Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia’s fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You’ll define, document, and ship the financial logic behind Salmon’s platform — GL structure, postings, fees, and product accounting — as a Systems Analyst in Accounting & Core Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Translate financial processes (GL, postings, fees, product rules) into technical specs that development teams build from directly
- Reverse-engineer existing solutions to find gaps and formalize what’s undocumented
- Run implementation from spec to production, with testing, acceptance, and release control alongside finance, product, and IT
What you’ll own:
- Requirements and specs for accounting processes and financial systems, written as user stories development teams can act on directly
- Posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products
- Analysis and documentation of systems with incomplete or missing documentation — you establish what exists before defining what needs to change
- Alignment across finance, product, and engineering, including conflicts between business logic and technical constraints
- Testing and acceptance, and every task through to production release
What makes you a strong fit:
- 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger
- Proven decomposition and system analysis skills: you can map complex processes and find what’s missing
- Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of APIs, queues, and data exchange patterns; you read logs and use data to analyze issues
- English B2 or above
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view. Salmon is an equal opportunity employer, and we make hiring decisions based on skills, experience, and potential.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.

- Experience designing and building large-scale data pipelines for machine learning, ideally for LLM post-training.
- Track record of running distributed data processing and model inference at scale.
- Good understanding of post-training methods (e.g., SFT, RLHF, DPO) and how data shapes model behaviour.

Key Overview:
As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards).
- Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization.
- Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting.
- Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions.
- Turn successful research into robust, reproducible training recipes for production models.
Qualifications
- Strong research and software engineering skills, with hands-on experience training LLMs.
- Experience applying reinforcement learning to LLMs (e.g., PPO, GRPO, RLHF, RLVR), ideally at scale.
- Track record of work on generalization, robustness, or distribution shift, through publications or shipped models.
- Rigorous experimental practice: clean ablations, careful controls, and sound conclusions from noisy results.
- Experience with distributed training (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, FSDP, Megatron) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality principles and best practices: demonstrates willingness to dive deep into data while possessing strong intuition for assessing the quality of datasets and anticipating how different data characteristics will impact model training outcomes.

Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.

From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will lead GreenLight’s legal and compliance function and serve as a hands-on member of our leadership team. Your mandate is to protect the business, support growth, and turn complex workforce regulations into practical decisions, scalable processes, and product capabilities.
You will work directly with the CEO and partner with product, engineering, HR, payroll, operations, and commercial teams. You will own legal standards and compliance oversight, support functional leaders in implementing them, and manage our US and international outside counsel. This role combines deep workforce expertise with commercial judgment and the ability to build systems that scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead workforce compliance. Own our compliance framework for EOR, AOR, and independent contractor engagements, including worker classification, wage and hour, exempt status, and co-employment risk. Establish clear policies, controls, escalation routes, and audit processes.

