience data, performance history, and contract status
- Compile post-campaign performance data and support recap reports with metrics, screenshots, and insights
- Research and surface potential creator partners aligned to campaign briefs and audience fit
- Coordinate creator contracts and payment processing in partnership with Legal and Finance
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, either at a creator/influencer agency or in an in-house brand role
- Deep YouTube expertise — you know the creator ecosystem inside and out, and instinctively prioritize YouTube-native creators over those who simply cross-post
- Experience working with external agencies specifically managing new workflows and developing processes
- Strong creator marketing instincts. You understand what makes creator content feel authentic and platform-native versus overly scripted or “brand-y”, and you know how to balance a creator’s voice with the needs of the brand.
- Exceptional project ownership. You naturally create structure where it doesn’t exist. You build a tracker before anyone asks, anticipate dependencies, flag risks early, keep stakeholders aligned, and follow through until the work is actually done.
- Familiarity with major social platforms and creator content norms across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. This application and backend team will own the member-facing screens and supporting services used to manage the WHOOP device experience in the app. Its work will help members set up and connect a device, understand its status, adjust settings, complete updates, resolve common issues, and navigate the device lifecycle with confidence.
This role combines technical leadership with people management. You will establish the team charter, hire and develop engineers, guide architecture across the app and backend, and create a dependable delivery cadence. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Quality and coordinate with mobile, connectivity, firmware, hardware, analytics, and Membership Services teams to deliver coherent experiences across the hardware and software boundary.
You will also create an environment where engineers can do excellent work and continue to grow. That includes clear expectations, regular feedback, thoughtful coaching, and a culture of accountability, teamwork, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage, and mentor a new team of application and backend engineers through hiring, onboarding, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Define the team mission, ownership boundaries, technical direction, and operating model with Product, Design, Quality, and engineering leadership.
- Own the end-to-end software experience for managing a WHOOP device in the app, including the member-facing screens, backend services, APIs, and production health that support it.
- Guide the team in turning complex device states and hardware constraints into simple, accurate workflows for setup, connectivity, device status, settings, software updates, diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacement, and upgrades.
- Guide technical designs and architecture decisions while establishing strong practices for development, testing, release readiness, observability, privacy, security, and operational ownership.
- Establish a clear planning and delivery cadence that makes scope, dependencies, tradeoffs, progress, and risk visible to partners and leaders.
- Use member behavior, support signals, product analytics, reliability data, and quality metrics to guide priorities and coordinate delivery across Connectivity, Firmware, Hardware, Client Platform, Membership Services, Analytics, and other partner teams.
- Foster a culture of high standards, direct feedback, accountability, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Software development experience followed by an engineering management or team lead role, with responsibility for hiring, mentorship, feedback, performance management, and career development.
- A strong technical foundation in consumer application development and backend systems, with experience shipping mobile products and operating services and APIs in production.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical planning and iterative delivery in ambiguous environments while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Experience aligning cross-functional partners on scope, priorities, dependencies, release plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and product judgment, including the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and simplify complex hardware or system behavior for members.
- Interest in wearable technology and enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving product environment.
PREFERRED
- Experience building a new team, product area, or engineering charter from the ground up.
- Developing software for connected devices, wearables, Bluetooth products, consumer electronics, or other systems that span hardware and software.
- Has led a full-stack product team that owns application interfaces, backend services, and operational outcomes together.
- Comfort designing device setup, pairing, connectivity, firmware update, settings, diagnostics, or support workflows.
- Ability to work closely with firmware, embedded software, hardware, product design, quality, analytics, or customer support teams.

Our platform ingests, processes, and distributes hundreds of thousands of events per second with low latency and high reliability. We are creating a system that makes it easy for Sentry engineers to deploy and run Streaming Applications at scale by simplifying the complexity of Kafka, scaling consumers automatically, and managing state so product teams can focus on building great experiences for developers.
As part of this team, you will work on challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data processing, and developer experience. You will help us create a self-service streaming platform that improves stability, accelerates time to production, and reduces operational overhead.
This role is based in Toronto, with three days per week in the office to work closely with engineering teams.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate components of our Streaming Platform, including Kafka, the streaming runtime, high-level APIs, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Implement resilient, high-throughput stream processing systems that handle unbounded datasets with strong correctness guarantees (delivery, checkpointing, watermarking, and more).
- Build scalable automation and control plane for Kafka fleet management and improve efficiency.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure our abstractions enable fast, reliable, and consistent ingestion pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and failover for mission-critical real-time systems.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You enjoy working on distributed systems at scale and care about reliability and performance.
