THE ROLE AND IMPACT
This is a role for a search specialist who wants to work at genuine scale. As a Senior Engineer on Xero's Search team, you will help maintain and evolve one of the largest search clusters in the Southern Hemisphere; part of an entire vertical stack delivered to customers. The work is both meaningful and technically stretching: keeping 50+ million searchable documents and 400 terabytes of searchable data at global scale running at 99.9% uptime, whilst contributing to a significant four-year platform rebuild that will shape the next generation of Xero's growth. Currently serving over 200,000 daily active users, this is a product at meaningful scale.
Beyond the day-to-day, this role is about real ownership. You will contribute across both search-specific and generalist engineering work, raise and review pull requests, and lead projects. If you are someone who cares about quality and gets energised by hard problems at scale, this is a place where your work will genuinely matter.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
The Search team is a small, tight-knit group spread across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, now part of Xero's Catalyst platform division. You will partner closely with this experienced group who are building the next generation of search infrastructure, a dedicated Product Manager, a Principal Architect, and the Catalyst Platform team who coordinate changes and releases across services. The team brings a high-quality mindset to everything they do, and solves challenging technical problems together.
THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON
- A large-scale search platform rebuild (Horizon 2) – a multi-year project at the heart of Xero's infrastructure, addressing critical infrastructure limits and building a scalable future
- Maintaining and evolving the cluster to keep systems running at 99.9% uptime whilst serving over 200,000 daily active users
- Integrating with the ODL (Operational Data Layer) on the ingestion pipeline for the new platform
- Exploring new partnership opportunities with Mobile, Files, and AI-adjacent search capabilities as the platform evolves
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role can be based in Australia or New Zealand. You will have genuine flexibility in where you work day to day. The team comes together in Melbourne approximately every six months; a chance to connect, align, and spend time in person with colleagues across regions. Xero also offers boost days, giving you the option to work from the office and collaborate with the broader Xero community when it suits you.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You bring strong search engineering experience and know what it takes to build, maintain and scale search systems in a production environment handling hundreds of millions of documents
- Solid software engineering and development fundamentals are part of your toolkit, and you are comfortable contributing to both search-specific and generalist engineering work
- Quality comes first for you – you hold a high bar for the code you write and review, and care about doing things properly
- Working collaboratively with others comes naturally to you, whether that is with engineering, product or infrastructure teams across a distributed environment

Work with engineering, product, and growth to amplify launches, prioritize content, and reduce friction for new users
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve built full-stack apps and enjoy sharing your knowledge
- You create content that makes people want to open their code editor
- You’re equally comfortable writing a video script and TypeScript
- You’re energized by community whether it’s on Discord, Twitter, YouTube, or in person
- You’re self-directed, organized, and excited to contribute to open source
REQUIREMENTS
This role is based in San Francisco to support regular in-person devrel video shoots, attend local events, and be an active presence in the SF tech ecosystem.

- Experience creating technical content (written or video)
- Comfortable representing a product publicly (on camera, on stage, or online)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- A growing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter
- Prior experience in DevRel or open source
- Have used (and loved) Supabase
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU
You are a technical product manager who owns what a model optimises for, not just the roadmap around it. You have real depth in recommendation and ranking systems, and you will own the recommendation engine behind the Xsolla Advertising Products: the ranking that decides which offers millions of players see, and in what order.
You hold the bar high for how decisions get made. You can read a readout and say plainly what it does and does not support. You connect model performance to revenue without overclaiming, and you bring a low-ego, people-first approach to work that spans ML, analytics, ads operations, and commercial teams.
If you are excited about using ML to build building the next generation of advertising, rewards and loyalty programs for mobile apps and games we want to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Own the recommendation engine as a product: ranking, relevance, and the model roadmap. Ranking quality is the product.
Set the objective the ranker optimises for, the constraints it works inside, and the guardrails and kill conditions that bound it. The target is eCPM today; what comes next is your call.
Own the metric definitions the whole team measures against, and settle the definitional questions that change the answer: gross against publisher-side RPU, app-load against impression-user denominators, mean of daily values against window totals.
Collaborate with on ML frameworks, experiment design, hold-outs, including pre-registered decision rules, power calculations, sample-ratio-mismatch checks, A/A validation, multiplicity correction, and named rollback triggers.
Collaborate with DS on readouts to evaluate model performace and readouts to business stakeholders readout: what the model did, what it cost, and what happens next.
Contribute the ranking perspective to the wider ads roadmap, including the seams where pricing, identity, and event telemetry meet ranking.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a recommendation, ranking, personalization, or relevance system in production.
Deep understanding of experiment design and inference, including minimum detectable effect, statistical power, sample ratio mismatch, A/A testing, multiple-comparison correction, and pre-registration. You can tell when a readout will not support the claim being made from it, and you say so.
Working knowledge of the modelling itself: classification and regression, probability calibration, predicted conversion rate, expected-value objectives, and how the choice of objective changes model behavior.
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, Vertex AI, and feature stores.
Proven record of moving model changes into production traffic through a controlled experiment process, rather than shipping on a dashboard reading.
Knowledge of performance advertising economics and ad tech ecosystems, including eCPM, RPU, bid multipliers, campaign hierarchies, and attribution models.
SQL you write yourself, and enough comfort reading application code to verify a claim instead of taking it on trust.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences. Specs, decision records, and readouts are the output of this role, and other teams act on them without you in the room.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Offerwall, rewarded advertising, loyalty and rewards programs and/or mobile app monetization experience is a plus.
Experience with a two-stage ranking system, where an external service supplies the base order and local logic adjusts it, is a plus.
Pricing, yield management, or marketplace experience alongside ranking is a plus.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

