MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
You'll own marketing for our channel: the resellers, distributors and global systems integrators who take AIStor to customers. Most of your time goes into building and running joint marketing plans with our global focus partners. The rest goes into the programs that keep every partner informed, engaged and ready to sell. This is a builder role. Some of what's below exists today in early form, and some of it doesn't exist yet. You'll have room to shape it.
What You Will Do:
Focus Partner Marketing Plan
Build joint marketing plans with our top 5 focus partners and run them quarter to quarter, with clear pipeline goals for each.
Work side by side with Partner Managers and AEs so every plan lines up with the partner's business plan and our strategic accounts.
Run co-branded campaigns, webinars, content, and account-based programs that create new, partner-sourced pipeline.
Review results with partners every quarter. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Channel Partner Communications
Keep partners current on product news, launches, competitive moments, and company updates through a regular newsletter and to partner webinars.
Help maintain the partner comms calendar so it lines up with our campaign team's priorities and doesn’t overlap communications with demand gen initiatives.
Make sure partners hear about big announcements before or alongside customers, not after.
Channel Partner Field Events
Plan and support partner field events and regional moments globally, from customer roundtables to partner-hosted sessions at larger shows.
Run events through our partner event request process so each one has agreed commitments up front: leads, meetings, co-investment, and follow-up.
Track every event in Salesforce and report pipeline and ROI afterward. Help us stop funding events that don't perform.
Coordinate with our corporate events team so partner presence at major shows is planned.
To-Partner Digital Marketing
Run always-on digital programs aimed at partner sellers, so they know why MinIO wins and remember us when the right deal comes up.
Partner with our digital and campaign teams on targeting, creative, and measurement.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 in channel or partner marketing at an infrastructure software, storage, data or cloud company
Hands-on experience marketing with and through VARs and distributors. GSI experience is a strong plus.
A track record of building joint marketing plans that produced pipeline you can point to.
Experience running partner field events and managing MDF.
Comfort in Salesforce: campaigns, attribution, and reporting.
The ability to say no: partners and partner managers will ask for a lot, and part of this job is picking what matters.
Clear writing and the confidence to present to partner executives and our own leadership
Willingness to travel.
Experience with a PRM or through-channel marketing platform such as Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Unifyr or ZINFI.
Background in AI infrastructure, data platforms or object storage.
Experience building a partner program from an early stage.
Experience using reporting tools like Omni Analytics.
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer for one or more security domains end to end: design the controls, build the systems that enforce and verify them, and set the technical standard the rest of the team and our partners build to.
The engineering is in the controls and the tooling that proves them. The goal is security that runs itself: requirements kept as code and checked automatically, evidence, chain of custody and access continuously verified, and tools and agents in place of manual reviews. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
This is a foundational role: you'll shape how our security engineering is built and scaled. The team's physical security systems engineers design and test the site security systems themselves; this role engineers the controls around them and across the domains beyond the facility itself: hardware custody, media, personnel and vendors. You'll work with the rest of DCSE, Anthropic's compute, data center operations, legal, compliance and procurement teams, and directly with data center operators, hardware vendors and logistics providers.
The role involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure, and may include on-call for security events at them.
