Maintain CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed target ranges while protecting lead quality.
Monitor and improve lead-to-booking rates through ongoing funnel analysis and optimization.
Conduct regular competitor and market research to help clients remain competitive within their local markets.
Develop, brief, and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
Continuously optimize and A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall results.
Produce detailed monthly reports highlighting performance, meaningful optimizations, tests, and strategic changes.

Requirements
High levels of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability, with the ability to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly.
Proven experience developing paid advertising creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets.
Previous experience working within an agency environment and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance marketing fundamentals.
A proven track record of working toward specific lead generation, CPL, conversion, or booking targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign and funnel data into actionable decisions.
Ability to work standard UK business hours.
Broader digital marketing knowledge and the versatility to support a small, agile team across different marketing functions when required.
Experience using GoHighLevel is a must have.
Experience using Basecamp or similar project management tools.
Experience using AI tools effectively and building automations that improve marketing performance or operational efficiency.
Comfortable working with tracking and attribution tools such as AnyTrack, including an understanding of server-side tracking.

About Huzzle
Huzzle is an AI-talent marketplace. We place pre-vetted remote talent (sales, marketing, ops, finance, engineering) with VC-backed startups and fast-growing SMBs. We were ranked the 7th fastest growing company in the UK in 2026. The team is ~40 people across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Role
We run the business on internal tools we built ourselves with AI, and the whole team uses them every day.
These tools need an owner. Bugs come in and features get requested. Some of those requests are great and some would break three other things. We need someone who can tell the difference, fix what matters fast, and push back on what doesn't.
This is a product role as much as a building role. The code is the easy part now. What matters is knowing what to build, why it matters to the business, and making it something people actually enjoy using.
This is not a software engineering role. You'll build with AI tools, not write everything from scratch. But you need to understand what's happening under the hood well enough to know when a fix in one place will cause a problem somewhere else.
You'll work directly with our COO and CCO.
What you'll do
Own the bug and feature queue for our internal tools. Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, fix it, ship it.
Talk to the people using the tools to understand the actual problem before building anything.
Think about the user experience end to end. If something is confusing or slow to use, fix that too, even if nobody asked.
Fix bugs and ship small features using AI coding tools, and test properly before anything goes live.
Spot when a change could break something else, and flag it before it happens.
Keep things documented so the next fix is faster than the last one.
Over time, take on bigger projects that improve how the business runs.
Requirements
You have a business mind. You care about why something is being built and whether it moves a number, not just whether it works.
You have product sense. You think about the user first, notice bad experiences, and have opinions on how things should work and feel.
You've built things. A side project, an internal tool, an app, an automation, anything you can show us. Built with AI tools is fine, that's the point.
You understand the basics: how a database works, what an API does, how frontend and backend connect, what happens when you change a table someone else depends on.
You're careful. You test your own work and you don't ship things you don't understand.
Strong written English. Most of our communication is async on Slack.
Fast, proactive, high energy. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
1-3 years of experience. Background in engineering, product, consulting or a startup is a plus, not a requirement.
Experience with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code.
Worked in a startup or a recruiting/marketplace business before.
Benefits
Fully remote.
Direct exposure to the founders and how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Real ownership from week one. The tools you maintain are used by the whole company every day.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a critical pillar of our Program Management function: Commercialization. This role will transform our commercial infrastructure into a revenue accelerator, building and executing the operational leverage that enables Anthropic to maintain velocity as we scale. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing processes that support rapid product growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, someone who can both envision where we need to be in 12 months and build the infrastructure to get us there.
Responsibilities
Play a central role on the team that runs Anthropic's programs for Commercial Launches — helping evolve an established launch motion into a scalable, well-instrumented program that keeps pace with an accelerating product roadmap
Run launches end-to-end through the Commercial launch process: lead intake and scoping for your portfolio of launches, translate each into its commercial-readiness requirements (pricing, billing, tax, marketplace, compliance and selling motions), and collaborate with product teams to develop paths to launch
Identify where launches slow down today and drive resolution to prevent them from recurring: propose and implement process and system changes, clarify ownership, drive completion across partner teams like, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
Build specific program components that don't exist yet — launch tiering, readiness criteria, playbooks, templates, SLAs; and develop training that shifts programs from late-stage gatekeeper to early-stage partner
Take ownership of major program-improvement workstreams such as instrumentation (pipeline visibility, readiness scorecards, guides, throughput and cycle-time metrics) or workflow tooling and automation (intake, tracking, approvals, status) in partnership with Engineering and systems teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to design clear interfaces and processes that span multiple teams
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience building and running new product introduction processes
Experience building capabilities and solutions that enable launching in new ways, from pricing to geographies
10+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success in billing, payments, or commercial operations (high-volume SaaS experience a plus)
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, subscription management, and payments platforms
Proven track record of building and scaling operational programs in high-growth environments — taking things from 0-1 and then scaling beyond
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do the operational work of building while also leading a team
Experience with automation initiatives and partnering with engineering teams to build operational tooling
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to demonstrate ROI on operational programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Product, and Engineering
Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you need to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
Excitement about building the operational backbone that enables Anthropic to stay on the exponential
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE MISSION
You will be the reference point for the most complex hardware interventions across our sites.
Mistral's compute is our largest investment and the foundation of frontier AI in Europe. As a Senior Data Center Hardware Engineer, you own the interventions that require the highest level of technical expertise: multi-node failures in production, full-rack deployments of GPU-dense systems, and vendor escalations where you speak as the technical authority for our sites.
You'll work end-to-end — compute, storage, interconnect, power and cooling interfaces — across our data center footprint, raising the bar on reliability as our capacity grows. This is a hands-on senior IC role: deep technical leadership and mentorship, no direct line management.
Location: Based at one of our data centers in the Paris region, with occasional visits to our other sites as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead complex interventions — vendor-level and multi-node operations in production: full rack builds and bring-up, GPU-dense platform deployment (H100/H200-class and next-gen, including liquid-cooled racks), intricate recabling, post-restart diagnosis. You own the plan, the risk assessment, and the rollback.
- Own vendor management — coordinate repairs, part replacements and escalations directly with hardware vendors; hold them to their SLAs; drive proactive fixes from failure trends.
- Diagnose at depth — correlate symptoms across compute, storage, interconnect and cooling; read BMC/IPMI consoles, OS logs and crash dumps; methodical root-cause analysis that ends in concrete corrective actions.
- Deploy and validate — structured bring-up and validation of new racks and platforms; work with networking and infrastructure teams to take installations from delivery to production-ready.
- Lift the team — mentor and pair with L1–L3 engineers on live operations; turn your knowledge into SOPs, checklists and training material; propose and build small automation (Python/Bash) to shorten MTTR.
- Work the facility interface — partner with critical facilities/engineering ops on power, cooling (air and liquid), PDU and monitoring (BMS/EPMS) boundaries; enforce ESD/LOTO/PPE and audit-ready change discipline everywhere.
- Own spares & reliability — plan spares strategy, track fleet failure trends, and run proactive vendor actions before incidents happen.
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years in data center / server hardware or L2/L3 hardware support, including complex hands-on work in production environments (HPC/AI/cloud at scale strongly preferred).
- End-to-end hardware expertise: CPU/memory/PCIe (incl. accelerators), NICs, PSUs, drives, network, power and cooling interfaces (DLC included); strong judgment on when and how to escalate.
- Diagnostics depth: confident with BMC/IPMI logs, Linux logs and CLI checks; structured root-cause analysis.
- Deployment experience: you've taken racks from delivery to production, with concrete examples to show for it.
- Vendor fluency: you've managed hardware vendors — RMAs, field replacements, escalations — to concrete outcomes.
- Impeccable safety and discipline: ESD/LOTO/PPE without exception; clean, labeled, auditable work.
- Communication & mentoring: clear status updates and handovers; able to coach engineers during live incidents with composure.
- Mobility: willing to visit our other sites in the Paris region as needed.
NICE TO HAVE
- GPU-dense platform experience: NVIDIA H-series (H100/H200) or GB-series rack deployments.
- High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand/RoCE), RAID/storage (NVMe/SAS/SATA), vendor tooling (iDRAC/iLO/IPMI).
- Automation (Python/Bash) for ops tooling and reporting; ticketing (Jira/ServiceNow), inventory/RMA flows.
- Hardware qualification, burn-in or factory validation background.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
This is a partner marketing role built for pipeline. You'll turn a small number of high-potential partnerships (think AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft) into real, measurable revenue channels. You'll also be our enterprise marketing lead for regulated industries, specifically life sciences and government, where trust, compliance, and the right partner relationships decide who wins.
The objective is clear, but the playbook is yours to define. Some weeks you'll build an account plan with an AWS demand gen partner. Other weeks you'll plan a field event for healthcare or federal buyers, or work with sales on a named account list. The goal is to leverage partner channels to generate Enterprise, public sector and life sciences pipeline.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
Partner Marketing That Generates Pipeline (the core of the job)
- Run joint programs with a small number of select partners (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and others as we prove what works) that move Enterprise and Gov pipeline.
- Make AWS work harder. Partner with our AWS demand gen resource by supplying what's been missing: target account selection, strong assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch AWS sellers can use.
- Use partner relationships to open doors at named ABM accounts, through formal partner workflows and one-off introductions, and build a repeatable process around both.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team on joint planning, co-funded activity, and accountability on timelines and lead commitments.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps so we know what's working and where to invest.
Field Events
- Plan and run field events that put us in front of enterprise buyers, including Supper Clubs and partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings.
- Work with partners to co-fund and co-host events, with registrant targets and clear roles agreed up front.
- Partner with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after every event so meetings, follow-up, and pipeline actually happen.
- Support our presence at industry events (for example, HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop) and turn them into pipeline.
Regulated Industries: Healthcare and Government
- Own the enterprise marketing approach for healthcare and public-sector buyers, where long cycles, compliance requirements, and buying committees shape everything.
- Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals.
- Support federal campaigns alongside product marketing and the gov sales team: content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays (such as Carahsoft).
- Develop messaging and programs that speak to the real concerns of regulated buyers, like security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles.
Account-Based Execution and Sales Partnership
- Build account-based programs that reach full buying committees, including expansion into new teams inside existing accounts.
- Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews.
Measurement & Iteration
- Use AI to scale what works.
- Measure everything: pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced.
- If something isn't working, whether a channel, an event, or a partner, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Pipeline-obsessed marketer: 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume.
- Partner builder: You've made partnerships produce pipeline, not just co-branded content. You know how to get a partner's sellers to care about your accounts.
- Field event operator: You've planned and executed events that turned into meetings and opportunities, and you know how to get sales and partners in the room.
- Buying-committee thinker: You're fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement, and you use them to decide where to focus.
- Sales trust-builder: You win as a team with sales, through in-the-weeds collaboration and shared accountability.
- Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results and can stay focused on a few partners and programs without losing sight of the goal.
- "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Claude. Bonus points if you've used some, but curiosity matters more than a checklist.
- Active AI practitioner: You're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere.
🎁 BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to healthcare, government, or other regulated or public-sector buyers.
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style) where you made the relationship produce pipeline.
- Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models (Carahsoft-style).
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement considerations in healthcare or federal sales.
- Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology.
