ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- As an Executive Assistant supporting the leadership function at Sierra, you will provide a wide range of strategic and administrative support to our General Counsel and our Partnerships leaders.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all materials and information.
- Plan and execute internal events (in-person and virtual), including team offsites, trainings, and team travel. Book travel and hotel accommodations, negotiating contracts as needed.
- Establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes as part of Sierra’s founding admin team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience.
- Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent time management skills, willingness and ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities, and anticipate the needs of others before they arise.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and prioritize executive workflows, often interpreting and leveraging data.
- Willingness and ability to be in the San Francisco office 4 days per week and ability to travel with leaders if needed (~est 1x per quarter).
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite & Slack.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience in a fast-growing, in-person start-up environment.

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, Product Security to identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities across our rapidly evolving AI products and platforms.
As we build agentic systems, code-generating agents, generative AI models, and enterprise applications, you'll play a critical role in securing new features before they reach production.
Working closely with Product and Engineering, you'll conduct offensive security testing, identify architectural weaknesses, and drive fixes to their root cause. You'll also turn recurring vulnerabilities into scalable security standards and automated controls.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of finding real vulnerabilities in production systems, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work directly with engineers to build more secure products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
OFFENSIVE SECURITY & VULNERABILITY RESEARCH
- Conduct hands-on penetration testing of new products and features, including web applications, APIs, and administrative interfaces.
- Identify security risks across agentic systems, MCP servers, code-generating agents, and AI-powered applications.
- Independently map attack surfaces and uncover authorization, authentication, and multi-tenant isolation vulnerabilities.
- Develop proof-of-concept exploits, validate findings, and retest remediation efforts.
SECURE DESIGN & APPLICATION SECURITY
- Partner with Engineering early in product development to identify and prevent security flaws before release.
- Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and security-focused code reviews.
- Analyze complex codebases to trace vulnerabilities to their root cause and recommend effective fixes.
- Assess security risks across generative AI products, user-deployed applications, and enterprise features such as SSO and role-based access controls.
SECURITY ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION
- Translate recurring vulnerabilities into secure development standards, reusable controls, and automated security checks.
- Build security tooling and integrate preventive controls into development and CI/CD workflows.
- Identify systemic weaknesses and implement solutions that prevent entire classes of vulnerabilities.
- Apply cloud, container, and infrastructure security knowledge to investigate vulnerabilities across the application stack.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Own security findings from discovery through remediation, working directly with engineers to implement lasting fixes.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on exploitability, business impact, and real-world risk.
- Establish practical security standards that enable rapid product development without compromising security.
- Help define security practices for emerging AI technologies and new product architectures.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product security, application security, penetration testing, or vulnerability research.
- Proven track record of independently discovering and exploiting real vulnerabilities through application security work, bug bounty programs, or security research.
- Deep understanding of web application and API security, including authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant isolation.
- Strong ability to read and analyze modern codebases, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineers on remediation.
- Experience conducting threat modeling, secure design reviews, and hands-on penetration testing.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers, and modern application architectures.
- Ability to translate security findings into scalable engineering controls and automated checks.
- Strong technical judgment, independent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying security risks.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
• Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As a Legal Operations Specialist – Data Licensing on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the processes that let Mistral license content and data without slowing down. This role exists because we need someone who can turn legal analysis into repeatable workflows — managing rights, obligations, and restrictions across our growing dataset portfolio. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our commercial and legal agreements, turning their work into clear metadata, tracked obligations, and automated systems.
Your impact will be visible in how smoothly data moves into our AI products: fewer bottlenecks, clearer rights status, and one reliable record for every data agreement we sign. You will sit where copyright, data protection, and AI meet, making sure that as we acquire and use training data, we comply with EU and US law, respect third-party rights, and enforce the restrictions our contracts impose. In scope: clearing permissions for inbound data, reviewing and codifying contracts, maintaining a central rights-and-obligations database, and building AI-powered workflows that make all of this scalable.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions — including anonymization and data protection requirements — before data enters our systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining our template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Assess whether specific AI use cases fall within the scope of third-party agreements, flag gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database that serves as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement.
- Track and manage compliance with ongoing obligations — permitted uses, confidentiality, re-use rights — automate our reporting, and administer master licensing partnerships.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consent for acquired data, and identify obligations that require active monitoring.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners stay within their granted rights, operating the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
- Design and run AI-powered workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration — ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion with confidential contracts, combined with strong project-management skills.
- Clear, direct communication and the initiative to anticipate needs through ambiguity.
- A legal-ops mindset: you want to turn legal analysis into repeatable, scalable processes, not just handle one-off reviews.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment — you are an AI power user, ideally with experience setting up such workflows in a legal team.
- Additional depth in formal legal training, CLM platforms (e.g., Ironclad), publishing-house contracts, or European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ABOUT BASETEN