An overview of this role
As a Fullstack Engineer on the Duo Client SDK team at GitLab, you'll build the shared foundation for every GitLab Duo client. Today, the logic that powers Duo in editors lives inside the GitLab Language Server. We're extracting it into a true software development kit (SDK): a set of well-versioned TypeScript packages that editor extensions, our web-based Duo Chat on GitLab.com, and eventually external applications can use.
You'll work in TypeScript across frontend and backend systems. You'll design the SDK's Node.js core and public application programming interface (API), and work in the clients that use it. The work rewards care about interfaces, versioning, and backward compatibility as much as features because other engineers will depend on what you build.
You'll have senior and staff engineers alongside you to help with design. You'll own the implementation of scoped packages and ship improvements with minimal guidance while collaborating with the team on larger architectural changes.
Some examples of our projects:
The Duo Client SDK, extracting versioned, publishable packages from the GitLab Language Server
The GitLab Language Server, rebuilt on top of the SDK as our polyglot surface
Duo Chat on the web, as one of the SDK's first consumers
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, and performant TypeScript features that solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance, writing tests with every merge request and contributing to code reviews and design discussions.
Extract and publish TypeScript packages from the GitLab Language Server, migrating consumers incrementally so no parallel implementation is left to drift.
Design durable public APIs with clear interfaces, semantic versioning, changelogs, and deprecation paths for external consumers.
Build isomorphic core packages that isolate platform-specific behavior in adapters at the edges.
Build and improve SDK client surfaces, including Vue 3 components in Duo Chat on the web, in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Strengthen credential handling across hosts, including bearer tokens, session cookies, and CSRF protection.
Optimize bundle size, startup cost, and dependency weight for browser consumers, and support a Tier 2 on-call rotation for urgent engineering issues.
What you'll bring
Strong proficiency with TypeScript across frontend and backend systems, including experience building and maintaining Node.js services.
Experience with modern build and packaging tools, including monorepos, multi-module builds, ECMAScript modules (ESM), and dependency management.
Experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API, or comparable component-based frontend experience and a willingness to learn Vue.
Experience designing APIs that other people use, with the ability to explain what you'd do differently.
Understanding of the differences between running code in Node.js and in the browser, and how to write code that works in both.
A security-minded development approach, including careful credential handling and performance optimization.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing about technical problems, propose iterative solutions, and work effectively in an agile environment.
Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the judgment to ask for help when needed while thriving in a fully remote organization aligned with GitLab's values.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Corporate Security protects the environment Anthropic's people work in every day: their laptops and phones, their identities, the tools they collaborate in and the company data that flows through all of it. Everything that makes Claude what it is sits behind that environment. We keep company access on devices we manage, make those devices hard to compromise and right-size what any one of them can reach, while caring a great deal about the day-to-day experience of the people using them. The company is growing quickly and this team is growing with it, so we treat the work as an engineering discipline: controls as code and automation over queues, built to scale with headcount rather than strain against it.
As a Security Engineer here you'll drive significant parts of that work end to end. You'll set technical direction and turn it into shipped tooling. When a control collides with someone's workflow, you'll find the path that keeps them moving without giving up the protection. You'll be handed problems rather than task lists and you'll find as many yourself: threat-modeling the environment to surface what matters, fixing it and bringing the evidence that shapes what the team prioritizes next. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role.
Key responsibilities
Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, including device management configuration, application allowlisting, patching, and browser policy, favoring controls that are versioned, reviewable, and repeatable over one-off configuration
Extend device-trust and zero-trust access controls so company systems are reached from managed devices bound to the right person and carrying the right level of access, treating the experience of fellow employees as a design constraint rather than an afterthought
Build the automation and integrations that let the team scale with the company: joiner/mover/leaver automation across identity and device management, exception and expiry workflows, posture-driven policy, and Claude-assisted triage of review queues
Lead SaaS and identity governance, including third-party OAuth grants, delegated admin access, chat-platform apps, browser extensions, and software security reviews, turning recurring decisions into policy and tooling
Partner across the wider Security team, IT, and Engineering on telemetry, detections, and shared standards, and help define how a company that increasingly runs on AI agents does so securely and at scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on endpoint security engineering on macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS, such as MDM and declarative device management profile engineering, application allowlisting or binary authorization, system extensions and endpoint security frameworks, or their platform equivalents
Proficiency in Python and scripting languages generally; you architect and build integrations, automation, and internal tooling as a normal part of the job, and can write a detection when the work calls for it
Working depth in identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust access
Threat-modeling judgment that finds the problems worth solving and the ability to scope them, define "done," and drive them to completion
Care for Anthropic's mission and the part corporate security plays in it
Preferred qualifications
Experience defining the scope and choosing the tooling for a security program rather than inheriting it
Experience shipping an enforcement change to a large user population: using data to find what will break before it does, staging the rollout, building the alternative path for affected workflows, and moving people onto it ahead of enforcement
Endpoint depth across more than one of macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, with the judgment to harden for the threats that matter rather than to a checklist
Mobile security across managed and BYOD contexts, including protecting people and devices in higher-risk settings such as international travel
Experience bringing security governance to a modern SaaS environment, including third-party integrations, delegated access, and the long tail of internally built and AI-generated apps, in a way that speeds decisions up rather than slowing them down
Configuration-as-code, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD applied to corporate infrastructure
LLM-assisted security tooling you built that materially changed what a team could cover, and the judgment to know which work to hand to a model, which to keep, and how to combine the two
A track record of getting security controls adopted across an organization through influence and partnership rather than authority
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000