- You like building abstractions that make complex infrastructure easier for others to use.
- You are motivated by designing systems that balance flexibility for developers with best practices for stability.
- You are excited to shape how Sentry handles near real-time ingestion and analytics at scale.
- You value being part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a broad impact across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of software engineering experience, with background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time streaming.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java (we primarily use Python and Rust, but experience in similar languages is valuable).
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have: experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar tools.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $163,000 to $200,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Podcast Media Manager at Anthropic, you will own how Claude shows up in podcasts, one of our most important channels for reaching professionals and knowledge workers. This is not a traditional media buying role. We're looking for someone to build a refreshed, proactive podcast strategy: securing the right shows before they're obvious, going beyond standard ad reads, and creating unique partnerships that fully integrate our product into shows in ways no other brand is doing.
In this role, you'll own our podcast program end to end, from annual strategy and show selection through network buys, scripts, pacing, and reporting across 100+ shows. You'll sit on the influencer marketing team and partner closely with growth marketing on performance goals and in-house campaigns, brand marketing on major campaign flights, enterprise marketing on B2B buys and scripts, creative and copy teams on reads and refreshes, comms teams on messaging and media buying teams/agencies on execution.
Key responsibilities
Own podcast strategy for Anthropic, setting where we show up instead of reacting to inbound pitches
Lead podcast strategy flights for major campaigns end to end, from planning through reporting
Manage network buys across major audio publishers including Spotify, Amazon, NYT, and others
Develop year-long buys with top shows and media outlets, identifying and pitching partners before they come to us
Build partnership packages that go beyond ad reads to include bonus episodes, video, live events, and social
Partner with creative and copy teams as their main point of contact on podcast work, establishing a repeatable process for scripts and copy points
Manage voice-actor reads and QA spots before they air
Develop a refresh cadence for reads so messaging stays current across 100+ shows, tailored to each show's audience
Manage agency relationships, pushing partners to deliver the best rates, placements, and ideas
Track pacing across buys and shift budget as performance data comes in
Present results and learnings back to the team on a regular basis
Partner with growth, brand, and enterprise marketing to align podcast plans with performance goals, campaign flights, and B2B objectives
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience in podcast media buying at a tech or consumer company with a substantial podcast budget
Have managed podcast programs in-house directly, not only through an agency
Have run both agency partnerships and in-house podcast programs, and know how to get the best work out of each
Are skilled at managing and pushing media agencies to secure strong rates, placements, and ideas
Can spot up-and-coming shows before they're obvious and back your picks with a clear rationale
Bring creative ideas that go beyond the standard ad read, from bonus episodes to live events to product integrations
Are comfortable owning the details of execution, including scripts, QA, pacing, and reporting, alongside long-range strategy
Work well across many partner teams and can build repeatable processes that scale
Enjoy shaping a program from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing playbook
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience negotiating year-long or multi-format partnerships with top shows or networks
A background in copywriting or close collaboration with creative teams on host-read scripts
Familiarity with B2B audiences and enterprise-focused podcast buys
Experience with podcast measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing
Relationships with major audio publishers, networks, and independent hosts
Experience extending podcast partnerships into video, social, or live formats
Familiarity with AI products or the broader developer and knowledge worker audience

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Step Into the Multiverse: Your Next Adventure Starts Here
At
Wizards of the Coast
, we harness the power of imagination and connection to create unforgettable experiences. We create entertainment that inspires creativity, sparks passion, forges friendships, and fosters communities around the globe. In every pursuit our mission is to inspire a lifetime love of games. Whether it's through the strategic depth of
Magic: The Gathering®
, the rich storytelling of
Dungeons & Dragons®
, or our AAA digital game studios, we build worlds that bring people together, spark creativity, and fuel adventure. As we continue to grow and explore new realms, we're seeking passionate, curious, and innovative minds to join the adventure.
The Digital Innovations Team (DigIT) is changing how Wizards develops, delivers, and manages the digital systems behind our games — for players, retailers, and the studios that develop our worlds. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer who can guide product ideas through every stage with agentic AI — from defining the problem with business partners, to developing the system, to deploying it in production, and then improving it based on actual data.
This job is not for those who have only observed AI changes from a distance. We need a hands-on creator. Someone who has directly shipped product to production by agentic AI, can provide the code and performance assessments, and can discuss in detail what was successful, what did not succeed, and what they would do differently. If your AI experience is primarily slides and architectural drawings, this is not the right role.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the technical direction of an initiative and the related product surface area, direct tech direction and product direction with/without PM support. You are answerable for what the team delivers, how quickly it adapts, and the business outcomes that result.
