GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy and more. As the business grows, so does the finance function behind it: more payment and service providers, more complex processes, more reporting, and more teams that depend on finance to move fast.
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Finance department and own the internal projects that make that function scale: process optimisation, reporting automation, new provider integrations, and coordination between finance and the rest of the company.
This is not a role for someone who only tracks tasks and books meetings. We need a PM who can dig into complex processes, spot what’s broken, propose a fix and drive the change through to a result. Many of these processes need to be built from scratch, so you’ll be shaping how things work, not just following an existing playbook.
The ideal candidate combines a strong Project Manager with a Business Operations mindset and a solid understanding of finance. If your background is in Finance Operations rather than pure project management, we’d still love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Projects: own finance initiatives end to end
Lead internal finance projects from idea to result: scope, plan, stakeholders, timeline and delivery.
Drive the integration of new providers and systems into finance workflows, working with product, engineering, payments and accounting.
Hold the timeline and chase dependencies across departments so projects actually land on the date we committed to.
Communicate status, risks and results clearly to department heads and senior leadership.
Processes: make finance faster and more reliable
Map existing finance and accounting processes, find bottlenecks and manual work, and prioritise what to fix first.
Automate financial reporting and reduce the time and effort it takes to get reliable numbers.
Build new processes from scratch where none exist yet, keeping them lean and practical rather than bureaucratic.
Standardise how finance works with other teams: requests, handoffs, approvals and ownership.
Ownership: find problems before they find you
Proactively identify issues in processes and data, understand the root cause and come back with a solution, not just a ticket.
Read between the lines of stakeholder requests to understand what the business actually needs.
Take responsibility for outcomes instead of passing tasks between colleagues.
What success looks like
First 3 months:
you know how finance works end to end, the key projects have a clear owner, plan and timeline, and the first process improvements or automations are live and saving the team real time.
Requirements
5+ years in project management, ideally in Finance or Operations.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Hands-on experience with process automation, process optimisation and system integrations.
Experience working across multiple departments and aligning stakeholders you don’t manage.
A track record of running projects independently from idea to result: you can walk us through a project you owned and what changed because of it.
Strong ownership and proactivity: you don’t wait for instructions and you take responsibility for the outcome.
Confident communication with senior leaders.
Attention to detail and a systematic approach, balanced with pragmatism and no unnecessary bureaucracy.
Comfort with a high pace, a large workload, uncertainty and shifting priorities.
Strong English, written and spoken.
Would be a plus
Experience in Business Operations or Finance Operations roles.
Experience in crypto, fintech, payments or another fast-growing digital business.
Experience integrating payment or financial service providers.
Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where processes were built from scratch.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
The Vault is looking for a hands-on Treasury Manager Expert to own and build the treasury function across a group of around 30 companies, covering both fiat and digital asset flows.
This is a build role. Today the group processes several hundred payments a month — payroll, taxes, intercompany transfers and operational spend and most of it is still tracked manually. You will take this from ad hoc to structured: set up the payment calendar, approval workflows and standard payment requests, automate what can be automated, and run a growing crypto treasury workstream alongside fiat operations.
