Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner. We serve 600+ institutional clients globally: funds, family offices, banks, foundations, token issuers, payment firms, OTC desks, and corporates.
We're well-capitalized, growing consistently, and built on a sustainable model. We operate 24/7 from hubs in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.

Hex Trust Markets

Responsibilities include selling execution and on/off-ramp solutions, growing wallet share, and driving repeat volumes. This is a pure origination role offering high autonomy, transparent performance-based economics, and direct impact on revenues from day one.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (Commodity Trading Companies, Payment Company, hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, corporates, HNWIs, and intermediaries) to drive OTC crypto trading and fiat on/off ramp activity.
Identify and onboard new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase OTC crypto trading volume and revenue.
Partner with clients to understand their treasury, settlement, and liquidity needs across both crypto and fiat domains.
Provide market intelligence, trade ideas, and execution support across spot, derivatives, and structured products.
Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, legal, client management) to deliver seamless onboarding, funding, and settlement workflows
Monitor market trends and client behavior to identify product gaps and contribute to strategic roadmap discussions.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in institutional sales or client coverage roles with a focus on crypto (with direct experience in OTC and/or fiat on/off ramps).
Deep understanding of the OTC crypto trading landscape and fiat infrastructure (bank wires, stablecoins, payment rails like SWIFT, SEPA, ACH).
Proven track record of onboarding and growing institutional client accounts, and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain nuanced trade and compliance mechanics clearly
Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin (highly preferred)
Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Understanding of the requirements to successfully operate within a regulated institution.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration.
We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. Stay involved through launch and iteration, not just handoff.
- Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches. Use this work to align quickly with your team.
- Validate assumptions with self-serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction. Treat research as a velocity tool, not a gate.
- Prototype using AI tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and simple interfaces. Let AI generate code while you guide structure, behavior, and UX quality. Partner with engineers to decide what moves into the product.
- Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness.
- Design for the 80 / 20: Encode judgment and complexity under the hood while keeping the default experience simple and successful for most customers.
- Contribute to patterns and culture: Share prompts, patterns, and learnings with the design org. Participate in crits and reviews that raise the bar for quality.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other systems-heavy environments
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
- Comfort working in tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production code by hand
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
- Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
- Clear communication and comfort collaborating directly with engineers and PMs
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience planning and running customer interviews or usability tests
- Familiarity with design systems and extending shared components
- Comfort with basic front-end concepts such as components and states
- Experience in fast-moving product teams where iteration and shipping matter
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started back in 2000, we have been striving to make the world’s most robust and effective developer tools. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
JetBrains is evolving beyond standalone developer tools toward a unified, AI-native platform for software development.
AI is no longer just an assistant inside the editor – it is becoming an active participant in how software is planned, built, reviewed, and operated across teams and organizations. This shift introduces new challenges that cannot be solved at the level of individual tools alone: governance, security, cost control, observability, and coordinated work between humans and autonomous agents.
Our goal is to build a platform that enables companies to adopt AI in software development in a structured, scalable, and economically efficient manner without locking them into closed ecosystems. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development, deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments.
We are looking for an experienced ML leader who has created products with an ML backbone, weaving together research, technical excellence, and strong product focus.
We are seeking a professional who excels in three key areas: technology, product vision, and business operations. This role involves extensive cooperation with products across the company – both AI-native and just integrating AI.
In this role, you will:
Identify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI projects that align with JetBrains' product strategy and deliver measurable business value.
Lead a team of about 50 people across multiple AI initiatives, including hiring and developing team leads, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists.
Set the technical direction for JetBrains’ ML roadmap, translating cutting-edge AI advancements into practical product innovations.
Ensure projects deliver on commitments and create measurable value.
Set technical standards, architectural direction, and best practices for ML development.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
The ability to balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs.
A track record of shipping production ML systems that users actually use.
Experience building business cases for technical projects.
A deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with senior leaders.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Attention to detail in everything you do.
We’d be especially thrilled if you have experience with:
Distributed training of multi-billion parameter models.
CI systems, workflow automation, and experiment tracking.
The Kotlin programming language.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own our relationship with one to two of the world's largest global systems integrators. This is a general-management role disguised as an alliance role: you will set the multi-year joint strategy with the partner's C-suite, negotiate the strategic agreement that underpins it, and then build the machine — go-to-market, solution co-development, delivery readiness, and enablement at a scale of tens of thousands of practitioners — that turns Claude into one of the partner's largest and fastest-growing practices.
