About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for an IT Operations Engineer who puts internal users first. You'll be the person Finom employees turn to when something breaks, and you'll make sure they leave every interaction unblocked and well looked after.
You'll join the IT Operations team and work day to day across Windows and macOS devices, identity and access, and the SaaS tools hundreds of Finom employees rely on. The team builds and owns the core platforms; you'll run them, support the people who use them, and spot where things could work better.
About You
You enjoy helping people and it shows. You stay calm under pressure, explain technical issues in plain language, and follow up until the problem is actually solved. You treat every ticket as a colleague who needs help, not a queue item.
You're pragmatic and learn quickly. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you think like a builder: you notice recurring issues, ask why they happen, and suggest a fix, a script, or a better process. You document what you learn so the next person doesn't have to start over.
What You'll Do
Delivering Excellent Internal Support:
You'll be the first line of help for Finom employees through Jira Service Management and Slack. You'll triage and resolve requests within SLA, keep users updated, and close tickets with clear, friendly communication. You'll own the employee experience of IT, from a quick password reset to a stressful laptop failure before a big meeting.
Troubleshooting Windows and macOS Devices:
You'll diagnose and fix hardware, OS, software, and network issues on both platforms, remotely. You'll handle device enrollment and compliance issues in JumpCloud MDM, software installs and updates, and escalate complex cases with a clear write-up of what you've already tried.
Supporting Identity, Access, and the Employee Lifecycle:
You'll run day-to-day onboarding and offboarding tasks in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii, handle access requests and SSO issues, and follow our access governance and least-privilege practices.
Administering Everyday Platforms:
You'll handle user-level administration of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion, and help keep JSM request types, knowledge base articles, and workflows accurate and easy to use.
Improving How We Work:
You'll spot trends in tickets and flag recurring issues. Where it makes sense, you'll write a knowledge base article, a small script, or propose an automation to the team. You'll support security and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) by following procedures carefully and keeping good records.
Who You Are
2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role
Hands-on troubleshooting of both Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, applications, peripherals, and network connectivity
A strong customer service track record: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues, including under time pressure
Experience with an ITSM or ticketing tool, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs
Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 user administration
Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf) and an identity provider (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) for everyday tasks like enrollment, password resets, MFA, and SSO issues
Good written documentation habits: clear ticket notes and knowledge base articles
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and a curiosity for automating repetitive work
Confident use of AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and documentation
Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) or SaaS management tools like Torii
Experience with meeting room and AV setups (Google Meet or Zoom Rooms)
Experience in a fast-growing or regulated company

- Become the Regional Product Authority: Master the Checkout.com http://Checkout.com product suite to a granular level. You will know exactly which products, features, and configurations align with local merchant needs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Product-Market Fit: Act as the filter and feedback loop between the local market and our global Product teams. You will ensure we are shipping the right solutions for the region and help tailor our value proposition to win local market share.
- Own Market Intelligence: Develop a granular understanding of the macro trends shaping the [Region] payment landscape. You will identify exactly what is growing within the market and which emerging verticals or technologies are gaining traction, allowing us to capitalize on new growth vectors ahead of the competition.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to ensure Checkout.com http://Checkout.com remains a market leader. You will provide actionable insights to commercial leadership on where the market is heading and how we can capitalize on new growth vectors before they become mainstream.
- Lead Product Commercialisation: Define and lead the regional Go-To-Market strategy for a targeted portfolio of Services. You will ensure the local sales force is equipped to effectively position, sell, and support these solutions to maximize merchant adoption.
- Build Revenue & Backbook Pipeline: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of merchants who can benefit from specific products we are shipping. You will forecast and track Net Revenue (NR) impact, focusing on cross-selling chargeable products to deepen our commercial footprint.
About You
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or a complex B2B Sales environment.
- High Learning Agility: You are intellectually curious and a fast learner. You have the ability to absorb technical concepts quickly and can effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy: You are comfortable working with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines. You understand how to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
- Market Researcher: You have a natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics. You can look at a region and identify "what's next" before the competition does.
- Cross-Functional Execution: You are comfortable actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders to turn market insights into deployed solutions.
- Data-Driven: You base your decisions on data. You can look at market numbers, usage stats, and financial metrics to derive clear, actionable strategies.
- Desirable: Experience in FinTech or Payments is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to grasp complex ecosystems than your current industry knowledge.

- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.

We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it
Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M

Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals

You are not a vendor - you are a strategic partner in delivery design
You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you

We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +4 / -4 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on EMEA coverage. You will combine rigorous accounting judgment with proactive stakeholder management, lead close and audit activities, investigate complex discrepancies, and improve the systems and processes that keep a distributed finance function accurate and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages.
- Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments.
- Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights.
- Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation.
- Proactively coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope.
- CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.
- High-growth startup or rapidly changing international environment.
- Accounting across EMEA jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer a narrowly scoped, single-entity role with limited stakeholder contact.
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies or making evidence-based accounting recommendations.
- You need close supervision to manage deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, or keep work documented.
- You prefer manual routines and have little interest in improving controls, systems, or automation.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

