ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once.
This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios.
It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp.
- Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs.
- Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline.
- Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number.
- Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp.
- Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for.
- Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle
- Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows
What You Need
- A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work.
- Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations.
- Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away.
- A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling.
- Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation
Nice to Haves
- Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion.
- Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re all about great partnerships – and that starts with great people. We’re now looking for a new SMB Account Manager to join our team and help some of Denmark’s most exciting local restaurants thrive on Wolt. If you love building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving impact, this might be the role for you. Since launching in Denmark in 2017, we’ve expanded to over 200 cities and partnered with 4,000+ restaurants – and we’re just getting started. Our Account Management team plays a key role in that journey, working closely with our partners to ensure their success on our platform. We’re a tight-knit team of 11 Account Managers who support and challenge each other every day. We celebrate wins, share learnings, and enjoy solving problems together – whether that’s out in the field with a partner or over a coffee at the office. If you enjoy taking ownership and being part of a humble yet ambitious team, we think you’ll feel right at home. But don’t just take our word for it – see for yourself what your future colleagues say about working at Wolt
here
.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of around 150 restaurant partners. Your main goal will be to help them grow their business on our platform by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and making sure they get the most out of Wolt’s tools and services. You’ll work closely with your partners to improve their performance, introduce relevant products like Wolt Ads or Wolt+, and support them in their day-to-day operations. This is a role that combines commercial thinking, data-driven decisions, and direct collaboration with partners.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Spend 5–10 days per month visiting restaurant partners to strengthen relationships and better understand their business
Manage commercial renegotiations and drive adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital
Use data to identify growth opportunities and guide partners through improvements that drive performance
Support partners with day-to-day operational topics and process improvements
Monitor performance using Looker and prioritise where to focus your time and effort for the greatest impact
Gather feedback from your partners and share insights with internal teams to help improve our tools, services, and ways of working
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with a genuine interest in helping partners succeed. This role is a great fit for someone who’s proactive, analytical, and thrives on building long-term relationships that deliver results.
Relationship-building skills – You’re a strong communicator who can easily build trust and adapt your tone to suit everyone from chefs to business owners
Commercial mindset – You understand business drivers and can spot opportunities to grow partner revenue and improve performance
Analytical skills – You’re confident working with performance data and dashboards (e.g. Looker, Power BI) to inform decisions and tell a compelling story
Initiative and ownership – You take charge of your own portfolio and proactively push projects forward beyond the obvious, without waiting for instructions
Experience – A background in sales or account management is a big plus
Technical comfort – You’ve used CRM systems and business tools before, and you pick up new platforms quickly
Languages – You’re fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

At Wolt, we believe great people thrive when given ownership, trust, and the chance to make an impact. As an Account Manager, you’ll get just that – along with a competitive salary and the opportunity to grow in a fast-moving global tech company with plenty of career paths. You’ll also enjoy perks like a discount on Wolt orders, daily lunch, and a stocked office with coffee, soft drinks, and fruit – plus a range of other local benefits.

Position Summary
The Electronics Technician - ILI Systems & Equipment owns the full lifecycle of PIPECARE Western Hemisphere’s electronics assets - bench-level preparation, testing, calibration, repair, and reliability support across the region’s inspection technologies (Caliper, MFL, UTWM/UTCD, and EMAT), the tracking and locating equipment that supports every mobilization (AGM units, toolmounted transmitters, and pig locators) - together with management of the electronics store, tool inventory, consumables, and the component requisitioning that ties it all together.
Given the size of WH’s tool fleet and its annual tool-prep volume, this is designed and resourced as a single-incumbent role covering both functions. It shall be noted that PIPECARE has subsidiaries around the world and, although the Electronics Technician reports to the Shop Supervisor, the responsibility of the Electronics Technician is to ensure that all tasks related to the Western Hemisphere are executed according to the plan, corporate standards, and policy approved by the Corporate Office.
Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities
A. Tool Preparation, Testing & Calibration
• Follow approved written instructions, schematics, and design specifications to assemble and prepare Caliper, MFL, UTWM/UTCD, and EMAT tools, using test equipment, hand tools, and precision soldering techniques.
• Perform electronic assembly, soldering, rework, and inspection in accordance with approved workmanship procedures, ESD-control requirements, and applicable IPC standards.
• Perform bench and pull-rig/test-loop calibration of sensors, magnetizers, transducers, odometer wheels, and IMUs against reference standards ahead of every mobilization, in accordance with approved procedures and calibration requirements.
• Execute dry-run and pull-test acceptance procedures; a tool is not released until every acceptance criterion is met and signed off.
• Conduct pressure testing of external electronics and containers.
• Perform final check, calibration, and sign-off on tools prior to mobilization.
• Assemble experimental circuitry or prototype builds per engineering instructions for R&D and internal projects.
B. Battery & Power Systems
• Build, test, and capacity-verify battery packs against run-duration requirements, with margin for delays
• Rebuild, rewire, and replace battery packs and individual cells only in accordance with approved procedures, applicable safety requirements, and authorized competency limits.
