About the Opportunity
OKX Brazil is building its finance function from the ground up while preparing for supervision by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) under the new virtual asset service provider (SPSAV/PSAV) framework. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil team and take ownership of core day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, and tax-compliance operations.
You will work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and the Finance & Accounting Specialist, in a role where accuracy, documentation, and discipline matter. Our books will soon be reviewed by a regulator, not only by auditors. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to financial regulation, crypto, and Brazil’s tax reform.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accounting & Month-End Close
Prepare monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and recurring accounting schedules.
Prepare and review intercompany journal entries and reconcile intercompany balances with affiliates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain close checklists and supporting documentation in FloQast and NetSuite, meeting group reporting deadlines.
Support the local Portuguese-language books, helping keep entries aligned with Brazilian GAAP and the BCB chart of accounts (COSIF) as we prepare for regulated status.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and weekly payment batches in line with internal policies and approval matrices.
Validate vendor documentation and apply the correct tax treatment before payment.
Review withholding taxes on vendor payments (IRRF, PIS/COFINS/CSLL, INSS, ISS), and keep payment files and supporting documents audit-ready.
Tax Compliance Support
Issue electronic invoices for company operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with municipal and federal requirements.
Support the monthly review of VAT and CIT calculations and maintain supporting documentation.
Support tax-to-accounting reconciliations and coordinate with our outsourced accounting firm on filings and information requests.
Help us follow and prepare for the Brazilian tax reform (IBS/CBS) transition, including the impact on invoicing, vendor payments, and ERP configuration.
Audit & Controls
Support external audit and group-level audit requests: prepare PBC lists, schedules, and reconciliations.
Follow documented controls and flag exceptions or gaps. Contribute to SOPs and process improvements as we build a controlled environment suited to a regulated entity.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CRC registration is a plus).
3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto, or big 4.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP/CPC. Familiarity with tax is a plus.
Hands-on experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and AP processes.
Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the discipline to document your work.
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups); Power Query is a plus.
Hands-on, responsible use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of work, while validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
Professional proficiency in English: you will work daily with international teams and prepare documentation for the group in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with international teams across time zones.
Nice to Have
Experience in an institution regulated by the BCB or familiarity with COSIF.
Exposure to crypto or digital assets, or interest in learning about them.
Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, or similar ERP/close tools.
Exposure to intercompany transactions or transfer pricing.
Experience with external audits.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Senior Technical Recruiter role built for someone who can move fluidly across our R&D disciplines (Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering), whatever's most critical that week. You won't be boxed into one team or one specialty. One day you're closing a Staff Software Developer, the next you're deep in a Security loop, the next you're building pipeline for a Data Science search that hasn't opened yet. If you thrive on variety and can context-switch without losing quality, this is your seat.
You build pipelines before roles even open, partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, and run hiring processes that are fast, sharp, and never compromise on talent. You set the tone. You keep momentum. You get it done.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Full-cycle recruiting across all of R&D - any team, any level, any complexity.
- Proactive pipeline building in niche, hard-to-fill technical spaces before a req exists, not after.
- Hiring strategy that actually moves the needle by partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Finance on headcount, prioritization, and market reality.
- AI-forward sourcing and workflow using modern tooling to move faster, without losing the human touch candidates remember.
- Data-driven funnel management - tracking KPIs, catching risk early, and using signal (not gut feel) to sharpen strategy.
- Interview loops, debriefs, and closes run with clarity and care because every step counts.
- Coaching and raising the bar for junior recruiters and the broader team's hiring craft.
- Process and tooling improvements that scale, you don't just work in the system, you come up with ideas that make it better.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a track record of closing complex, senior, or niche searches independently.
- Hands-on Ashby experience is required, you’re comfortable using the platform and it's not just "an ATS”.
- Genuine versatility - proven ability to pivot across multiple technical domains (not just one specialty) without dropping quality or pace.
- Fluency with modern sourcing platforms and AI tooling, and a test-and-learn mindset to keep improving how you use them.
- The judgment to navigate ambiguity, calibrate hiring bars, and the confidence to push back when something doesn't add up.