$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Job Summary
We are looking for a modern, high-velocity Web Developer who sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and conversion optimization. This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.
Local SEO Experience: Proven track record building service-area landing pages that rank.
Automation Skills: Experience with Make/Zapier for complex lead routing and CRM workflows.
Industry Experience: Background working with home-service businesses or in a high-volume marketing agency.

ABOUT CANTINA:
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Lifecycle Product Manager to own how Cantina reaches users outside the app and brings them back to value inside it. Sitting on the product management team, you'll own the end-to-end user journey across email, push, and in-product messaging — and, critically, the deep-linked landing and post-click experiences that complete the loop. You'll develop a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of how people move through Cantina, turn that into a lifecycle strategy that grows activation, retention, and resurrection, and partner with Data and Engineering to launch, measure, and compound improvements. This is a hands-on role with company-wide visibility: you'll write the strategy, ship the journeys, run the experiments, and bring senior stakeholders along.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap for Cantina's owned channels, mapping journeys across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization.
- Lead the design, launch, iteration, and optimization of templates and journeys across email, push, and in-product messaging — including the deep-linked landing and post-click product experiences that complete the loop.
- Optimize the lifecycle portfolio, not just individual sends: improve message inventory, relevance, personalization, prioritization, and per-user frequency so users get fewer, better-timed messages.
- Build a deep, evidence-based picture of the user journey — combining product analytics, cohort and funnel analysis with qualitative signals like session reviews, support themes, and user research — and use it to find where users stall and what would move them.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality reads) and hold the bar on measurement: retained activity and incremental value, not opens and clicks.
- Partner with the Data team to build the measurement system behind lifecycle — instrumentation, eligibility and audience definitions, dashboards, and experiment readouts.
- Partner with Engineering to ship campaigns end to end: triggers, personalization payloads, deep links, and the in-product surfaces each journey lands on.
- Define the operating model — intake, templates, approvals, QA, and quality standards — so lifecycle scales across teams without channel chaos or user fatigue.
- Set and communicate strategy to senior stakeholders, translating a messy portfolio into a clear multi-quarter direction and defending tradeoffs with data.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention — ideally in a consumer mobile or AI product operating at scale.
- Demonstrated ownership of lifecycle or engagement programs that moved a real business metric (activation, D30 retention, resurrection, or conversion), with the analysis to prove it.
- Strong quantitative fluency: comfortable writing your own SQL and working in a BI/analytics tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Looker, or similar) to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves without waiting on a queue.
- Hands-on experience with a lifecycle/CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io http://Customer.io, or similar) — segmentation, triggered canvases, personalization, and deliverability.
- Rigorous experimentation judgment: you understand holdouts, incrementality, sample sizing, and the difference between a delivery metric and a value metric.
- Technical and product fluency across event and identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure — enough to design a system with Engineering. Coding not required.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional influence, with a track record of aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing.
- Craft-level instinct for messaging: you can write the copy, critique the journey, and tell when a notification is helpful versus annoying.
- Preferred: experience with AI/consumer-social products, localization or multi-market lifecycle, and building lifecycle tooling or self-service platforms with Engineering.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $175,000 - $250,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays
- Generous parental leave & fertility support
- 401(k) retirement savings plan
- Lifestyle spending account – $500/month to use however you’d like
- Complimentary lunch and snacks for in-office employees
- One Medical membership, and more!