Key responsibilities
Security domains, end to end:
own one or more of physical security at partner-operated and Anthropic-operated sites, hardware supply chain and chain of custody, media protection and sanitization, personnel security and site access, third-party and vendor security assessment, and maintenance and contingency controls
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the internal tools, automation and agents the team runs on: evidence collection, access reviews, asset and custody tracking, partner intake. When a process keeps costing people time, you build the tool that retires it
Security review for new sites, leases and vendors:
find the gaps in the design, the contract and the operator's procedures, write the security terms and exhibits, and verify the fixes after signing
Requirements and procedures as code:
write requirements and procedures that a partner can build to and an assessor can test, kept as code in a version-controlled repository
Site and supplier assessment:
assess sites and suppliers against those requirements, on site and from evidence; document deviations and engineer the compensating control where a requirement can't be met as written
Continuous compliance evidence:
tie controls to the compliance frameworks we and our partners are assessed against, with evidence always current so an assessment pulls from it directly
Security event response:
respond to security events at sites (intrusion alarms, custody breaks, access violations) with operations teams and site operators; write up what happened and fix the control that allowed it
Minimum qualifications
Have engineered a security control domain end to end: designed the controls, built or integrated the systems that enforce them, and verified they work
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
Have done security work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet, in at least one of the domains under Key responsibilities
Have applied a control framework such as NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 to real systems and produced the evidence for it
Write requirements a third party can build to and an assessor can test: each states what must be true, how it is verified and what evidence shows it
Preferred qualifications
Experience across several of the domains above rather than one
Experience at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
Experience with federal assessment regimes based on NIST SP 800-53, including supply chain (NIST SP 800-161) and media sanitization (NIST SP 800-88) guidance; have produced evidence an assessor accepted
Have built governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or evidence automation: automated control checks, asset or custody tracking, questionnaire and assessment pipelines, docs-as-code workflows
Have run incident response at physical sites: alarms, investigations, after-action fixes
Have worked in live data halls and on active construction sites, and can follow a method of procedure
Experience redlining contract security language with legal and procurement counterparts
Experience with international sites: per-country personnel screening and staffing restrictions, data residency, and export controls on hardware
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual security work
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000

$405,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the role
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Repository Services team in GitLab's Create stage. The team owns the repository side of Source Code: how code gets into a repository, who may change it, and how those changes are verified. We build this as an access layer on the primitives the Gitaly team provides, for GitLab's own features and for the artificial intelligence agents now writing and pushing code alongside people.
You'll work in one of GitLab's oldest and most complex product areas, using Ruby and GraphQL across
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Repository Services is a new team, and its first months are about reliability and support, so you'll spend real time on performance and structured query language tuning, caching, rate limiting, testing, observability, and resiliency, with experienced team members to lean on. You'll collaborate with product management, product design, testing, security, user experience research, technical writing, Gitaly, Code Review, and the other Source Code teams.
What you'll do
Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby and GraphQL.
Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.
Design and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces, data models, and business logic that control how code reaches a repository, who may change it, and how it is verified.
Build on the primitives Gitaly provides and work closely with the Gitaly team.
Triage and fix bugs and support requests for the features the team owns.
Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.
Use artificial intelligence agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.
Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.
Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.
Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.
What you'll bring
Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.
An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.
Experience contributing to user-facing workflows and maintaining their underlying systems.
Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.
Experience using artificial intelligence coding agents and reviewing their output, or an interest in building these skills in a complex monorepo.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.
The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.
About the team
Repository Services is a small backend team in the Create stage, formed in September 2026 when Source Code split into focused teams. As the split is finalized we expect to own repository mirroring, Git Large File Storage (LFS), protected branches and Branch Rules, push rules, Code Owners (shared with Code Review), and commit and tag signing. We build on Gitaly's primitives and meet regularly with the Gitaly team, and our work serves
GitLab.com
, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to build the strategy and operating model behind how Runway shows up on social. Our audience spans filmmakers, artists, developers, researchers and enterprise teams, and each of them comes to our channels for something different. Your job is to give every channel a clear role and make sure our biggest moments, from model launches and research releases to film festivals and conferences, land with real distribution behind them.
You'll bring a strong point of view on where Runway should show up and how. You'll help our researchers, engineers, creatives and executives share the work closest to them with credibility and authenticity, and you'll treat our community of creators as collaborators in telling the story. You'll be hands-on where it matters, but this role is defined by strategic leadership and operational ownership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set Runway's social strategy, raise the creative bar and build the calendar around a steady, always-on presence that leads into our biggest launches
- Define a distinct role for each channel across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging community platforms
- Decide when Runway, a researcher, an executive, a creator, a customer or a partner should lead the story, then build the distribution plan around it
- Partner with Research, Product, Comms and Brand to turn model launches, research papers and product updates into native, credible social moments
- Help Runway researchers, engineers and executives post about their work, with clear guidance, coaching and coordinated amplification
- Work with our Community team, partners and our broader creator community to put the work made with Runway at the center of our channels
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to sharpen the work over time
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Social runs on data-driven goals across reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift and audience insight
- Runway has a clear social point of view and a defined role for each channel
- Social is a strategic driver of visibility, creative adoption and demand, not an internal posting service
- Runway's researchers, engineers and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts get coordinated amplification
- Creators see Runway's channels as the best place for their work to be seen
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in strategic social or related marketing programs; 2+ years at a top-tier technology, consumer, media or entertainment company is a plus
- A track record of building social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency and contractor management, workflows, measurement and executive alignment
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what feels credible and native on each platform, especially X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Fluency across disparate cultures: film, art and creators, AI and startups, venture capital and Silicon Valley; comfort translating technical research for a broad audience
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to separate correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, including Runway, and curiosity about where they're headed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with each launch
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Company
Help us build the world's most reliable, on-demand logistics engine for last-mile delivery! We're bringing on experienced engineers to help us create and maintain a 24x7, no downtime, global infrastructure system that powers the company’s three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and riders.