The pace is high and the daily volume doesn't let up, so we're looking for someone who has done this before in a lean environment and knows how to plan, prioritise and delegate.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day treasury operations for the group: internal payments, payroll runs (200+ payments a month), tax payments, intercompany transfers and operational spend
Build the treasury function from the ground up: payment calendar, cash planning, approval workflows and standardised payment request processes
Move tracking and planning off manual exports, and work with internal teams to automate payment processes (currently 1C and Jira)
Run digital asset treasury operations: crypto transfers, wallet management and counterparty checks using blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Crystal)
Design and maintain approval policies, limits and the structure of multi-product wallets
Give management visibility on liquidity, upcoming payments and cash positions across entities
Set up controls and documentation so treasury processes are transparent, auditable and scalable
Organise, mentor and delegate to a small team as the function grows
Requirements
Current or recent (last 1–2 years) hands-on experience as a Treasurer or Treasury Manager, working directly with payment instruments and crypto flows
Experience in a family office, payment institution, fintech or multi-entity group, ideally in Cyprus, where the role covers a broad scope rather than one narrow function
A track record of building or automating treasury processes yourself: payment calendars, approval workflows, standardised payment requests
Hands-on crypto treasury experience: transfers, wallet management, counterparty verification tools (e.g. Crystal), approval policies and limits
Strong time management and the ability to delegate while handling high daily volume
Comfortable in a low-automation environment and motivated to improve it
Experience mentoring or leading a small team
Based in Cyprus and able to work on-site in Limassol
Fluent English; Russian is a strong advantage
Nice to have
CFA, a corporate treasury certification (e.g. ACT, CTP) or similar
Experience with 1C, Jira or other payment and ERP tools
Experience working with banks, EMIs and crypto providers across several jurisdictions
Benefits
Competitive salary;
Annual performance bonus;
Visa support;
Access to our Limassol offices, including daily drinks and snacks, as well as parking facilities;
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, with a shorter day on Fridays until 16:30;
24 working days of paid annual leave, in addition to statutory public and bank holidays in Cyprus;
14 working days of paid sick leave per calendar year;
Work permit sponsorship and full support with all related arrangements;
The opportunity to participate in corporate sports activities and events, and receive corporate gifts.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Teleport's Channel team builds the partner ecosystem that helps our Enterprise Account Executives source more deals and close them faster. As a Senior Channel Sales Manager, LATAM, you'll own that ecosystem across Latin America from a US base: recruiting and onboarding partners, building joint business plans, and driving the co-sell motion that turns partner relationships into sourced pipeline and revenue. This is a quota-carrying role. You'll also help decide which partners we invest in and how we show up with them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the partner-sourced pipeline and revenue number for LATAM - this is a building from scratch position
- Recruit, onboard, and manage regional partners (resellers, distributors, MSPs, and cloud partners) to drive co-sell
- Build joint business plans for a focused set of go-to partners that line up with regional sales goals
- Run account mapping and regional sales meetings that connect partner reps with Teleport AEs on real accounts
- Quarterback co-sell deals between Teleport AEs and partner sellers, from registration through close
- Present the Teleport portfolio and partner program benefits to partner leadership
- Work with Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to train, enable, and certify partner sales and technical teams in the region
- Own regional partner MDF plans and budgets, and report on results against OKRs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of partner or channel sales experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company, covering the LATAM market
- Background selling security, infrastructure, or DevOps tooling
- Fluency in Portuguese is a must
- Deep understanding of how channel partners work with ISVs to co-sell, and an existing network among partners in Latin America, Brazil specifically
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and earn the trust of internal sellers, so AEs want to work with you
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment (start-up experience is a plus)
- Based in the United States, comfortable traveling, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
NICE TO HAVE
- Additional fluency in Spanish
- MSP and distribution experience
- Experience co-selling with AWS, including registering opportunities through ACE
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, a series of 30 to 45-minute conversations with members of our Channel and Sales teams, and a 45-minute presentation to a panel of Teleport leaders.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Engineering Lab Manager, you'll be the backbone of our hardware lab — keeping it organized, stocked, and running smoothly so our engineers can focus on building. This is a hands-on, highly visible role in a small, fast-moving office of around 30 engineers working on cutting-edge humanoid robotics.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on technical background who wants to grow inside a robotics company at an early and exciting stage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own lab organization — maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized lab environment. Keep workbenches, storage, and shared spaces in order so the team can work efficiently.
- Engineering inventory management — track and restock components, consumables, tools, and lab equipment. Own the procurement process for day-to-day lab needs, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep things moving. Kit parts for engineering builds and repairs.
