About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
- Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field.
The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't.
- Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps actually act on. A build isn't done until the field is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog — we have a lot of tools, some overlap, and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship rep-productivity workflows fast — triage asks from the field, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like a VP of Sales asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom — not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions — every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems — ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day.
- Document what you build — if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role — ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
- You’ve shipped production agents on Vercel — build custom internal GTM apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) — you're actively building with these tools in production, not just experimenting
- Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool — you have opinions about how to use it well and you've pushed it to its limits
- Direct experience with Salesforce — you know the data model, you've built on it, and you're comfortable owning CRM-level changes
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Strong judgment on the build decision — you know when low-code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enrichment and data-provider ecosystems beyond Clay
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with highly technical software sales cycles and complex GTM motions
- An instinct for stack consolidation — you've inherited a messy tool environment before and helped bring it toward something more intentional without breaking what works
- Systems thinker — you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they're reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
- Comfortable with a little sprawl — you're not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go
- Challenging work and exposure to a variety of ML startups.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work.
You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing.
You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered. You'll bring engineering-side rigor and platform thinking to finance problems, and work as part of a team modernizing how the whole company operates.
Most of your time will go to three things: making new product and pricing launches work end to end in the finance stack, running the platforms and data flows behind quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and driving the IT general controls (ITGC) program so controls are designed into systems up front rather than retrofitted after go-live.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Act as Finance's technical counterpart on new product, pricing, and packaging launches, translating commercial models into requirements across order capture, rating and billing, tax, revenue recognition, and downstream reporting, and defining what "revenue-ready" means before go/no-go: who owns each piece, what's actually done versus asserted, and which risks are still cheap to fix
- Broker the trade-off when a launch date and systems reality don't line up: a scoped manual workaround with an owner, a cost, and an expiration date, plus the path to the automated version. Then close the loop after launch on billing accuracy, exception rates, where revenue landed, whether the new controls actually operate, and what must be true to do this again at 10x volume
- Independently own delivery and multi-quarter roadmaps for your finance systems programs, including ERP, billing and subscription management, CPQ, revenue subledger, procurement, and the reporting layer on top. Run the working groups that deliver them across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and Security, with clear accountability and updates leadership can read in two minutes
- Run the operating rhythm: intake and prioritization, decision logs, early risk escalation, and a small set of metrics that show whether the work is actually improving anything, and flag early when committed scope and capacity don't line up
- Map current-state processes and data lineage end to end and go after the breaks: reconciliation gaps, recurring manual journal entries, spreadsheets doing load-bearing work, competing sources of truth for the same metric. Partner with Data Engineering on the definitions and data contracts that let finance metrics tie cleanly to source systems, and hold the line when teams drift
- Drive ITGC workstreams across in-scope financial systems: logical access and segregation of duties, change management, SDLC and CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling, and data interfaces. Partner with Internal Audit on scoping and control design, with a named owner for every control
- Facilitate designing controls into new systems, systems changes, and launches before go-live with Controllership, Internal Audit, and Engineering, and serve as the systems-side point of contact for internal and external audit on ITGC walkthroughs and testing, translating between control language and engineering language, and driving deficiencies through root cause, named owners, evidence, and validation that the fix holds
- Build AI-assisted workflows that expand what the teams around you can cover, and hold them to real standards: a defined task, a way to evaluate output quality, explicit human review gates on anything touching financial reporting, and documentation so someone else can run it
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years in technical program management, business systems, finance transformation, or a related field, with substantial time on finance or revenue systems; public-company or IPO-track experience is a strong plus
- Working fluency in finance operations; you don't need to be an accountant, but you should hold your own on quote-to-cash and record-to-report, and know why revenue recognition is not the same as billing
- Hands-on ITGC program experience across access, change management, and IT operations for in-scope financial systems, plus practical SOX knowledge. You understand how ITGC reliance determines what auditors will accept from automated controls and system-generated reports, can tell a key control from a non-key one, know where ITACs fit alongside ITGCs, and have been through remediation and audit cycles rather than only reading about them
- AI-native operating mindset; this is a core requirement for this role. You already use AI to draft requirements, synthesize status, triage intake, and assemble evidence packages, and you share the patterns so others work differently because of what you built
- A track record of independently delivering technical programs end to end, ideally transformation work such as system modernization, a large-scale migration, or an ERP or billing platform implementation, and turning messy or incomplete inputs into a concrete plan with owners and dates; you're pulled into problems before they're scoped and you're as useful advising a controller on process design as an engineering lead on sequencing
- Working understanding of data lifecycle and analytics tooling, and real experience running change management for business systems, not just launching them
- Influence without authority and a bias toward closure. You have no direct reports, so you work through credibility and clear reasoning, knowing when to push and when to escalate; you chase ambiguous items to a decision, will reopen the uncomfortable question a week before launch, and communicate clearly with Director/VP+ stakeholders, including when the news is bad
NICE TO HAVES:
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise billing, ERP, and revenue systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or comparable tools, with an understanding of how orders, invoices, and revenue data flow between them
- Experience supporting an IPO readiness or first-year SOX program, including standing up ITGCs from scratch
- CISA, CIA, or equivalent certification, or equivalent time embedded on an IT audit team
- Experience building internal tooling or agents on a workspace platform rather than only configuring vendor systems

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to work directly with our CEO across our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on IC role on a lean product team. You'll be deep in the data, close to customers, and working alongside engineers from concept through to launch.