About the Role

We are building a single, shared platform designed to serve DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, so your work will shape reliability and security for all three marketplaces. Our team owns the infrastructure that carries every request into and through that platform: the edge, where we manage Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, rate limiting, bot mitigation) and the ingress systems for external traffic, and service-to-service (S2S) communication, where we run the service mesh and the authentication that secures calls between thousands of services across multiple regions.
You will work on core components of our traffic stack, including our Cloudflare edge configuration (managed as code), and service-to-service authentication and authorization (workload identity, token issuance and validation at the mesh layer). This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, networking, and security. It includes designing, building, and maintaining systems that must operate reliably and efficiently across some of the most critical and latency-sensitive workloads at DoorDash, from the first byte at the edge to the last hop between services.
You will report to the Engineering Manager of the EU-Traffic Team within the Infrastructure organization. This role is hybrid working from London.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design and build large-scale distributed systems that are high RPS and latency sensitive
Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues that affect production and maintain our SLAs
Work collaboratively with other platform and product engineers to deliver on feature requests and solve their problems
Find ways to improve the team’s productivity and operational capabilities through the use of automation, AI tools, and other avenues
Participate in a shared on-call rotation and help lead production investigations and incidents, with support from teammates
Mentor and learn from teammates through design reviews, pairing, and incident reviews
We’re excited about you because…
You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in infrastructure, networking, or platform engineering/SRE
Experience operating edge technologies at scale, such as CDN, WAF, proxy layers, and DNS
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTP/2, gRPC, Load Balancing
Background working on and debugging high-QPS or latency-sensitive systems
You’re curious, collaborative, and comfortable making progress in ambiguity
You work AI-first: you delegate to and orchestrate coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) across design, implementation, testing, incident response, and releases
If you don’t meet every requirement but are excited about this work, we’d still love to hear from you.
Bonus points if you…
Experience with programming languages like Go, C++, Python or Rust
Experience with AWS, especially with networking primitives like LBs, Privatelink, etc. and Kubernetes or other container management tool
Experience with service mesh technologies such as Envoy, Istio or Linkerd
Familiarity with xDS or control plane architectures
Experience building RPC frameworks or client-side networking libraries
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling like Terraform
Experience with Gitops delivery tooling such as ArgoCD, Helm, Atlantis.
Track record of sharing prompts, tooling, and practices that make a whole team faster with AI
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Life Sciences team, you'll build biology software that our own scientists and the wider research community can depend on, and you'll be one of the main people representing that work to computational biologists outside Anthropic.
The Life Sciences team works to accelerate progress in biology with AI, combining frontier models with hands-on computational and experimental research. We want the tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks we build in genomics and structural biology to be useful beyond our own projects, so we plan to release them to the community. Computational biology has a long tradition of open, shared software, and we want to contribute to it well. Every release should be something a researcher can install, run on their own data, and trust: correct on real inputs, validated against reference data and established methods, documented, versioned, and maintained after launch.
You'll own that standard. You'll write a large share of the code yourself, decide when something is ready to ship, and stay with it once people start using it. You'll also be an active member of the biology software community: maintaining public repositories, answering issues, speaking at conferences and workshops, and bringing what you hear from researchers back into what we build next.
We use Claude and AI coding agents heavily to build software, and we expect you to do the same across design, implementation, testing, and review. Code written by an agent is held to the same standard as code written by hand: you should understand it, test it, and measure its performance before it ships. We're looking for someone with deep software engineering experience who already works this way.
The shape of the role is flexible. You might spend most of your time as an individual contributor, or you might lead a small group of engineers and scientists while continuing to contribute directly. Your focus can be genomics, structural biology, or both. Experience in other areas of computational biology is welcome, and we expect the work to range more widely over time.
