How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Offer - Independent Contractor Agreement
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and therefore compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human generated and model generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand.
We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results.
The Role
The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action.
You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results.
We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Three immediate priorities will define the role:
Transform lifecycle marketing:
Move inKind from calendar-driven, ad hoc campaigns to automated, behavior-based customer engagement that increases activation, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Launch and scale consumer subscriptions:
Build and execute the go-to-market, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs needed to establish a successful subscription business.
Integrate brand into B2B performance marketing:
Evolve inKind's transaction-focused restaurant acquisition channels by incorporating stronger brand storytelling, differentiated positioning, and creative that builds trust while improving commercial performance.
Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth.
What You'll Own
Build an Automated Lifecycle Marketing Engine
Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation.
Audit existing customer communications, journeys, segmentation, and engagement performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
Build and execute automated customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation.
Use behavioral data, transaction history, customer preferences, and predictive signals to trigger relevant, personalized communications.
Work directly with Braze, Snowflake, and internal teams to improve audience segmentation, orchestration, and campaign automation.
Develop testing frameworks across messaging, creative, timing, offers, and channels.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automated agents to improve personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Establish clear performance dashboards and continuously improve conversion, engagement, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
The outcome:
A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation.
Lead the Launch and Growth of Consumer Subscriptions
Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering.
Partner with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering to develop and execute the subscription go-to-market plan.
Translate the subscription value proposition into clear positioning, messaging, creative, and customer-facing experiences.
Build the acquisition strategy across existing users, paid channels, referrals, restaurant partnerships, and owned media.
Develop conversion journeys that move existing inKind customers into paid subscriptions.
Execute subscription onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and retention programs.
Test pricing presentation, promotional offers, trial structures, messaging, and conversion flows in partnership with Product.
Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments based on behavior, frequency, and potential subscription value.
Monitor subscriber acquisition cost, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and subscription lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement through automated lifecycle programs.
The outcome:
A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine.
Bring Brand Storytelling Into B2B Performance Marketing
Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel.
Evaluate current B2B paid acquisition campaigns, messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel performance.
Develop compelling stories that communicate why restaurants partner with inKind, beyond the immediate financial transaction.
Build campaigns that highlight restaurant success stories, operator experiences, hospitality expertise, and the broader value of the inKind platform.
Work with Sales and Business Development to understand restaurant decision-making, objections, and buying motivations.
Introduce brand-led creative and messaging into existing paid channels without sacrificing lead generation performance.
Develop and execute structured tests comparing transactional, educational, and brand-led messaging.
Build content and creative that can be reused across paid acquisition, landing pages, email, sales enablement, and partner communications.
Improve conversion through stronger positioning, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing-page optimization.
Measure the impact of brand-led marketing on lead quality, acquisition efficiency, conversion, and partner engagement.
The outcome:
A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results.
Drive Consumer Growth and Marketing Performance
Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey.
Build and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and owned channels.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences.
Work with Product to improve customer journeys and reduce friction in the app and purchase experience.
Identify opportunities to use inKind's restaurant network as an acquisition and engagement channel.
Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives demonstrating the strongest incremental impact.
Maintain clear accountability for customer acquisition cost, conversion, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Build Scalable Marketing Systems and Automation
Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution.
Identify repetitive marketing activities that can be automated or simplified.
Leverage Braze, Snowflake, AI tools, and other technologies to improve campaign execution and decision-making.
Partner with Engineering and Data to improve the availability and use of customer data.
Develop reusable campaign frameworks, audience segments, reporting dashboards, and experimentation processes.
Introduce AI-driven workflows where they can meaningfully improve productivity, personalization, or performance.
Create processes that allow the marketing function to execute more effectively as the business scales.
Lead Marketing Execution and Cross-Functional Delivery
Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization.
Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined owners, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Lead and develop marketing team members while remaining directly involved in execution.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and deliver results.
Manage agencies, creative resources, vendors, and marketing technology partners where appropriate.
Establish clear operating rhythms for campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and performance reviews.
