Perplexity's sales organization is growing fast, and our sellers need the right content, tools and AI workflows to win. As our first Sales Enablement Operations Manager, you'll be the strategic partner and builder behind how Perplexity's sales team finds, uses and learns from content.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll work with the Sales Enablement Lead to define our content management strategy, including whether to build on Perplexity's own AI platform or buy a dedicated tool. Then you'll build it, run it and keep improving it. You'll also build AI skills, plugins and workflows that make reps and managers faster and more effective every day.
This is a foundational hire. We're looking for someone who can grow into a leadership role as the enablement function scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help shape content and knowledge strategy
- Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead to define the long-term content management strategy for the sales team, from requirements to the build-vs-buy decision.
- Work alongside the Sales Enablement Lead on the evaluation: gather stakeholder needs, assess options (including Perplexity Computer and third-party platforms), model costs and tradeoffs, and shape a joint recommendation to sales leadership.
- Design the content architecture: taxonomy, ownership, governance, approval workflows and lifecycle (create, review, update, retire).
Help build and run the enablement stack
- Own the implementation and maintenance of the sales content hub, call library and training platform, leveraging Perplexity throughout.
- Help coordinate with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Product and Legal so content is accurate, approved and available where sellers work (Salesforce, Slack, call-recording tools).
- Own enablement reporting: content usage, training completion, certification status and how they relate to ramp and performance.
Build AI tools for the sales team
- Design, build and maintain AI skills, plugins and agent workflows for account executives, BDRs and sales managers, such as account research, call prep, deal reviews, coaching and pipeline hygiene.
- Turn repeated seller and manager tasks into reusable AI workflows, then drive adoption through training, documentation and feedback loops.
- Develop training materials for sellers and managers on using AI tools well, and keep a shared library of best practices.
Lead and scale
- Set the standards for how enablement content and AI tools get built, contributed and maintained across the GTM organization.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to enablement leadership on priorities, operating model and tooling.
- Help shape the enablement operations function as the team grows, with a path to leading it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–6 years in go-to-market roles, with at least 2 years owning sales enablement operations, revenue operations, GTM systems or sales content strategy.
- Experience owning a sales content or knowledge system end to end, including taxonomy, governance, adoption and measurement.
- A track record of leading or heavily shaping a tooling decision, such as a platform evaluation, migration or in-house build.
- Real, hands-on AI fluency: you've built AI tools or workflows (custom GPTs, Claude or Perplexity skills, MCP connectors, n8n, Zapier, Clay or similar) that other people use regularly, and you can show examples.
- Systems thinking: you understand how content, CRM, call-recording and communication tools connect, and you design for how sellers actually work.
- Strong judgment and the ability to make a clear recommendation and defend it with leadership.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects without formal authority.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and a bias toward shipping, measuring and iterating.
Nice to have
- Experience as the first enablement operations or GTM systems hire, building the function from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, Guru, Mindtickle or Showpad.
- Background as an AE, SE or BDR before moving into enablement or operations.
- Experience managing or mentoring contractors, interns or direct reports.
- Experience at a high-growth AI or SaaS company.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 90 days: You've assessed current content and tools, interviewed sellers and managers, made a build-vs-buy recommendation with the Sales Enablement Lead, and shipped the first AI skills the sales team uses every week.
- First 6 months: A governed content hub and call library are live and adopted, enablement reporting is in place, and a growing library of AI tools is measurably saving time for reps and managers.
- First year: Enablement operations is a scalable function with clear standards, and you're ready to lead it as the team grows.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Compensation Manager at GitLab, you'll lead the design, planning, and execution of compensation programs that help us attract, retain, and reward team members. You'll own recurring programs, including the annual focal merit cycle, and provide guidance and oversight for promotion cycles, quarterly equity grant cycles, and semi-annual bonus programs. Working closely with Total Rewards leadership and partners across People, Finance, and Legal, you'll turn program objectives into clear deliverables, establish processes and controls, and see complex cycles through from planning to closeout. Your work will help ensure accurate, timely delivery and a clear experience for leaders, People teams, and team members.
You'll be based in the United States. We prefer a West Coast location to support collaboration with stakeholders across time zones.
What you’ll do
Lead compensation programs from design and readiness through approvals, processing, communication, and post-cycle review, including ownership of the annual focal merit cycle and oversight of promotion, quarterly equity, and semi-annual bonus cycles.
Define program calendars, decision points, responsibilities, controls, and success measures. Coordinate dependencies and keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and decisions.