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. As the Global Equity Programs Lead, you’ll own that function end to end, building the operating model, controls, and systems that let equity run accurately and efficiently as the company grows. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the operational execution of equity refreshes, including data preparation, approval workflows, grant documentation, system uploads, and participant communications.
- Evaluate whether proposed award structures can be administered accurately and at scale, and surface operational, tax, compliance, accounting, and employee-experience risks before launch.
- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with insider trading policies and equity compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Experience building or expanding an equity operations team.
BENEFITS

This balanced role bridges the gap between high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and advanced lifecycle automation. If you have a deep background in partnerships, an AI-forward mindset for process optimization, and hands-on experience with modern ecosystem toolsets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our global network.

We are seeking a highly proactive partner program manager to drive exceptional experiences for our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. You will take the lead on optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction.
This position requires a "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for transforming manual workflows into automated, scalable systems, managing key vendor capabilities, and implementing strategic initiatives that directly unlock ecosystem revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Modernization & Scale:

Optimize the Partner Experience:
Lead and refine core partner onboarding pathways, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a seamless, world-class journey for external ecosystems.

Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities:
Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance.
Orchestrate High-Touch Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments.
Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution:
Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
The "Get-Stuff-Done" Mindset:
A proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results without a rigid instructions script.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional timelines, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Communication & Content:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex program guidelines into clear, compelling partner assets, guides, and updates.

Tech Stack & Automation Familiarity:
Hands-on exposure to CRM and partner ecosystem technologies (such as PRMs, account-mapping utilities, or data integration tools) with a strong desire to leverage software and AI to remove manual tasks.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
About the team
The Fraud Countermeasures team is part of Data Science, and it's how Wealthsimple grows safely. We balance fraud losses with client friction, so legitimate clients can use their money without jumping through hoops. We work in small pods that pair a fraud countermeasures lead with a data scientist and an analytics developer, and we sit alongside Product and Engineering on every new feature launch. We use data to make every decision, and we use AI tools to move faster. If you want to work on hard problems with people who care about craft, you'll fit right in.
About the role
Card fraud is one of the highest-stakes problems at Wealthsimple, and this role owns the strategy for it. You'll set direction for how we prevent application, transaction and account takeover fraud across our card products, and you'll do it independently, with real accountability for the outcome. This is a Staff individual contributor role with manager-level impact: you'll lead through expertise and influence, not direct reports. It's open to candidates in any timezone in Canada.
What you'll do
- Own fraud strategy and execution across application, transaction and account takeover fraud for Wealthsimple's card products.
- Manage the card fraud loss budget as our volumes grow, and guard against the fraud attacks that can blow a budget up.
- Design, backtest, ship and tune detection rules, and set decision thresholds on ML risk scores.
- Weigh fraud losses prevented against operational cost and client experience before you recommend an approach.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to build controls that stop fraud without blocking legitimate clients, like step-up authentication instead of a hard decline.
- Guide the data scientists and analytics developers in your pod, and mentor junior teammates on strategy, rule building and problem-solving.
Skills you bring
- 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention, including 3+ years working directly on card fraud (prepaid or credit) at an issuer, fintech or payments platform.
- Hands-on ownership of card fraud strategy across application, transaction and account takeover fraud.
- Advanced SQL. You write complex queries against transaction-level data yourself, without waiting for an analyst to pull it.
- A track record of building, backtesting, shipping and tuning fraud rules, and explaining the precision, catch rate and approval rate impact of each.
- Experience quantifying fraud savings against operational and client experience costs to make a clear recommendation.
- Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and examples of where they changed your output.
- The ability to influence Product, Engineering, credit risk, operations and external vendors toward a decision without direct authority.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules, dispute processes and chargeback rails.
Who you are
- You set direction on your own and take ownership over outcomes for your space, from fighting fraud attacks to minimizing client friction.
- You make decisions with numbers behind them, and you're honest about what the numbers can't tell you.
- You lead through influence. You can get a roadmap conversation to go your way by rallying others around shared objectives.
- You use AI to aide in your workflow, and know when to question it’s outputs
- You share what you know, and you make the people around you sharper

