WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.

About the role
Advertising is one of OLX's most important revenue lines - and one of its biggest opportunities. Today, our advertising business spans multiple markets, formats, and platforms, but it needs a product leader who can take it to the next level: from foundational ad-tech infrastructure to new revenue surfaces powered by AI.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the global advertising product end-to-end. This means everything from the ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) to growing revenue beyond listings through self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats. You'll also shape how advertising integrates into AI-native surfaces — balancing monetisation yield against buyer experience.
This is a role for someone who has built advertising products at scale, understands the programmatic ecosystem, and is excited about using AI to create new advertising experiences. You'll work closely with business and commercial stakeholders to grow revenue, while ensuring our advertising never compromises the trust our users place in the platform.
This role reports to the Head of Product.
What you'll do
Own the global advertising product end-to-end: ad-core stack (serving, auction, targeting, measurement) across all marketplaces and platforms
Drive growth of advertising revenue beyond listings, including self-serve advertiser tools, programmatic demand, and retail-media formats such as sponsored listings, native, and video
Own integration of ads into AI-native surfaces such as AutoIQ and agentic search, balancing yield against buyer experience
Define and track advertising success metrics: revenue, fill rate, eCPM, advertiser ROI, buyer experience impact
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Sales teams to build the product capabilities that unlock revenue growth
Represent the advertising product at the leadership level, presenting strategy and results to executive audiences
What we're looking for
Significant product management experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, monetisation, or revenue product at scale
Proven track record of building and scaling advertising products — programmatic ads, third-party ads, billing systems, or ad-serving platforms
Experience taking advertising or monetisation products from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Ability to balance monetisation yield with user experience — making evidence-based trade-offs between revenue and buyer trust
AI-native: you build with AI, not just use it for productivity. You experiment with AI tools outside of work and bring that curiosity into your product craft
Zero-to-one: you see opportunities, not just optimisations. You spot problems, build prototypes, and ship
Comfortable with ambiguity: you don't wait for perfect clarity — you create it
Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, and executive audiences
Preferred:
Experience with retail media, sponsored listings, native advertising, or video ad formats in a marketplace or e-commerce context
Familiarity with AI-native product surfaces and how advertising integrates with AI experiences
Multi-market experience across different regulatory and commercial environments

Job Title: Staff/Lead SDET Engineer (Test Automation Platform)
Product: Total Battle
Total Battle is a massive MMO 4X strategy game available on mobile and web, uniting millions of active players. As our product and engineering teams scale, we are shifting our testing paradigm: automated testing must become a daily, self-service engineering tool rather than a bottleneck owned by a dedicated team.
We are looking for a Staff/Lead SDET to take technical ownership of our internal test automation tooling and make this vision a reality.
Why this role exists
Your core mission is to empower product QA teams. You won't write tests; you will build the tools, APIs, and abstractions that allow QA engineers (with basic Python & OOP skills) to independently create checks, manage test states, run tests in CI/CD, and diagnose failures.
- The Product Teams own the tests.
- You own the tooling layer that makes their work possible.

💡 Core Focus Areas:
1. Client Testing Tools: UI scenarios, method/component checks across Android, WebGL, and (soon) iOS.
2. Server Integration: Component testing tools built over existing Python clients, SDKs, and product testability capabilities.(Note: We aren't starting from scratch. We need a visionary who can assess our existing solutions, define a target architecture, and evolve them incrementally).
What You’ll Work On
- Drive Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for QA tooling, evolve its architecture, and personally implement key solutions.
- Build the Platform: Develop domain APIs, fixtures, and state-preparation tools for integration/component testing over existing SDKs.
- Enhance Client Automation: Extend client UI automation and enable sub-UI checks for specific client methods.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Translate recurring QA needs into product testability requirements and establish technical contracts with client/backend teams.
- Evangelize & Mentor: Drive adoption of your tools through pilots, solid documentation, and feedback loops. (Where needed, help define engineering roles and participate in hiring/onboarding).

- Platform Builder: You have designed or substantially evolved a framework/SDK used by multiple teams, bringing it to a point where teams can use it independently.
- API Designer: You know how to build stable public APIs over existing SDKs, hiding low-level details from the end-user.

- CI/CD & Diagnostics Guru: You have integrated automated checks into CI quality gates with robust reproducibility and diagnostics.
- AI Adopter: You leverage LLMs and coding agents to investigate codebases, develop tooling, or create tests efficiently.

- Experience in both client/UI and backend/integration tooling.
- Background in modernizing legacy automation and conducting incremental user migrations.
- Experience with complex test lifecycles (data isolation, flaky checks, state management).
- Experience in GameDev or complex live-service products (Unity, Cocos/Axmol, WebGL).

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!

About the Role:
With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the
Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist
you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc).
In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift:
You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time.
By governing the security of third-party integrations:
You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries.
By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM):
You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets.
By championing technical leadership and team growth
: You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).
Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members.
Standout Qualities:
You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance).
You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential.
You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps).
Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls.
Team Dynamics:
Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations.
The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company.
Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation.
Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools.

Health Insurance - Competitive Coverage - for employees + dependents

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction.
Your Impact:
By building and automating robust Identity pipelines:
You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts.
Benefits & Perks:
5 Weeks of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation
5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days
2 weeks fully paid w/ medical certificate, additional
4 weeks paid at 80% salary rate
Parental Leave (fully paid): 18 Weeks Maternity / 4 Week Paternity
