ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Paris or remote (from -5h GMT up to +2h GMT to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
HOW WE WORK
We move fast on hard problems in a nascent market with no set playbook: navigating uncertainty is part of the job. You'll be challenged: anyone can question work and decisions must be justified. We keep a high bar and match it with high support: we help each other unblock and share context openly, with low ego. More about our values: morpho.org/jobs http://morpho.org/jobs.
ROLE
The mission of this role is to own the technical architecture and end-to-end delivery of Morpho's product suite, spanning React frontends, GraphQL APIs, and on-chain data systems, ensuring the platform scales reliably as Morpho grows beyond $10B in TVL, while actively raising the technical bar across the engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and own end-to-end delivery of DeFi products with billions in TVL, from React/Next.js frontends through GraphQL/REST APIs to blockchain data indexers, ensuring sub-second response times for users.
- Design and implement the API and SDK strategy enabling hundreds of integrators to build on Morpho's infrastructure, including versioning patterns, developer experience standards, and real-time streaming systems.
- Build and optimize high-performance data systems processing millions of on-chain events across 15+ blockchains, using intelligent caching and query optimization to maintain reliability at scale.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and establish coding standards that raise the technical capability of 5-10 engineers across product teams.
- Own observability and incident response across the stack, using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Sentry to ensure reliability for users and integrators.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
Shipped a high-impact feature end-to-end that demonstrates competency across the full stack. Completed an architecture review of current systems and proposed a modernization roadmap. Built working relationships with key stakeholders across product, protocol, and business teams.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
Leading delivery of a major product initiative from scoping to production. Driving measurable improvements to API p95 latency through caching, query optimization, and architectural changes.
IN 1 YEAR
Owns technical architecture for an entire product vertical, with proven reliability and performance metrics. Recognized as the technical authority for fullstack architecture decisions across the organization.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 8-10+ years building fullstack applications at scale, with demonstrated impact on business metrics.
- Proven track record architecting high-availability systems handling millions of requests daily.
- Deep TypeScript expertise across client and server: React/Next.js, GraphQL (Apollo Server), Node.js, and typed contract interactions (viem).
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining on-chain data indexers (Ponder, Subsquid, or similar) and working knowledge of EVM event structures.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments without needing a defined playbook.
- Strong ownership mindset: you drive things to completion and don't wait to be asked.
- Clear, crisp async communication: you write well and can explain complex technical decisions simply.
- Team-first approach: you make the engineers around you better, not just the codebase.
- Humble.

We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Issue Workflow is Sentry's primary product surface. Our issue platform processes billions events daily and turns them into actionable insights that help millions of developers fix bugs faster.
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Issues team, you'll architect the systems that power this experience. You'll work at the intersection of high-scale distributed systems and product engineering, building real-time data pipelines, search backends, and analysis systems that surface signal from noise. This is product engineering at massive scale—where every architectural decision impacts millions of debugging sessions.
You'll be the technical leader who shapes how Sentry groups issues, how we make search lightning-fast, how we enable sophisticated agentic workflows, and how we ensure that the product is performant even at billions-of-events scale. Your work will define what's possible for the most trafficked part of Sentry's platform.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Drive technical strategy and roadmap. Partner with engineering leadership, product, and design to shape the multi-quarter technical vision for Issue Workflow platform. Make strategic calls about architectural direction, technology choices, and technical debt. Ensure the team is building a strong foundation to scale with Sentry's growth.
- Solve complex performance and scalability challenges.
- Champion product quality and user experience. Build features that don't just work—they delight. You understand that milliseconds matter in the developer experience. You sweat the details of interfaces, error messages, loading states, and edge cases. You instrument everything so the team can measure and improve.
- Mentor and elevate others. You've helped engineers grow their skills. You celebrate wins and learn from failures alongside your teammates.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are a distributed systems engineer who understands the realities of high-scale architectures. You know about eventual consistency, partitioning strategies, caching layers, and query optimization. You've debugged enough systems at scale that you now know to design for failure and build systems that degrade gracefully.
- Are product-minded and understand that great engineering serves users. You collaborate effectively with Product and Design, offering technical perspectives that shape better products. You can explain technical constraints in user-centric terms. You get excited about making developers' lives better, not just solving technical puzzles.
- Have strong full-stack instincts. While this role is backend-heavy, you understand the entire system from data ingestion to what renders in the browser. You know enough about frontend performance, API design, and user experience to make good architectural decisions that consider the whole picture.
- Include and uplift others. You've helped engineers grow their skills in systems design, coding practices, and product thinking. You're generous with knowledge and patient in explaining complex concepts. You celebrate wins and learn from failures alongside your teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in full-stack software engineering, ideally Python and Typescript
- Expertise in domain modeling, distributed systems, data stores, message queues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka is preferred
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.
- Deliver for the business. You’ll always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection. You’ll strive to understand our customers and users so you can deliver the experiences which are uniquely valuable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll also be passionate about hiring the right talent for Attio.
- A focus on the product and customer. You’ll have strong opinions on what makes a great product, and a keen desire to deliver the things which generate value for Attio’s customers. You’ll be curious to learn about how our product is used in the field, and have an understanding of how to use data to ensure we’re building the right thing.