What matters most is a record of biology software that other people have adopted and relied on.
This is a chance to shape how AI is put to work in biological research, on problems that matter for human health and scientific understanding. If building software that scientists trust is the work you want to do, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain biology software in genomics and structural biology (libraries, command-line tools, pipelines, datasets, and benchmarks) for use by researchers and AI agents, inside Anthropic and externally
Own the path from research code to public release, including testing, validation against reference data and established tools, benchmarking, documentation, and packaging, and make the call on when something is ready to ship
Maintain what we release: triage issues, review outside contributions, and manage breaking changes
Represent the team in the biology community through conferences, workshops, tutorials, and direct work with researchers and maintainers, and turn what you learn about their needs into priorities for the team
Partner with the team's computational and experimental scientists to turn research code into well-tested, reusable software
Lead the technical direction of the projects you own through design review, code review, and mentoring, and, depending on your interests and the team's needs, lead a small team
Build with Claude and AI coding agents as your default way of working, hold agent-written code to the same standard as your own, and set the team's practices for reviewing and validating it
Minimum qualifications
Have built, released, and maintained biology software that researchers outside your own group use, with evidence of adoption you can point to (for example public repositories, package downloads, citations, or use in other groups' pipelines)
Have deep working expertise in genomics or structural biology, including the data types, file formats, standard tools, and common failure modes of at least one of these fields
Are proficient in Python and comfortable working with large datasets in Linux and cloud or cluster computing environments
Practice rigorous testing and release engineering: unit and integration tests, continuous integration, validation against reference data, packaging, and versioning
Use AI coding tools as a central part of how you build software, and can show how you verify the correctness and performance of code you did not write by hand
Have led a technical project with multiple contributors, setting direction and reviewing others' work while continuing to write code yourself
Can explain technical work clearly to both biologists and engineers, in writing (documentation, tutorials) and in person (talks, workshops)
Preferred qualifications
Depth in both genomics and structural biology
A record as the creator or a core maintainer of a widely used open-source tool in computational biology
Experience managing or formally leading a team of engineers or scientists
A graduate degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in a systems language such as Rust, C++, or C, and experience with performance work on large biological datasets
Experience building software in other areas of computational biology, such as phylogenetics, proteomics, cheminformatics, or high-throughput screen analysis
Experience shipping software built largely with AI coding agents, building agentic systems on large language models, or training machine learning models on biological sequence or structure data
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Business Systems Engineer to own the systems that turn a signed deal into a correct invoice and accurate revenue numbers. You’ll work across our go-to-market and finance stack: CRM, quoting and CPQ, billing, the data warehouse, and the integrations between them. Salesforce is one important part of that stack, not the whole job. This is an engineering role with business ownership: you’ll design how data and money move between Sales, Finance, Billing Ops, and Data teams, build the automation that keeps them in sync, and use AI to remove manual work and surface timely signals to reps and operators. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing Ops, Revenue Accounting, and Data Engineering.
This role is based in one of San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- The big bet: Create a reliable GTM and quote-to-cash foundation across CRM, CPQ, billing and finance systems, marketing automation infrastructure, the data warehouse, and the integrations between them.
- By day 90, build a clear understanding of the critical data flows between GTM systems, finance systems, and the warehouse, then ship an initial improvement to a high-value integration or workflow.
- By day 90, develop AI-powered and agent-based workflows that reduce manual work for reps, Deal Desk, and Billing Ops while improving the quality of signals available to reps and operators.
- By the end of your first year, automate billing-critical workflows such as upgrades and prorated refunds, early renewals, true-ups, and credit deferment, with audit trails Finance can trust.
- By the end of your first year, improve data integrity and reporting through clear data models, deduplication, validation rules, reconciliation, and monitoring—including accurate ARR, pipeline, dashboard, and forecasting infrastructure.
- Raise the bar for how the team ships and operates: sound access, change management, and release practices; thoughtful documentation and tool decisions; reusable tests, runbooks, code review, and AI-assisted development practices.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Demonstrated experience in business systems engineering, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or a technical sales or marketing operations role, with the ability to own problems end to end and work effectively across functions.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with a data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery; you design for clean, traceable data and understand how to protect its integrity across systems.
