ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather sit with a customer's engineers and fix the problem in their code than write them a recommendation
- Enjoy talking about technology and interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders.
- Appreciate working in a dynamic environment, on a variety of projects with customers from lots of different industries.
- Love flexing your creative brain by developing solutions, resources, and content from scratch (scripts, code samples, demos, sales-consumable collateral/documents, etc.).
- Have a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
- Love developer tools, open-source, and/or all things software development life cycle!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience, with some mixture being Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering/Implementation
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android), etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of engineers and engineering leaders
- Problem solver, knowledgable, and can-doer
- Bonus: experience with observability, APM, or error monitoring tools, including migrating customers from another vendor, or helping build a forward deployed or customer engineering function
The total compensation range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $230,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is building the Forward Deployed Engineering team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Technical Deployment Leads (TDLs) and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) embed with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. Our delivery model pairs two roles: FDEs own the technical artifact, and TDLs own the engagement end-to-end — from statement of work (SOW) through production deployment.
As a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services, you own engagement portfolio health across your vertical. You set the bar for delivery quality and build the playbooks and evaluation frameworks that let the practice scale. Your work will directly influence Anthropic's product direction and establish Anthropic as the trusted partner for AI transformation across the Fortune 100.
This is a player-coach role. You need to be credible in architecture conversations with a customer's engineering leads and equally comfortable in sales conversations in front of executive sponsors, and you will lead the most complex engagements yourself when the stakes call for it. Most of your impact will come through the people you hire and the standard you hold them to. You won't write production code, but you will pressure-test the technical decisions your TDL team makes with FDEs.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements. Set a high bar for delivery judgment, technical fluency, and customer presence, and run the interviews that hold it.
Manage each TDL directly: regular 1:1s, clear expectations, direct feedback, and a growth plan. Build a bench that runs engagements well without you in the room.
Own portfolio health across the vertical. Track which engagements are on track, at risk, or closing out, and intervene early when delivery drifts. Run engagement quality reviews with your team.
Own customer outcomes across the portfolio. Hold the executive relationship with customer sponsors, run steering committees, and represent Anthropic's credibility with senior business, risk, and engineering leaders.
Make the staffing call for each engagement. Work with FDE managers to match TDLs and engineers to each customer, and adjust as scope changes.
Lead the most complex engagements yourself. Take the TDL seat when engagement size, regulatory exposure, or organizational complexity calls for it, from delivery plan through production.
Set the bar for delivery excellence — SOW quality, MVP scoping, and value measurement. Ensure every engagement has a defensible impact story.
Codify reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks across the team. Turn what works in the field into delivery infrastructure that lets the practice scale.
Partner with Sales to qualify engagements, shape scope, and inform SOWs. Partner with Marketing and Sales on Financial Services–specific go-to-market materials, reference cases, and positioning.
Run the team's operating rhythm: engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, and escalation support, and report into the wider post-sales cadence and dashboards. Set team goals tied to customer outcomes.
Bring the field back to Anthropic. Surface delivery lessons and emerging Financial Services use cases to Product and Research, and represent the vertical in leadership discussions.
Consistently uphold Anthropic's values as you lead your team. TDLs should be strong representatives of Anthropic's culture as they work within customer environments.
Travel to customer sites (25–50% expected).
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery, whether you came up as a founder, engineer, data scientist, or researcher who has moved into deployments, with at least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes.
Have a track record of building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise environments, ideally including embedded or forward-deployed teams working at client sites.
Have delivered AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production. You understand solution patterns, integration approaches, and what breaks in real environments.
Bring depth in Financial Services. You have delivered technology programs inside banks, insurers, or asset managers, you understand how model risk, security, and compliance review shape what ships, and you can speak credibly with a CIO, a chief risk officer, and a head of engineering.
Can navigate architecture discussions with engineering stakeholders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and judge whether a proposed agent design is realistic. You are accountable for the technical direction your team sets alongside FDEs.
Have experience with value-based scoping, including TCO/ROI quantification and post-deployment impact measurement.
Thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists. You have built a team, practice, or function from an early stage.
Have executive presence: polished, credible, and concise with senior leaders in high-stakes settings, and just as effective in a hands-on engagement review with your team.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges
What We Offer
Opportunity to shape the digital strategy at a high-growth Salesforce ISV.
Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven culture.
Competitive compensation and benefits.
Career growth in a fast-scaling company serving global enterprises.
Extras (Benefits & Perks)
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a
Senior Software Engineer
for the Product Platform team, which owns the foundational layer of our API that all other Lithic products build on top. The team’s mission is to make Lithic's API the best in fintech — reliable, consistent, and a joy to integrate with. This includes API Gateway, Events Platform, API key management and authorization, audit logging, or API norms and versioning strategy.
What you'll do:
Write reliable, secure, and scalable code for Lithic's product platform with minimal tech debt
Improve the reliability of systems in team’s scope and participate in the team on-call rotation
Own projects from planning to launch, spanning areas like API key management, reliability, audit logging, or search, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned along the way
Lead efforts to improve systems and processes within the team
What you'll bring:
4+ years building production backend systems, ideally including public-facing APIs at scale
Experience in or desire to learn Rust; ability to understand Lithic’s system written in other programming languages (Python, Java)
Interest and experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
Ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse perspectives, and drive toward practical solutions
Experience with API design fundamentals and product thinking: versioning, backward compatibility, schema-driven development, and weighing tradeoffs from the customer's perspective
Comfort with designing systems from scratch and owning the product development process end-to-end
Strong written communication skills and experience working in a remote, async-first team that’s spread across time zones
The annual US salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

At Offchain Labs, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain Labs?
Offchain Labs is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain Labs technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end - screen and evaluate targets, lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, build valuation models, write investment memos, and support leadership on deal structuring and negotiation.
Own post-merger integration planning and execution - define the integration thesis prior to signing, build the integration plan, and drive the workstreams required to realize deal objectives.
Support in fundraising preparedness - maintain diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and manage process timelines and open items during live processes.
Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmap.
Be a strategic thinker to the leadership team - bring an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models into strategic planning, and translate it into clear recommendations.
Drive internal strategy communications - synthesize company priorities into clear strategy memos, and support planning and execution tracking against the agreed strategy.
Establish scalable processes and develop strategies that enhance Offchain Labs' corporate development capabilities, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll need:
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function.
Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure.
Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent.
Exceptional written and visual communication. You can build an executive-ready deck without hand-holding and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership - small team, wide surface area, and constant movement between long-range strategy work and next-day turnarounds.
Bachelor's degree.
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program
