ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Accounting Channel is a key growth driver for the company, and we're looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to help build our UK accounting-partner motion from the ground up. As an early member of the team in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Ramp partners with accounting and advisory firms across the region; building the relationships, go-to-market strategy, and repeatable motions that fuel long-term growth.
This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership without being handed a playbook. You'll acquire and grow relationships with accounting and advisory partners, enable their teams, and generate revenue through client referrals. You'll also help us adapt Ramp's partner strategy to the commercial and cultural nuances of the UK markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net-new accounting and advisory partners across the UK
- Sign partners and build comprehensive go-to-market plans that create a scalable referral motion
- Drive revenue for Ramp by generating and converting client referrals from accounting firms
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms, from firm leadership to client-facing teams
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and clearly articulate the value we deliver to both their firms and their clients
- Enable and onboard partner team members so they can confidently identify, position, and refer Ramp
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners; use performance data and feedback to identify new growth opportunities
- Adapt your approach to the cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances of the UK accounting landscape
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering to develop co-marketing opportunities, onboard referred clients, and inform the product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build new (and improve existing) workflows, sales motions, and partner programs that contribute to the team's continued success
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets with disciplined follow-through and CRM hygiene
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships
- Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to uncovering partner pain points and growth opportunities
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong bias for action, with a dedication to tracking performance and improving efficiency every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and day-to-day stakeholders, both externally and across the company
- Ability to work five days per week from our London office, with willingness to travel across the UK
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience partnering with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
- Knowledge of the UK accounting and advisory ecosystem
- Background or proficiency in accounting
- Experience launching a new territory, vertical, or partner program
- Experience in a direct sales closing role
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Fintech or financial-services sales experience
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear product direction in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll get to do:
Product Vision and Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap for the sportsbook frontend.
Translate company strategy, operator requirements, market trends, and end-user needs into clear product priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve sportsbook acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and overall user experience.
Balance reusable product capabilities with operator-specific and market-specific requirements.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of the sportsbook product, including personalization, modularity, scalability, and multi-tenant capabilities.
Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Purpose of Role
As Finance Director – APAC, you will serve as the senior finance leader and strategic co-pilot to Hasbro's APAC Commercial Leadership Team. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines Sales Finance (commercial business partnering, pricing, customer P&Ls, and investment strategy) with Regional Finance (A&P and overhead stewardship, planning and consolidation) across the region.
This is a key leadership role in Hasbro's International Commercial Markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC — from commercial deal-making and channel strategy through to regional planning, cost discipline, and consolidated reporting — giving you end-to-end visibility and influence over the region's financial performance.
This role is built for a bold, energetic leader who combines sharp financial acumen with commercial instincts, thrives in ambiguity and change, and is ready to build and lead a high-performing, multi-market team. Driving the region to sustainable profitability is the #1 challenge — and this role is central to achieving that.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Strategy & Decision Support (Sales Finance)
• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance across key markets, channels, and franchises.
• Lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis, and customer P&L decisions.
• Act as a strategic architect — identify revenue growth opportunities and unlock margin through smart trade-offs.
Investment Planning & Regional Finance
• Partner with the Regional Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing to align investment and promotional strategy.
• Lead line plan pricing recommendations across the region, supporting commercial market decision-making.
• Drive disciplined oversight of A&P and overheads across APAC.
• Lead the regional planning rhythm: weekly sales tracking, monthly business reviews, and financial performance reporting.
• Manage in-year performance processes, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of risks, opportunities, and sufficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the region.
• Own regional consolidation, ensuring accurate roll-up of market-level results into the APAC view and clean handoff to Corporate Finance.
Leadership & Team Building
• Lead a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, through 4 direct reports: Senior Finance Manager – Regional Finance, Senior Finance Manager – Sales Finance (Asia Markets), Finance Manager – Sales Finance (PAC & GEM), and a Finance Analyst – PAC & GEM who reports directly to the FD rather than through the PAC & GEM Finance Manager, by design.
• Build a culture of accountability, insight, and ownership — finance as co-pilot, not just scorekeeper.
• Actively coach and stretch team members; foster internal mobility and talent succession across a geographically dispersed team.
