Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives as the technical authority rather than a supporting player.
You'll lead the scoping, pricing, and deployment of semantic search, image and video search, and on-premise and edge deployment solutions for our most complex enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone with real depth in solutions engineering who's ready to run high-stakes deals independently.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Own Technical-to-Commercial Strategy: Translate complex architectural requirements (multi-AZ, sharding, replication) into accurate pricing models and contract terms, independently protecting deal value in high-stakes negotiations.
- Drive Deal Execution End to End: Own the technical sales workflow across Support, Product, and Engineering to unblock POCs, resolving cross-functional bottlenecks without escalation.
- Identify and Mitigate Deployment Risk: Proactively spot noisy neighbor issues, latency bottlenecks, and resource contention before they threaten renewals or expansions, and advise customers on architectural fixes.
- Lead Architectural Reviews and Migration Assessments: Run discovery sessions solo, validate use cases, and design migration paths from legacy search engines like Elastic, Solr, and OpenSearch to Qdrant.
- Design Resilient, Production-Grade Architecture: Spec high-availability search clusters that meet demanding customer SLAs and throughput requirements, including for the most technically complex accounts.
- Own Client Trust at the Executive Level: Serve as the primary technical authority during evaluation, guiding customers to value quickly and acting as a long-term advisor beyond the initial sale.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-5 years of technical, customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a track record of owning complex, high-value deals independently, including at least 2 years of direct, hands-on vector search experience (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Zilliz/Milvus, or similar). Background in data science, computer engineering, or a previous DevOps/SRE role, with demonstrated depth rather than surface exposure is preferred.
- Strong scripting ability in Python or Bash, used to build reusable tools and validate business value at scale, not just one-off scripts.
- Fluency in calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and estimating hardware requirements (RAM, CPU, disk) for distributed systems, including for multi-region or highly regulated deployments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with a clear point of view on how infrastructure choices affect cost and performance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable running the room with engineers, VPs, and business stakeholders alike, and able to influence without authority across internal teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to enterprise procurement processes, infosec questionnaires, or MSA redlines.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.
Come build with us!

Own and set the operating cadence and drumbeat for both Goods and Advertising businesses, establishing clear rhythms for execution and accountability
Set, cascade, and manage OKRs across revenue functions, running the leadership review cadence to ensure decisions are tracked and actioned, not merely discussed
Serve as the home for unallocated cross-functional strategic work, surfacing and resolving potential conflicts between business units before they escalate
Manage effectively through the matrix organization, coordinating across geographies and functions to drive alignment
Lead strategic planning sessions and workshops to ensure informed, timely decision-making
Revenue Management – Advertising (Primary Focus)
Make tough strategic decisions on inventory allocation across demand channels and geographies
Set pricing strategy and discount allowances relative to rate card to optimize yield and drive total revenue together with our Analytics team

Track record of building operational discipline, setting cadence, and driving accountability across teams
Experience managing revenue optimization with both financial and non-financial metrics
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority
Strategic thinker who can balance short-term revenue capture with long-term competitive positioning
Comfortable with competitive market dynamics and strategic differentiation challenges
Why Join
You'll have direct impact on strategy and execution across two significant revenue businesses, work closely with senior leadership, and lead the operational infrastructure that enables OLX's growth.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Product Marketing Manager at Tennr, you'll shape how we bring our products to market across the business. You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate what we build into messaging that lands with healthcare buyers who've never heard of us and healthcare buyers who already have three vendors pitching them something similar.
You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land. You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
- Product Launches: Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
- Audience Understanding: Be an internal expert on our target audiences, including what they care about and how to talk to them.
- Sales Enablement: Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.
- Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and lead the development of guidance for how we compete.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent experience in a GTM role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
- Strong writing that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can point to specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've written and can explain the thinking behind it.
- High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role’s priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it.
- Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input.
- Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience.
- Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase's and AWS's joint co-marketing and GTM motion in support of segments like gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.
As Supabase drives investment into gaming, enterprise, and startup segments, each motion needs co-marketing execution and enablement content to land with AWS field teams and partners. This role owns that work directly: producing the content, case studies, and campaign support tied to AWS co-owned initiatives.
You'll work closely with the segment leads driving each motion and with the Alliances Lead, translating segment strategy into the campaigns and content that actually reach AWS field teams and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce co-marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner-facing documentation) for our gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments
- Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, from initial concept through launch
- Support AWS-funded marketing engagements and executive-facing events with content and coordination
- Build and maintain enablement materials that keep our partner-facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase's story
- Identify the right audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partner marketing or co-marketing, ideally with experience working alongside a major cloud provider like AWS or similar strategic partner
- Strong writer and communicator, able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives
- Execution-oriented. This role is about shipping campaigns and content, not managing a mature, fully-staffed program
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility. You lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.