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer II to join Checkout’s IT Engineering team, supporting Workplace Technology. In this generalist role, you will work across the services and platforms managed by the team, helping colleagues get the technology they need while keeping those services secure, reliable, and easy to use.
You will contribute across areas such as identity and access, end-user devices, collaboration and productivity platforms, IT assets and licences, and office technology. You are not expected to be a subject matter expert in every product. Instead, you bring strong technical foundations, depth in one or more areas, and the curiosity to build working knowledge across the wider portfolio.
At this level, you can confidently resolve all but the most complex problems affecting the team. You will own operational outcomes, deliver small-to-medium projects independently, and work with colleagues and stakeholders to improve the services we provide across Checkout.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Cross-Portfolio Service Ownership: Administer and improve services across the Workplace Technology portfolio. This may include Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, macOS and Windows endpoint management through tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, IT asset and licence processes, and office technology.
- Identity and Access: Support secure identity lifecycle and access management, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities, single sign-on, group and role administration, and least-privilege access.
- End-User Technology: Help manage and support company endpoints and workplace services. Apply approved configurations and security controls, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a consistent employee experience across platforms.
- Platform Administration: Configure and maintain team-managed applications and services. Learn unfamiliar platforms quickly, follow established governance, and identify when a change needs specialist or security review.
- Operational Excellence: Provide dependable operational support, maintain clear documentation and runbooks, and help the team improve service quality, reliability, and supportability.
- Incident and Change Management: Own incidents through the full lifecycle, from triage, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication through safe service restoration, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate incident records, capture decisions and remediation, and document recurring issues and operational procedures in clear, current runbooks and knowledge articles. Plan and implement changes safely, with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback plans.
- Project Delivery: Plan and deliver small-to-medium technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders and other teams to manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Automation and Improvement: Identify repeatable manual work and service friction. Propose or build appropriately controlled automation and simpler workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
- Asset and Licence Management: Support accurate technology inventory, licence administration, and lifecycle processes, helping the team make effective and responsible use of its tools and equipment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share learning across the team, contribute to onboarding and operational guidance, and support colleagues as they develop their technical skills.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Typically 2-3+ years in IT engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Breadth: Practical experience supporting or administering a range of workplace technology services. You have a strong foundation in at least one relevant area and are motivated to build capability across others.
- Relevant Platforms: Experience with some of the following is useful: identity and access management (for example, Okta and SSO); Google Workspace; Atlassian products; macOS or Windows endpoint management (for example, Jamf or Microsoft Intune); SaaS administration; IT asset or licence management; or office technology. You do not need experience with every product listed.
- Security Mindset: Understand the importance of least privilege, secure configuration, data protection, auditability, and careful change management. You know when to escalate a risk or seek specialist guidance.
- Problem Solving: Take a logical, evidence-led approach to troubleshooting. Explain technical options and trade-offs clearly, and distinguish between immediate mitigation and long-term resolution.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for work from investigation through resolution and follow-up. Care about the long-term health of the services you support, not only closing individual requests.
- Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical teams. Translate technical detail into clear updates and provide helpful, user-focused support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across a varied technology estate, learning new tools, and balancing planned delivery with operational priorities in a changing environment.
- Teamwork: Share knowledge, ask for help when needed, and contribute positively to a team that works across multiple technical domains.