- Experience building integrations with APIs, webhooks, event-driven services, reverse ETL, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io http://Tray.io. Scripting in Python or JavaScript, or building serverless integrations, is a plus.
- Familiarity with finance systems and concepts such as quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition, and the ability to work effectively with Finance and Billing Ops. Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite is a plus.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation, following the team’s development and release practices: source control, pull requests, code review, automated testing, and the deployment pipeline - is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or a similar CPQ tool — including product and pricing data models, price books, bundles, and approval rules — is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, with experience applying it to day-to-day work through AI-assisted development, agents, or workflow automation. Familiarity with Salesforce administration and customization—including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations—is a plus, not a requirement.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco and NYC, the estimated base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $228,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product solutions, and not just transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Clear methodology for maintaining 2.5x pipeline coverage at all times through territory tiering, account planning, outreach cadence, and cold calling efforts.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.

Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As the Engineering Manager for Design Systems Adherence, you'll lead the team building the workflows, tools, and quality feedback loops that help customers create design and code that correctly adheres to their design system when working with Figma’s Agents. This work spans context engineering i.e making guidelines, examples, and documentation useful to AI, agent architecture improvements as well as creating datasets, evaluators, and benchmarks that show how well outputs follow a customer's design system. You'll set strategy across these areas, raise the bar on adherence measurement, and turn evaluation results and customer feedback into feedback loops that make design quality better.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Figma's Agent and improve overall design quality. An organization’s Design System is one of the key differentiators of design quality as we can use it to make agent output adhere to their specific brand, products and design language. We are also aiming to solve Design <> Code parity and minimize drift away from the defined design system in both code and designs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team responsible for Design Systems Adherence across our workflows
Coach and develop engineers through career growth, feedback, and technical leadership, building a culture of ownership and high-quality execution
Own and evolve design system context: make guidelines, examples, documentation, and other guidance available to AI as useful, actionable context that improves how it applies a customer's system
Set the technical strategy for adherence measurement - including high-fidelity evaluation datasets, quality rubrics, evaluators, and deterministic regression checks that catch issues as Figma's Agent evolves
Build benchmarking, tools, and dashboards that help Figma and customers understand design system adherence and act on the results, while tracking visual quality, latency, and cost
Partner closely with Product, Design, and AI Research teams at Figma to achieve business impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience leading and growing high-impact engineering teams with a track record of strong impact
Hands-on depth in building AI assistants, evaluation systems, and using the latest large language models and harnesses
Fluency with modern AI development and evaluation workflows, such as context management, dataset curation, automated evaluators, benchmarking, and regression testing
A strong foundation in software engineering and a platform mindset: you build tools and systems other teams adopt and rely on, alongside workflows that solve real customer problems
A high quality bar for customer experience, data quality, and reliable measurement, and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Strong understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, usage guidelines, and their integration across design and code
Proven ability to establish evaluation and customer feedback loops to continuously improve AI products
Skilled in benchmarking AI products across output quality, latency, and cost, translating findings into actionable product priorities
Track record of developing shared evaluation tools, curated datasets, or dashboards to measure quality and prevent regressions
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
MetaMask is building the infrastructure for a decentralised web. Our TechOps team keeps that infrastructure running — reliably, securely, and at scale. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you'll own the technical backbone that our engineers, product teams, and operations depend on every day.
You'll work across cloud and SaaS environments, driving improvements that raise the bar on system reliability and operational maturity. You'll be expected to bring judgment, initiative, and technical depth — and to operate with significant autonomy.
As a member of the TechOps team, you will drive the operational reliability of the technical ecosystems utilized by our global workforce. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will spearhead high-impact infrastructure initiatives that define our organizational maturity and technical trajectory. As the main IT point of contact for our employees, you will also assist with technical projects as we scale various teams.
