500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)— building a scalable UA engine
Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the "why," you define the "how." No hand-holding, no micro-management — just results
Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms
Lead creative testing frameworks — build and manage scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify what wins and why, and replicate success at scale
Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation
Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS
Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and other recurring UA workflows
Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams — guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements
Dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels; when a number moves, you're the first to ask why
Generate insights from performance data, proactively surface opportunities, and produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, evolving privacy regulations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to performance marketing
Must Have
5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments
Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads at scale, with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads
Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar); comfortable pulling and analyzing data via SQL and/or advanced Excel or Google Sheets
Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows — reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimization, or process automation more broadly
Strong communication and project management skills — able to sell ideas and negotiate priorities cross-functionally with stakeholders who don't report to you
Comfortable with ambiguity: when the roadmap shifts or a problem has no clear playbook, you build the solution rather than wait for one
Direct communicator who gives and welcomes honest feedback; willing to challenge a broken process or a wrong call
You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line — business owner first, media buyer second
Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
Experience in healthtech, wellness, or other strictly regulated verticals is a strong advantage

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an Analytics Engineer at OnePay, you'll own the analytics foundation (dbt models, testing, and Databricks BI) so the business can move fast on trusted data. We build for humans and AI, so you’ll use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily to move faster and design models, metrics, and documentation that agents and analysts can both rely on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build production dbt models on Databricks that the organization uses as the source of truth for what’s happening in the business
- Support external reporting with accurate, governed data that stakeholders and partners can trust
- Own data quality: testing, CI/CD, documentation, and patterns the team follows
- Build and evolve Databricks dashboards and semantic metrics for self-service across the business
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and analytics stakeholders to turn messy business problems into durable data products
- Drive AI-native workflows: Cursor/Claude (or equivalent) in daily development; model and doc design that works for LLM consumers
YOU BRING
- 3+ years in analytics engineering or equivalent: you’ve owned production models end-to-end, not just ad hoc analysis
- Expert SQL and deep dbt experience (architecture, incremental models, tests, macros, CI/CD)
- Strong Databricks BI (or equivalent semantic layer) delivery
- AI-savvy in practice: you already use AI coding tools daily, validate outputs rigorously, and design data for both humans and agents
- Proven ability to execute in ambiguity: startup pace, incomplete specs, bias toward shipping
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Owner mentality: you see what’s broken, fix it, and raise the bar for others
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries
Cohere is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

- Create and execute scalable account plans, highlighting areas of risk, opportunity, and long-term strategy
- Run regular touchpoints — status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations, and QBRs — to keep customers engaged and successful
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience
- Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events, and internal summits
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills

- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager of Channel Partnerships at Tennr, you will own pipeline generation through the activation of our signed partners. Tennr's business development team signs partners; you take the handoff and build the enablement, incentives, cadence, and systems that turn a contract into a qualified pipeline. You will build and scale partnerships in phases, starting with the most established base and expanding across additional channels over time.
We're looking for a builder who has activated a channel before at a healthcare company and is energized by a partner base that is signed but not yet producing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary relationship owner with a growing book of signed partners.
- Map partner networks to Tennr's ICP and identified target accounts so partners can effectively hunt in the verticals we care about, segmented by specialty and geography.
- Partner with sales enablement and marketing to build playbooks and high-impact collateral for partners to use in market.
- Run the cadence that keeps partners producing between deals: reviews, check-ins, communications, and the incentive programs behind them.
- Stand up partner tooling and reporting, feed insight back to BD on which partners to sign more of, and extend the motion to new channels as we sign it.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our Platform team within the Infrastructure organization. As a member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will own the systems that let every engineer at Baseten prove their code works before it reaches production. Our product runs mission-critical AI inference for customers who measure downtime in dollars per second, which means our internal bar for correctness, performance, and failure tolerance has to be exceptional.
Your focus is the full testing stack: fast and reliable unit test tooling, integration harnesses that spin up realistic environments on demand, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference workloads, and resilience testing that deliberately breaks things so our customers never have to find out what happens when a node dies mid-request. This is a builder role with org-wide leverage. You won't be writing tests for other teams — you'll be building the frameworks, harnesses, and feedback loops that make writing good tests the path of least resistance, and you'll set the standards for what "well-tested" means at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load and performance testing frameworks
- Design end to end test infrastructure that provisions realistic dependencies on demand — ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, containerized service dependencies, etc.
