You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As one of our early CSMs in EMEA, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/ adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of EMEA customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as a member of the first in-region CS team, developing EMEA-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/ Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Strong Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll take new security capabilities in frontier models and turn them into products that customers can rely on, working across the full stack from early prototype through production.
This role sits close to both research and go-to-market. You'll work with researchers on the team to understand what the models can do and where they fall short, and with customers and partners to understand which problems are worth solving for them. You'll be expected to form your own view from both and to own significant pieces of the roadmap, including deciding what not to pursue.
The right candidate is a strong generalist engineer with the technical depth to engage with research, the product instincts to know what's worth building, and the drive to move fast. Prior security experience is useful but not required; range across the stack and good judgment about what to build matter more.
Responsibilities
Build and ship user-facing and/or backend features for Claude Security
Build the agent loops, tool integrations, and enabling infrastructure for cybersecurity products
Collaborate tightly with product managers and go-to-market to understand user needs, shape feature scope, and make informed tradeoffs as you build
Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal testing, improving the experience on a continuous basis
Collaborate with research teams to identify and develop new model capabilities for security applications
You may be a good fit if you:
Contribute across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure
Are proficient in TypeScript, Python, and/or Go and have experience building distributed systems
Enjoy fast iteration and are energized by prototyping new ideas
Are comfortable working closely with research and go-to-market teams
Have strong communication skills and can work effectively across functions
Have 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience building client-side terminal applications
Experience developing cybersecurity products
Experience in incident response, reverse engineering, network analysis, penetration testing, or similar fields
Experience building skills, plugins, or hooks in Claude Code or similar tools
Experience building with Claude Managed Agents or similar frameworks
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for strong backend engineers who love building developer tools used by the largest AI companies in the world. You’ll be building for things at scale, but also for new AI workflows that change every day.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve built and shipped modern web applications end-to-end
- You’re comfortable working across the stack: TypeScript on the frontend, Python services on the backend, and ClickHouse for data and analytics
- You have deep knowledge of observability tools and patterns used for large-scale workloads such as custom sandboxes and training and inference for large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models
- You have experience with at least one of the following: billing/payments systems, B2B SaaS tooling, enterprise software, or LLM/diffusion model inference and training workloads
- You have strong product instincts and think about customer problems, not just tickets
- You’re able to participate in our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a mid-level Data Engineer for our team.
Become a part of a team of data specialists who take care of massive amounts of data and groundbreaking technologies. Your work will be driving and empowering efficient and successful decentralised domain data ownership and data consumption, for example, around car pricing intelligence or deliveries. When needed, you can participate in the evolution and optimisation of our data stack, helping domains to ingest, process and consume data across the company. You will also play an active role in driving our agentic evolution roadmap.
While being part of a central team of data engineers across Portugal, Poland and Spain, you will be embedded in cross-functional packs on a rotational basis. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, product analysts, data scientists and regional business partners to identify and design new data projects and guide them through successful delivery and validation from end to end.
What you will be doing:
Enable efficient consumption of domain data as a product by delivering and promoting strategically designed actionable datasets and data models
Build, maintain, and improve rock-solid data pipelines using a broad range of technologies
Support teams without data engineers in building decentralised data solutions and product integrations.
Build data pipelines in our Lakehouse using Medallion architecture.
Act as a data ambassador, promoting the value of data and our data platform among engineering teams and enabling cooperation
Cooperate with product teams to look for opportunities to integrate data into our end products and streamline source data so that data is cleaner earlier in the process
Follow and promote data mesh principles around decentralised data ownership and ‘data as a product’
Promote and uphold privacy-by-design principles, ensuring sensitive data is managed in strict compliance with established security and privacy standards
Increase data literacy of the engineering organisation by hosting training and mentoring other engineers (both less experienced data engineers and software engineers)
Help advance agentic systems tailored for data engineering through the creation of specialized skills and agents.
Who we are looking for:
+2 years of experience building complex data pipelines and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively; highly driven and self-motivated
Master of SQL language regardless of the underlying data technology. Writes efficient, easy-to-read, and crisp SQL code.
Familiarity with Medallion architecture.
Experience with designing for scale and data growth in terms of storage and performance
Business and product understanding (why over what) and the ability to deal with ambiguity
Consistent track record of successful data projects delivered and managing their lifecycle
Potential to build rock-solid Python applications - writes understandable and maintainable code
Experience with cloud data technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure Cloud), such as Redshift, Spark, Trino, Iceberg, Airflow.
