About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s GSI team partners with the world’s largest Global System Integrators and strategy consultancies to deploy frontier AI into the core of how they deliver client work and run their own businesses. These are complex, partner-led organizations where the first engagement is rarely the full opportunity, and where lasting partnerships are built across practice areas and at the executive level.
As an Strategic Account Executive on the GSI team, you’ll own a named book of accounts and the full revenue outcome for each. You’ll develop a point of view on where Claude creates the most value across a firm’s practice areas, advisory services, delivery teams, and internal operations, build relationships with the partners and executives who sponsor transformation at that scale, and expand the partnership well beyond the original buyer. These firms are both customer and future channel — your sell-to motion sets up the sell-with later. You’ll work closely with Product, Applied AI, GTM, and Partnerships leadership to shape how Anthropic shows up across the GSI landscape, while advancing our mission of developing AI that is safe, beneficial, and deployed responsibly.
This is a role for someone who has owned large, complex partner-led accounts end to end and is comfortable operating independently at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Own all revenue outcomes for a named book of GSI accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and multi-practice expansion through complex, multi-quarter sales cycles involving partner-led approval, global procurement, and custom commercial terms
Develop a clear thesis for each priority firm — where Claude creates value across knowledge management, advisory workflows, deliverable generation, and client engagements — and execute a sequenced engagement plan across practices, regions, and stakeholders
Build and independently advance executive relationships with Managing Partners, Practice Leads, MDs, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of AI/Digital, anchoring every conversation to their strategic priorities: utilization, leverage, realization, and billable productivity
Proactively create demand in unengaged practice areas and regions, using early wins as proof points to open new doors across decentralized, partner-led organizations
Build quantified, firm-specific business cases mapped to the GSI operating model — using their own language and metrics — that shape deals rather than justify them after the fact
Identify and close lighthouse partnerships that become references across the GSI landscape and set up the future sell-with motion
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Applied AI, Engineering, and Partnerships to inform the roadmap based on GSI buyer needs, and contribute to the playbook, proof points, and commercial structures that become the repeatable GSI motion
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of owning named accounts at large, complex, partner-led organizations (global SIs, strategy consultancies), managing multi-quarter sales cycles through technical evaluations, partner-led approval, and global procurement
Demonstrated ability to independently build and advance relationships at the Partner, MD, and C-suite level — including practice leadership and innovation/digital executives — and hold credible conversations across both technical and business audience
Experience building firm-specific business cases grounded in the firm's own operating metrics (utilization, leverage, realization, margin) and defending commercial terms through complex negotiations
Background selling platform, API, cloud infrastructure, or emerging technology into enterprises evaluating a new category
Genuine interest in AI and strong alignment with Anthropic's mission of responsible AI development
A history of growing accounts meaningfully beyond the original engagement by proactively creating demand across new practice areas, regions, and use cases
What will make you stand out
Direct experience selling into Global SI’s or strategy consultancies, and fluency in how partner-led firms operate and measure success
Experience as an early AE in a vertical or segment, where you helped build the sales motion rather than inherit it
Background selling developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML tooling into traditional partner-led services firms
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.
While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals
Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer to join the ML Platform team at Synthesia.
Our team builds and operates the systems that allow researchers and product teams to train, serve, and deploy generative models reliably and efficiently. This includes research infrastructure, production serving systems, internal tooling, and the platform interfaces that connect them. A growing part of our mission is making these systems more automation-friendly and agent-oriented, so that workflows can increasingly be operated through reliable tooling rather than manual effort.
We’re looking for a strong generalist with a systems mindset:
- someone who is comfortable working across infrastructure, backend systems, and tooling, and who has seen ML systems in practice.
- this is not a pure ML Engineer role. We’re especially interested in people who think deeply about reliability, scalability, performance, and resource efficiency in complex production environments.
This is a hands-on IC role with significant ownership. You’ll help shape how our ML platform evolves as we scale the number of models, workloads, tools and teams relying on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and improve the platform systems that support model training, evaluation, and production serving.
- Build infrastructure and tooling that make ML workloads more reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that are easy to operate both by humans and by agents.
- Work on the architecture behind how models are deployed, served, and operated across research and product environments.
- Improve how we schedule, monitor, and debug workloads running on GPUs and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop internal tools and abstractions and agentic systems that reduce operational overhead for researchers and engineers.
- Drive improvements across observability, automation, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with researchers and product engineers to understand pain points and turn them into robust platform capabilities.
- Contribute to technical direction and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs as the platform grows.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
- Strong experience building or operating production systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- A systems mindset: you naturally think in terms of bottlenecks, failure modes, interfaces, resource usage, and long-term operability.
- Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Linux, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes and operating distributed workloads in production.
- Strong coding skills, ideally in Python or similar languages used for backend systems and tooling.
- Strong judgment around where automation adds leverage, and where human control and reliability matter most.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure abstractions used by other engineers.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and taking ownership of open-ended technical problems.
- A pragmatic approach: you care about solving the right problem well, not over-engineering.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Operating ML infrastructure or model serving systems in production.
- Supporting research or data-intensive workloads.
- Working with GPU-based systems or other performance-sensitive infrastructure.
- Experience with observability and debugging in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered internal tools.
- Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal.
- Experience working at the boundary between research and production engineering.
- Familiarity with performance optimization, scheduling, or resource allocation problems.
- Experience building lightweight product or developer-facing tools.

Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.
