Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About the role:
We're looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow our presales function in NYC. Reporting to our presales VP of Solutions Engineering, this is a founding leadership role where you'll help us establish the discipline from the ground up, shaping the playbook that drives your region's success while collaborating across the business to share best practices.
As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will have full ownership of your team's success; you'll be hiring and developing Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on in the highest-impact deals in your market. You'll set the bar for how your team runs discovery, demos, Proofs of Concept, and technical evaluations. You'll regularly partner with Sales leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes. You'll own forecasting, performance, and the overall health of your market, collaborating with presales leadership on strategy and priorities.
Recruitment and Development
- Hire, ramp, and develop a team of 5-10 Solutions Engineers (SEs)in your region, across experience levels, from mid-career to subject matter experts.
- Run regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and career development conversations, ensuring a high quality of discovery, demos, and technical evaluations across the team.
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture where Solutions Engineers support each other across deals, not just their own book.
Execution
- Execute and reinforce Synthesia's core presales motions (research, discovery, demos, workshops, Proofs of Concept, champion building, and handover to customer success) with consistency across your team.
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars, so your team proves business value quickly regardless of use case.
- Build and maintain the presales toolkit for your team with Synthesia's product and operations teams for demo environments, reusable assets, evaluation guides, and objection handling; iterating where you see gaps for your market.
- Evangelize and drive consistent use of AI tools across your team, from call prep to demo delivery to turning discovery notes into follow-up documentation to improve win rate and deal size.
- Partner with Enablement and senior SEs in other markets to share what's working and avoid rebuilding the same assets twice.
- Own forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement in your market, and report on team performance, win rates, and Proofs of Concept throughput to presales leadership.
- Partner with Sales leadership on account and territory strategy, resourcing your team against the highest-value opportunities.
- Bring visibility to deal risk, timeline, and technical dependencies across your team's active opportunities, and unblock what your SEs can't unblock alone.
- Route field feedback, product gaps, and competitive intelligence from your team up to Product, Product Marketing, and SE leadership.
Domain and Playbook expertise
- Design and evolve Synthesia's demo methodology across Studio, Roleplay Sessions, and Interactive Avatars.
- Use your experience in expert-level discovery, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept scoping to coach SEs at every level.
- Build fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks across your team through coaching on real-world application, not framework recitation.
- Deliver and coach Proofs of Concept and executive readouts as a business narrative, not a feature tour, holding the room with C-level audiences yourself when the deal calls for it.
About you:
- Experience recruiting, managing, and developing Solution Engineering presales teams.
- You've owned the full employee life cycle from hiring through onboarding and promotions, across tenures from early stage to specialised individual contributors. You've done this with teams you've inherited, plus those you've built from scratch.
- Your path to leadership started as an IC executing straightforward opportunities against a playbook, then evolved into solving complex problems with product partners - ultimately building deep expertise in a specific business area or vertical.
- Track record of improving team performance through coaching, hands-on deal support, and consistent execution of an established presales process, not through reinventing it.
- Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and performance reporting from a presales perspective, not mimicking the AE perspective.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with the credibility to coach both new and experienced SEs on applying them.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who can flex from deep technical detail to executive-level value narratives, and can teach others to do the same.
- Collaborative leadership style, comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing leadership as peers, not just stakeholders.
Location: This role is hybrid (2+ days a week in our NYC office depending on needs), and we offer 60 days "work from anywhere" annually.
Beneftis
- A competitive salary + stock options in our fast-growing Series E startup
- Hybrid working environment for NY based employees
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision
- 401k Plan + company match
- Paid parental leave

The Senior Software Development Team Coordinator (Thailand) is the operational right hand of the Thailand Team Leader within the Sitebuilders Chiang Mai team. This role supports the Team Leader to operate at a strategic and technical level — by owning the people rhythm and day-to-day operational layer of the Thailand hub. The Software Development Team Coordinator reports directly to the Thailand Team Leader and works in close partnership to ensure strong team operations, delivery consistency, and people development across the Thailand hub. This role is not intended to act as a buffer between the Team Leader and the team, but rather as a strong operational partner who increases the effectiveness of both. Success in this role is measured by the health and performance of the team, as well as by the Team Leader’s ability to focus on high-impact strategic and technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Development
• Serve as the primary people manager for Thailand-based engineers — owning regular 1:1s, feedback cycles, and individual development plans in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Monitor team morale, identify and report risks early, and address interpersonal issues with discretion before they escalate to the Team Leader.
• Support engineers' career progression by identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps, aligned with the Team Leader and UXM Architect’s technical direction.
• Lead onboarding coordination for new Thailand-based hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team's ways of working.
• Build and reinforce a team culture of ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement — consistent with the Team Leader's vision for the team.
Delivery & Operational Coordination
• Track Kanban progress across the Thailand team, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved without pulling the Team Leader away from technical priorities.
• Manage day-to-day task allocation and priority adjustments in fast-switching delivery cycles within a Kanban system.
• Compile and deliver structured monthly reports to upper management layers detailing overall team status, KPI metrics, operational delivery risks, and sensitive people or performance issues. Every identified issue, bottleneck, or risk must be accompanied by a concrete, actionable remediation plan to improve and resolve the situation dynamically.
• Oversee accurate time logging and estimation integrity across the team (including for the Deputy role itself).
