We are looking for an AI Inference Engineer to join our growing team. We build and run the inference engine behind every Perplexity query and deploy dozens of model architectures at scale with tight latency and cost budgets. Our stack is Rust, Python, CUDA, and CuTe DSL.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New models support. Support transformer-based retrieval, text-generation, and multimodal models in our inference infrastructure, from weight loading, request scheduling and KV-cache management to support in API Gateway.
- GPU kernels migration to CuTe DSL. Port our in-house CUDA kernels to NVIDIA's CuTe DSL so they run on GB200 today and are portable to Vera Rubin racks tomorrow.
- Rust-native serving runtime. Develop our internal Rust-based inference server to solve all Python pains and keep up with rapidly growing traffic.
- Performance optimisation. Profile and fix bottlenecks from network ingress through continuous batching and GPU kernels interleaving.
- Reliability and observability. Build dashboards, alerts, and automated remediation so we catch regressions before users do. Respond to and learn from production incidents.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Deep experience with GPU programming and performance work (CUDA, Triton, CUTLASS, or similar). Any other deep systems programming experience is a plus.
- You understand modern LLM architectures and are able to bring them up reliably in a production environment.
- You've built and operated production distributed systems under real load - ideally performance-critical ones.
- Comfortable working across languages and layers: Rust for the serving runtime, Python for model code, CUDA/CuteDSL for kernels.
- You own problems end-to-end. You can read a research paper on Monday, write a kernel on Wednesday, and debug a production incident on Friday.
- Self-directed. You do well in fast-moving environments where the path forward isn't laid out for you.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- ML compilers and framework internals: PyTorch internals, torch.compile, custom operators.
- Distributed GPU communication: NCCL, NVLink, InfiniBand, RDMA libraries, model/tensor parallelism.
- Low-precision inference: INT8/FP8/FP4 quantization, mixed-precision serving.
- Profiling and debugging tools: Nsight Compute/Systems, CUDA-GDB, PTX/SASS analysis.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, GPU scheduling, autoscaling inference workloads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful work on ML inference or high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
- Understanding of GPU architectures (memory hierarchy, warp scheduling, tensor cores).
- Understanding of common LLM architectures and inference optimization techniques (e.g. quantization, speculative decoding, prefill-decode disaggregation).
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)

We are currently growing our team and looking for a strong, experienced artist to strengthen our existing environment art team..
We already have a solid foundation, but we need a Lead Level Artist who can come in and actively raise the quality bar - both through their own work and by elevating those around them.
This is not a pure management role. We are not looking for someone who only reviews, delegates, or attends meetings. Instead, we need a hands-on leader who genuinely wants to model environments, perform set dressing, and build levels in the engine - while helping the team grow through example and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity.
Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices.
Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets).
Perform set dressing yourself: composition, storytelling through props, decals, and scene staging.
Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis.
Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition.
Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models.
Review team members' work constructively.
Candidate profile:
You want to model and dress environments, not just direct others.
You lead by doing. The team respects you because they see you in the trenches.
You are excited about helping a team grow, not just doing your own work in isolation.
[PL] Opis stanowiska
Szukamy aktywnego lidera, który chce modelować otoczenie, dbać o set dressing i budować lokacje bezpośrednio w silniku – jednocześnie wspierając rozwój zespołu poprzez dawanie dobrego przykładu i mentoring.
Zakres obowiązków:
Współpraca z Designerami oraz Dyrektorem Artystycznym w celu utrzymania spójności wizualnej i czytelności rozgrywki.
Wspieranie rozwoju zespołu poprzez dzielenie się wiedzą, technikami i najlepszymi praktykami.
Modelowanie elementów otoczenia (elementy modułowe, rekwizyty/propsy, elementy terenu, kluczowe obiekty/hero assets).
Samodzielny set dressing: dbanie o kompozycję, opowiadanie historii poprzez rekwizyty, kalkomanie i aranżację scen.
Codzienna praca w silniku nad budowaniem i dopracowywaniem lokacji.
Dbanie o optymalizację techniczną (LOD-y, draw calls, pamięć) bez kompromisów w kwestii jakości wizualnej.
Proaktywne uzupełnianie braków w zestawach modułowych własnymi, wysokiej jakości modelami.
Konstruktywne ocenianie i recenzowanie pracy innych członków zespołu.
Profil kandydata:

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖

Equal Opportunity Employer
WorkOS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusiveness. We will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, disability or age.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
