We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
Parental Leave: 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)
Simcard w/ Unlimited Internet Access for active employees
Office Lunch Allowance (via Wolt) on Wednesdays / Thursdays

Parental Leave: 26 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
2 Volunteer Days

About the Team
The
Fraud
Investigations Team (FIT)
is a First Line of Defense function within OKX’s
Risk organization
responsible for identifying, assessing, investigating, and helping manage significant internal and external fraud risks affecting the company, its customers, personnel, and operations.
FIT conducts and supports complex investigations involving digital assets, internal and external fraud, employee misconduct, insider threats, unauthorized access or misuse of information, vendor and third-party misconduct, account compromise, social engineering, collusion, conflicts of interest, and other significant fraud-related matters.
The team works closely with Legal, HR, Information Security,Engineering, Physical Security, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and other functions across OKX.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Analyst, Blockchain Investigations &
Fraud
Intelligence
to join FIT.
This is first and foremost a
blockchain investigations role
requiring significant hands-on expertise tracing digital assets across complex blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate must be capable of independently conducting sophisticated on-chain investigations, developing and testing attribution hypotheses, identifying relationships among wallets and entities, following assets through multiple chains and protocols, and translating highly technical blockchain activity into clear investigative findings.
Blockchain analysis is a specialized investigative discipline. Accordingly, we are seeking someone who understands not only how to operate commercial tracing platforms, but also the
underlying blockchain architecture, transactional mechanics,
attribution
methodologies, clustering techniques, tracing limitations, and evidentiary considerations
necessary to reach reliable conclusions.
The role extends beyond on-chain analysis. The Senior Analyst will combine blockchain intelligence with enterprise data, system logs, transactional records, open-source information, and other evidence to support complex fraud and insider-risk investigations.
The position will also provide analytical support to the Global Physical Security Team (PST) on selected protective-intelligence and threat-assessment matters.
The Senior Analyst will directly manage
one Analyst
and will be expected to serve as a subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and analytical methodology across FIT.
What You’ll Be Doing
Blockchain Investigations & Digital-Asset Intelligence
Lead and conduct complex
blockchain investigations and transaction tracing
across multiple wallets, counterparties, entities, blockchains, tokens, protocols, and digital-asset ecosystems.
Trace the
origin, movement, conversion, layering, consolidation, and ultimate disposition of digital assets
, including activity spanning multiple intermediaries and blockchain environments.
Conduct investigations using tools such as
Chainalysis
Reactor
, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or comparable blockchain intelligence platforms
, while understanding the methodologies and limitations underlying platform-generated attribution.
Analyze activity involving
centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets, decentralized exchanges, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing technologies,
DeFi
protocols, smart contracts, stablecoins, NFTs, OTC activity, gambling platforms, and other relevant ecosystems
.
Trace assets across
multiple chains and cross-chain transactions
, identifying continuity of funds where technically supportable and clearly documenting assumptions or limitations where definitive attribution is not possible.
Analyze transaction graphs, address relationships, behavioral patterns, clusters, counterparties, timing, amounts, transaction sequencing, and other relevant blockchain indicators.
Understand and appropriately apply
wallet-clustering and
attribution
methodologies
, including the limitations and potential for false attribution associated with particular heuristics.
Independently evaluate blockchain intelligence rather than relying solely on automated labels, risk scores, or vendor-generated attribution.
Corroborate on-chain findings, where appropriate, with
internal account records,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction data, access information, open-source intelligence, legal-process returns, or other available evidence
.
Identify relationships among blockchain addresses, OKX accounts, external counterparties, individuals, organizations, vendors, affiliates, and other relevant entities.
Reconstruct complex transaction flows and create clear
fund-flow diagrams, transaction maps, timelines, and visualizations
that allow investigators and nontechnical stakeholders to understand the movement of assets.
Analyze blockchain activity associated with suspected
fraud
, theft, account takeover, social engineering, insider activity, collusion, payment diversion, asset misappropriation, or other misconduct
.
Identify new wallets, counterparties, entities, or transactional patterns that may generate additional investigative leads.
Clearly document the methodology, assumptions, confidence level, and limitations associated with blockchain findings.
Distinguish between
confirmed
attribution
, vendor attribution, analytical inference, behavioral similarity, and an unverified investigative hypothesis
.
Avoid presenting blockchain proximity, exposure, clustering, or a commercial risk score alone as proof of ownership, control, intent, or misconduct.