We partner with a leading AI and robotics company to produce high-quality, large-scale egocentric (first-person) video datasets that help train advanced AI models.
Here are our
Company Values
and we’d love to have individuals who can be a culture add to our team!
Grow With Us
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing Robotics Data Collections team. This role will keep the footage flowing, from a stuck upload at a capture site to the dashboard screen the operations team reads every morning.
Your users are real people a few metres away: the operators and contributors recording every day. When something breaks, it's their hours, their pay, and their patience on the line, and this role exists to care about that deeply. You'll see your users face to face at capture sites, hear them in the support channels, and build with them in mind.
Every day, capture sites record hours of footage that must land safely in the cloud. When it doesn't (a stuck upload, an unreadable card, an app refusing to finish, hours that don't add up), you are the engineer who finds out why, unblocks it without losing data, and then improves the software so it explains itself next time. The work spans every surface the operation touches: a desktop app site staff use to offload and upload footage, a phone app contributors record with, web dashboards and reports, and the physical devices themselves. You'll build on some of these surfaces and debug on all of them.
You are also the engineering voice site staff hear every day. Our operations run on Slack, across time zones. Operators post a screenshot of an error and ask what it means and what to press next. The core engineering team wakes up hours later and reads what you wrote to understand what happened in the field. This role lives in that conversation, translating between confused screenshots and root causes, in both directions.
This is an AI-first job. The operation is scaling faster than any team could answer tickets one at a time, so we don't. You'll use AI agents as a daily multiplier: to write diagnostics while you're still reading the error, to investigate many stuck uploads at once, to draft the guide while you fix the cause.
This role will start as a contractor position, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time role after three months, depending on business needs and performance.
What it's like
Small, fast-moving team; your work shows up in the operation the same week.
A mix of support conversations, focused software days, and field days at capture sites.
AI agents are a first-class part of how the whole team works. You'll work directly with the
Day In The Life
Product engineering (40%)
Build features in the desktop and mobile apps.
Ship improvements to the desktop app site staff run every day (offloading cards, uploading, seeing what landed) and the phone app contributors record with: better flows, clearer states, fewer ways to get stuck.
Build the dashboards and reports the operation runs on.
Hours and progress reports, upload accounting, status screens: make the numbers trustworthy and the words on screen say what's actually happening.
Write software every week, with AI as your leverage,
across the desktop app (Electron), the phone app (React Native), web dashboards (React/TypeScript), and Python services and tooling. You'll routinely have AI agents write and iterate on diagnostics, tests, and features with you.
Field support & debugging (35%)
Run the daily support loop.
Be the first responder in our support channels when site staff hit upload, app, or device problems; answer in plain language, unblock them fast, and follow through until it's resolved, not just explained.
Diagnose and unblock the upload path.
When footage is stuck between a capture card and the cloud, trace where and why (device, card, app, network, cloud), get it moving again safely, and make sure nothing is lost or double-counted along the way.
Scaling the operation (15%)
Solve classes of problems, not instances.
Every question the ops team has to ask an engineer twice is a gap; turn recurring ones into self-serve screens, clearer error messages, AI-powered diagnostics, and guides operators reuse. Your goal is that the operation can grow without support growing with it.
Devices & hardware (10%)
Be hands-on with devices when the problem is physical.
Use AI-written tests to check why a camera or battery isn't behaving, open a device to inspect it, and swap parts like cameras and buttons. No soldering. You'll also help put beta hardware in operators' hands and report what breaks.
Who You Are
Deep care for the user.
The operators and contributors using what you build are people you'll know by name; their lost hour bothers you until it's found, and "works on my machine" isn't done.
Flexible, fast, and scrappy.
You'd rather ship a working fix today and improve it tomorrow than design the perfect one next week; you're comfortable when this month's job looks different from last month's.
A willing debugger and problem-solver.
You can follow data through a pipeline with many stages, form hypotheses, write quick tests (with AI's help), and follow the evidence rather than guessing, wherever the problem lives.
AI-leverage mindset.
You already use AI tools well and they multiply you; when problems repeat, your instinct is to build something that solves the whole class rather than working through them one by one. You treat the challenges of a scaling team and operation as the fun part, not the fine print.
Strong communicator, concretely.
With site operators and contributors, you answer "what does this error mean?" with what it means and what to press right now, in plain words, and you write step-by-step guides a non-technical person can follow on the first try. With the operations team and core engineers, you write down what you saw and tried, pick up a thread someone left overnight, ask good questions, and keep a problem moving across time zones until it's solved.
A collaborator across teams.
You stay patient on the fifth "it's still not working," and people finish a conversation with you knowing exactly what to do next.
Care for data integrity.
In our world, a lost or double-counted recording is someone's unpaid hours; you treat that seriously.
Self-directed.
You'll often be the only engineer on site, supported by a remote team in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid software fundamentals: working Python, comfort in Linux (services, logs, networking), and the ability to build app UIs
Strength in at least one of web (React/TypeScript), desktop (Electron), or mobile (React Native), and the willingness to become productive across all three and debug anything
Daily, effective use of AI coding tools and agents
Clear written English for remote, asynchronous work
Located in Metro Manila, and able to travel to capture locations regularly
Nice To Have
Experience shipping Electron or React Native apps to real users
Experience in a support-adjacent engineering role: field engineering, solutions engineering, IT for operations teams
Hardware tinkering: Raspberry Pi and single-board computers, cameras, taking devices apart; 3D printing for jigs and mounts
Familiarity with cloud storage, upload pipelines, SQL/Postgres, or fleet/IoT management

Manage and prioritize the local support ticket queue, ensuring issues are handled with appropriate urgency, SLAs are met, and service quality remains consistently high.
Monitor recurring issues and ticket trends, identify root causes, and drive permanent fixes, documentation, automation, or process changes rather than repeatedly treating symptoms.
Lead local onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, laptop and mobile device configuration, and manage the hardware lifecycle end to end, including purchasing and receiving, provisioning, inventory and asset tracking, repair and replacement, and secure wipe and disposal of retired equipment.
Administer and support managed endpoints through MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