- A talent for relationship-building; candidates and hiring managers trust you because you earn it, not because of a title.
WHO YOU ARE
- Hungry, proactive, and resourceful, you embody our values, not just recite them.
- Naturally curious about markets, talent pools, and what's changing in tech hiring.
- Adaptable, able to pivot quickly, change is fuel for you, not friction.
- Organized enough to run multiple complex searches at once without anything falling through the cracks.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
xStocks brings real-world assets on-chain as tokenized securities that are regulated, fully-backed, and tradable across multiple blockchains. Built within Payward, the xStocks team runs the infrastructure that issues, custodies, and settles these instruments across EVM, Solana, TON, Tron, and more. The platform moves real value, so security is not a feature bolted on at the end. It is a property of everything the team ships. This is a hybrid engineering and security seat built for someone who is genuinely both: you ship products alongside the engineering team when the security queue is quiet, and you own security work end to end when it lands. You report into engineering and partner closely with the Payward security, CISO, and compliance functions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own security deliverables end to end. Coordinate and review smart-contract audits, respond to security questionnaires and due-diligence requests, support CISO and compliance initiatives, and turn findings into tracked, closed-out fixes.
- Run offensive assessments against our own platforms. Pentest the web apps, APIs, backend services, and on-chain components, and build the tooling to do it repeatedly rather than once.
- Continuously assess posture. Threat-model new and existing systems, review architecture and key-management flows, and maintain a living view of the risks and their mitigations.
- Review code for security. Be a default reviewer on changes touching auth, cryptography, custody, signing, and fund movement across our chains.
- Harden the platform. Improve secrets handling, IAM and least-privilege, dependency and supply-chain hygiene, and detection and logging for security-relevant events.
- Secure custody and signing workflows. Review and harden transaction signing flows, MPC and HSM integrations, signer permissions, admin roles, approval policies, and break-glass procedures.
- Contribute to product engineering. Pick up regular backlog work in TypeScript so you stay close to the codebase you are defending.
- Support incidents. Help with detection, triage, response, and post-mortems, and feed the lessons back into the program.
WHAT YOU BRING
- An engineer first. You write and review production code comfortably, TypeScript and Node.js in our stack, and you understand systems deeply enough to break them.
- Strong application and infrastructure security fundamentals. The OWASP-class vulnerability landscape, authn and authz, injection, SSRF, supply-chain risk, and secure design. You have done real offensive work in pentesting, vuln research, or red-team.
- Applied cryptography and blockchain security. Symmetric and asymmetric primitives, hashing, signatures, and key management, plus the security model of EVM, Solana, and ideally TON or Tron. You can read a smart contract and reason about how it fails.
- Ownership. You can take an ambiguous security item, an audit, a questionnaire, or an incident, and drive it to closure without being managed through it.
- Clear communication. You can explain a risk to engineers, to a CISO, and to an auditor, and tailor the message to each.
- An automation instinct. You do not want to catch the same issue manually twice, so you turn findings into tests, alerts, controls, documentation, or platform improvements.
- Risk judgment. You can tell a theoretical issue from a material one, and communicate severity, likelihood, impact, and remediation tradeoffs clearly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience commissioning or remediating third-party smart-contract audits.
- Familiarity with custody and signing infrastructure such as HSMs, MPC, and ForDefi-style providers, and with on-chain transaction security.
- Cloud security depth in GCP or AWS, IAM, and container and runtime hardening.
- Detection engineering and security observability, including SIEM and log-based detections.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or GWAPT.
- Prior work in a regulated fintech or tokenization/DeFi environment.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

When high-stakes incidents strike, you are the calm in the storm. Senior Specialist, Incident Response, you will play the main part in incidents during major, complex, or reputation sensitive events. You take command of ambiguous situations, translate technical chaos into clear client and executive communication with the support of a high-performing team of Incident Response Specialists to raise the overall bar for crisis execution across the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver proactive, cadence-based briefs to senior leaders while authoring clear, transparent external communications (status pages, app/web banners, client emails) in the Wealthsimple voice.
- Bridge the gap between engineering and the business and translating system logs, error codes, and technical root causes into plain-language client and business impact.
