About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team in Singapore.
The team operates at the intersection of mobile engineering, consumer growth, and product development. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, and regional market teams to build and improve growth initiatives that directly influence user acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
This role is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving user-facing problems, working with data, and contributing ideas beyond implementation. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, test, and maintain reliable mobile growth features and supporting systems.
Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle, from understanding business and user problems to implementation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
Develop and optimise growth capabilities such as onboarding funnels, referral programmes, acquisition journeys, engagement mechanics, notifications, and experimentation frameworks.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, data teams, and regional stakeholders to translate growth objectives into practical engineering solutions.
Instrument user journeys and analyse relevant metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
Participate in technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and contribute proposals based on engineering principles, user impact, and data.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and problem-solving.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices.
For senior-level hires, independently lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
What We Look For In You
At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with greater depth and independent project ownership expected at the Senior Software Engineer level.
Hands-on experience developing production mobile applications using iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Experience building consumer-facing products, with an understanding of how engineering decisions affect user experience and business outcomes.
Product and data instincts: you are comfortable thinking in terms of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.
Ability to take ownership of engineering tasks and work effectively with product and business stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and propose practical ways forward.
Experience using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow, together with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated outputs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

Perplexity is seeking an Applied AI Architect to help our customers turn Perplexity Computer into working solutions that drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for technical, consultative professionals who have led complex software implementations and can move comfortably between customer discovery, solution design, hands-on delivery, and executive communication.
About the role
Perplexity Computer is a new class of AI system that navigates tools, interacts with applications, and completes multi-step workflows end to end. Our customers are using Computer to transform work that traditional software has not been able to address.
Applied AI Architects work directly with customers across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. You will uncover the real business problem, determine what Computer can credibly support, design and configure the workflow, and lead the engagement to a clear outcome.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of solutions architecture, technical consulting, and program delivery. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success while serving as a quality filter for requests that require Product or Engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery. Work with customer business leaders, technical teams, account executives, and customer success managers to understand the users, current workflow, desired outcome, constraints, and decision-makers.
- Design credible solutions. Map how people, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions interact, then determine how Computer can support the workflow.
- Support complex opportunities. Partner with account executives on technical deal strategy, demos, proofs of value, architecture and security coordination, and engagement scoping.
- Drive value-backed consumption. Identify high-value, repeatable workflows; define the expected business outcomes and usage patterns; and partner with Sales and Customer Success to move customers from technical validation to sustained production use and expansion.
- Build hands-on. Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on Computer skills and workflows, including connectors, permissions, and adjacent tooling.
- Accelerate onboarding and adoption. Provide second-level technical consultation to customer success managers and deliver bounded technical work when customer needs exceed standard Customer Success coverage.
- Run strategic engagements. Establish scope, customer commitments, milestones, success criteria, working cadence, and exit criteria, then lead the work through closure.
- Improve technical escalation. Validate product and engineering needs and produce decision-ready requests with clear evidence, constraints, impact, and acceptance criteria.
- Turn every engagement into leverage. Convert repeated customer needs into reusable workflows, implementation patterns, demos, guidance, and product feedback.
What we're looking for
The strongest Applied AI Architects combine technical depth, consultative problem solving, and disciplined engagement delivery. You should be comfortable working hands-on with the product, advising customer executives, and managing the details required to deliver a successful outcome.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, senior sales engineering, AI implementation, forward deployed work, technical consulting, or technical program leadership.
- Proven consultative discovery skills. You can turn an ambiguous request into a clear business problem, technical approach, and delivery plan.
- Hands-on technical fluency. You are comfortable with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering complex implementations. You have managed scope, stakeholders, milestones, risk, expectations, and closure.
- Strong solution judgment. You can distinguish education, configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering problems and recommend the right path.
- Commercial and consumption awareness. You can connect solution design and technical decisions to time to value, usage, credit consumption, customer economics, and expansion potential.
- Executive-credible communication. You can explain technical trade-offs to senior decision-makers while working effectively with practitioners and engineers.
- High agency in ambiguity. You can establish direction without waiting for perfect requirements, challenge weak assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions quickly.
- AI-native working style. You use frontier models and AI tools regularly and have developed strong intuition for what current systems can and cannot do reliably.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience deploying agents or multi-step LLM workflows in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Computer, MCP, enterprise identity, security, permissions, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience in regulated or workflow-intensive industries such as legal, financial services, healthcare, or technology.