Ensure compliance with eligibility rules and develop process documentation, manager resources, and communications. Advise People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders on program application and exceptions, escalating policy and governance decisions when needed.
Analyze compensation data and program outcomes, develop recommendations for Total Rewards leadership, and partner with Finance on budgeting, cost modeling, and reconciliation.
Partner with People Technology and IT systems stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, and usability.
Validate inputs and outputs, ensure timely processing, maintain audit and control documentation, and protect confidential compensation information.
Oversee the annual refresh of global compensation and equity ranges to ensure accuracy, and support compensation partners with program delivery and analysis.
Lead improvements that reduce program risks and friction, strengthen consistency and transparency, and improve the team member experience. Use clear documentation and asynchronous communication to coordinate work across time zones.
What you’ll bring
Experience designing and operating compensation programs, with expertise in corporate compensation and public company equity and a record of delivering complex merit, equity, bonus, or promotion cycles accurately from planning through closeout.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, including interpreting compensation data, building scenarios, checking assumptions, and explaining findings to decision-makers.
An understanding of compensation governance, data integrity, and controls, with discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive decisions.
The ability to translate policy and strategy into operating procedures, system requirements, and stakeholder guidance, plus experience with human resources information systems and compensation planning tools such as Pave and Workday, and comfort working on a Mac.
Attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and the persistence to work through complex issues and deliver accurate outcomes. You can learn unfamiliar programs, systems, and business contexts quickly.
The ability to build trusted partnerships, advise leaders and People teams, resolve ambiguity, and move decisions forward without relying on formal authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with global partners across time zones using asynchronous practices.
Helpful, but not required: experience supporting a global, distributed workforce, including partners in India or other locations outside the United States; compensation-cycle communications; and experience in a software or technology company.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.
We are recognized by industry analysts as a leading provider of AI solutions across key business domains.
At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.
Why Join Us:
Genuine autonomy and the trust to operate in your lane without micromanagement.
World-class AI/ML delivery capability behind you — a team that can actually execute on what you sell or source.
You will shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.

Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Tax Technology Manager to support our growing EMEA and beyond scope. This role connects tax, technology, and data — ensuring our systems and processes enable compliant, efficient, and scalable across the region.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of indirect tax (particularly VAT and invoicing) with an ability to partner cross-functionally and translate tax requirements into smart, tech-enabled solutions. You don’t need to be a developer or automation engineer — but you must be able to see opportunities, shape solutions, and drive them to execution by partnering with tax, engineering, accounting, data ops, and automation teams etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the implementation of tax-related technology solutions, ensuring compliance with new or changing legislation (e.g., invoicing, digital reporting, VAT mandates).
Represent Tax in engineering, product, and finance initiatives — ensuring that new business rollouts and systems capture all relevant tax requirements.
Partner with vendors and internal system owners to integrate and maintain compliance tools
Support data governance and system control frameworks, ensuring audit (SOC) readiness, traceability, and documentation across tax technology systems.
Drive standardization of tax processes and tools across entities and regions (Wolt, DoorDash, Deliveroo).
Build strong partnerships with engineering, data, automation, and finance teams to ensure tax technology needs are prioritized and delivered effectively.
Act as a bridge between tax and technology — translating regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable system and process specifications.
Collaborate with local tax teams to ensure regional regulatory nuances are accurately reflected in the design and functionality of tax technology solutions.
Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across tax processes and drive them from concept through delivery while collaborating with the automation and data ops to teams to develop scalable solutions..
Promote adoption and consistent use of tax technology solutions across regional and global tax teams.
Provide training, documentation, and user support for new tools and processes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement — gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and iterating on solutions post-implementation.
Develop and maintain a joint roadmap with cross-functional teams, balancing strategic priorities and operational capacity.
Ensure strong governance around tax technology initiatives, including change management, security, and compliance oversight.
Qualifications & Experience
Understanding of indirect tax (especially VAT), e-invoicing, and digital tax compliance frameworks in the EMEA region. Understanding of other areas in tax such as Direct Tax, DAC7 etc. is a plus
Understanding of commercial tax engines (ie Vertex)
Proven track record of supporting or optimizing tax technology solutions in a multinational environment.
Familiarity with data flows and ability to partner effectively with data and automation teams.
Strong analytical mindset
Project management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain complex tax technology topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Accounting/tax qualification or relevant technology certification preferred.
Understanding and display of using AI tools
This role will require traveling dependent on where the employee is based. We anticipate a 25% travel rate if the candidate is based in either Helsinki or London.
