WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to commercial accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

You'll own end-to-end recruiting across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Marketing, and adjacent commercial roles, with the autonomy to shape how we attract, evaluate, and close talent as we scale.
This is a builder's seat. You'll inherit a foundation but have real ownership over candidate experience, sourcing strategy, and the systems that will define how Avoca hires for years to come. You'll work directly with sales and commercial leadership as a trusted partner, and report to our Head of GTM Recruiting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run full-cycle recruiting across all GTM functions, holding a high bar on quality and speed while managing multiple searches in parallel.
- Identify and engage passive talent that isn't on the market yet, building relationships over weeks and months so that when the right role opens, the right person is already in conversation.
- Shape a candidate experience that becomes a competitive advantage, where every touchpoint reflects our culture, declined candidates refer their network, and our process itself is a reason people say yes.
- Craft authentic outreach and positioning that cuts through the noise of generic pitches and gets elite candidates to take the call.
- Partner with hiring leaders on intake, calibration, and closing strategy, influencing decisions with data and conviction.
- Build the operational backbone, from pipeline tracking, scorecards, sourcing playbooks, that lets us scale without sacrificing quality.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5-7 years in GTM recruiting at high-growth startups (agency backgrounds welcome), ideally early-stage experience.
- A track record of sourcing and closing top commercial talent, not just running process on inbound.
- Demonstrated ability to identify passive candidates and build long-arc relationships that convert.
- Strong stakeholder management: you can push back on a hiring manager and earn their trust at the same time.
- Comfort managing multiple reqs simultaneously with rigorous follow-through and organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ideally fluency in our core stack: Ashby, Noon AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion.
WHO YOU ARE
- Builder mentality: you see gaps in process and want to fix them, not flag them.
- Energized by inflection points and the ambiguity that comes with scaling fast.
- Thoughtful about candidate experience as a craft, not a checkbox.
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial, with strong instincts for prioritization.
- Collaborative and organized, with a high standard for your own work.
- Eager to work in person at our NYC office full time.
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Reporting to the Director of Global Vulnerability Management, you will serve as a Senior Security Research Engineer and technical lead within SIE’s Global Vulnerability Management team. You will lead complex work that advances our Threat Exposure Management capability and supports our transition to a Continuous Threat Exposure Management operating model, while remaining directly engaged in vulnerability research, analysis, security validation, prioritization, and remediation support.
You will partner across Information Security, engineering, technology, and business teams to improve how SIE discovers, prioritizes, validates, and mobilizes action on security risks. You will translate annual TEM goals into defined workstreams, delivery plans, success measures, and repeatable operating practices that improve visibility, decision-making, remediation outcomes, and program scale.
Responsibilities
Lead complex Global Vulnerability Management workstreams that advance SIE’s Threat Exposure Management capability and transition toward a Continuous Threat Exposure Management operating model across discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization.
Translate annual TEM goals into defined delivery plans, milestones, success measures, dependencies, and repeatable operating practices. Monitor progress, identify barriers, and adjust execution to improve outcomes.
Lead hands-on vulnerability research and technical analysis to confirm security conditions, eliminate false positives, characterize exploitability and business impact, and provide actionable remediation or mitigation guidance.
Improve the discovery and assessment of vulnerabilities across SIE network, cloud, endpoint, application, container, and other technology environments.
Develop risk-based prioritization using vulnerability and threat intelligence, exploitation evidence, asset and business context, control effectiveness, and remediation considerations.
Lead security validation activities and develop proofs of concept when appropriate to distinguish material risk, evaluate defensive controls, and support informed decisions.
Partner with Information Security teams and technology owners to mobilize remediation, clarify ownership, establish effective handoffs, resolve barriers, and measure progress through remediation, mitigation, or accepted disposition.
Evolve GVM platforms, integrations, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve coverage, data quality, consistency, decision speed, and operational scale.
Communicate vulnerability trends, material risks, remediation progress, and program outcomes to technical, operational, and leadership audiences through clear reports and recommendations.
Mentor engineers and partner teams, contribute to technical standards and procedures, and improve the quality of vulnerability analysis, validation, documentation, and delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, threat activity, security technologies, and industry practices.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in information security, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field, including substantial experience in vulnerability management, security research, or exposure management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information security, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex technical workstreams across multiple teams, translating objectives into delivery plans, and achieving measurable outcomes without relying on direct reporting authority.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability research, technical analysis, security validation, risk-based prioritization, and remediation or mitigation guidance.
Experience assessing vulnerabilities across several technology domains, such as operating systems, networks, cloud services, applications, endpoints, containers, databases, or hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with vulnerability discovery, assessment, validation, or exposure-management platforms and their supporting integrations.
Knowledge of adversarial tactics, exploitation techniques, threat intelligence, and attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, with the ability to apply that information to vulnerability prioritization.
Experience using scripting, programming, APIs, or automation to improve security analysis and operational workflows. Relevant technologies may include Python, SQL, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
Experience analyzing and contextualizing security data to connect technical findings with asset, service, business, threat, control, and remediation information.
Familiarity with software engineering practices such as version control, testing, code review, CI/CD, reusable components, and controlled production releases.
Ability to communicate complex security conditions, priorities, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
Experience mentoring engineers or analysts and influencing technical practices across teams.
Desired qualifications
Experience helping evolve a traditional vulnerability-management function toward a TEM or CTEM operating model.
Experience with continuous security validation, adversarial exposure validation, exploit research, or proof-of-concept development.
Experience securing cloud, container, application, or build-pipeline environments and integrating security capabilities into engineering workflows.
Experience with security-data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Domo, or comparable technologies.
Experience applying automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities to vulnerability analysis, prioritization, validation, or remediation workflows.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified pipeline generated.
WHO YOU ARE
- Up to three years of experience in a business development, sales development, or similar quota-carrying prospecting role, ideally at a technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Comfort with both inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly to technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in AI infrastructure, vector search, or developer tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be willing to learn the technical fundamentals.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
NICE TO HAVE
- You have an understanding of key personas in the AI/ML space.
- Familiarity with databases, search, and cloud infrastructure.
- Engineering or computer science background.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.