Strategic Alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Franchise Teams, and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bring best-practice commercial and regional finance discipline into APAC, drawing on global standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver impactful financial dashboards and management reporting to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with BI and systems teams to modernize tools and enhance forecast accuracy.
Financial Stewardship
• Drive compliance with financial policies and controls in partnership with Controllership and Corporate Finance.
• Protect the integrity of the financials while accelerating business momentum.
What We Are Looking For:
• 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.

6+ years of experience in escalation management, trust & safety operations, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform.
Direct, hands-on experience running incidents or escalations: you've been the person investigating the issue, coordinating R&R with XFN partners, and writing executive comms.
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Excellent judgment under pressure
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, governments, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help extend Anthropic's health work into US public health. Building on our existing global health portfolio, you'll help shape how we engage the US public health system and manage a set of partnerships across federal, state, and local levels. Because this is an emerging area for the team, the role blends partnership management with meaningful contribution to strategy.
The right person combines credibility in the US public health ecosystem, enough technical fluency to be a real thought partner on AI deployment, and comfort operating in a space that's still taking shape.
This role is distinct from our Account Executive function: while AEs drive scaled adoption of Anthropic's core products, Partnership Managers build deep partnerships that require custom deployments, research collaboration, and hands-on program design. You'll work with a smaller portfolio of flagship partners where the goal is driving impact metrics and creating learnings that benefit the broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Anthropic's US public health strategy, working closely with the team lead to identify priority partners and use cases and bringing field insights back to inform our broader health work
Own a portfolio of flagship deployments, coordinating with Applied AI, product, policy, and GTM teams to deliver impact
Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners; structure engagements that work within government procurement, data governance, and privacy constraints
Translate partner needs into deployment plans that account for legacy systems and workforce realities
Support the creation of shared resources and digital public goods that help the broader field use AI responsibly
Build the evidence base by partnering with academic and evaluation organizations to study what works
Represent Anthropic at public health convenings and with funders and policymakers
Help shape team processes as we grow this area; hand off opportunities better suited to scaled sales or public sector motions
Travel to partner sites and to SF headquarters every ~6 weeks for those based outside SF (~20% travel)
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
10+ years of experience in US public health, health policy, or public sector health innovation
5+ years managing external partnerships, multi-stakeholder initiatives, or programs that span government and civil society
Deep relationships and credibility in the US public health ecosystem — you know the key players at CDC, state health departments, major schools of public health, and the foundations that fund this work
A working understanding of how federal, state, and local public health agencies operate, fund programs, and adopt new technology
Technical fluency to engage credibly on AI concepts, understand LLM capabilities and limitations, and partner effectively with technical teams
Experience building programs or portfolios in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when the playbook doesn't exist yet
A genuine drive to strengthen the public health system and the communities it serves
An MPH or related credential
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Experience inside a federal or state health agency (CDC, HHS, a state DOH) or at an organization that works closely with them
Background in epidemiology, ideally with hands-on surveillance experience at a state, local, or federal health agency
Experience working in a global context
Experience at a healthtech company, AI organization, or in a product-adjacent role

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute deployment roadmaps and deliver measurable results.
• Navigate organizational complexity and drive change management to ensure seamless adoption and long-term success.
Commercial Growth & Thought Leadership
• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within accounts, connecting Mistral’s capabilities to new business challenges and driving commercial growth.
• Mentor junior strategists and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and playbooks for customer engagement.
• Represent Mistral AI as a thought leader through speaking engagements, executive briefings, and industry contributions.
ABOUT YOU
• You have 8+ years of experience in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or a customer-facing strategic role, with a focus on AI/ML, data architecture, or digital transformation.
• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
• You possess a deep, practical expertise in AI/ML concepts, enterprise data architecture, and modern software development with hands-on development of AI solutions—enough to credibly engage with technical teams and executives alike.
• You have a proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and align AI strategies with business objectives.
• You excel at structuring ambiguous problems into actionable programs and thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• You have experience managing high-value accounts, understanding deal mechanics, and building compelling cases for investment.
• You are a collaborative leader who can motivate cross-functional teams and drive results through influence, not authority.
• You are open to frequent travel as the role demands