Maintain current knowledge of emerging
blockchain technologies, protocols, tracing methodologies, obfuscation techniques,
fraud
typologies, and developments affecting blockchain
attribution
or investigations
.
Fraud
Investigations & Investigative Intelligence
Conduct and support investigations involving
internal and external
fraud
, employee misconduct, insider threats, vendor and third-party misconduct, collusion, conflicts of interest, asset misappropriation, unauthorized access, credential misuse, and other significant fraud risks
.
Combine blockchain findings with off-chain evidence to develop a
comprehensive investigative picture rather than treating blockchain activity in isolation
.
Develop investigative hypotheses and objectively test those hypotheses against available evidence, including information that supports, contradicts, or fails to establish the hypothesis.
Conduct
timeline reconstruction, link analysis, relationship mapping, pattern analysis, clustering, and comparative analysis
across individuals, accounts, wallets, devices, systems, transactions, and entities.
Support investigations involving
account takeover, impersonation, social engineering, business-email compromise, payment diversion, affiliate misconduct, and trusted-party abuse
, particularly where a digital-asset, employee, vendor, or enterprise nexus exists.
Analyze vendor, affiliate, partner, and other third-party activity for indicators of billing irregularities, undisclosed relationships, conflicts of interest, unusual payments, control circumvention, or other potential misconduct.
Support investigative interviews by developing transaction timelines, identifying inconsistencies or information gaps, organizing evidence, and identifying appropriate areas for follow-up.
Enterprise Data & Insider-Risk Analytics
Analyze appropriately authorized information including
system and access logs, authentication records, audit trails, customer-account activity,
KYC
/
KYB
information, transaction records, payment information, case-management records, vendor information, and relevant security telemetry
.
Correlate blockchain activity with enterprise data to identify possible connections among
wallets, accounts, employees, customers, vendors, devices, transactions, and other relevant entities
.
Support investigations involving suspected unauthorized access, information misuse or exfiltration, credential compromise, control circumvention, unauthorized disclosure, or abuse of privileged access.
Identify anomalous behavior or access patterns that may warrant additional investigation.
Develop repeatable analytical methodologies capable of processing and correlating information from disparate systems.
Use appropriate scripting, database querying, data visualization, and analytical technologies to efficiently analyze large or complex datasets.
Investigative Reporting & Evidence
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported
blockchain investigation reports, investigative memoranda, executive summaries, transaction-flow diagrams, link charts, timelines, and other analytical products
.
Explain complex blockchain concepts and transaction activity in plain language suitable for
investigators, senior management, Legal, regulators, or
law enforcement
, as appropriate.
Clearly distinguish among
allegations, investigative leads, known facts, third-party
attribution
, analytical judgments, assumptions, information gaps, and substantiated conclusions
.
Ensure analytical conclusions are proportionate to the evidence and do not imply greater certainty than the underlying blockchain or other data supports.
Maintain sufficient documentation to allow significant blockchain findings to be
reviewed, reproduced, and understood by another qualified analyst
.
Preserve and handle investigative records in accordance with applicable
evidence-preservation, chain-of-custody, confidentiality, privacy, access-control, and need-to-know requirements
.
Support appropriately authorized law-enforcement, regulatory, litigation, or legal matters in coordination with the appropriate company functions.
Protective Intelligence & Physical Security Support
Provide analytical support to PST on selected matters involving threats or concerning activity directed toward employees, executives, offices, events, or other company interests.
Conduct authorized open-source, link, timeline, blockchain, financial, or other analytical research where relevant to understanding the identity, relationships, capabilities, or activity associated with a potential threat.
Assist in evaluating available information relating to
credibility, corroboration, intent, capability, access or opportunity, targeting, escalation, timing, and other relevant indicators
.
Prepare objective analytical products identifying known facts, analytical judgments, material information gaps, uncertainties, and appropriate confidence levels.
Support PST’s assessment while preserving
PST’s responsibility for protective-security decisions and operational response
.
Leadership & Development
Directly manage and develop one Junior Analyst, including
work allocation, coaching, technical development, quality assurance, and review of analytical work product
.
Serve as a FIT
subject-matter resource for blockchain investigations and on-chain analytical methodology
.
Review blockchain analysis for technical accuracy, appropriate methodology, corroboration, reasonable attribution, and evidentiary support.
Train and mentor junior personnel in transaction tracing, blockchain intelligence platforms, analytical reasoning, documentation, and investigative methodology.