Knowledge and curiosity about other big data technologies and tools
Experience with analytics teams and translating business terms and KPI to technical requirements

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
SOFTWARE ENGINEER, SECURITY
Security Engineering builds the foundations that let Sierra deliver powerful AI agents while protecting customer data and trust. We partner across product and platform to make security, privacy, and safety core product capabilities and secure defaults.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our work spans several security domains. You’ll go deep where your strengths and interests are strongest, with opportunities to explore new areas alongside the team.
Build the Foundations of Trust.
Design and ship systems that make Sierra’s platform secure by default — spanning agent safety/security, privacy, identity, authentication, authorization, and data security. You’ll work across all layers of production (agents, infrastructure, backend, frontend) to embed security-conscious design into the core of our product.
Own Cross-Cutting Systems.
Partner with product and platform teams to implement and evolve Sierra’s trust primitives: identity management, access control, auditability, and data lifecycle management. You’ll make pragmatic design trade-offs between usability, performance, and security.
Secure Agentic AI Systems.
Build controls that ensure AI agents can't leak customer data, execute unauthorized actions, or be manipulated into unintended behavior. Design runtime policy enforcement for tool use, implement safe agent sandboxing, and create boundaries that protect data while keeping agents powerful and useful.
Automate and Scale Security-Adjacent Workflows.
Create developer-friendly tooling to reduce risk and friction — whether through automating security checks in CI/CD, enforcing privacy boundaries through schema validation, or instrumenting runtime monitoring for sensitive events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Strong Software Engineering Skills.
Experience building and maintaining production systems. You’re comfortable designing APIs, integrating with authentication or identity frameworks, and thoughtfully using AI-assisted development tools to build, test, and ship high-quality code faster without lowering the quality bar.
Security Mindset.
You think like a security engineer — considering how data flows, where it’s stored, who can access it, and how to design for least privilege and transparency.
Product and Platform Mindset.
You care about building secure scalable systems that enable, not block, innovation. You work closely with product teams to make trade-offs clear and help them move quickly without sacrificing trust.
Curiosity and Ownership.
You take ambiguous, cross-cutting problems from first principles to production and go deep when needed: tracing an authorization decision from agent intent through policy enforcement and downstream effects, or following sensitive data across model context, logs, storage, and tenant boundaries. You define the problem, align partners, ship the solution, and own it in production.
EVEN BETTER IF…
- You’ve worked on privacy, identity, trust & safety, authN/authz, or data protection systems.
- You’ve built security frameworks, libraries, or tooling that developers actually use or integrated security automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- You have exposure to AI systems or care about designing secure-by-default LLM applications.
- You think like an attacker — you naturally ask "what could go wrong?" when reviewing designs or while building systems. You've found or fixed real security issues in production systems.
- You thrive in 0→1 environments, where foundational systems have to balance speed, reliability, and trust.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most

Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

At
WooCommerce
, we’re on a mission to democratize commerce. Millions of merchants around the world build their businesses with our open-source platform, and we’re scaling how we support them.
Specifically, we’re scaling our B2B merchant acquisition efforts and are looking for a Senior Revenue Engineer to help build our Revenue Operations function largely from the ground up. This role goes beyond optimizing what exists today: it involves designing systems, processes, and data foundations that don’t yet fully exist, while ensuring they can scale thoughtfully over time.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership as a trusted operational and analytical partner, helping establish the foundations that enable clear decision-making, effective execution, and predictable growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Your work will directly shape how we operate today and how we scale going forward.
What You’ll Do
First 90 days:
Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, establish remediation plans.
First 180 days:
Create capacity and territory models, map the full tech stack and integrations, define the attribution model.
First 12 months:
Achieve predictable forecasting (within ±10%) and establish a scalable enablement foundation.
Day to day, Week to week, Month to month
Systems & Data Foundation
Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, etc.).
Establish data quality standards, access controls, and governance practices.
Build durable dashboards and ad hoc reporting that clearly answer “where are we vs. target?”
Perform ongoing process and data gap analysis, prioritizing practical improvements while keeping long-term scalability in mind.
Evaluate and implement technology or process improvements to support revenue growth.
CS & Sales Enablement
Operationalize CS function: customer health, churn prediction, renewal workflows, escalation paths, expansion playbooks.
Create rules of engagement between Sales and CS for complex GTM.
Build enablement function infrastructure (topics/process/schedule—not training delivery).
Strategic Revenue Support
Build tracking for strategic/payment partner merchants critical to NRR.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategy: win/loss, deal cycle length, seasonality, retention, segmentation bands, and customer bands.
Create capacity planning models based on pipeline velocity and customer growth.
