About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to your home or office. Wolt works together with over 30,000 restaurant and retail partners as well as with over 60,000 courier partners across 23 countries and 129 cities.
Our apps (iOS and Android) have the industry’s highest reviews, largely because of our customer-centric approach to how we build our products and operations. For example, our customer service team responds in a matter of seconds, in the customer’s own language.
We’ve raised more than €707M in financing from renowned U.S. and European based investors, such as ICONIQ Capital, Tiger Global, DST, Prosus, KKR, Coatue, 83North, Goldman Sachs, Highland Europe and EQT Ventures & EQT Growth, among others. We've also been fortunate enough to receive some appreciation and recognition for our hard work along the way: Apple selected Wolt’s app as their Editors' Choice, Wired named the company one of the "Hottest Startups in Europe," Forbes included our CEO Miki Kuusi on its 30-under-30 in Consumer Tech list, and the Nordic Startup Awards named Wolt Company of the Year.
In 2020, the Financial Times named us Europe’s second fastest growing company. We’re still expanding rapidly and are looking for more talented individuals to join us. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, great food, and making an impact in your city, then Wolt just might be for you.
Wolt is more than just a food and retail delivery operation – in fact we are built upon a solid foundation of state-of-the-art technology. Our internal tooling enables us to ramp up new cities efficiently and provide excellent customer service, our own logistics platform allows us to optimize our couriers' work to get you the food you want as fast as possible, and our restaurant platform allows restaurants to offer exciting food experiences for our customers in an optimal way.
We work in small teams with high ownership, with each team focusing on a key area of the Wolt product stack. Every one of our product team members has a say in where we are going and what solutions we implement. We work with a passion, but we haven't forgotten how to have fun along the way!

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To amplify seQura’s value by enabling anyone to autonomously find, trust, understand and apply data and AI to make smarter decisions.
What we own
You will join the Data & AI Governance vertical, working closely with the Data Governance Lead, the wider Data & AI team and business stakeholders across seQura.
This team owns the foundations that make self-service analytics and responsible AI possible: metadata, documentation, ownership, quality standards, lineage, data and model discoverability, access governance and AI risk workflows.
How we work
Data is treated as a product
, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Governance acts as an enablement layer
, rather than a blocker.
Self-service systems are prioritized
over manual approval processes.
Close collaboration with domain experts
helps turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
You will onboard into seQura’s Data & AI organization, understand how our data model, access groups and governance practices work today, and start researching the semantic layer foundations needed to support reliable AI-assisted analytics.
Month 2
You will start working on metadata and ontology graph initiatives, helping connect business concepts to the right data entities, definitions and ownership structures.
Month 3
You will contribute to warehouse optimization and access marketplace initiatives, helping make governed data assets easier to discover, request, use and maintain across teams.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
You will work with tools and systems that support data cataloging, metadata management, self-service analytics, data quality, access governance and documentation.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
Ability to translate business, legal or privacy requirements into practical solutions with technical teams.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in any of these areas: Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Operations or a related area.
Experience working with data teams to implement policies, standards or governance practices in real systems.
Experience operating modern data catalog, metadata or documentation tools.
Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, technical data teams and legal or privacy teams.
Strong analytical ability to trace data quality issues back through pipelines, models or workflows and support root-cause resolution.
A self-service mindset: you prefer clear standards, automation and enablement over manual approval gates.
Nice to have:
Practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles.
Experience with Generative AI application patterns.
Understanding of AI cataloging, model inventories or model registries.
Familiarity with AI bias detection or mitigation practices.
Working knowledge of foundational AI privacy and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
Experience with OpenMetadata, Metabase, Omni, Redshift, Claude or similar tools.
Experience supporting semantic layer, ontology graph, access marketplace or data ownership initiatives.
Working knowledge of foundational data privacy requirements such as GDPR and SOC 2.

We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.

We are hiring builders to define how people talk to, show things to, and hear from AI
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. We've scaled beyond the millions of people using Perplexity every day for research, shopping, investing and curiosity into a new paradigm of using AI to transform knowledge into action.
The Multimodal team builds the experiences and infrastructure that move AI interaction beyond touch and text — realtime voice, vision, and the platform systems behind them. We own the full path from a user speaking into a device to an answer coming back: the realtime session infrastructure that connects clients to frontier audio models, the backend orchestration that routes, records, and supervises live sessions, and the SDK that powers voice and multimodal experiences across Perplexity's apps.
As a backend engineer on Multimodal, you will design and scale the distributed systems that carry live voice sessions in production — and drive entirely new products at the intersection of voice, vision, and agents.
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and scale the backend session-worker architecture that powers realtime voice: durable per-session workers, provider routing, and stateful streaming over gRPC.
- Own distributed-systems problems end-to-end — session lifecycle, crash recovery, reconnection and replay, multi-region deployment, and graceful degradation under real production load.
- Build provider-agnostic streaming protocols from our backend to the Rust SDK that powers voice across every client stack.
- Drive new products and initiatives in voice and multimodal AI from problem definition through technical design, implementation, and launch.
- Build the orchestration layer that lets live voice models delegate work to tools, agents, and long-running tasks — safely, asynchronously, and at scale.
- Partner closely with SDK, client, infrastructure, and model teams; work across the stack when the product demands it, from backend services to client-facing APIs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or distributed systems.
- Strong experience in Rust, Python, or Go (we work primarily in Rust and Python).
- Experience designing and operating production distributed systems: streaming RPC (gRPC or similar), stateful services, message-driven architectures, and failure recovery.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure — deploying, scaling, and operating services on AWS or equivalent.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate user problems into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with realtime media systems: voice, audio streaming, WebRTC, or low-latency transport.
- Full-stack range — comfort building end-to-end, from backend services through client SDKs or web frontends.
- Experience integrating LLMs, speech models, or computer vision into production systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool-calling architectures, or sandboxed execution environments.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity’s mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they’ve learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
Repeat. For curious people this is a cycle that never ends.

Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.

How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.

This highly visible role will interact with the executive team as a thought partner to bring new insights and recommendations to the table.
Who You Are
Deep eCommerce or retail analytics experience
- fluent in the core KPIs for inventory, order economics, pricing, and fulfillment/supply chain cost and efficiency (AOV, unit economics, instock rates, meat beat scores, fulfillment CPUs), and you apply proven industry practice rather than rebuilding it from scratch
Proven at balancing people management with hands-on IC work

- you've built real relationships with senior business leaders and shape priorities with them proactively, front and center with executives

- you've built or are genuinely curious about self-serve analytics infrastructure (semantic layers, context layers, AI-connected reporting), not just traditional dashboards
Engaged in what we're building
- you ask why before how, challenge assumptions, and contribute to direction instead of delivering dashboards in isolation
Prioritizes progress over perfection
- you scale rigor to what's at stake and ship a strong, decision-ready answer on time rather than over-polishing
8+ years of experience, ideally with experience in a Data role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce company; 5+ years of experience at a manager level
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context
Extensive experience in data analytics, big data technologies, and statistical modeling to drive business insights.
Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data strategy principles.
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead and develop 5 experienced analysts and data scientists - prioritization, coaching, quarterly goal-setting, and clean handoffs with stakeholders
Own a meaningful book of actionable analysis yourself across eCommerce, supply chain, and health - you stay close to the data, not managing from a distance
Partner directly with senior leaders in each area, with regular exposure to the executive team
Define and steward the KPI and reporting standards these functions run on
Advance our AI-native analytics roadmap, including self-serve tools that connect business teams directly to our data
Set the bar for what strong, AI-forward analytics work looks like - and champion it across the team, pushing analysts to share ideas, cross-pollinate approaches, and spread unlocks org-wide
Create a culture of Data Analytics excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on analytical matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed
Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders
Translate business priorities into a clear, prioritized analytics roadmap - weighing tradeoffs and making strong recommendations on what the team takes on and what waits
Why This Role
You're inheriting 5 strong analysts who are already delivering - this isn't a rebuild, it's a chance to level up and scale a team for the future growth of Babylist
This pod sits at the intersection of supply chain, health, and e-commerce, with direct exposure to senior business leaders
Babylist's data team is genuinely ahead of the curve on AI-native analytics - you'll help shape self-serve tooling most companies are just starting to think about
Real IC time is built into this role by design - you'll stay close to the work, not manage from a distance

What the Role Is
We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team. As Finance Manager for our E-commerce business, you'll own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop — topline through gross margin. You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data, and work directly with the Director of Strategic Finance to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team: you'll set the approach, build the models and processes, and be front and center with company executives. If you've owned a full P&L picture and take pride in delivering clean, decision-ready work, you'll thrive here.
Who You Are
Deep ecommerce finance fluency
— you know the metrics and mechanics cold (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross margin vs. contribution margin), ideally from a high-volume ecommerce or consumer-tech business
Advanced financial modeling skills
— expert in Excel / Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and managing large datasets to a clean, reliable answer
Strong independent ownership and problem-solving
— you can take an ambiguous problem, define the approach, and drive to a clear answer without day-to-day direction
Executive- and board-ready communication
— you present financial insights clearly and directly to senior leaders, connecting the numbers to what's happening in the business, including strong data visualization
A high bar for accuracy and quality control
— you build checks into your models and decks, reconcile outputs, and catch errors before they reach stakeholders
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Prior experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, with a focus on ROI and financial impact
You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in finance workflows, with clear examples of automating reporting, accelerating analysis, or improving how you model
Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar
5–8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
How You Will Make An Impact
Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and value-added recommendations from both an operational and strategic viewpoint
Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business, delivering insights on sales, margins, and trends
Own Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting
Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization
Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs to assess financial impact and track accruals
Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting from revenue through margin
Ensure the data integrity of key ecommerce metrics in partnership with Data and Engineering
Build financial reporting that leadership relies on — dynamic dashboards, KPI and operational reporting, business analyses, and clear executive-level explanations of variances
Take ownership of establishing and managing new financial processes and reporting frameworks to close gaps and improve operational transparency
Leverage financial systems to give business leaders visibility to track against financial targets
Contribute to monthly and quarterly board presentations, the annual planning process, and long-range planning (5-Year Plan)
Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across ecommerce FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and consistency
Why This Role
You own ecommerce finance — topline through margin — for one of the largest parts of the business, not a slice of it
Your analysis reaches executives and the board and directly shapes decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment
High autonomy on a lean team: you define the approach in ambiguity rather than inheriting a fully built playbook
Babylist is pushing the frontier of AI, and you'll have a real mandate to reshape how FP&A works, not just experiment at the edges
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$128,413 to $171,229 + target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Workplace: OnSite

