Artificial intelligence (AI) agents are becoming part of enterprise infrastructure—requesting access, handling credentials, interacting with production systems, and acting on behalf of people. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, you’ll shape how organizations understand and address this emerging security challenge. You’ll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, bringing fresh perspective to an evolving product and category while turning strategy into action. How we’re using AI today On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password. This is a remote opportunity within the US. What we're looking for: - Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets. - Bring a clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development. - Think strategically while staying close to execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes. - Work proactively and take ownership by identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving the work forward. - Communicate with clarity and confidence with executive, product, engineering, sales, and marketing audiences. - Use AI tools and agents thoughtfully to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale while maintaining sound judgment and a human point of view. - Preferred: Have experience shaping an emerging category or working in a high-growth or changing organization. What you can expect: - Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono’s next chapter as part of 1Password. - Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserve what remains valuable, and evolve what no longer reflects the product or market. - Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and the challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure. - Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them. - Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business. - Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities. - Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows. The annual base salary for this role is between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Location: Berlin adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world’s smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem. Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Auctions & Real-Time Bidding The Data Science Research team builds the foundational algorithms that govern real-time bidding, budget pacing, and allocation mechanics across our products. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI—specifically reinforcement learning, objective-based optimization, and control theory—to deliver critical systems that perfectly harmonize advertiser ROI, platform health, and user relevance. These frameworks scale adjoe’s products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users. The team operates at the intersection of high-load, low-latency engineering, auction mechanism design, and state-of-the-art machine learning. Acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser, they translate complex business constraints into mathematical objectives. The stack is optimized for high throughput: PyTorch for training deep learning and RL models, distributed architectures for large-scale Bayesian inference, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain ultra-low latency, real-time production environments evaluating tens of thousands of requests per second. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For: - PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics (or an MSc with extensive industry research) and a track record of peer-reviewed publications in fields like Computational Advertising, Auction Theory, Mechanism Design, or Game Theory. You’ve spent 4+ years optimizing complex systems through automated algorithms in AdTech, marketplaces, or high-frequency trading. - You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting sophisticated auction mechanics, real-time bidding engines, and allocation algorithms serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users. - Deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning and Optimization. You have hands-on, deep theoretical and technical expertise in objective-based optimization, control theory, or RL applied specifically to bidding, pricing strategy, and budget pacing under extreme production constraints. - Mastering high-dimensional data at scale. Large-scale Bayesian inference and handling sparse, high-dimensional advertising data are core to your work. You are strongly proficient in Python and related stacks, and know exactly how to architect scalable data pipelines to feed real-time optimization models. - Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, collaborate tightly with Product Managers and Engineers to map business goals to mathematical objective functions, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team’s research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you. 🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM. What’s in It for You? At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day. - Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries. - Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum. - Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams. - Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other. - Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy. We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai Role Overview You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe. The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it. What You Will Do Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target. Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them. Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after. Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short. Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority. Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue. Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible. Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR. Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift. Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number. What Good Looks Like Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics. Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately. Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision. Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer. Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question. Basic Qualifications 5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads. Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees. Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly. Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce. Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees. Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara. Preferred Qualifications Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background. Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts. Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team. Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets. Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Work Environment and Physical Requirements Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor. Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues. Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Why This Role Matters Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating. Benefits Included in the Offer: - Friendly Working Environment - IT Equipment - Social Activities - Global Mobility Policy - Employee Referral Program - Employee Assistant Program - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - HSA & FSA - 401(k) retirement - Short & Long Term Disability Insurance - Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Telemedicine Benefit - Annual Leave - Paid Public Holidays - Maternity/Paternity Leave Hourly Pay: $71-$81/hour.