You will be measured on the size and health of the joint business: progress against a $1B+ Claude practice plan, Anthropic ARR sourced and influenced through the partner, certified and delivery-ready practitioners (50,000+), co-developed solutions in market with reference-able customers, and the depth of executive alignment on both sides.
Key responsibilities
Own the joint business.
Build and run a multi-year joint business plan with each GSI covering services bookings, Anthropic ARR, priority industries and geographies, investment, and headcount. Report on it to Anthropic and partner executive leadership quarterly.
Lead at the C-suite.
Be the primary Anthropic relationship owner for the partner's Group CEO, service-line and industry CEOs, CTO/Chief AI Officer, and Chief Learning Officer. Map and activate Anthropic executive sponsors, run CEO-level QBRs, and shape the partner's public AI narrative (earnings calls, analyst days, flagship events) around Claude.
Negotiate the strategic agreement.
Structure and close multi-year strategic collaboration agreements spanning consumption and resale commitments, co-investment and market development funds, co-marketing, IP and solution terms, and enterprise-wide internal deployment of Claude across the partner's own workforce.
Co-develop solutions.
Partner with Anthropic Product, Applied AI, and the GSI's CTO office to co-build industry and horizontal offerings, agentic and Claude Code delivery accelerators, and reference architectures; take them to market with named launch customers and published references.
Build a 50,000+ practitioner practice.
Design and land a certification and delivery-readiness system inside the partner — embedded in their academy/L&D, train-the-trainer led, tied to Claude Partner Network tier requirements — and hold the partner accountable to capability they build themselves rather than capacity Anthropic supplies.
Drive global co-sell.
Stand up joint account planning and pursuit governance with Anthropic field leadership across NA, EMEA, and APAC; personally engage on the largest strategic pursuits; ensure clean attribution through deal registration and CRM discipline.
Run alliance governance.
Establish and chair a joint steering committee with named workstreams (GTM, solutions, delivery readiness, enablement, marketing), clear owners on both sides, and a published operating cadence.
Lead through others.
Orchestrate a global virtual team of partner solutions architects, partner marketing, enablement, regional PAMs, and sales leaders; mentor PAMs across the team; scope and make the case for dedicated resourcing as the business scales.
Shape the program.
Bring the voice of the largest GSIs into Anthropic's partner strategy, Elite-tier program design, and product roadmap.
Minimum qualifications
15+ years in alliances, partner sales, or consulting leadership, including 8+ years owning a top-tier GSI relationship (e.g., IBM, NTT Data, Capgemini) at a hyperscaler or category-defining enterprise software/AI company — or the mirror-image role leading a hyperscaler/AI alliance from inside a GSI.
A track record of personally building or scaling a partner practice to $500M–$1B+ and tens of thousands of trained practitioners, with the joint business plan, governance, and metrics to show for it.
Demonstrated C-suite presence: you have set agendas with GSI Group CEOs and service-line leaders, and you can hold a strategy conversation and a commercial negotiation in the same meeting.
Experience negotiating and closing multi-year strategic collaboration agreements with nine-figure commitments.
Fluency in GSI economics — utilization, pyramid, offering margin, industry P&Ls, delivery-center models — and how a new technology practice actually gets funded and staffed inside one.
A strongly commercial orientation: you are a business driver first and a relationship manager second, and you are comfortable pushing a partner to invest in its own capability.
Global operating experience across NA, EMEA, and APAC, including time with India-based delivery leadership.
Low ego, high curiosity, and a habit of making the people around you better; you put the mission ahead of personal credit.
Preferred qualifications
Experience launching co-developed partner solutions with a product/engineering organization, including agentic or developer-tooling offerings.
Prior ownership of a large-scale partner certification or academy program.
Hands-on familiarity with Claude, Claude Code, LLM application architectures, and enterprise AI deployment and governance.
Experience at a high-growth company where the program was being built while the plane was flying.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Have deep technical understanding of infrastructure systems—enough to engage substantively with engineers, identify technical risks, and add value beyond project tracking
Excel at creating structure and processes in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to complex cross-team initiatives
Have strong stakeholder management skills and can build trust with both technical and non-technical partners