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities: fault injection, network partition and latency simulation, pod and node failure scenarios, dependency degradation, and automated verification that our systems degrade gracefully and recover.
- Attack test suite reliability head-on — flake detection and quarantine, test impact analysis and selective execution, parallelization, and aggressive reduction of end-to-end CI wall time.
- Build observability into the testing layer itself: coverage reporting, test health dashboards, failure triage tooling, and clear signals about which areas of the codebase are under-tested.
- Create project templates and shared libraries so new services start with a complete testing setup on day one.
- Partner directly with product and infrastructure teams — embed where needed, understand their hardest testing problems, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across the org on testing practice and raise the collective bar through code review, documentation, and internal advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python, with hands-on experience building test tooling and libraries used by other engineers.
- Deep experience with testing frameworks and their internals — pytest, Go's testing package, testify, testcontainers, or equivalents — including the ability to extend them, not just use them.
- Experience designing integration test infrastructure for distributed systems, including ephemeral environment provisioning and dependency management.
- Practical experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, Locust, Vegeta, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) and the judgment to interpret results and drive action from them.
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals — you can build test infrastructure that runs on and tests against real cluster environments.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, including how to keep large test suites fast, deterministic, and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of measurably improving testing culture on an engineering team — you have opinions on what to test, what not to test, and where the ROI actually is.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Teams across Arcadia already put agents to work enabling clients' clinical, analytics, and operations teams. We use them heavily for our own work, too. Much of the platform foundation is in place. Now it has to handle longer-running workflows, client-facing agents, and PHI at scale.
You'll join the team that owns the platform underneath these agent workflows. This isn't a solo mandate. Your influence comes from what you ship and what other teams build on top of it.
How We Build
Engineers at Arcadia own outcomes end to end: the problem, the design, the code, the rollout, and the result in production. We build alongside AI without handing it our judgment; our automation is governed and transparent, built to strengthen human expertise, not replace it. We have few layers, high agency, deep ownership. We adopt new tools and practices quickly, which lets us move faster than many startups while keeping the discipline a regulated environment demands.
Our agent platform sits on top of governed access to AWS-based petabyte-scale lakehouse data with open table formats, distributed Spark processing, and Kubernetes services. The current implementation has an OSS agent harness and a gateway/router across model providers, all built on a third-party agent framework.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia product teams should be able to spin up an agent quickly, ship it with confidence, and evolve it over time safely and cost-effectively. The platform provides the building blocks: persistence, workflows, memory, and identity-aware, compliant connectivity to tools. The platform also takes care of the quality attributes: caching, compaction, evals, guardrails, observability, resiliency, and safe handling of PHI.
Teams adopt it because it's the fastest safe path, not because they're told to. You treat it as a product and can show the impact in numbers.
Next: customers bring their own agents to Arcadia, and eventually assemble them from our building blocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Evolve and run our agent platform for both internal and client-facing use cases: the runtime, SDKs, templates, and paved paths that let teams ship agents on Arcadia's data. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Stand up and harden the infrastructure underneath it: IaC, network topology, security controls, and the operational tooling that keeps it running, in close partnership with SRE.
Make quality attributes platform defaults, not per-team projects: evaluation harnesses and regression gates, guardrails and policy enforcement, tracing and telemetry, and resiliency patterns for model, tool, and data failures, plus the inevitable provider churn.
Design for a regulated industry: PHI isolation, least-privilege identity for agents, audit trails, and human review.
Run the platform as an internal product: work with the teams building on it every week, and measure adoption and developer experience.
Partner with domain teams on their hardest agent use cases, and turn what you learn into platform capability.
Own it in production: SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
Set the technical bar for how engineers build with AI at Arcadia, and coach Senior Engineers through design partnership and review. Their trajectory is part of your impact.
What You'll Bring
Platforms you've built and run that other engineering teams adopted, from ambiguous beginnings through years of operation, with results you can show.
Deep foundations in cloud-native distributed systems, data infrastructure, and service architecture. You reason from first principles.
Hands-on infrastructure depth: IaC, cloud, security architecture, and running production systems. You can go deep with SRE, not just hand work off to them.
Current, hands-on production coding, and the desire to keep doing it.
Passion for developer experience (DevEx/DevProd) as a discipline.
Writing clear enough to set standards beyond your own work, and influence that comes from credibility, not title.
No healthcare background required. We hire builders from fintech, infrastructure, and consumer scale, and teach the domain.
Would Love for You to Have
Scars from production LLM/agent deployments beyond glossy demos (but we won't ask for 20 years of LLM experience).
