Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, make decisions under uncertainty and balance multiple competing initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions and move quickly.

You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
- Flexible time off

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

This is a rare chance to help build an affiliate channel that sets the standard for SaaS, at a global, publicly listed company. The team & how they connect
You’ll join our affiliates team, part of Xero’s wider performance marketing function, working alongside a fellow Affiliates Manager in Sydney who specialises in publisher relationships. The two of you will share ownership of the channel, with your measurement and technical know-how complementing their partner expertise. You’ll Make it together with product, data science, engineering, brand and our external affiliate agency to bring every campaign to life.
Initially, the role will focus on
➔ Getting hands-on with our affiliate platforms, Impact for Xero and PartnerStack for Melio, and the tracking and reporting behind them.
➔ Reviewing performance and attribution data across both programmes, and closing any tracking gaps quickly.
➔ Growing and nurturing high-quality publisher partnerships across our core markets of Australia, the UK and the US.
➔ Shaping the channel’s roadmap, including AI-powered tools and automation that help us scale acquisition.
Where and how you can work
This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, near one of our offices. We work in a hybrid way, mixing time with your team in the office with time working from home, and our offices host regular boost days that make catching up in person easy.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
➔ You’ll bring hands-on affiliate marketing experience at scale, whether from an affiliate network, platform, agency or the client side.
➔ Experience running programmes on platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, from partner recruitment through to optimisation and reporting, is something you bring.
➔ A strong grasp of tracking, attribution, measurement and incrementality means you enjoy getting into the detail with engineers and data scientists.
➔ Building trusted relationships comes naturally to you, from publishers and partners to technical and business stakeholders.
➔ Owning budgets and commercial targets feels familiar, and you can turn data into clear insights that show the value of the channel.
➔ Curiosity about AI is part of how you work, and you Make it happen by finding, testing and rolling out new tools that help the channel scale.
Apply even if your experience isn’t a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE CONSUMER BUSINESS SERVICES TEAM
- Sierra partners with the businesses that power everyday life for consumers and enterprises alike — from the CPG brands on every shelf to the logistics networks that get products there, the real estate and facilities teams that manage the buildings people live and work in, and the energy and utility providers that keep the lights on. Our agents handle everything from order tracking and account management to field service scheduling and billing support, tuned to the voice and workflows of each business.
- This vertical spans a wide range of industries — consumer products, commercial real estate, automotive & mobility, transportation & logistics, industrial manufacturing, information & data services, consumer electronics, professional services, facilities management, construction, energy, and utilities — giving you the breadth to build relationships across some of the largest and most established companies in the world.
- Join us to bring AI agents to the businesses that quietly run the economy — and help build technology that makes these essential services faster, more reliable, and more human for everyone who depends on them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the primary partner to your Sales counterparts helping to win deals and grow customers
- Go from first discovery to a tailored, working agent in days, not weeks, across prospects and existing customers
- Work with every team involved in the decision: CX, IT, security, procurement, and executive sponsors
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s incredible platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Mentor newer SEs and contribute reusable assets for your industry or team
- Stay with the account after the sale, through the Agent Development handoff, launch, and expansion to new use cases
- Go deep on your industry, the patterns, and winning motions to scale your work
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4-6+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in leading the sales process with large Enterprise customers with deal sizes ranging $500-$1M
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Experience in relationship-building with prospects, including executives and technical leaders
- Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- Experience growing accounts past initial sale
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