For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

WHOOP is on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. Our Health Machine Learning team develops the algorithms and models that power health features used by millions of members. This role exists to scale that work: building and leading the engineering and science teams that bring SaMD products from research through validation, submission, and production deployment.
As a Senior Manager, SaMD, you will own delivery and people outcomes across the machine learning engineers and applied ML scientists developing WHOOP's regulated health features. You will set direction for your teams, develop the next generation of leaders within the function, and partner deeply across regulatory, quality, clinical science, product, software, and firmware to deliver health products that meet a clinical-grade bar. You will be accountable for both the engineering velocity of your teams and the rigor required to operate inside a regulated medical device development environment (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
Success in this role requires a profile with both ML and SaMD depth to evaluate your team's most important decisions, plus the people leadership skill to grow ICs, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver with both pace and rigor in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across multiple workstreams within ML SaMD team
- Translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; align the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as the business evolves
- Build the team: lead hiring at scale, calibrate the bar for regulated development, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices
- Develop the next layer of leadership, coach junior and seniorICs, manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level
- Set the standard for how regulated ML gets built at WHOOP: methodology, work quality, validation rigor, and audit readiness
- Partner directly with regulatory, quality, product, software, and firmware leaders to align on roadmap, dependencies, and submission timelines; broker trade-offs between iteration speed and regulatory rigor
- Own the risk posture for your function; anticipate execution, technical, and regulatory risks, design mitigation into the operating model, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions
- Define and own the operating model for your function; planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, data governance, and quality gates appropriate to a SaMD context
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team; for development, evaluation, documentation, traceability, and stakeholder communication
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in ML, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record junior and senior ICs, including hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle: data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring, sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions your team makes
- Direct experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled software in a regulated environment (Software as a Medical Device, medical device development, or comparable QMS-controlled product development under FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971)
- Fluency operating across regulatory, quality, and clinical stakeholders, including familiarity with V&V, traceability, change control, design history, and audit readiness in fast-moving ML programs
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping the team focused on the highest-leverage work
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between deeply technical ML/regulatory discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