• Monitor pack health and flag batteries approaching end-of-life before they cause a field failure.
• Ensure battery packs are handled, packaged, labeled, and documented correctly for every shipment, domestic and cross-border, in accordance with applicable DOT/IATA lithiumbattery transportation requirements and company procedures.
C. Tracking & Locating Equipment (AGM, Transmitters & Pig Locators)
• Prepare, install, and battery-test tool-mounted tracking transmitters (electromagnetic, acoustic, or magnetic) ahead of every mobilization, confirming signal strength and battery life cover the full expected run duration.
• Maintain and pre-run test Above Ground Marker (AGM) units: battery and solar power systems, antenna and geophone accessories, GPS time synchronization, and onboard data storage.
• Maintain and battery-test handheld and vehicle-mounted pig locators/receivers used by field crews to track tool progress and pinpoint a stopped or stuck tool.
Maintain pig signallers and passing indicators at launch, receive, and key trap locations, including mechanical trigger, battery, and alarm function checks.
• Retrieve and back up AGM passage data after each run and provide it promptly to the Data Analysis team in the required format for odometer/IMU correlation.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty tracking equipment returned from the field; hold any unit that fails pre-run acceptance out of service until repaired and re-tested.
• Maintain a dedicated inventory of spare transmitters, AGM units, locators, batteries, and antennas sized to WH’s mobilization schedule, so a failed unit never delays a launch.
D. Repair, Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair completed tools, field returns, and incoming PCBs in accordance with approved procedures and electronic workmanship requirements.
• Perform component-level fault diagnosis using multimeter, oscilloscope, and related diagnostic equipment
• Operate drills and other machine tools to fabricate or repair tool components (flaps, connectors, etc.)
• Lead or support root-cause analysis on any tool that underperforms or fails in the field, and close out the resulting corrective actions.
• Proactively propose improvements to tool-prep processes, test procedures, and store operations.
• Maintain failure, repair, and component-replacement history for critical electronic assemblies and use recurring failure data to support preventive maintenance and reliability improvements.
E. Electronics Store & Inventory Management
• Own the electronics store: components, spares, consumables, tool accessories, small tools, and tracking/locating equipment (transmitters, AGM units, locators).
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming components and materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate, current inventory records in the company’s ERP or an equivalent tracking system sized to the store.
• Organize, label, and store all inventory in a safe, systematic, and easily auditable manner.
• Set and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels sized to WH’s actual tool-prep volume, avoiding both stockouts and excess/obsolete stock.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts at the frequency established by company inventory procedures and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain serial/lot traceability and shelf-life or expiry controls where applicable, and classify critical spares according to their potential impact on mobilization readiness.
• Issue components and consumables against tool-prep and repair jobs.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock and recommend disposition.
F. Procurement & Ordering
• Identify component, material, and consumable needs proactively – ahead of tool-prep schedules, not reactively.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for components, spares, and consumables.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in line with PIPECARE procurement policy and approved budget; the position does not have independent purchasing or supplier-approval authority unless formally delegated.
• Track order status and coordinate delivery timing against tool-prep and mobilization schedules.
• Maintain basic supplier records and flag recurring quality, pricing, or lead-time issues.
G. Documentation & Reporting
• Enter daily activity into the ERP / Tool Prep Report / Activity Register the same day
• Maintain calibration certificates and measurement-traceability records for tools, sensors, reference standards, and test instruments; identify and quarantine equipment that is overdue or out of tolerance and escalate any potential impact on completed work in accordance with the applicable procedure.
• Download, verify, and back up tool data promptly after every run
• Maintain work areas in a neat, tidy, and HSE-compliant manner
H. Other
• Execute other reasonable tasks in support of Shop/Workshop priorities as they arise.
Skills/Experience
• College education in Electronics, or equivalent hands-on/apprenticeship experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; prior exposure to in-line inspection (ILI) tools (Caliper, MFL, UTWM/UTCD, EMAT) is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of electronic instrumentation and measurement.
• Good experience in soldering, calibration, and testing of electronic PCBs and equipment.
• Working knowledge of inventory/stock management; experience maintaining stock records or running a parts store is a plus - formal supply-chain credentials are not required at this store’s scale.
• Comfortable handling basic procurement/requisitioning tasks: obtaining quotations, raising requisitions, and tracking deliveries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable learning the company’s ERP/inventory-tracking system.
• Attention to detail, quality focus.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and changing mobilization priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Familiarity with pipeline pig tracking/locating equipment (EM/acoustic transmitters, AGM units, handheld locators) is a plus – not required to start, but expected to be picked up quickly.
• Self-motivated, creative, critical, and curious – genuinely engaged with the work, not just executing instructions.
• Valid driver’s license (local supplier pickups / parts runs).
• Ability to handle inspection-tool components within company-defined limits; work in a workshop environment; stand/walk for extended periods; use required PPE; and work safely around machinery, batteries, and electrical/electronic equipment.
