OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR CHALLENGE
At Taxfix, we have democratized tax filing for millions of people. Now, we are building our next major growth engines.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with our C-level leadership and Management Team to identify, validate, and build new business opportunities. You will take ideas from zero to one and help scale proven businesses from one to one hundred.
This role is designed for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career strategy consultant who wants to move from advising businesses to building them. You will operate with high autonomy, turn ambiguous opportunities into clear choices, and help launch ventures that can become meaningful parts of Taxfix’s future.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our New Ventures function and work closely with Taxfix’s C-level leadership and Management Team.
Depending on the opportunity, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax. You will bring the right people together, create clarity in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives from the first hypothesis through validation, launch, and scale.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify attractive customer problems and market opportunities through research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate customer demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop compelling propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Move beyond presentations by building prototypes, coordinating pilots, acquiring initial customers, and establishing the foundations for launch.
- Turn validated ventures into scalable businesses by developing repeatable growth engines, robust operating models, strong teams, and performance management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for the C-level team, Leadership Team, and Board.
- Mobilise colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax to move ventures forward.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hands-on builder mentality and do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support.
- You use AI-native tools and vibe coding to rapidly build prototypes, automate workflows, analyse data, and turn ideas into tangible products and experiments—even if you are not a software engineer by training.
- You are a recent graduate from a leading university or business school, such as WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE, or a comparable institution; alternatively, you have up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm.
- You want to build companies, products, or business lines and may aspire to become a founder in the future.
- You can break ambiguous questions down into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- You combine strategic depth with a strong bias for action. You are willing to speak with customers, build a model, test a landing page, or solve an operational bottleneck yourself.
- You understand what creates customer value and can connect it to pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- You communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- You act with pace, resilience, sound judgement, high ownership, and low ego.
- You are fluent in German and English.
WHY TAXFIX?

- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.

This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.

working on complex solutions

.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.
You enjoy
working on complex solutions
– Grafana is a highly technological solution and has avid followers who rely on it every day and who care deeply about their workflows. You value code maintainability, readability & automation.
You use
AI tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
- whether for accelerating exploration, code review, or reasoning through design tradeoffs - and you're thoughtful about where they help and where they don't.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with columnar/analytical databases
Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.).
Experience building debugging or developer-focused tools.
Familiarity with privacy, security, and access control in data-heavy systems
Experience working on performance-sensitive systems (large datasets, real-time queries, session data)
Compensation & Rewards:
In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is USD

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve.
You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship:
BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
- Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required.
- Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily.
- Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs.
MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY
- Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance.
- Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction.
- Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS
- Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes.
- Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed.
- Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling.
MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION
- Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk.
- Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling.
- 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them.
- 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity.
- 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk.
- 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review.
- 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics.
- ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents.
- 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms.
- 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership.
- 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Role overview
We're looking for a Staff Network Systems Engineer to help drive the transition of our global network infrastructure from manually managed and inconsistent configurations to a standardised, version-controlled and increasingly automated operating model.
This hands-on staff-level individual contributor will establish Infrastructure as Code practices, reusable automation, automated validation and safe delivery pipelines. The role will reduce configuration drift, make changes repeatable and auditable, and help the wider team adopt modern software-engineering practices.
Working across network engineering, security, architecture and platform teams, you'll help frame and influence technical direction, create practical standards and guardrails, and remain actively involved in enterprise network engineering and operational delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Assess the network estate, toolchain and operational workflows; identify sources of configuration variance, manual effort and change risk; and help define a phased modernisation roadmap.
Establish the Infrastructure as Code operating model, including the authoritative source of truth, configuration standards, source control, peer review, testing, release governance and secure handling of credentials.
Build reusable automation using object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), together with Terraform, Ansible, APIs and configuration-management tooling.
Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated linting, testing, intended-state validation, drift detection, policy checks, approvals, controlled rollout and reliable rollback patterns.
Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to translate network intent into version-controlled implementations and influence reference architectures, standards, lifecycle plans and service roadmaps.
Lead the safe migration of existing services into the automated model while remaining hands-on during complex delivery, business-as-usual operations, critical changes, troubleshooting and major incidents.
Participate in technical authority and design-review forums, mentor engineers, and ensure automation becomes a sustainable team capability rather than knowledge held by a single specialist.
What we are looking for:
A strong track record of modernising network infrastructure through automation or Infrastructure as Code in a large, complex production environment.
Strong software-engineering skills in object-oriented or comparable programming languages such as Python and Go (Golang), including maintainable code, structured data, API integration, testing, error handling and documentation.
Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible or comparable tooling, including reusable, idempotent automation components and controlled infrastructure delivery.
Strong working knowledge of Git, pull-request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release controls, policy enforcement and secrets management.
Deep enterprise networking knowledge across routing, switching, wireless, resilient design, network access control and secure remote connectivity, together with advanced Juniper Mist, EX Series and Junos experience or equivalent platform expertise.
Expert troubleshooting and engineering judgement, with experience supporting operational delivery, complex changes, major incidents and root-cause improvement.
Staff-level influence and communication skills, including shaping technical direction across teams, building consensus, contributing to governance forums and developing other engineers.
Desirable Experience
Network APIs and data models, including REST, NETCONF, RESTCONF, JSON, YAML and YANG-based workflows.
GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, automated policy enforcement, artefact management and developer enablement.
Azure or AWS networking, enterprise authentication, Zero Trust principles and network observability platforms.
Architecture governance, technical authority panels, strategic vendor engagement and globally delivered service operations.
High-availability gaming, digital-media, creative or similarly demanding production environments.
Work Expectations and Measures of Success
This is a staff-level role combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership across a global network environment. You'll build production automation, guide others and remain engaged with operational delivery. The objective is to establish an engineering system the team can operate and improve over time while maintaining secure, resilient and supportable network services.
Success will be demonstrated through:
Increased coverage of network infrastructure managed through version-controlled automation.
Reduced configuration drift, manual intervention, operational toil and dependency on individual subject-matter experts.
Shorter and more predictable change lead times, with improved auditability, validation and rollback confidence.
Lower change-failure rates, maintained service reliability and faster recovery from configuration-related incidents.
Sustained adoption of automation standards, modules and delivery practices across the wider engineering team.
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products. This role also may be eligible for a bonus package. Click

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.

You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.
