ABOUT US
Circle is building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Every year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Quality engineering team at Circle owns the foundation for measuring, diagnosing, and improving the quality of Circle's AI-powered features. This team focuses on building the infrastructure to measure, diagnose, and improve production AI systems, rather than ML research or model training.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer to help us build out the evaluation frameworks, observability tooling, and diagnostic infrastructure that tell us whether our AI Agents are working well, where to improve them, and how to make them faster and more cost-efficient.
This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll also lead and manage the AI Quality engineering team, with an ambitious and growing roadmap.
If you're excited about making AI systems work reliably, efficiently, and at scale, this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and own our evaluation infrastructure. Design the CI/CD pipelines, scorers, and datasets that tell us whether Circle's AI agents (planners, tool-callers, and sub-agents) are actually working, from a single tool call to a full multi-turn conversation.
- Diagnose exactly where quality breaks down. Trace failures across the agent pipeline including plan creation vs. execution, tool selection, tool trajectory in complex areas like workflows, site builder, and analytics. Turn what you find into prototypes that solve the issue or identify priorities for AI core engineering can help.
- Grow the datasets that make evaluation possible. Stand up annotation workflows and build out AI-generated and simulated conversations so we can cover more of the product faster than manual labeling alone.
- Run structured experiments across prompts, models, and the agent harness. Evaluate new and open-source models against our production baseline, build the framework we use to decide when to shift models, and chase cost and latency wins through model swaps, caching, and routing by plan complexity.
- Lead and grow the AI Quality engineering team. Set technical direction and manage day-to-day priorities, all while staying hands-on in the code yourself.
- Partner closely with AI Core engineering. Work with the engineers building Circle's AI products so they have real confidence that their changes are actually improving quality, not just shipping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally including LLM-powered agents that take real actions in a product. You've worked on complex, tool-using systems (multiple tools, planning or orchestration, sub-agents) not just simple, single-turn assistants, and you can walk us through something you shipped and how you knew it was actually working.
- Comfortable in Ruby on Rails / Python or ready to pick them up quickly. Ruby on Rails is our production system and the foundation that Circle’s AI Agents are built on and proficiency in Python is a strong plus, especially for the data and evaluation side of the work.
- Experience building evaluation or observability infrastructure for ML/AI systems. You've built eval pipelines, scorers, dashboards, or CI/CD for evals before and have experience with evaluation frameworks like Braintrust, LangSmith, or similar.
- Experience designing datasets, annotation workflows, or labeling pipelines for ML/AI evaluation. You know how to turn raw examples into a dataset you can trust through human annotation, AI-generated data, or simulation.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Strong alignment with our company values https://circle.so/careers.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 https://magoosh.com/english-speaking/english-proficiency-levels-a-guide-to-determining-your-level/ / ILR Level 5 https://www.govtilr.org/.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global Majors segment, some of our largest customers, with significant opportunity to grow with Grafana.
This person will work alongside the Majors team and cross-functional partners to understand what each customer needs, where the growth opportunities are, and where marketing can make a difference. That could mean expanding relationships, increasing adoption, reaching new teams, creating executive engagement, or building something specific for an account.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps over 4 million developers understand and resolve issues in their applications. Behind every error, performance trace, replay, and log is a large-scale data platform responsible for storing, querying, and analyzing massive volumes of telemetry data.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team, which builds and operates the distributed data systems powering Sentry's products. The team manages petabytes of data and develops high-performance analytical infrastructure using technologies like ClickHouse, enabling fast, complex queries across billions of records.
As Sentry grows, so do the technical challenges. The team is evolving its storage and query infrastructure to support increasing data volumes, more complex analytical workloads, and unified access to different types of telemetry data. EAP also provides the data foundation for Seer, Sentry's AI-powered debugging agent, enabling AI systems to access the production context needed to investigate and resolve issues.
In this role, you'll lead a team of engineers tackling complex distributed systems challenges while balancing architectural improvements with the reliability and performance of production systems. You'll bring strong technical judgment, guide engineering decisions, and work closely with product engineering teams to build capabilities that directly impact the developer experience.
This is an opportunity to lead a critical part of Sentry's infrastructure, solve challenging problems at scale, and shape how developers and AI-powered tools interact with application data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and develop a team of engineers working on large-scale distributed data systems, fostering technical excellence, ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Drive technical execution and architectural decisions across EAP's storage and query infrastructure, balancing scalability, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Build and evolve analytical data systems supporting complex queries, high-throughput workloads, and efficient access to petabytes of event data.
