About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role:
Aave Labs is looking for a Senior Smart Contract Engineer to help build and evolve the Aave Protocol and GHO stablecoin. You should have a strong passion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of smart contract development.
In this role, you'll design, implement, test, and deploy smart contracts across Ethereum and other EVM-based networks. You'll independently own small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger protocol initiatives, working closely with the wider Aave engineering team to build secure and reliable DeFi infrastructure.
How you can make an impact:
Design, implement, and test secure Solidity-based smart contracts and decentralised applications
Own small to medium-sized smart contract projects end to end, such as building adapters and integrations, from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment
Contribute to larger protocol initiatives, such as Aave V4, vaults, and GHO, working within established architecture
Contribute to the development and maintenance of protocol-level infrastructure and tooling
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design and ship new protocol features and functionality
Investigate security vulnerabilities, reproduce potential attack scenarios, and contribute to mitigation and response
Debug and troubleshoot smart contract and protocol issues across development and production environments
Review code written by other engineers, providing constructive feedback with a strong focus on correctness, testing, and security
Stay up to date with developments across Ethereum, DeFi, and smart contract security, applying relevant learnings to your work
Let’s connect if you have:
Strong experience building and shipping production smart contracts using Solidity
Experience working with DeFi protocols and a strong understanding of smart contracts, the EVM, and common protocol design patterns
The ability to independently design and deliver well-defined smart contract projects of limited scope, identifying technical requirements, trade-offs, and potential risks
Deep technical expertise in one or more areas of DeFi, such as lending, vaults, stablecoins, liquidity, or protocol integrations.
Strong knowledge of smart contract security, including common vulnerability classes, testing methodologies, and secure development practices
The ability to make sound technical decisions within your area of expertise and clearly explain the reasoning and trade-offs behind your approach
A track record of producing reliable, well-tested code and providing useful technical feedback through code review
A habit of keeping up with the latest exploits, security research, tooling, and developments across the Ethereum ecosystem
A genuine passion for DeFi and building at the forefront of web3 technology
Nice to haves:
Experience building or integrating DeFi vaults, including areas such as share and NAV accounting, strategy allocation, and deposit and redemption flows
Experience contributing to large, complex DeFi protocols or smart contract codebases
Experience building protocol adapters or integrating external protocols and infrastructure
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:

Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across many countries.
About the role
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Ondo, you'll help build and run the platform our financial products run on. Our team owns the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and tooling that every engineering team at Ondo depends on, so you'll see a wide range of systems rather than one.
You won't do this alone. You'll work closely with a diverse team of infrastructure engineers and developers. Expect to debug real production problems, write code and configuration for user-facing applications, and see your changes running in production early. You'll start with well-scoped work and take on more ownership as you learn our systems.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with development teams to build reliable financial services for our customers.
* Help the team build and improve release processes, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
* Extend application monitoring and alerting.
* Participate in an on-call rotation together with infrastructure engineers and developers.
* Troubleshoot issues with user-facing and internal services, and debug production incidents.
Requirements
* Genuine curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and break things.
* Hands-on Kubernetes experience: you can deploy, inspect, and debug workloads, even if you've never run a cluster yourself.
* Understanding of operating systems, especially Linux internals.
* Experience with "infrastructure-as-code" or "infrastructure-as-data" approaches to infrastructure management.
* Understanding of the GitOps approach to application management.
* Experience with the Prometheus stack or another monitoring solution.
Nice to haves
* Experience building infrastructure in a major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
* Programming ability in Go, Python, or another modern, widely adopted language.
* Experience running stateful workloads in production, not only stateless services.
Our tech stack
AWS, GCP, Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes, Flux | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
What we offer
* Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
* Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
* Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
* A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
* Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures
