About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is building the delivery of almost everything, and shopping is a key part of that ambition in Israel. Our Shopping business brings leading retailers across categories such as Electronics, Home, Beauty, Fashion, Kids, Pets and more onto the Wolt platform, helping customers find what they need with a convenient delivery experience.
We are looking for an
Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager
to lead the acquisition of the largest and most strategic non-grocery retail partners in Israel. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role: building trust with senior decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and shaping partnerships that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
You will own the journey from identifying the right strategic partner through closing the deal, and will remain closely involved in the commercial relationship alongside our Account Management team.
What you’ll be doing
As an Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Wolt’s Shopping business by bringing Israel’s leading retail brands to the platform. You will lead complex partnership processes from the first conversation through signing and launch, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping commercial solutions that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Own the full acquisition journey for Wolt’s most strategic Shopping retail partners, from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contract signing and launch preparation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Integrations, Marketing and Legal to build thoughtful, executable partnership solutions and ensure a smooth path from deal to launch.
Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Israel’s leading retail companies, building trusted relationships throughout complex sales cycles.
Develop a deep understanding of each prospective partner’s business, priorities and challenges, and shape a compelling partnership proposition that creates clear value for both sides.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with Wolt’s strategic and commercial objectives.
Stay closely involved in key commercial discussions and growth opportunities after signing, in partnership with the Account Management team.
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex partnership processes, and take ownership in a fast-growing Shopping business.
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally with large retail, consumer, technology or platform businesses.
Demonstrated experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn a partner’s business needs into a clear, credible and realistic value proposition.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the maturity to represent Wolt in front of Israel’s leading retailers.
A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage long sales cycles, prioritize opportunities and move multiple complex processes forward.
A collaborative working style and experience partnering closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams to ensure continuity after the deal is signed.
Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for partner meetings across Israel.
What we offer
Working at Wolt means joining a fast-paced, high-impact and people-first company. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Wolt Israel’s most significant growth engines in the coming years, helping shape how leading retailers reach customers through Wolt. You’ll work closely with supportive and passionate colleagues, build partnerships with some of Israel’s largest retail brands, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Shopping at Wolt.
A full-time role with autonomy and room to grow
Opportunities to learn and develop across teams and functions
The chance to be part of a company that values culture, kindness, and accountability

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.

ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners trust other restaurant owners. They listen to the chef down the street, their wine supplier and their accountant long before they listen to an ad. That's why our events work. When we launched in Berlin, we hosted a four-hands dinner with two local merchants and a well-known food creator. We believe that’s what builds credibility, trust, and ultimately a warm prospect list.
We’re hiring an Events & Community Manager to turn that into a program that runs in several markets at the same time. You’ll plan and run our partner and owned events, and find new ways to grow Tebi through the hospitality community in each city, neighbourhood and market. You’ll work closely with our local sales teams so every event and partnership turns into real conversations.
This is a hands-on role. One week you'll be hosting a merchant dinner in Milan, the next you'll be setting up a distributor breakfast in Amsterdam. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our Marketing team to extend these programs to our channel ecosystem, plus align closely with the General Managers and Account Managers in each market.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Run events across markets: Plan and deliver partner and owned events in 2–3 markets at a time, from intimate merchant dinners and industry breakfasts to city launches. You own the calendar, budget, venues, suppliers, guest lists and the plan for the night.
- Build the playbook as you go: Turn each event into templates, checklists and supplier lists, so we can launch a city campaign in weeks, not months. Improve them after every event.
- Build local partner networks: Find the people operators already trust: drinks distributors, wholesalers, food creators, hospitality associations, accountants and the advisers who help new venues open. Build partnerships that bring us introductions and referrals, not just logos.
- Put our merchants front and center: Work with our best merchants as hosts and anchors, so prospects hear about Tebi from the people they respect.
- Turn connections into pipeline: Agree with local Sales and Account Management who to involve, how to follow up and who owns what conversations. Track every event in HubSpot from invite to demo to signed merchant.
- Grow Tebi through the community: Find new ways to reach operators through the people and places they already trust, in each city, neighborhood and across borders. Keep guests and partners engaged after events, so one introduction leads to the next.
- Open new community channels: Test new ways to grow through our close-knit industry, such as an affiliate or referral program for partners, sharing useful insights from our merchants, and showing up in the forums and groups where operators talk shop.
- Capture the stories: Work with our creative team and relevant freelancers to turn events and partner moments into social content, case studies and sales material.
How we'll measure success:
- Events delivered each quarter across markets, on time and on budget
- Demos, pipeline and new merchants from each event and partnership
- Introductions, referrals and leads from partners, affiliates and community channels
- Cost per demo compared with our other channels
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Have built something people show up for: an event series, a supper club, a community, a program. You can point to what it led to, not just how many people came
- Feel at home in hospitality. You've worked in or around restaurants, bars or food and drink brands, and you're comfortable leading a room full of operators
- Are high agency. You own your calendar, your relationships and your results, and you don't wait to be told what to do
- Build your own playbook when there isn't one, and you enjoy doing the work as much as planning it
- Know the difference between a real community and a guest list
- See growth opportunities beyond events, and are curious enough to test them
- Can run several markets at once without dropping details, and are happy to travel regularly
- Track what you do: comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot a plus), UTMs and simple reporting
- Speak fluent English. Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish or a Nordic language is a plus
Typically this means 3–5 years in events, community, field marketing or partnerships, but we care more about what you've built than how long you've been doing it.
This role isn't for you if:
- You'd rather plan the program than run it
- You need a fixed playbook and a clear org chart to get going
- You're not willing to roll up your sleeves on the night
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 9 million developers and 250,000+ customers now build on Supabase, and the majority of new databases on the platform are created by AI app builders — so the systems underneath have to stay reliable while they grow fast.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Container Engineering (ConEng) owns the internal container platform that runs Supabase's multi-tenant, multi-region services — the managed Kubernetes platform that other engineering teams build and deploy on top of. We own cluster lifecycle and cluster classes, multi-cluster and multi-region topology, capacity, scheduling, isolation and runtime safety, the higher-level platform APIs, the Kubernetes deployment contract and Argo semantics, rollout primitives, and runtime configuration and secret injection.
Your job is to make the platform itself trustworthy, observable, and cheap to operate at scale — and to raise the reliability bar for everyone who depends on it. This is not a gatekeeper role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: building the automation and platform APIs that let product teams run safely by default, instrumenting what we operate, and making sure that when something breaks we detect it and recover fast.
The work spans three strength areas:
Tooling & ecosystem — deep knowledge of the container and orchestration landscape (Kubernetes, containerd/OCI, the CNCF ecosystem) and a clear point of view on how to compose it.
Software engineering — designing and building the platform's automation, controllers, and internal tooling as production code, including solutions that don't come pre-shaped by an existing tool.
Operational / SRE practice — the discipline (SLOs, error budgets, incident response, ORRs) that runs the platform at scale as a predictable one.
We expect you to be genuinely deep in at least one of these, and many of our strongest candidates are deep in two (usually leaning toward one). Bringing real strength across all three is rare and exceptional — and even then, no one is equally strong in all three at once, so you'd focus where you're most needed at any given time. Different profiles are welcome here; tell us which of these is your center of gravity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Regardless of the skill set, all team members carry a share of the team's on-call rota, responding to platform incidents and driving them to resolution and follow-up.
Platform reliability & operations
- Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for the container platform itself, and build error-budget policies that actually gate platform changes.
- Own the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process for new platform capabilities and major changes.
- Design and track metrics for platform uptime, and increase observability into the platform by capturing the right metrics, logs, and traces across the platform layers.
- Drive the incident-to-improvement pipeline: facilitate blameless postmortems, connect findings to readiness gaps, spot repeat failure patterns, and push through systemic fixes.
Software engineering
- Build and maintain the platform's automation, controllers, operators, and internal tooling — writing production code and shipping it, not just wiring together existing tools.
- Design and implement the platform-side CI/CD and rollout primitives that speed up platform deployments while working within proper change and release management.
- Implement and maintain security automation for the platform: intrusion detection, automated remediation, and patch management.
- Identify and quantify operational toil, and build the automation that removes it rather than just documenting it.
- Contribute to the platform's continual testing automation — the test suites and pipelines that validate platform releases are fit for purpose before they reach tenants.
Tooling, ecosystem & architecture
- Act as a platform reliability and architecture expert — contribute to failure-mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design for multi-tenant container workloads.
- Evaluate and evolve the platform's tooling ecosystem (orchestration, runtime, networking, isolation, and observability stack) with a clear, opinionated view on trade-offs.
- Improve system architecture to reduce infrastructure cost while balancing security, reliability, and performance across tenants.
- Guide teams building on the platform to design sustainable on-call practices for their own services: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years in platform engineering, container/Kubernetes platform operations, SRE, or production infrastructure, and have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one — ideally two — of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem — know the container/orchestration landscape well: Kubernetes, containerd and the OCI/CRI standards, and the surrounding CNCF ecosystem (e.g. Argo CD/Argo Rollouts for GitOps and progressive delivery; Cilium/eBPF networking and the Gateway API; Karpenter/KEDA-style autoscaling; and workload-isolation runtimes such as gVisor or Kata Containers). You reason about trade-offs rather than reaching for defaults.
- Software engineering — write real production code (Go and/or a comparable systems language) and can build controllers, operators, and platform APIs — stepping back to the underlying problem and building the right solution when no off-the-shelf tool fits.
- Operational / SRE practice — are fluent in SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPIs; have led incident response and blameless postmortems; and have driven down MTTD/MTTR for systems you operated.
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems and understand isolation as a spectrum — from namespaces, RBAC, network policies, and resource quotas through to stronger primitives such as virtual clusters (e.g. vCluster) or VM-class runtimes.
- Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) and are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK also fine) and Kubernetes.
- Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it.
- Communicate clearly with both infrastructure specialists and product engineers, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
Nice to Have
- Experience building and operating a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform that internal teams deploy onto.
- Familiarity with policy engines (Kyverno, or OPA/Gatekeeper) and cost-attribution tooling (OpenCost/Kubecost) for per-tenant chargeback/showback.
- Experience with managed database platforms or Postgres.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling.

OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.

THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. …and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.

- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