- Identify when Legal or Compliance review is required during a crisis and seamlessly weave regulatory checks into the response flow.
- Serve as a chief editor for team communications, establishing playbooks and writing standards that ensure accuracy, speed, and empathy under real-time pressure.
- Build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus: shielding responders from external noise during active incidents while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Rapidly identify who needs to be involved across Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, and Risk, anticipating downstream friction before it happens.
- Navigate high-severity situations with confidence, managing executive expectations without distracting active responders.
- Partner with Data Science to quantify incident impact and lead post-incident reviews to drive root-cause remediation and long-term CX improvements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in major incident response, crisis communications, or technical service operations within fintech, high-growth SaaS, or fast-paced digital product environments. You have a proven track record leading live-fire, SEV-1/P0 operational crises from inception to resolution.
- Rapid, decisive judgment under pressure: You have a strong bias for action and excel at making quick, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, knowing intuitively when to push forward, when to escalate, and when to hold.
- Exceptional crisis communications & translation skills: You can digest raw system telemetry, logs, and engineer chatter, translating technical chaos into clear, empathetic client messaging and concise executive updates in real time.
- Tech-native and async-first operational fluency: You are deeply accustomed to modern tech workflows (Slack, Notion, linear incident bots) and thrive in fast, distributed environments where clear, documented async alignment is essential.
- Cross-functional network thinker: You intuitively map organizational ripple effects, rapidly engaging the right stakeholders across Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, Compliance, and Leadership before downstream friction occurs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and chaos: You stay composed when there is no playbook, bringing immediate structure, clarity, and psychological safety to high-stakes, reputationally sensitive events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Educational background or formal training in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical crisis communications experience).
- Incident tooling fluency: Comfortable navigating incident management platforms (PagerDuty, Rootly), monitoring tools (Datadog), and data tools (Preset, SQL) to understand system behavior and measure client impact.
- Risk intuition: Strong intuition for compliance, legal, and reputational risk within a regulated financial institution.
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French.

An overview of this role
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be the deepest technical voice in the field for one product group, helping customers make technical decisions on GitLab's most important opportunities, roughly the top 10% by size or complexity.
Account Solutions Architects (Account SAs) will bring you into prioritized opportunities. The Account SA owns the opportunity; you own your product group's success within it. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, bringing customer needs and field insights into roadmap discussions. You'll also help the wider Solutions Architecture team build expertise through reusable assets, enablement, and coaching.
You'll specialize in one product group, not all four. In Security & Compliance, you'll focus on GitLab Ultimate, application security, Dependency Firewall, software supply chain security, compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. In Platform, you'll focus on GitLab Dedicated, self-managed deployments, bring your own model, and cloud and hybrid architecture. In Core DevSecOps, you'll focus on GitLab Premium, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), source code management, Orbit, Artifact Central, and migrations. DevSecOps brings development, security, and operations together across software delivery. In AI & Competitive, you'll focus on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, agentic workflows, AI-native development, competitive displacement including GitHub, and migrations.
Your success will be measured by technical win rate and bookings on SME-engaged opportunities, product-category commit attainment and consumption growth in your region, and Proof of Value (PoV) conversion rate, evaluation cycle time, and time from technical win to production use. We'll also measure how often Account SAs reuse your assets, their confidence in handling your product group without escalation, and the quality and impact of your feedback to Product.
What you’ll do
Act as the technical authority for your product group on prioritized opportunities, from discovery and architecture through trials and PoV evaluations.
Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and explain how GitLab differs from competing solutions.
Design and improve standardized PoV templates with clear, repeatable success criteria. Account SAs own the customer PoV; you'll contribute product-specific content and expertise while keeping the evaluation connected to the broader GitLab platform.
Equip account teams for product launches with Product Management and Product Marketing. Build demos and talk tracks, and turn early customer wins into reference stories.
Serve as the escalation point for Account SAs and Post-Sales Solutions Architects (Post-Sales SAs) on complex product questions, integrations, and objections.
Hand off PoV success criteria and architecture decisions to the Post-Sales SA with the account team when an opportunity closes. Stay involved until the customer's first production workload uses the product, and support complex accounts when Post-Sales SAs bring you in to drive adoption and consumption.