Maintain visibility into what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next.
Balance longer-term marketing improvements with immediate commercial priorities.
Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning and executing growth initiatives.
Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, subscription, or e-commerce business.
Demonstrated success building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs.
Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze or similar.
Experience launching or scaling consumer products, subscription offerings, membership programs, or recurring-revenue initiatives.
Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, retention, and LTV.
Ability to use data and analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and test brand-led creative within performance marketing channels.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing resources.
Strong communication, prioritization, and project execution skills.
Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, AI-powered marketing workflows, or other technical marketing capabilities is a plus.
Why inKind
inKind is at an exciting stage of growth, with an established restaurant network, millions of consumers, and significant opportunities to expand how customers interact with our platform.
This role offers the opportunity to take direct ownership of initiatives that will shape the next stage of the business — from building an automated lifecycle marketing engine to launching a consumer subscription product and evolving how we communicate our value to restaurant partners.
We're looking for someone who wants to build, execute, and see the measurable impact of their work.
If you're energized by turning complex marketing challenges into working solutions, moving quickly, and building growth programs that scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a leader for SEO, AEO, and GEO to guide how expecting and new parents discover us across traditional search and AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Claude. As AI changes how parents research products, get advice, and decide what to buy, discoverability is a priority for Babylist. This role will define and execute that strategy end to end including the roadmap and measurement plan.
You will work at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and structured data to make sure Babylist is accurately understood, cited, and recommended wherever parents look for answers. You will partner with the teams across Marketing, Tech, Merchandising and Partnerships to set direction, present to leaders and the executive team, and drive performance.
This is an opportunity for someone who understands where search is heading and wants to build discoverability for one of the most trusted brands in pregnancy and parenting. The role sits in Growth Marketing.
Who You Are
You have built and run an AEO program from first principles.
You write question-based prompts and define the KPIs (citation share, visibility, share of voice). You pick a tracking tool and can say what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
You have deep technical SEO skills on a large, complex site.
Rendering and prerendering, crawl behavior, structured data, internal linking, migrations, and recovery from Google algorithm updates. Babylist has XM+ registry URLs and XK guides, so scale problems are the normal case.
You measure results beyond clicks.
You link AI visibility, citations, and brand search to signups and revenue, and you work with paid search on how to attribute them.
You build with AI.
You have shipped AI-assisted workflows, programmatic pages, or internal tools that moved rankings or citations. You would rather build a system that compounds than ship one-off pages.
Applied AEO or GEO experience
, paired with a proven track record owning organic growth results. Experience at a consumer brand, marketplace, or publisher with a large content library is a plus.
You set content standards that drive organic traffic.
FAQ structure, freshness cadence, and formatting that earns citations, delivered to editors and freelance writers as guidance they can use.
You are hands-on.
You pull the data, write the brief, and fix the markup yourself.Nice to have: experience driving discovery through Reddit, YouTube, or short-form video, and building partner or sponsored organic programs without hurting editorial trust.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You understand agentic commerce,
where AI assistants research and buy products for parents. You make sure Babylist’s product data, registry, and shop pages are structured so those agents can read, compare, and recommend them.
How You'll Make an Impact
Own the organic search roadmap and its KPIs: SEO-driven activated registries against plan, clicks, top-3 rankings, and AEO citation share and visibility.
In your first 90 days, review our AEO tracking (two overlapping tools today), pick one, and lock the prompt framework and KPIs for Registry, Health and Shop.
Keep Google rankings stable and growing across the top categories of Babylist’s business. That covers the technical backlog, internal linking, and content freshness.
Move non-Registry visibility up in the categories where we trail the category leader today, with a thoughtful and actionable roadmap.
Build AI-driven systems with the internal AI Enablement team and Engineering. Replace vendor tools where an in-house build does the job, and articulate the tradeoffs.
Set the content playbook with Editorial: FAQ structure, update cadence, and what earns citations.
Partner with marketing to find new discovery channels like social and Reddit and measure whether they change AI citations and overall discoverability.
Co-own brand search strategy and attribution with Paid Search.
Publish a monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO reviews for the organization with information on performance vs. plan and key projects.
Be the company's source of SEO and AEO guidance across internal communications.
Tie organic discoverability to actual business impact including traffic that converts to registry signups and revenue.
Implement an agentic commerce roadmap for Babylist.
Why This Role
Babylist has the highest citation and visibility scores in its competitive set of registry queries. Holding that position as AI search changes takes a real roadmap, and you will build it.
Room to grow in Health. Health is a newer area for Babylist, and there is a real opportunity to expand our reach with strong content and a sharp roadmap.
You help define success. You co-build the 2027 goals with leadership and own the measurement behind them.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,788.00 to $191,730.00
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working