Territory planning, quota setting, and compensation administration.
Support pricing and packaging changes with data and tracking.
Support mid-funnel pipeline reviews and Sales/CS QBRs.
Identify and surface GTM and CS inefficiencies through data analysis.
Build merchant health scoring, expansion potential tracking, and red-to-green workflows.
Design reporting that gives executives visibility, managers clarity, and reps actionable insights—from pipeline health to forecasting accuracy.
You Might Be a Fit If
You’ve built RevOps from scratch
(6–8+ years of experience, including at least one 0→1 build or major foundation reset).
You’re deeply data-driven
, with a mindset of “if the data isn’t there, how do we get it?”
You’re comfortable speaking truth to power
, using data to surface trade-offs and inform decisions, even when conversations are uncomfortable.
AI is a strength, not a buzzword
—you can point to concrete examples of how you use it in your current role.
You’re hands-on technically
, with strong Salesforce experience (flows, integrations) and comfort working with data (e.g. SQL or Python), not just point-and-click tooling.
You know the RevOps tooling landscape
, and have good judgment about what actually works at scale.
You’re pragmatic and intentional
, balancing short-term fixes with longer-term system design.
You can partner as an equal with revenue leaders
, and communicate data-backed insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
What Good Looks Like
You can answer “where are we vs. Sales and CS targets?” quickly using trusted data.
Executives rely on ELT-ready dashboards that communicate complex business simply.
Core metrics (NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, time to close, close rates) are clearly defined with documented data sources.
We are currently prioritizing candidates who reside in the Americas or Europe / Africa.
Salary range: $140,000-$200,000 USD.
Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
We are searching for high-caliber candidates with the skills and qualities to have a net positive for Automattic. Pay will reflect the potential contribution and the impact you can bring, which may, in some cases, go beyond the range stated.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We've seen firsthand how powerful in-person community connection can be — from our flagship Meetabase in Argentina to customer-hosted events in Madrid, and casual bar meetups organized when team members travel through Europe. We're ready to take this to the next level, and we're looking for someone who can help us think and operate at a different scale. That means owning a full portfolio of event types — from our annual user conference to executive dinners to community-hosted gatherings — and bringing an experimental mindset to all of it. You won't just execute events well; you'll design programs, run tests, measure what works, and build a scalable playbook grounded in real data.
What you’ll own
Program Design
Own the overall community events plan, including how different event types ladder up to company goals around awareness, retention, pipeline, and community health
Design events as experiments: define hypotheses, set measurable goals, and build in the feedback loops needed to learn and iterate
Maintain a forward-looking events calendar aligned to product launches, regional growth priorities, and company milestones
Identify and prioritize target cities and regions based on community density, product usage data, and expansion opportunity
Event portfolio
Lead planning and execution of our annual user conference (Meetabase) end-to-end
Support and scale community-hosted events by providing toolkits, resources, and coordination for local organizers who want to run their own gatherings
Own demand gen events, including executive dinner and VIP programming — curating guest lists, formats, and experiences that deepen relationships with key customers and prospects
Coordinate informal and formal meetups and community visits globally
Operations and measurement
Own all event logistics: venue sourcing and negotiation, catering, AV, signage, swag, guest lists, and international shipping
Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement across multiple time zones and currencies
Define and track KPIs for every event type — from attendance and engagement to pipeline influence and community NPS — and report out regularly
Gather attendee feedback — quantitative and qualitative — and synthesize insights to continuously raise the bar on quality and impact
Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and toolkits so programs can be handed off, replicated, and improved over time
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success Engineering on branding, messaging, and lead handoff
What you bring
Experience in event management, community marketing, or field marketing at a tech company, with a track record of owning both large flagship events and smaller programmatic ones
A strategic, data-driven approach: you define success before you start, and you know how to structure even a small dinner as a learning opportunity
Experience managing a diverse portfolio of event formats — conferences, executive programs, community events, meetups — not just one type
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones
Comfortable with international logistics: foreign vendors, cross-border shipping, multi-currency payments
Confident negotiator with vendors and venues; familiarity with contracts and procurement
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async environment with high autonomy
Ability to travel internationally when needed
Bonus: experience in SaaS, data analytics, or open-source communities
Bonus: fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.)
Why this role matters
This role is the strategic engine behind how Metabase shows up for its community in the real world. Every event you design is both a relationship-builder and a learning opportunity — a chance to deepen connections, surface honest feedback, generate new evangelists, and test what actually moves the needle. You're not just running events; you're building a program that compounds over time.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $72.8K–$186K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.