Help establish consistent standards for
blockchain investigations,
attribution
, documentation, quality assurance, and reporting
.
Participate in time-sensitive investigations affecting a global organization, including occasional work outside normal business hours when required.
What We Look For In You
7+ years of relevant investigative or analytical experience
, with meaningful professional experience specifically conducting
cryptocurrency or blockchain investigations
.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise independently conducting
complex blockchain tracing investigations
, rather than solely reviewing blockchain alerts or commercial risk scores.
Advanced proficiency with one or more blockchain intelligence platforms such as
Chainalysis
Reactor
, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or comparable technology
.
Strong understanding of how blockchain intelligence platforms derive attribution, clustering, exposure, and risk information—and the
limitations associated with those methodologies
.
Demonstrated understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including
wallets and addresses, transactions, UTXO and account-based models, tokens, smart contracts, block explorers, transaction fees, confirmations, and blockchain-specific transactional structures
.
Strong understanding of digital-asset ecosystems including
centralized exchanges, self-hosted wallets,
DeFi
, DEXs, stablecoins, cross-chain bridges, mixers, privacy-enhancing mechanisms, and other relevant technologies
.
Demonstrated ability to trace assets across
multiple chains, protocols, and intermediaries
and recognize when technical limitations prevent definitive continuity or attribution.
Experience conducting
transaction-graph analysis, wallet
attribution
, clustering, counterparty analysis, transaction-flow reconstruction, and investigative link analysis
.
Ability to critically assess blockchain attribution and distinguish among
technical facts, commercial vendor intelligence, analytical inference, and unsupported assumptions
.
Experience integrating blockchain intelligence with
off-chain evidence and enterprise information
to develop investigative conclusions.
Strong knowledge of fraud-investigation principles including corroboration, source evaluation, evidence preservation, timeline development, hypothesis testing, and documentation.
Experience analyzing large or complex datasets and familiarity with tools such as
SQL
, advanced Excel, Python, Splunk, or comparable data-analysis technologies
.
Ability to clearly explain technically complex blockchain findings to audiences that may have little or no blockchain expertise.
Strong investigative writing skills and demonstrated ability to produce accurate, concise, and defensible analytical products.
Sound judgment and ability to work effectively where evidence is incomplete, conflicting, or evolving.
Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive employee, customer, investigative, security, or company information.
Demonstrated experience mentoring, supervising, or reviewing the work of junior analysts or investigators.
Nice to Haves
Experience conducting blockchain investigations within a
cryptocurrency exchange, blockchain analytics company, law-enforcement agency, regulatory organization, financial institution, intelligence function, or investigative consulting environment
.
Experience investigating digital-asset matters involving
fraud
proceeds, theft, account compromise, insider activity, social engineering, asset tracing, or complex cross-chain movement
.
Experience supporting
asset recovery, law-enforcement referrals, subpoenas/legal process, civil litigation, regulatory inquiries, or other matters requiring defensible blockchain analysis
.
Experience investigating insider threats, employee misconduct, unauthorized access, data exfiltration, credential compromise, vendor fraud, conflicts of interest, or trusted-party abuse.
Experience with
OSINT, digital forensics, enterprise logs, security telemetry, or identity and access-management information
.
Experience creating custom blockchain analytics through
APIs,
SQL
, Python, blockchain explorers, node data, or other raw-data sources
, rather than relying exclusively on commercial graphical interfaces.
Relevant blockchain-specific training or certifications, including certifications associated with
Chainalysis
, TRM Labs, or comparable blockchain-analysis platforms
.
Professional certifications such as
CFE, CFCS, CAMS, GIAC, or comparable investigative,
fraud
, financial-crime, cybersecurity, or intelligence credentials
.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role requires significantly more than knowing how to enter an address into a blockchain analytics platform.
The successful candidate should be able to receive a complex transaction, wallet, allegation, or investigative question and independently determine
how to trace the activity, which chains and protocols are involved, what the available data establishes, what additional information is needed, what
attribution
can reasonably be made, and where the technical or evidentiary limitations prevent a definitive conclusion
.
The individual should be able to move seamlessly between
on-chain and off-chain evidence
, recognizing that a blockchain transaction may establish movement of assets without necessarily establishing the identity, knowledge, intent, or conduct of the person behind a wallet.
They should also be capable of converting a highly technical blockchain investigation into a concise and defensible explanation that an investigator, attorney, executive, regulator, or law-enforcement partner can understand and act upon.
