ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Billing team sits at the intersection of product, finance, and infrastructure. They're responsible for ensuring every observable event—errors, logs, traces, tokens—gets accurately measured, priced, and billed. Their work directly impacts company revenue and customer trust, requiring distributed systems expertise, attention to financial accuracy, and deep understanding of product usage patterns. The team works cross-functionally with product, engineering, BizOps, marketing, and sales to build systems that enable new products and pricing models.
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers owning critical workflows such as checkout and invoicing, while also developing new features to help customers manage their spend growth. In this role, you’ll partner across the organization to ensure our customers redeem everything Sentry has to offer and budget for future expansion.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Define and drive the team's roadmap. Align team goals with organizational objectives and contribute to the overall platform strategy.
- Technical Guidance & Operational Excellence: Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex distributed systems and design. Ensure the team is proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business and technical teams to translate business goals into actionable objectives and scalable solutions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers, including Staff-level engineers. Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
- Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate team progress, challenges, and strategic direction to senior leadership, stakeholders, and the wider organization. Represent the team's work internally and externally, including through blog posts and presentations.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are a product and platform-minded leader who enjoys distributed systems and software architecture problems. You regard Product and Design as your peers, seeking collaboration when determining product outcomes and technical priorities for the team. You’re comfortable managing delivery and shaping direction.
- Have high agency and like to own your outcomes, including defining where Billing needs to be in 6 - 12 months, and translating that into team bets and priorities.
- Enjoy leveraging your technical background to inform and validate the team’s decisions.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with individuals across many disciplines to deliver the best solutions.
- Love to foster career growth, finding opportunities for team members to stretch and excel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working on a customer-facing product, ideally within developer tools or high-traffic product surfaces.
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from shipping new features through long-term maintenance and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to articulate technical concepts and tradeoffs clearly and succinctly.
- Experience with scoping work, performing resource allocation, and establishing engineering milestones and delivery dates.
- 5+ years professional engineering experience, preferably with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $240,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep
JavaScript and React
.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:
Bonus:
Experience with
local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source
.

At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. Our wearable technology collects rich physiological data, providing members with actionable insights into their recovery, training, and sleep.
The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, software as a medical device, wellness and longevity, member insights, and emerging health signals. We combine continuous physiological data with clinical research and domain expertise to ship features that are scientifically grounded and useful to millions of members.
As a Staff Applied Machine Learning Scientist on the Health team, you will turn ambiguous clinical and product questions into defensible studies, models, and evaluation plans on WHOOP's longitudinal wearable and member data (physiological signals, behavioral logs, labs and integrations, and related streams). You will set the methodological bar for a Health domain. You will partner with Machine Learning Engineers on the path to production, and with Product, clinical, and Digital Health partners on what the data can and cannot support.
Success in this role requires applied algorithm and statistical craft, the judgment to operate across Health problem types, and Staff-level leadership: launching domain work independently, raising the quality and velocity of the people around you, and making clear prioritization calls under uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and validation of machine learning and statistical methods for Health features, using wearable physiological and behavioral data and related member sources.
- Frame ambiguous health and product questions into well-scoped modeling or study problems, with clear performance criteria, evaluation plans, and honest treatment of uncertainty and failure modes.
- Set the methodological and quality standard for a Health domain: reusable evaluation practices, review expectations, and documentation that others can inherit.
- Develop and refine approaches for time-series, longitudinal, and multimodal data, including data curation, labeling strategy, feature and representation choices, and offline evaluation that holds up under real-world noise, missingness, and population shift.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to translate validated methods into production-ready systems, making modeling choices that account for scalability, reliability, latency, cost, monitoring, and (where relevant) controlled-release constraints.
- Serve as a technical counterpart to Product and Digital Health (clinical science, regulatory, quality): pressure-test performance requirements, study design, and evidence quality, and push back when a claim is not supportable.
- Raise the quality and velocity of the scientists and engineers around you through design reviews, mentorship, and the judgment of when to coach someone else to champion a problem versus taking it yourself.
- Communicate trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical, clinical, product, and leadership audiences; prevent misalignment early; drive decisions with evidence and a clear point of view on domain direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's or PhD (or equivalent professional experience) in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Physiology, or a related quantitative or health-science field.
- 7+ years of professional experience developing algorithms, applied ML models, or statistically rigorous analyses in health, wearables, medical devices, digital health, or a closely related domain.
- Demonstrated Staff-level technical leadership: setting methodological standards others reuse, influencing multi-team outcomes, mentoring senior ICs, and making prioritization calls under uncertainty. End-to-end project ownership alone is not sufficient.
- Strong foundation in statistics (Bayesian and frequentist) and machine learning for time-series and longitudinal data, with the ability to draw defensible conclusions from observational, noisy, or otherwise messy real-world data.
- Experience with wearable or physiological signals (PPG, IMU, HR/HRV, sleep, activity, temperature, or similar) or a closely related adjacent time-series domain.
- Hands-on experience designing studies or evaluation protocols end-to-end: data curation, metric choice, validation splits, subgroup and failure analysis, and documentation of assumptions and limitations.
- Strong Python skills with reproducible scientific / ML engineering hygiene (clean, reviewable code; comfort with stacks such as NumPy/SciPy/pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move between deeply technical method discussions and cross-functional conversations with Product, clinical partners, and leadership.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars:
- Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results?
- Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems?
- Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey?
- Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions?
- Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors.
Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software
- A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned
- Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities
- Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation
- An action-bias that won't wait to create change
- Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences
- Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making
- Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed.
- Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success
What you can expect:
- Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives
- A dynamic, highly collaborative environment
- Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap
- Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level
- Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture

Our culture

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. This is a Director-level individual contributor role, designed for an experienced leader who drives strategic impact through deep expertise, cross-functional influence, and ownership of key initiatives rather than direct people management.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Director of Product, AI Growth grows 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence. In this role, you own driving growth for our AI opportunities by identifying which customers we target, which outcomes we win on, and proving it with design customers. You scale growth through our go-to-market organization and through partnerships with the agent ecosystem and channel partners.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools.
- Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run.
- Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms.
- Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market.
- Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams.
- Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships.
- Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in.
What you can expect:
GROWTH STRATEGY
- Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market.
- Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams.
- Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back.
- Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it.
DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM
- Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes.
- Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team.
- Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features.
- Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on.
- Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving.
- Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone.
- Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch.
- Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers.
SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY
- Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement.
- Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions.
TRAVEL
- Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $208,000 CAD and $312,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangChain Deployed Engineering - Federal team works directly with U.S. Government customers — including the Department of Defense (DoD), Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community (IC) — who are building and operating AI agents in mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with government engineers, technical program managers, and system integrators across the full lifecycle — from pre-award technical shaping and evaluations to post-deployment advisory work in secure environments. The focus is on achieving the technical win, architecting secure and compliant agent systems, and enabling agencies to operate AI agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, security, and go-to-market. You will shape how LangChain is adopted across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring alignment with federal compliance requirements while feeding mission-driven insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployed Engineer, you’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos or experimental research, but production systems supporting real-world missions.
You’ll help defense, civilian, and intelligence customers design, deploy, and operate AI agents in secure, regulated, and high-stakes environments. The feedback loop is fast, the mission impact is tangible, and your work directly influences how AI agents are deployed across the federal landscape.
You will operate in environments that demand security, reliability, compliance (FedRAMP, IL levels, etc.), and operational rigor.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with federal engineering teams and system integrators
- Own the technical win in federal pre-sales engagements by designing secure POCs, supporting RFI/RFP technical responses, and guiding technical evaluations
- Design architectures that meet federal security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP, DoD IL2–IL6, NIST, etc.)
- Help agencies deploy and operate agent-based applications such as mission support copilots, intelligence analysis agents, research automation systems, and multi-step operational workflows
- Advise customers post-award on architecture, scalability, observability, evaluation, and long-term roadmap decisions
- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to government developer and operator audiences
- Partner with security teams to navigate ATO processes and accreditation pathways
- Surface field feedback from federal use cases and contribute reusable patterns, secure deployment guides, and example code that scale across agencies
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves federal customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Must have zctive or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering), ideally supporting federal or regulated customers
- Experience working with DoD, Civilian Agencies, Intelligence Community, or federal system integrators
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals, with deep systems thinking
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered systems beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and failure handling
- Familiarity with secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.)
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with security, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Experience supporting technical evaluations, architecture reviews, and competitive down-select processes
- Ability to clearly explain technical tradeoffs to government stakeholders and build trust across engineering and program leadership
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for mission outcomes, not just recommendations
- Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Excitement about running AI agents in real-world, production federal environments — not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience deploying AI systems in classified or air-gapped environments
- Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes or DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6)
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, red-teaming, or guardrails in high-assurance settings
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, containers, Kubernetes, and secure networking architectures
- Experience working alongside federal system integrators (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, etc.)
- Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