Pragmatism about the LLM ecosystem: excited by it, not distracted by it.
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own one of Arcadia's most consequential platform domains and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org adopts AI; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Product Applied Science to build and lead a team at the core of Garner's product. Our members rely on us to answer hard questions — Which doctor should I see? What will it cost? When should we reach out, and how? — and the quality of those answers is determined by the algorithms behind them.
This is a hands-on management role. You are responsible for the overall technical direction of your squad, building alongside your team of Applied Scientists to solve some of the hardest problems at the company.
This is not a dashboards or descriptive-analytics team. Your team owns production systems end-to-end: framing the problem, defining the objective function, choosing the right approach (ML, optimization, heuristics, expert systems, or a hybrid), shipping it, and improving it against real-world outcomes. The closest analog outside healthcare is leading a research pod at a top hedge fund.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Lead a team of 4-6 — hire, coach, and develop them, hold the bar on both rigor and speed, and help raise that bar across Applied Science
Own the Population Health team and their outputs as a core responsibility
Own your team's roadmap and delivery: what gets built, in what order, and whether it ships
Set technical direction, and get in the weeds to do it — stay close enough to the code and the data to call the approach yourself, whether that's machine learning, optimization, a heuristic, or a simple rule, and set the standard for how your team makes that call
Define the set of metrics needed to judge whether a solution is working, and validate solutions before they ship
Put your own hands on the problems where your judgment matters most — the highest-stakes, least-defined work — and deliver the algorithmic step-changes that move metrics like total-cost-of-care savings, steerage, and member engagement
Turn ambiguous business goals into a clear problem set alongside Research, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and represent your team's work to senior leadership
Set the quality bar: review your team's work with rigor, and define the metrics that decide whether a solution is working
Build a deep understanding of the healthcare economy and Garner's place in it
To make the role concrete, here are three problems on our near-term roadmap:
Provider tiering optimization.
Build a tiering algorithm that jointly optimizes geographic access and total-cost-of-care savings across our doctor network. The objective function, constraints, and tradeoff surface are all open design questions.
AI primary care doctor.
Fine-tune and productionize an LLM-based primary care experience on our website, including the evaluation harness, guardrails, and ongoing quality monitoring needed to ship a medical-adjacent product safely.
Member engagement model.
Build an ML system that ingests claims data and in-app behavior to choose the right channel and moment for each touchpoint — SMS, push, phone, or email — to influence member behavior toward better-quality, lower-cost care.
The ideal candidate has:
6+ years of industry experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Research Scientist, or equivalent; or 4+ years of industry experience with a relevant advanced degree, PhDs preferred
Deep technical credibility, with the range and judgment to lead scientists who are experts in their own right, and the willingness to stay hands-on
Strong judgment in choosing between statistical models, heuristics, optimization approaches, and simpler algorithmic methods depending on the problem
Strong applied problem-solving skills, with the ability to define good metrics and then deliver solutions that improve them
A bias toward action, quickly translating ideas into working prototypes to test approaches
Strong communication skills, including at the executive level, with a track record of driving alignment across teams and functions
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
Python, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, pandas, XGBoost, PyTorch, HuggingFace, modern LLM tooling and eval frameworks. We pick tools based on the problem, not the resume — bring your judgment.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the team behind Garner's algorithmic systems — shaping how members find better care, and how applied science gets done at Garner, while staying close to the work yourself.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target base comp range for this position is $300,000-$390,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI agents: We believe the best managers lead from being hands-on and close to the work. Our managers operate as ICs for their first 3-6 months at Sierra, and then evolve to manage and grow a team of engineers, all while building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical, and directly drive Sierra’s growth. These aren’t prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce. You’ll ensure technical excellence, operational reliability, and high customer impact.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): You’ll both build directly, and guide your team through the full lifecycle—from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration—coaching engineers to set and maintain the standard for ADLC best practices. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and scale effectively in production environments.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll collaborate with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and guide your team in building AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You’ll also work with innovative startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Shape the future of the platform: Your team’s direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. You’ll surface unmet needs, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra’s product.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling, as well as leading engineering teams that build and scale, end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to guide teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- A leadership style that comes from being hands-on, and blends high standards with empathy, fostering both speed and quality
- Proven ability to work closely with customers and translate business needs into technical deliverables
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus).
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder with high ownership and urgency
- Familiarity with tools for today’s AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Experience interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot

To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.