This suits a strategic operator with a founder mentality. You take ownership, default to action, and drive things end to end without waiting for explicit instructions. When the data is incomplete, you form a thesis and validate it with prototypes, fast experiments, and tight iterations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and roadmap for your product area - an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative
- Form your product ideas and decisions from three independent sources, not one:
- What customers tell you. Have regular check-ins with them, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points and what they're building next
- What customers can’t tell you. Dig into onchain and internal data to spot gaps in our performance, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- What you see yourself. You're plugged into DeFi and active in trading communities. You know firsthand what works and what doesn't
- Be a true partner to our engineering leads - reason through hard problems with them, weigh the tradeoffs, and decide what's worth building
- Partner with GTM on positioning and driving adoption
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership to help shape product direction
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years in product, or the equivalent as a founder, GM, or trader who moved into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar
- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands
- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for
- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output
- You exhibit our core values: https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-valuesdo the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
NICE TO HAVE
- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $170,000 - $270,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

This includes not making such decisions based on the status itself, as well as any associations, perceptions, and assumptions made regarding these statuses. 0x will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a way that is consistent with San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance and similar local laws. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the laptops and handsets every Anthropic employee works on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and every piece of configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the mobile side of the fleet is BYOD. This role exists to change that. You will design and implement a corporate-issued mobile device program (managed company phones and managed Apple accounts) in every region Anthropic operates in, and take it from early design to production.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what a corporate mobile program looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Design the corporate-issued mobile device program: device standards, what we issue to whom, and how the program grows from a first region to everywhere Anthropic operates
Own the global logistics of issuing hardware: procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles
Bring mobile configuration into the team’s config-as-code pipeline so mobile policies are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero-touch enrollment: Apple Business Manager and ADE with managed Apple accounts on iOS, the zero-touch equivalent on Android, so a new phone works the first time without hands-on setup
Own policy, compliance, and device lifecycle for the corporate fleet, from issue to wipe
Build telemetry on the corporate fleet: which devices are checking in, OS and patch state, drift between reported and actual state
Own managed app distribution for mobile, from app approval through update rollout
Partner with Corporate Security on device posture, device trust signals, and travel devices for international trips
Decide how corporate-issued and BYOD coexist, and own that boundary as the program rolls out
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned a global or multi-region mobile device program end to end, with 8+ years managing corporate fleets at thousands-of-devices scale
Go deep on iOS device management: enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager and ADE, APNs and certificate lifecycle, declarative device management
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Treat device configuration as code and have moved past clicking in consoles
Have run the infrastructure under an MDM, not just administered a SaaS console: a self-hosted MDM server, AWS, Terraform, and configuration that ships as code
Have built or launched a corporate device program, not just operated one, and can decide how it coexists with BYOD
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Have managed ChromeOS devices alongside a mobile fleet
Have run a device program across multiple regions and dealt with the logistics that come with it
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Bring proficiency in Swift for building device tooling
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
iOS and Android platform internals (depth on iOS, working knowledge of Android)
Modern MDM or UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
Running the infrastructure under an MDM (self-hosted servers, AWS GCP, Terraform)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
Mobile device lifecycle automation (enrollment, policy, patching, app distribution)
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for product engineers to build internal products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and design—you'll own outcomes, not just tasks. You'll work directly with users to understand their needs, identify the patterns behind their requests, and build the right abstractions that unlock capabilities for everyone.
What you'll do:
Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities
Spot patterns across user requests and reduce them into primitives, platforms, or middleware that support a variety of use cases—not just one-off features
Build tools that maximize autonomy and creative freedom for less-technical users
Make product and prioritization decisions, not just execute on specs handed to you
Iterate quickly based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience
Pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains as the product evolves
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 6+ years of experience building production software, ideally full-stack
Can operate as a team of one when needed—you're independently capable of taking a product from idea to shipped, even if you won't always work that way
Think in systems and abstractions—you see the platform behind the feature request
Care about empowering users, not just building for them
Own outcomes, not just code—you care whether the thing you built actually solved the problem
Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating with ambiguity
Hold yourself to a high bar without needing external pressure
Strong candidates will have:
Proficiency across the stack (we use Python, TypeScript, React)
Experience building platforms, primitives, or internal tools that others build on top of
A track record of shipping products independently—not just contributing to larger efforts
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Corporate Security Engineer, you'll help secure the systems GitLab team members rely on every day across a fully remote environment. This role sits within Corporate Security Engineering and focuses on building secure-by-default controls for endpoints and the SaaS platforms that support them, with a strong emphasis on macOS. You'll own meaningful technical decisions around endpoint hardening, automation, and detection, and you'll help turn security requirements into scalable engineering systems that are measurable, auditable, and designed to reduce friction for end users.