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading technology company specialising in innovative consumer products across multiple technology sectors. The company focuses on D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) subscription products. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Facebook(Meta) for one of our core D2C subscription products. The funnel is simple: ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not: 40+ countries, 20+ languages, one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.
You will be measured on two numbers: daily subscriptions and cohort ROI — not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS.
You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Channel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.
- Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable at high spend and catch problems before they cost money.
- Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and languages. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Creative Ideas: Own the creative direction for the channel — hooks, angles, formats — and brief the creative team with data-backed feedback.
- Working with Data: Make decisions on real cohort revenue from our BI, not on Ads Manager numbers. Break performance down to country × creative × bid level and build your own reports.
- Account Health: Protect ad accounts, pages and Business Managers — policy-safe copy and landings, appeals, backups.
- AI & Automation: Automate every repeatable part of your workflow with AI and keep manual work to a minimum.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years hands-on Facebook as the primary channel you personally owned.
- Personally owned $400K+/month on Meta with direct accountability for CPA / ROI targets — your budget, not your team's or agency's total.
- Subscription funnels: drove subscriptions or trials through web funnels (web-to-web) or subscription apps for D2C products.
- Multi-GEO: ran and scaled campaigns across many countries and languages at once.
- Analytics: comfortable with cohorts, LTV, payback and the gap between platform and BI numbers.
- AI in daily work: uses Claude, ChatGPT or equivalents daily for analysis, reporting and automation — not just aware of them.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
NOT A FIT
- Mostly agency experience (spread across many small clients)
- E-commerce / catalog-only background (DPA, Shopping, basket ROAS)
WHO YOU ARE
- Full owner of your zone — from diagnosis to result, no reminders needed
- Analytical — every scale or kill decision has a period, a threshold and a dollar amount behind it
- Plans ahead — runs the channel against a plan weeks and months out
- Fast under load — many campaigns and tests in parallel without quality slipping
- Ambitious — wants to grow fast and prove it with performance

Reports to: Co-Founder (Product)

About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, Wintermute, and Cumberland, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you'll own 3P payouts and collections end-to-end — from how money flows in via virtual accounts and collections rails, to how it flows out via FP integrations and direct banking rails. You'll be the payments expert in the room: the person who knows which FPs are worth integrating, how to design a user journey for our clients, and how to specify something that an engineer can actually build.
What we need is someone who is deeply payments-native and can operate as the domain owner from day one.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership — Payouts & Collections
- Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end — from strategy and prioritisation through to spec, build, and launch
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for FP integrations and direct banking rail integrations as the business scales
- Write detailed, buildable specs — engineers should be able to ship from what you produce
- Design the user journey and frontend experience for payout and collections flows, with strong opinions about what a client actually needs to see and do
Financial Partner Strategy & Integration
- Evaluate FPs and banking partners across pricing, rail coverage, onboarding complexity, licensing constraints, and operational reliability — and make clear recommendations on which to integrate and in what sequence
- Lead the integration process with new FPs end-to-end: scoping, spec, coordination with Engineering, and go-live
- Understand the FOF implications of each FP and banking relationship, and design around the constraints rather than discovering them after the fact
- Stay current on the FP and payments infrastructure market — who the relevant players are, what they're good at, and where the gotchas are
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work day-to-day with the co-founders, Customer Operations, and the Engineering team
- Align with Financial Partnerships on which FPs and banks are being evaluated, and feed product requirements into the partnership prioritisation process
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal on licensing constraints and fund safeguarding requirements
- Surface client feedback on payout and collections UX to inform the roadmap — you'll be talking to clients directly
What We're Looking For
- 6 to 10 years of product experience, with meaningful depth in cross-border payments infrastructure — payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and FP/banking integrations
- Must have shipped both directions of money movement: outbound payouts and inbound collections
- Prior hands-on integration experience with payment infrastructure providers Payments-native: you understand flow of funds, rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and how licensing affects what you can build
- Opinionated about UX for a B2B payments ICP — you know what a client needs to see when they place an order, and you can design for it
- Background at a licensed cross-border payments company or stablecoin payments shop at Series A–C scale