You will build products using agentic AI as your default development approach, leveraging the harness engineering and guardrails the team has developed. You contribute to evolving these patterns alongside peers, but your primary focus is shipping product. You understand where the technology performs well versus where it only demos effectively. You have informed opinions based on production experience about evaluations, guardrails, cost, latency, determinism, and the engineering methods needed to deliver AI products responsibly at scale.
What You'll Do:
Guide product concepts through the entire process with agentic AI. Starting from outlining the problem alongside product and business collaborators, moving to prototype development, to a data-informed launch, and then refining based on actual usage data. You are responsible for the full journey, not only a segment of it.
Build, hands-on with agentic AI. Keep close to the code. Deliver production-quality agent systems, analyses, prompts, and supporting services on your own. Define the reference point through achievements, not words.
Direct the build process through data-driven insights. Lead product ideas as testable hypotheses. Initiate tracking early and confirm success criteria with or with not the PM before beginning coding. Base decisions on actual data concerning what to prioritize, change, or remove. Ensure the feedback loop is as short as feasible.
Contribute to the department's agentic AI harness engineering alongside peers. Apply, stress-test, and improve shared patterns — LLMs, agents, Skills, MCP, eval frameworks, guardrails — through real production use. Bring back what works and what doesn't from the field.
Raise the engineering bar on architecture, code review, test strategy, observability, evals, and incident quality. Treat engineering excellence as a baseline expectation, not an optional initiative.
Lead position, influence people and product decisions. Make your EM and PM more effective at their jobs.
Contribute to the hiring bar. Lead technical interviews, calibrate the AI-capability signal in our hiring loop, and mentor the next layer of senior and staff engineers.
What You'll Bring:
Direct experience creating agentic AI systems. You have developed, deployed, and improved agentic systems in real-world settings, beyond demos or proofs of concept. You can describe the code you authored, the tests you designed, the prompt and tool usage changes you made, the cost and latency considerations you evaluated, the failure types you managed, and the metrics you used to choose the next release. Interviews will involve a hands-on agentic AI task.
Over 10 years of full-stack software engineering experience. At least 3 years in a Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal role responsible for guiding the technical direction of a team or program.
Product-engineer approach. You transform product ideas into operational, monitored, live software. You are comfortable prioritizing alongside PM or direct Product direction on your own, making product tradeoffs on the fly, and relying on metrics to guide iteration. You do not need a fully-detailed ticket to begin.
Deep proficiency across the stack. Modern JavaScript / TypeScript and at least one of Go, Python, or C#. You write production code, not just review it.
Strong systems and infrastructure foundation. AWS at scale, containerization, GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, PostgreSQL and data modeling, REST / gRPC / GraphQL API development, test automation, and a real point of view on observability and reliability.
Architectural judgment. You can defend a build decision, change your mind when the evidence warrants it, and write the build doc that brings the rest of the team along.
Business and product literacy. You can sit with a creative director, a retail partner, or a finance collaborator and have a conversation that is not purely technical. You can articulate business impact and tradeoffs without losing technical rigor.
Outstanding communication and collaboration. You make engineers around you better. You raise standards without becoming a bottleneck. You handle disagreement directly and well.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable work experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience leading or contributing to platform / horizontal services (search, notifications, identity, eventing, workflow, data platforms) consumed by multiple product teams.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Experience with Kubernetes, Akamai, Terraform, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
Experience operating in a tri-lead (TL / EM / PM) or similar matrixed engineering model.
Foundational knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or the tabletop gaming space.

Note: this job post is for Fullstack Software Engineers only. If you are a Backend Engineer, please see our Backend Software Engineer post
here
.
About the role
We are looking for
fullstack
software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring within Safeguards. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Design and build the internal review tools analysts use to investigate abuse — dashboards, case queues, and evidence viewers that make high-volume, high-stakes decisions fast and accurate.
Build the interfaces where humans supervise agents: streaming output, interruption and approval flows, and clear provenance for every action an agent takes.
Surface abuse patterns to our research teams through the visualizations and exploration tools that make emerging patterns legible.
Own the frontend architecture for tools handling sensitive data at scale — performance under large datasets, correctness under real-time updates, and access controls enforced end to end.
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern React; comfortable in Python for backend work
The ability to work across the stack
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships or co-ops
Have experience building data-dense internal tools or operator interfaces, not just marketing or consumer surfaces
Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation
Have experience building trust and safety detection mechanisms and intervention for AI/ML systems
Have experience with prompt engineering, jailbreak attacks, and other adversarial inputs
Have worked closely with operational teams to build custom internal tooling
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