Bring structured field feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements to Product Management and Engineering with the wider SME team. Help manage early-access and design-partner programs, and represent GitLab through customer events, conferences, industry working groups, and published content.
Build reference architectures, demo environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement content so account teams can handle more opportunities without your direct involvement. Mentor Account SAs and contribute to GitLab's global SME community of practice.
What you’ll bring
Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or software engineering, with deep, hands-on expertise in one domain: application security testing, supply chain security, and compliance; scalable cloud and hybrid platforms; large CI/CD environments and source code migrations; or production AI-assisted development, working prototypes, and competitive evaluations.
Practical expertise in agentic and AI-assisted development workflows across planning, coding, testing, security, and delivery, applied in a customer-facing, pre-sales context.
Experience winning technical decisions on large, complex enterprise opportunities through structured Proof of Concept (PoC) or PoV evaluations with defined success criteria and executive sign-off.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider.
The ability to lead a whiteboard session with engineers and present the business case to executives in the same meeting.
Strong written communication, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear playbooks that others use.
Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Optional: public speaking, published technical content, open source contributions, or relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, or security.
If you bring transferable experience in an adjacent domain, we encourage you to apply.

VP of Marketing
The Role
As our Sr. Marketing Manager, Accessories, you will own go-to-market for new Nex Playground accessories and merchandise.
That includes travel cases, skins, protectors, mounting solutions, extra cables, and Nex merch and apparel.
You'll lead the first phase of every launch: taking new products to market through our direct-to-consumer and e-commerce channels, including Amazon and TikTok Shop. Your job is to prove each product works: real consumer demand, product-market fit, and a healthy margin structure. Once a product is proven, you'll hand it off to our commercial team to scale into retail, with the story and data they need to start early retailer conversations.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves launching products, reads the numbers closely, and can orchestrate many teams toward one clear outcome.
What You'll Do
Phase 1 Go-to-Market
Own end-to-end launch plans for new accessories and merch, from concept through launch and early sales.
Develop positioning, messaging, and launch assets that make each product easy to understand and want.
Provide input on pricing, bundles, and assortment in partnership with Product and Finance.
Orchestrate launches across our D2C store, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
Prove Product-Market Fit
Define success metrics before launch, such as demand, conversion, attach rate, ratings and reviews, return rates, and contribution margin.
Design and run tests across pricing, bundles, offers, and creative to learn quickly.
Build clear recommendations to scale, iterate, or sunset each product based on results.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Partner with our growth and performance marketing experts to plan and optimize paid, social, and marketplace programs.
Work with Creative, Content, and Social teams on assets for PDPs, TikTok, email, and the Nex website.
Coordinate with Product and Operations on launch timing, inventory, and forecasts.
Brief and manage vendors and partners for merch and apparel programs as needed.
Handoff to Scale
Package results, consumer insights, and the sell-in story so our retail management team can begin early retailer conversations.
Transition proven products to the commercial team with a repeatable launch playbook.
Consumer Insight
Bring the voice of the customer into every decision, using reviews, social listening, and community feedback.
Identify gaps and opportunities that shape the future accessories roadmap.
What You'll Bring
Experience
8+ years in product marketing or go-to-market roles for consumer products, ideally in accessories, consumer electronics, gaming, toys, or lifestyle brands.
A proven track record of launching products through D2C and Amazon.
TikTok Shop or social commerce experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with merchandise or apparel programs is a plus.
Skills & Strengths
Strong commercial acumen across unit economics, pricing, margin, and demand forecasting.
Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with marketplace, e-commerce, and marketing analytics.
Excellent writer and storyteller who can make simple products feel compelling.
Highly organized, with the ability to run several launches at once.
Collaboration & Mindset
A natural orchestrator who aligns people without needing direct authority.
Test-and-learn mindset, with the judgment to move fast and the discipline to measure.
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for building products and experiences that families love.