This is a strong fit if you're motivated by solving security problems with code. You will work across endpoint management, identity, and security operations to improve how GitLab manages macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux devices through Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, and GitOps workflows. In your first year, you'll be expected to strengthen endpoint security architecture, expand automation, and improve the reliability and auditability of how controls are deployed and maintained.
What you’ll do
Lead the security architecture of GitLab's endpoint fleet and related infrastructure, with a primary focus on macOS.
Design and support automation for secure endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management using code-based workflows.
Manage endpoint and SaaS security configuration through Terraform, version control, merge requests, continuous integration pipelines, and automated rollouts.
Define and enforce security baselines across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints.
Develop patching and software distribution approaches that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Partner with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Detection and Response teams to improve endpoint telemetry, detections, and response models.
Drive process improvements that reduce manual work and lower risk by favoring automation, policy-driven controls, and auditable change management.
Mentor engineers across Corporate Security and Information Technology, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint security issues.

About the team
The Corporate Security Engineering team secures the internal environment GitLab team members use every day, including endpoints, identity systems, SaaS applications, and platforms that store sensitive internal data. It's a small, high-leverage team that treats security work as engineering work: building with code, operating through Git, and using reviewable, testable, and auditable workflows by default. The team partners closely with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Engineering across regions, collaborating asynchronously to build controls that scale across GitLab's all-remote workforce while reducing friction for end users.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification, enabling us to bring our industry-leading technology to partners in the US public sector. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions: As an Agent Product Manager at Sierra, you will partner directly with our engineers and public sector customers to build and ship AI agents that serve people across high-stakes, mission-critical interactions. These agents will help constituents navigate complex programs, complete important tasks, and get timely, trustworthy support while meeting the security, accessibility, and reliability standards government work demands.
- Discover where agents can make the greatest impact: Ground-up discovery is a critical part of the role. Work closely with federal and state institutions to understand their missions, operating constraints, constituent needs, and service-delivery workflows. Identify and prioritize new opportunities for AI agents to improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes.
- Engage with customers at every level: Become a trusted advisor to public sector leaders and a hands-on partner to their working teams. Discover and assess requirements, prepare and present demonstrations, navigate technical and operational challenges with customer counterparts, and continuously improve agents to fit each institution’s policies and workflows.
- Own outcomes from concept through production: Translate mission goals into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and measurable definition of success. Coordinate across customer stakeholders, engineering, design, research, security, and operations to take agents from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Shape the platform and public sector roadmap: Your direct work with government institutions will guide the evolution of Sierra’s core platform. Surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development for the public sector.
- Help build Sierra’s public sector business: Partner closely with public sector leadership on market strategy, product investments, and repeatable approaches that allow the team to scale quickly while preserving the trust and craftsmanship our customers expect.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are examples of projects our healthcare team has worked on:
- Build agents that help people understand eligibility, apply for benefits, check case status, and navigate complex social-service programs.
- Develop secure reporting experiences that make it easier to report fraud, waste, abuse, or other concerns and route each submission appropriately.
- Create voice and chat agents that answer questions about licenses, permits, taxes, public records, and other high-volume government services across languages and channels.
- Design proactive and long-horizon agents that keep constituents informed, collect missing information, and guide them through multi-step government processes over time.
- Turn patterns in constituent conversations into actionable insights that help public officials understand emerging needs and improve service delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-7+ years of experience developing highly technical products.
- Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of our institutions to transform outcomes for the people they serve.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs, navigate complex organizations, and solve real-world problems. A core part of the role is coordinating directly with public servants and technical stakeholders to understand their workflows.
- Experience crafting and tailoring messages for different audiences, including senior executives and public sector leaders.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent developments in AI.
- Strong product judgment and a track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and measurable impact.
- A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM products, especially conversational or long-horizon agents, and familiarity with evaluation, retrieval, prompt engineering, or agent tooling.
- Experience with government technology or working with public sector institutions, including an understanding of procurement, regulation, security, accessibility, and patterns of partnership.
- A demonstrated track record of operating in ambiguity, for example as part of a founding team, a new initiative within a large organization, or a forward-deployed product or engineering team.
- Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go, or experience prototyping technical products directly with engineers.
- An MBA or equivalent professional experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.
- Past roles that involved working directly with end customers to influence software development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