- Shape the product. Translate regulatory requirements into classification rules, onboarding controls, workflows, and audit trails. Partner with product and engineering on AI-enabled compliance features, including validation, explainability, and human review.
- Manage commercial legal work. Draft and negotiate client, vendor, worker, and international partner agreements. Develop templates and negotiation guidance that support efficient contracting and appropriate allocation of risk, liability, and indemnities.
- Coordinate global compliance. Work with local counsel and partners to assess country requirements, licensing, and engagement restrictions. Strengthen partner diligence and oversight as our international business grows.
- Manage outside counsel. Select and coordinate US and international specialists, set priorities and service expectations, manage legal spend, and turn their advice into clear business decisions and operational actions.
- Handle material legal escalations. Advise HR and delivery teams on significant employee relations matters, disputes, claims, and investigations. Coordinate responses with outside counsel and relevant insurers.
- Build broader compliance controls. Partner with operations and technology on worker identity, fraud prevention, workforce data privacy, and responsible AI use, drawing on specialist advice where needed.
- Make legal knowledge actionable. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure relevant changes reach our policies, platform, and operating processes. Use AI and legal technology to improve research, contracting, and knowledge management, with verification and confidentiality controls.
- Represent GreenLight credibly. Support enterprise diligence, client presentations, and selected webinars and industry events. Review external claims and help develop useful, accurate compliance content.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant legal experience. Typically 8 or more years in employment law, workforce compliance, and related commercial matters, with substantial responsibility for practical business advice. We will consider exceptional candidates with less experience.
- Legal qualifications. A JD or equivalent law degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar.
- Workforce expertise. Deep knowledge of US employment law and worker classification, including complex multi-state workforces, and experience coordinating international legal advice.
- Commercial and operational judgment. Evidence of negotiating business agreements, implementing compliance processes, and making clear, proportionate recommendations under time pressure.
- Technology fluency. Ability to translate legal requirements into product and workflow changes, plus practical experience using AI or legal technology and evaluating its outputs.
- Leadership and communication. Ability to manage outside counsel, influence colleagues, and explain complex issues clearly to enterprise clients and hiring managers. Willingness to develop a credible public voice in workforce compliance.
- Builder mentality. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and play an active part in implementing improvements.
Experience in staffing, EOR/AOR services, contingent workforce programs, talent marketplaces, or workforce technology is particularly valuable. In-house experience and experience building a legal or compliance function are strong advantages.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.
WHY JOIN GREENLIGHT
You will have direct access to the CEO, a meaningful voice in product and business decisions, and the opportunity to shape how leading organizations manage their extended workforce. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and a home office stipend.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry’s Foundational Storage team builds and supports the stateful storage systems that all our products rely on: object storage, relational databases, key-value stores, and caches. We help Sentry engineers store and access data consistently, durably, securely, and efficiently as our products and traffic grow.
We develop storage services like our open-source Objectstore https://github.com/getsentry/objectstore and build libraries and APIs that make existing storage systems easier to use. In our own services, we design storage protocols that keep data consistent across backends, even through concurrent updates and failures. Our abstractions let other engineering teams use storage without worrying about which cluster or instance holds their data.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the team, you’ll work on both the systems and the code that makes them easy to use. You’ll tackle questions of data consistency, availability, performance, and cost-efficiency, and work with product teams to turn their needs into practical solutions. The goal is simple: make the right way to store data the easy and obvious way.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design and operate storage systems used across Sentry, including their configuration and performance tuning.
- Create APIs and abstractions that make storage easy for product teams to use, with best practices for correctness, security, and scale built in.
- Solve storage challenges at scale, including consistency under concurrent access, sharding and rebalancing, and routing reads and writes across storage backends as workloads grow.
- Work with product engineers to choose storage approaches, plan safe migrations, and help teams adopt the tools you build.
- Plan and build with other Platform and Infrastructure teams, including analytical storage and streaming, to deliver a complete, fault-tolerant platform for product teams. Align roadmaps and standards, and design for failures and recovery.
- Improve storage performance and cost efficiency by making better use of backends and resources, while keeping the platform simple for product teams.
- Write code primarily in Rust and Python, with clear user-facing documentation. Develop advanced testing scenarios, such as production-scale chaos tests covering backend and infrastructure outages.
- Own latency and availability SLOs for your services, improve monitoring and incident response, and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
- Work within Postsres and perform database tuning or query optimization
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy digging into the internals of storage systems and understanding how they behave when traffic grows, requests race, or a dependency has a bad day.
- Care about a useful, easy-to-use API as much as what happens behind it.
- Like working with other engineers to understand their needs and make their day-to-day work easier.
- Want to follow your work from design and code through rollout and production for millions of developers.
- Want open-source contributions to be at the center of your day job.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating distributed, stateful systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with object storage, relational databases, and caching systems at production scale. Experience with key-value or wide-column stores is a plus.
- An understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, concurrency, and what happens when requests fail or need to be retried.
- Proficiency in a systems language such as Go, C++, Java, or Rust, and comfort working in Python. We primarily use Rust and Python, and welcome engineers who are new to Rust.
- Experience running services on Kubernetes in a cloud environment, including observability, SLOs, and incident response. Familiarity with Terraform is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English, especially in explaining technical choices and writing documentation.
- Nice to have: experience building shared libraries or internal APIs, migrating data between systems, or improving system performance and cost.