At the same time, this person must be sufficiently versatile to apply the same investigative discipline to
internal
fraud
, insider risk, enterprise data, third-party misconduct, and protective-intelligence matters
when required.
The hierarchy is much clearer this way:
blockchain investigations are the specialized core competency;
fraud
/investigative intelligence is the broader mission; enterprise analytics and PST support are complementary capabilities.
That should materially improve the candidate pool versus a title that makes blockchain expertise appear interchangeable with general data analytics.

What the Role Is
Own the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center — front desk, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace safety. This is a build role: the operating playbook doesn't exist yet — spend tracking, vendor terms, a furniture-request process — and you'll define them. You'll own real recurring budgets (kitchen, office supplies, engagement spend), partner on-site with the Safety Committee, and co-own culture programming across all three shifts with FC leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
, reporting to the General Manager, Fulfillment Operations.
About Pay
We pay competitive market rates.
Starting salary for this position is
$68,138 to $81,755 annually
Holidays Observed
The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for this shift in 2026:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day (2027)
All shifts receive
4 floating holidays
in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
Who You Are
You've owned a recurring operating budget and vendor relationships
— you've tracked spend, negotiated directly with suppliers, and reported against a budget, not just placed reorders.
You build process where none exists
— you've created the tracker, the policy, the workflow, not just run one you were handed.
You're self-directed
— you catch what the building needs before someone flags it, and you close the loop without being chased.
You know the rhythm of a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
and move through it with confidence.
You're genuinely energized by building culture
— not just tolerating the "plan the events" part of the job.
You have strong written and verbal communication and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
You're proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfortable with basic inventory/order-management tools.
You have 2+ years in office administration, facilities coordination, or operations.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the front desk and guest experience
— be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests, and keep reception clean, professional, and running smoothly.
Own supplies and vendor relationships end-to-end
— keep the kitchen and office-supply areas fully stocked, manage deliveries, restocks, and quality, and negotiate terms directly with suppliers.
Own the budgets
— track and report monthly on the kitchen and office-supply budgets (plus engagement and furniture spend as it comes online), staying within budget and keeping spend transparent.
Build the processes that don't exist yet
— spend tracking, a furniture-request policy, vendor terms — and document them so they outlast you.
Partner with the Safety Committee
as on-site support, reinforcing a culture of safety and compliance across the FC.
Co-own FC culture
— co-lead the "Fun Committee" with FC leadership (GM + HRBP) to plan events, recognition, and wellness, and keep the experience consistent across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Own internal comms
for the events calendar so every shift stays informed and engaged.
Why This Role
You're building the operational playbook for this FC from scratch — the spend tracking, vendor terms, and furniture process don't exist yet; you define them.
Real ownership from day one — your own budgets, your own vendor relationships, your own culture programming, not a support seat.
Your impact is felt daily, on every shift, in a building where a well-run workplace shows.

Technical depth
A strong technical background: hands-on engineering experience across the Web3 stack, deep enough to lead technical decisions and review work on each layer:
Web3 libraries and wallets: viem and wagmi in production; how wallet signers work (EOAs, browser and embedded wallets, smart accounts, EIP-191, EIP-712, EIP-1193); smart wallets (UserOperations, paymasters, ERC-1271)
Backend: Go and TypeScript (Node.js); processing on-chain events (idempotency, reorgs, retries); asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or
NATS
); PostgreSQL and Redis; REST and gRPC API design
Frontend: React and TypeScript; web security fundamentals (
XSS
,
CSRF
,
CSP
, safe handling of signatures and keys in the browser)
Smart contracts: reading Solidity and the
EVM
(storage, gas, proxy upgrade patterns, access control); common vulnerability classes (reentrancy, front-running /
MEV
, oracle manipulation, signature replay)
Operations: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository

AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
About the Role
We are a large-scale consumer marketplace building AI-native product experiences across multiple markets. Trust and Safety is not a defensive function here - it is a strategic growth lever. A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale
Nice to Have:
Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
and regulatory environments.
Familiarity with
emerging regulations
and industry trends affecting online platforms, digital marketplaces, payments, AI, and consumer trust.
If you're excited by the opportunity to solve complex trust challenges at scale and build products that make a meaningful difference to millions of users, we'd love to hear from you. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, partnering across disciplines, and shaping the future of trust in a modern, AI-powered marketplace.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.