- Prior forward deployed engineering, Applied AI, deployment strategist, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience at an AI or enterprise software company.
- A track record of turning customer implementations into reusable technical assets or product improvements.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team is responsible for securing all things Sentry: our customers, our code, and everything in between. We are a small but growing team with broad scope, high trust, and the autonomy to tackle hard security problems with creativity and an engineering mindset. We work at a company with a strong developer culture, building a product that millions of developers genuinely love and rely on. That context shapes everything about how we operate.
We take a pragmatic approach to preventing and responding to security risks. In this role not only will you build and contribute to systems which detect malicious activity, you will have the unique opportunity to implement new controls to prevent future incidents. You will work across detection and response and corporate security domains. You'll contribute to practices that keep Sentry secure as we grow: alert triage for corporate and production, detection engineering, deploying preventative controls, identity and access management, investigations and incident response, and more.
You'll partner with teams across the company to prevent and respond to security incidents. You will work as a technical collaborator who prioritizes preventative controls, defense in depth, and high signal alerting practices. As Sentry expands our agentic product capabilities and development practices, you'll also find yourself at the frontier of a new set of security approaches and challenges.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Maintain, improve, and own detection engineering systems. We own and operate our own detection stack and are building agentic triage with thoughtful security response and orchestration automation.
- Perform investigations, and contribute to security incident response. You will assist and contribute to a breadth of incident types, or Sentry and our customers.
- Contribute to, maintain, and operate identity and access management systems. Access management is a critical component of our security program.
- Have a lot of opportunity to grow and learn across many security domains. We are a highly cross-functional team and you will have opportunities to touch adjacent security projects spanning appsec, infrasec, governance, and privacy.
- Research, identify, and respond to emerging threats relevant to Sentry. We build and operate a complex application and cloud environment, including the novel attack surface introduced by Sentry's agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering practices.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Enjoy operating cross-functionally, building relationships, and influencing with technical expertise as you protect a fast-moving engineering organization.
- Get excited when something new lands on your desk, be it an interesting breach, a sweet exploit, a novel agentic architecture, an unfamiliar cloud primitive, or a bug class you haven't seen before.
- Love working in a developer-forward culture where your colleagues are builders who care deeply about code quality and customer satisfaction.
- Reach for automation first, you'd rather build a scalable, systematic solution to a security problem than make a noisy reactive solution which requires manual triage.
- Thrive with ownership and want more of it, you prefer to drive work end-to-end, and you're energized by the autonomy — and the mentorship — that comes with being on a small, high-trust team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of industry experience in a detection and response, corporate security, or generalist security engineering role
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent training, or professional experience
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: alert triage, detection tuning and writing, detection-as-code, security log ingestion, investigations and security incident response, identity and access management (IAM), phishing response, user access reviews, managing endpoint detection and response tooling
- Experienced and comfortable programing in at least one language (Python preferred) and comfortable using agentic development workflows
- Familiarity with operating distributed cloud technology (AWS, CICD, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.) and experience with corporate (SSO, SAML, IAM) and defensive security tooling (EDR, SIEM, CNAPP, ZTNA, etc.)
- A collaborative approach to problem solving paired with strong written and verbal communication
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
Synthesia is the #1 Enterprise AI video generation since 2016, and today we work with 90% of the Fortune 100. Our core product, Studio, lets anyone turn a script into a polished video with an AI avatar, no camera or crew required.
Now we're entering a new chapter, and the API is at the center of it. Our Interactive Avatar API lets any company build real-time, conversational avatars directly into their own products.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You're the first product marketing hire dedicated to the API, and you'll build the GTM motion from scratch.
There's no playbook here yet. You'll set the foundational positioning, write the developer-facing messaging, stand up the launch process, and figure out how we reach developers and win them.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- You get energy from building from scratch, and have a hacker mentality.
- You use gen AI video tools and created content with them. You're in every new model the week it drops.
- You've built with APIs yourself: called endpoints, read the code samples, wired up a webhook, shipped something small. You know how developers actually integrate and ship.
- You've done product marketing, growth, or developer marketing for enterprise audiences.
- You're an excellent communicator, written and spoken. You have experience managing senior stakeholders and complex program management.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is £100,000 - £130,000.
We also offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

You'll lead a team of five PMMs, hire into it, and raise the bar for what good looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You build and deploy agents. You've automated real parts of your own PMM work with them, whether that's competitive tracking, research synthesis, or launch ops.