What you'll do
Ticket management and remote support
Hardware and software support
Networking
Videoconferencing (both digital and physical)
Onboarding and offboarding tasks for new hires and departing employees
Procuring and shipping equipment to remote employees across the EU
General technical assistance
Execution of large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives
Work as part of the team responsible for the administration, performance, and reliability of cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and Atlassian
Manage and evolve hybrid systems, ensuring seamless integration with cloud workloads
Administer and optimise the SaaS and MDM tooling stack that supports a globally distributed workforce
Lead incident response for critical systems, including root cause analysis and post-incident review
Build and maintain automation to reduce manual overhead and improve system observability
Define and enforce security and access control policies across platforms
Partner with the Security teams to support compliance requirements
Contribute to technical documentation and runbooks that raise team-wide operational standards
What you'll bring
5+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles
Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions (e.g. Jumpcloud, Okta)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity management, and access control
Track record of operating autonomously and making sound technical decisions under pressure
Clear communicator — able to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
Experience in a web3, fintech, or high-growth tech environment
Exposure to security frameworks or compliance programmes (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Experience supporting globally distributed, fully remote teams
Experience across at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
THE ROLE
You'll lead marketing operations and analytics at Cohere. That covers the team, the martech stack, how we measure marketing's contribution to pipeline, and the budget and pipeline numbers marketing plans against. When leadership asks what marketing produced last quarter and what to fund next, the answer starts with your numbers.
The role reports to the VP of Brand. You'll work most closely with the Marketing Chief of Staff and the heads of Growth and Demand and Product Marketing, and every week with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations & Finance. Web operations is part of marketing but doesn't report to this role.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
THE TEAM
You'll manage the marketing operations, automation, and analytics and data operations staff, and hire where you find gaps. Marketing is growing rapidly, so you'll also bring acquired companies' systems and data into our stack.
MEASUREMENT
The attribution methodology is yours, documented and signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. Each quarter you'll present marketing's pipeline contribution to the executive team and say what you'd change. Your analysts do the same for the program teams in Growth and Demand, Events and Product Marketing, showing which campaigns and channels are paying back their spend.
SYSTEMS AND DATA
Marketo, Looker, GA4 and 6sense are yours end to end, along with the campaign and lead side of Salesforce. That includes forms, nurture, lead lifecycle, scoring and routing. Campaign data needs to be structured well enough that analysts don't need workarounds, and target-account data has to reconcile to the governed account list. With Revenue Operations, you'll make sure the data behind marketing's pipeline numbers can't change without a record, so a bulk edit can't quietly rewrite marketing's results. A/B testing on nurture and forms sits with you too, sized so the results can be read.
Over time we want fewer tools and fewer dashboards, with one governed source for each metric.
BUDGET AND PLANNING NUMBERS
You'll own the martech and operations budget and track budget and headcount across marketing. You'll also build the pipeline and capacity models marketing plans against. The Marketing Chief of Staff runs planning and the business reviews and leads the trade-off conversations with your numbers in hand. Marketing and Sales need to count pipeline the same way, every time.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
In the first 90 days, you'll document the attribution methodology and get it signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. By then we should also have an inventory of every reporting surface, each with a named owner, and your order for fixing the data problems you inherit.
By three months, one governed executive dashboard has replaced the competing decks in business reviews, and rebuilt lead routing is in production.
By six months, target-account reporting reconciles to the governed list, and anyone on the team can reproduce quarterly attribution from the documented method, with change control on the data underneath it. The stack is smaller than when you arrived, and some marketing workflows run on agents in production. Annual planning runs on your budget, headcount and pipeline models.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- 10+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics in B2B or enterprise software, including at least one high-growth company.
- You've managed a marketing operations and analytics team and its martech budget, setting priorities across ops, automation and analytics specialists and hiring to fill gaps.
- Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience with lead lifecycle, campaign structure, routing and the sync between the two. You've configured these systems yourself.
- You've owned a multi-touch attribution model end to end and defended its definitions to a CFO or executive team.
- SQL, and enough comfort in a governed BI layer like Looker to check a number yourself before you present it.
- You've run the data side of an account-based motion, including the hygiene that makes a target account list reportable.
- You've worked closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations without duplicating their work.
- Experience in enterprise, regulated or public-sector buying environments, including GDPR and CASL as they apply to lead handling.
- You already use AI and automation in your own team's work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Enterprise AI, infrastructure or developer-platform marketing.
- You've built agentic or LLM-based workflows in GTM operations and measured what they saved.
- Product-led funnel instrumentation running alongside a sales-led pipeline.
- You've consolidated an inherited martech stack, or merged systems after an acquisition.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