- Guide the evolution of EAP's architecture, including query optimization, storage and compute separation, and the unification of different event types into a common analytical platform.
- Own the operational health of the platform, leading efforts to improve reliability, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and address scaling challenges.
- Partner with product engineering teams to understand their technical requirements, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver platform capabilities that support new product experiences.
- Support Sentry's AI-powered capabilities by ensuring the platform efficiently serves the analytical workloads and production context required by Seer and other AI-driven experiences.
- Set clear priorities and drive projects from design through production, helping the team execute effectively while managing competing technical and product needs.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy leading engineers while staying closely involved in technical discussions, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
- Get excited about building and operating large-scale distributed systems where performance, reliability, and efficiency matter.
- Have a strong interest in analytical databases, storage engines, query systems, and the engineering challenges behind processing massive volumes of data.
- Like working through difficult technical tradeoffs and turning ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Take pride in building reliable production systems, understanding how they behave under load, and continuously improving their performance.
- Enjoy collaborating with product engineering teams and understanding how infrastructure decisions influence the end-user experience.
- Want to lead a team whose work directly supports Sentry's core products and growing AI-powered capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant professional software engineering experience, including experience managing and developing engineers, leading technical projects, and driving engineering execution.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, analytical databases, or large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, or operating complex data-intensive systems, with depth in at least one of the following:
- Analytical database infrastructure: Operating, scaling, optimizing, or maintaining OLAP systems such as ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, or similar technologies in production.
- Complex distributed data platforms: Designing and building sophisticated systems using analytical databases or distributed storage technologies as foundational components, with meaningful ownership of the underlying architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Experience making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs involving system scalability, performance, reliability, or operational complexity.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, incident response, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Experience leading engineering projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid, or other column-oriented analytical databases.
- Experience with query optimization, analytical storage architecture, or high-throughput data processing.
- Experience building infrastructure for observability, telemetry, developer tools, or event-driven applications.
- Experience working closely with product engineering teams to develop infrastructure supporting customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar backend programming languages.
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We build AI-powered engines that make, localize, launch and learn from creative, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. Enterprise customers are already working with us. While our product teams focus on self-serve, these roles seed a dedicated enterprise engineering team: the people who make ElevenCreative work for our biggest customers and unblock enterprise deals. You sit between the customer and the product. You’ll talk to enterprise customers, understand their requirements, and decide whether to build a bespoke integration for them or a product improvement for everyone. Making that call well is the job.
Requirements
- Has worked directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer or founding engineer at a B2B startup, including presenting to enterprise clients.
- Strong full-stack product engineer, comfortable with integrations, APIs, auth and enterprise plumbing such as SSO, access control and security reviews.
- Turns a customer’s ask into the real requirement: builds bespoke when it unblocks a deal, and generalizes when several customers want the same thing.
- Ships end-to-end with little direction. There’s no PM to define everything first.
Bonus: experience with localization or TMS integrations, brand or marketing tooling, or adtech.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to operate in European timezones required and flexibility for customer timezones when deals need it. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Demo Engineer on the Demo Engineering team, you’ll shape the technical tooling and platform behind 1Password’s go-to-market demo experience. You’ll build scalable demo environments, interactive product experiences, and shared infrastructure that help teams communicate 1Password’s value across the customer journey. Your work will help make secure access simpler and support 1Password’s mission to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Apply experience in cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Build full-stack and automation solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python, with experience designing systems that other engineers can build on.
- Design and operate infrastructure using infrastructure as code, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), containers, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understand identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Balance speed, reliability, cost, and security while explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Create interactive software-as-a-service (SaaS) demos and guided product experiences using platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade; experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tooling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is also valuable.
What you can expect:
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for 1Password’s demo platform.
- Lead the design of shared demo infrastructure, including templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build sample applications and integrations across 1Password products to support demos and enablement programs.
- Support complex, high-visibility demos for flagship launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling that automates demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers while representing Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions and product roadmap discussions.
- Travel quarterly, including cross-border travel, for conferences and company offsites.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $135,000 USD and $196,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $129,000 CAD and $187,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