Support teammates through thoughtful code reviews, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
Qualifications:
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating backend services in production.
Fluency using AI tools in software engineering workflows, including the judgment to direct, evaluate, and validate AI-generated output.
Experience designing and delivering customer-facing systems that are scalable, reliable, observable, and maintainable.
Strong programming experience in Go or a comparable backend language such as Python, Rust, or C++. Our team is using Go.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, or data-intensive services.
Familiarity with analytical, operational, or warehouse data stores such as ClickHouse, Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
Experience diagnosing production issues and improving system reliability through metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and other observability practices.
Experience working in a cloud environment and with infrastructure-as-code or equivalent deployment and operations tooling.
Ability to take an ambiguous problem from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative approach to working with technical and non-technical partners.
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, data platforms, or similarly data-intensive products.

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Recruiting Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help run the systems, data and processes that let us hire +100 people per month. You will work alongside Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and every department that hires. Your job is to make recruiting more effective as we scale: more great hires per unit of effort, without adding unnecessary complexity or sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people: someone who loves solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize our ATS, broader recruiting stack, workflows and processes end to end; keep the system clean, connected and scalable.
- Metrics & performance: build the metrics and reporting that leadership and Ops teams need to make decisions, and turn insights into concrete improvements in speed, quality and efficiency.
- Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: partner with Finance and business leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities and ensure recruiting capacity stays aligned as priorities evolve.
- Enable recruiters & hiring managers: build practical enablement around tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing, hiring principles and calibration so teams can operate more effectively.
- Candidate experience & recruiting standards: establish a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across the recruiting process, and continuously identify opportunities to improve it
- Innovation & leverage: use AI, talent intelligence, market data and emerging technologies to augment how we identify, engage and assess talent, creating new sources of leverage as we scale
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly and navigated significant organizational complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail: you naturally connect the dots, spot inconsistencies and care about getting the underlying system right, not just fixing the symptom.
- Pragmatic and highly organized: you focus on what will have the biggest impact, can manage multiple complex projects without losing focus, and bring the structure and follow-through needed to get things to the finish line.
- Curious and hands-on: you have an appetite to vibe-code your way through automation, experiment with AI and new tools, and are comfortable building lightweight solutions yourself.
- High-agency and positive: you operate independently, turn complex problems into solutions rather than simply raising them, and bring a constructive, can-do mindset to the work.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ClickHouse is looking for an experienced engineer to join our Observability organization. We are hiring across two closely aligned teams: Observability Platform and Internal Observability.
Together, these teams build and operate the systems behind ClickHouse’s internal observability and ClickStack Cloud. Our platforms process trillions of events per day, sustaining throughput in the hundreds of millions of events per second. The experience we gain operating observability at ClickHouse scale feeds directly back into the platform and product we provide to customers.
The Observability Platform team builds shared systems for telemetry ingestion, durable buffering, processing, storage, autoscaling, and service provisioning. The Internal Observability team operates ClickHouse’s company-wide observability platform and works with engineering teams to improve reliability, debugging, and operational efficiency.
This is a software engineering role at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will build systems, operate what you build, respond to incidents, and turn recurring operational problems into durable software and automation.
Your background may be in backend engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or systems engineering. What matters most is your ability to solve ambiguous production problems, make sound engineering tradeoffs, and take ownership from design through operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, build, and operate distributed systems that ingest, process, and store telemetry at very high scale.
- Own the reliability, performance, capacity, and cost-efficiency of telemetry pipelines and storage systems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation, help resolve production incidents, and drive root-cause fixes through to completion.
- Build software and automation that eliminate repetitive operational work and make the platform easier to operate.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks and help shape the roadmap for the next stage of scale.
- Work closely with product, infrastructure, and service teams across ClickHouse.
- Contribute to architecture and design reviews and help raise engineering quality across the team.
HOW YOU WORK
- You take ownership and proactively improve the systems around you.
- You are comfortable debugging unfamiliar distributed systems in production.
- You make pragmatic tradeoffs between reliability, performance, delivery speed, and cost.
- You communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly environment.
- You prefer incremental delivery: ship a focused solution, validate it in production, and improve it based on evidence.
- You address the underlying cause of operational problems rather than repeatedly treating the symptoms.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Go.
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps tooling such as Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry systems such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or comparable technologies.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with high-throughput ingestion, streaming, queueing, or storage systems.
- Experience building multi-tenant cloud services.
- Experience optimizing infrastructure for both performance and cost.
- Experience with TypeScript.