Technical Contribution & Stability Support
• Assist the Front-End Team Leader in identifying potential personnel or project risks and help formulate contingency plans.
• Support the Project Anchors and the Stability Unit by ensuring developers are available and focused during critical production fixes.
• Maintain sufficient technical credibility to follow engineering discussions, understand the team’s work, and ask relevant questions. While this role is not the primary technical authority, it is expected to operate confidently and effectively within technical conversations.
• Act as a first-level escalation point for day-to-day operational and process questions, resolving escalations before it reaches the Team Leader.
• Uphold UXM documentation requirements and Definition of Done compliance within the team.
Hiring Support
• Participate in hiring panels for Thailand-based frontend roles, providing structured feedback on culture fit, communication, and working style.
• Assist in scoping role requirements in coordination with the Team Leader.
Requirements
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a people management or team coordination role in a tech team.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Front End frameworks and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS (React, Angular etc.)). We value the ability to translate technical constraints into project timelines, ensuring you can accurately assess scope and complexity during the planning phase.
• Genuine people leadership instinct — you find energy in developing others, you notice when someone is struggling before they say it, and you handle sensitive conversations with care.
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure — the team should feel steadier because you are in the room.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and leadership mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English; able to represent team dynamics and delivery status clearly to the Team Leader and upward when needed.
• iGaming or SaaS platform experience is an advantage.
Here's what we offer:
· Start with 20 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year (up to 30 days by your fifth year with us), along with 13 public holidays per year.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager for Life Sciences. You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leading organizations working to accelerate scientific discovery, such as research institutes, academic medical centers, and scientific foundations. You’ll help these organizations harness the full potential of Claude through deep product expertise, use case discovery, and hands-on guidance.
You’ll be part of a Research and Life Sciences account team pod, working as one team with your Account Executive and Applied AI partners. Together you’ll shape account strategy with you taking the lead on adoption, change management, and value realization.
This role doesn’t follow a single playbook. You’ll run a range of Customer Success motions, from deep 1:1 strategic partnership to one-to-many programs like webinars, hackathons, and cohort-based enablement. You’ll choose the motion based on top account and customer priorities and the best way to solve for them.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product development (including how Claude for Life Sciences evolves), and strategies for beneficial AI deployment. That makes you a key voice in how we build and deliver AI systems that accelerate science for the benefit of society.
Responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with research leaders, scientists, principal investigators, and program directors to understand their scientific priorities, organizational goals, and impact objectives
Partner closely with your Account Executive and Applied AI counterparts in the Research and Life Sciences pod on shared account plans, bringing in Product, Support, and other teams as needed
Run the right Customer Success motion for each account and customer priority, whether that’s dedicated 1:1 engagement, cohort-based onboarding, hackathons and build days, office hours, or researcher communities
Become an expert in Anthropic’s products, especially Claude for Science, guiding organizations and their researchers and scientists to the right solutions and most impactful use cases
Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption, identifying optimization opportunities and new applications for Claude across your book of business
Develop and execute change management strategies suited to scientific and academic cultures, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and enablement that respects partner capacity, governance requirements, and decision-making processes
Guide partners through the technical and governance foundation for launch, including SSO and provisioning, workspace configuration, and data handling considerations for research and health data (such as HIPAA, IRB, and institutional data policies)
Own account and success plans and run Quarterly Impact Reviews that document and quantify value realized, such as research productivity, time-to-insight, and cost savings, and partner with Marketing on success stories and reference accounts
Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners
Passion for both AI and accelerating scientific progress, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, research-driven Account Executive to lead our growth within the middle market property management sector. In this role, you won't just be selling a platform; you’ll be helping regional and multi-state operators revolutionize how they manage resident engagement and retention. You will own a named territory of portfolios ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 units, navigating multi-threaded deals that involve VPs of Ops, Marketing Directors, and Ownership groups. If you thrive in a full-cycle environment where you build your own pipeline and execute a sophisticated land-and-expand strategy, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and map a named list of 150–250 middle market accounts, identifying key stakeholders and resident engagement stacks before initiating contact.
Execute a high-volume, high-quality outbound cadence (50–60 touches daily) across phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships with at least three stakeholders per account.
Lead 10–12 discovery calls and demos per month, moving beyond feature walkthroughs to diagnose business problems like resident turnover, onsite team burnout, and event spend.
Build compelling proposals that tie the platform to measurable ROI, including renewal lift and hours saved per community.
Structure and close pilot agreements with clear success criteria, working closely with Customer Success to trigger full portfolio rollouts.
Navigate procurement and legal to close deals typically ranging from 10–20 communities ($36K–$72K ARR) within a 45–90 day cycle.
Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot to ensure accurate weekly forecasting and territory planning.
Requirements
2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year managing mid-market or multi-location accounts.
A proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline; you are comfortable with a daily goal of 30–40 dials and personalized sequencing.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with a 45–90 day sales cycle.
Ability to lead deep-dive conversations that uncover pain points and quantify the cost of inaction.
Proven ability to build a business case and defend pricing based on value rather than discounts.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-makers.
A metrics-first mindset with a commitment to accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in Multifamily real estate, PropTech, or resident services.
Familiarity with the NMHC Top 50 operators or regional property management structures.
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
Previous success in a "land-and-expand" or "pilot-to-rollout" sales motion.