- Own hands-on technical campaign development, including complex HTML and CSS email builds, reusable templates and components, responsive email development, and dynamic personalization using Handlebars, Liquid, and other templating logic.
- Own technical implementation across the Lifecycle Marketing technology stack, including audience activation and segmentation in Hightouch, campaign orchestration in Iterable, SQL-based data validation, integrations, APIs, webhooks, and other technologies that power member communications.
- Build scalable automation and AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual campaign production, increase execution speed, and improve quality. - Deep hands-on experience with a customer engagement or marketing automation platform such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a comparable platform, including complex journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel campaign execution. You understand the underlying principles of marketing automation and can adapt quickly across platforms and technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for automation and build scalable solutions that reduce repetitive manual work. Experience experimenting with or applying AI, generative AI, or agentic workflows to marketing operations is strongly valued.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of taking ambiguous business problems, determining an appropriate technical solution, and independently driving work from solution design through implementation.
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills, with experience establishing quality standards and partnering effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, and other cross-functional teams.

Hello 👋 I'm Jack, VP of Design at Cleo. I'm excited to be growing the Experience Chapter as Cleo enters its next stage of scale.

We've spent the past six months overhauling how great product gets made at Cleo, with the latest tools and models built into our process. Many of the team work directly in code, building our own design tools, creating high fidelity prototypes and shipping to production.
But, it's not only a process change - it's a product change. We're rethinking the UX of the product from the ground up, around fully agentic financial assistants that can run your financial life.
We expect our people to get genuinely close to the business, take real ownership of problems, and move comfortably between big picture thinking and the detail of making something incredibly good.
It's an exciting time to join: so much of this is being built for the first time 🚀

- Ensure the system enables both speed and expressive excellence

- A systems thinker who designs frameworks, not just features
- Deeply experienced in fintech or other complex, high-trust B2C domains
- Proven in shaping scaling products into durable platforms
- Comfortable influencing VP and C-level stakeholders
- Exceptional in craft, with the judgment to balance beauty, clarity, and scale
- Forward-looking, with strong perspectives on AI-native interaction models

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business.
We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey.
You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging.
- Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales.
- Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities.
- Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve.
- Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support.
- Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have.
- Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data.
- Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise.
- Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics.
- Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST-HAVES
- Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions.
- Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had.
- Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis.
- A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief.
- Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why.
- Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with unstructured data.
- Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring.
- Understanding of subscription businesses.
- Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU'VE…
- Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver.
- Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual).
- Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance.
-
HOW WE WORK
We optimise for responsibility and freedom.
- No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes.
- A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved.
WHY JOIN
- Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions.
- Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue.
- Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you'll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first - more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn't repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
- Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
- Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
- Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
- Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
- Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
- Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
- Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
- Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the U.S., with the ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones required. We'd love for you to be based in New York or San Francisco where you can work out of our office, but it's not a requirement.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States
We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
QMO is responsible for the quality benchmark that every Hasbro project adheres to — covering requirements through closure — across AI, automation, manual, performance, security, and compatibility testing. The team is transitioning from manual and legacy scripted automation to AI-enhanced testing, involving a move to Playwright and embracing Tosca's agentic AI features.
We're hiring a Lead QA Engineer to lead our transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This is a technical leadership role without formal direct reports. You will develop the automation strategy and directly guide the daily automation and AI efforts of our offshore vendor team. You will advise the technical aspects of our Selenium-to-Playwright migration, the integration of Tosca's AI/agentic features, and test coverage across SAP, P2M, and Hasbro CLM(which is migrating to AWS). We seek someone highly skilled to help build the future of our QA processes!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation. This reduces dependence on manually written scripts by adopting AI and agentic automation methods, such as Tosca's agentic AI capabilities.
Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright, including framework architecture and standard methodologies.
Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of our offshore vendor team, determining priorities and evaluating output quality — without formal people-management responsibility.
Take ownership for test case management and regression/defect tracking methods in qTest, ensuring they grow alongside the team's automation-first approach.
Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage into their release cycles.
Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM through its migration to AWS, including planning test coverage on the new platform.
Translate business and QA strategy into concrete implementation plans — proactively identifying risk and next steps rather than completing a fixed task list.
Provide updates on automation progress, potential risks, and suggestions to QA leadership.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of QA automation experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of automation strategy.
Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca, including building, structuring and maintaining automation scripts
Solid practical experience with Playwright, including firsthand involvement in transitioning automation suites from Selenium.
Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches to reduce manual script authoring — not just traditional record-and-playback or hand-coded scripting.
Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects.
Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms.
Practical understanding of or direct experience with AWS services.
Experience directing or closely coordinating the work of an offshore vendor QA/automation team.
Proven capability to convert business and test strategy into a detailed action plan, instead of merely finishing assigned tasks — showing solid responsibility and discernment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with NeoLoad or a comparable performance testing tool.
Familiarity with Azure (SharePoint Framework, Azure Functions) — Hasbro CLM's current platform ahead of its AWS migration.
Exposure to RMS and CSP platforms.
CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Scripting/programming proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Experience with security and/or compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
Effective communication abilities, including confidence in updating senior leadership on status and suggestions.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer

We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