What Success Looks Like
A clear accessories roadmap that has cross-functional alignment of new accessories and merch that compliment our platform & ecosystem strategy
A customer-led insights process that guides and supports key decisions on new products, driven by tangible market and customer research
Business plans and GTM plans that are fully documented and positioned for success with sign-off from the leadership team before new accessories move into production and marketing team action around the plan
Clear messaging, value proposition, and pricing recommendations for new products that support the business plan/thesis
Successful GTM orchestration across multiple internal teams, from the product teams to the marketing communications teams that assemble the creative and deliverables to drive new launches, meet the sales goals, and sustain the business plan
Initial learnings in market with a first launch phase of growth to validate the business contribution of the accessory and establish a growth path before broader commercial business development (retail development, international expansion, etc)
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies in the evolving gaming field

As the Finance Lead at Ava Labs, you will help manage and strengthen our financial operations within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. You will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive financial clarity, maintain efficient operations, and ensure our financial practices align with regulatory requirements and business goals. You will partner with the CFO on financial execution and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic initiatives as you grow in the role. Reports to the CFO.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning and forecasting across the business. Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and departmental decision-making.
- Hands-on Execution and Ownership: Personally drive finance projects from start to finish, including gathering and validating data, building models, investigating variances, and implementing solutions. Proactively identify what needs to be done and follow through to completion, independently resolving challenges and coordinating with others when their input or approval is needed.
- Operations and Compliance Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the handling of crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring efficient payments and settlements in close collaboration with the treasury team. Maintain and continuously refine existing systems for expense management, equity and compensation plans, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a financial liaison among engineering, compliance, business development, legal, and accounting teams. Work with People Operations and Human Resources to align financial processes with workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Track and report key financial and operational metrics. Partner with the Head of Business Operations and Analytics to analyze trends and variances and flag business risks and opportunities.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine financial processes and systems as the business scales, and recommend changes to existing workflows. Support the CFO in identifying processes that can be automated, planning, and implementation of automation.
- Investor Relations and Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the C-suite to prepare and present materials for board meetings and strategic updates. Experience in venture capital fundraising is a plus, although direct fundraising activities are not currently planned. Create visually engaging and digestible financial presentations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, enhancing communication both within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Corporate Development and Strategy: Support the CFO on corporate development activity, including entity spinouts, divestitures, and asset sales, and help evaluate, structure, and execute potential investments, acquisitions, or similar strategic transactions as they arise.
- Tax Responsibilities: Support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring tax positions align with overall fiscal policy and legal requirements.
- Legal Agreement Review: Collaborate with the legal department to review the financial terms of contracts and agreements.
- Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights and risks clearly to the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Education: BA or BS in Finance or Accounting; an MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in finance within the digital assets or fintech sector. Proven track record in cryptocurrency management, international payments, and trading platforms. Experience in investment banking, corporate development, and fast-paced startup environments is highly valued.
- Adaptability and Resourcefulness: Comfortable being scrappy and resourceful in a dynamic environment, with sound judgment on trade-offs and prioritization under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills, comfortable working with large datasets. SQL or statistics experience is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow management, and general accounting principles. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, and high integrity.
- Self-Starter with a Hands-on Approach: Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous requests into concrete deliverables with minimal supervision. Willing to roll up your sleeves and perform detailed work yourself, take initiative without waiting for direction, and deliver results without relying on a supporting team to execute.
- Leadership and Team Management: Comfortable mentoring or overseeing junior finance team members as the team grows while remaining directly responsible for hands-on execution and delivery.
- Attention to Detail and Strategic Perspective: Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture; able to think critically and solve problems under deadlines.

We are hiring a Head of Solution Operations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solution scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Solution operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solution tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works.
- Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography.
- Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground.
- Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies.
- Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP.
- Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team.
- Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase.
- Partner across functions. Work daily with Solution leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no.
HOW WE WORK IN SOLUTION
- We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship.
- The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week.
- Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before.
- We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards.
- We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it.
ABOUT YOU
Whatever your path, you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience, with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment.
- A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working: processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action.
- Data-driven and AI-fluent: you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on.
- Global operating range: you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders.
- Stakeholder management: you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
IDEALLY
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations.
- Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