- Support hardware and equipment — assist engineers with equipment setup, basic maintenance, and calibration of lab tools including oscilloscopes, power supplies, soldering stations, and test fixtures. Flag equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Facilitate general lab operations — coordinate deliveries, manage lab access, support onboarding of new team members to lab tools and processes, and help enforce lab safety policies.
- Support the team day-to-day — pitch in where needed across a small, busy engineering team. This might mean helping set up a demo, organizing a shipment, or sourcing a hard-to-find component quickly.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience in an electronics, engineering, or hardware lab environment — through work or school.
- Demonstrated experience managing physical inventory: receiving, tracking, reorder thresholds, vendor coordination in a lab, warehouse, makerspace, or production environment.
- Familiarity with component and inventory management tools or systems
- Comfort handling and organizing electronic components, PCBAs, cables, and lab equipment
- Expertise with ESD handling protocols for sensitive electronic components and assemblies.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural tendency to keep shared spaces organized and functional
- Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 40 lbs as part of regular lab duties
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with basic soldering, rework, or electronics assembly
- Exposure to robotics, electromechanical systems, or a hardware startup environment
- Comfort using tools like Notion, Jira, or similar for tracking and documentation.
- Experience with PLM tools, such as TeamCenter or Arena.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $65-85K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP EMEA Sales at LaunchDarkly. You will bring structure, judgement and pace to a demanding leadership agenda, helping the VP focus on customers, the sales organisation and the priorities that move the EMEA business forward.
Executive support is the core of this role, representing approximately 80% of the remit. The remaining 20% focuses on the smooth running of the London office. You will anticipate needs, make sound decisions within agreed boundaries and keep commitments moving across countries, time zones and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Executive support (~80%)
Calendar and priorities
Own a complex, fast-changing diary across EMEA and global time zones, prioritising customer and partner meetings, leadership commitments, interviews and focus time, and resolving conflicts early.
Prepare the VP for the day and week ahead with schedules, context, briefing materials and advance notice of decisions and deadlines. Escalate competing priorities with practical options.
Sales leadership cadence
Organise weekly leadership meetings, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs and planning sessions, coordinating agendas, pre-reads and contributions.
Capture decisions and actions, track owners and deadlines, and follow up. Keep the leadership calendar aligned with sales milestones, quarter-end activity and company commitments.
Communications and sensitive matters
Draft and refine correspondence, meeting materials, presentations and team updates for the VP’s review, communicating professionally with senior colleagues, customers, partners and candidates.
Handle confidential commercial and people information (leadership discussions, organisational changes, recruitment) with discretion, keeping careful records and sharing only with appropriate people.
Recruitment, travel and events
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews across time zones, coordinate candidate communications and keep feedback and decisions moving.
Arrange complex international travel (itineraries, transport, accommodation, meeting logistics), manage changes, and coordinate expenses and documentation.
Deliver logistics for sales leadership offsites, regional team meetings and executive customer visits, including venues, suppliers, communications, materials and agreed budgets.
London office management (~20%)
Coordinate daily operations (supplies, meeting spaces, deliveries, visitors), keeping the office organised and welcoming.
Liaise with building management, facilities and service providers to resolve issues; coordinate purchases, supplier invoices and spend tracking within agreed approvals.
Support new starters and team gatherings with People, IT and other teams, flagging workplace concerns to the right owners and following through. Balance office needs against the VP’s priorities, raising conflicts early so executive support stays primary.
Qualifications:
5+ years of EA experience, including at least 3 supporting a VP or C-suite executive in a fast-paced business.
Experience managing complex diaries, international travel and competing priorities across countries and time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear executive correspondence and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
Excellent judgement, discretion and reliability with confidential people and commercial matters.
A proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented approach: you anticipate needs and follow through without repeated prompting.
Confidence coordinating recruitment, leadership meetings and events, staying calm and adaptable when plans change.
Proficiency with calendar, email, presentation, document and collaboration tools, and quick to learn new systems.
Preferred experience:
SaaS or technology experience, ideally supporting a regional sales leader or other senior commercial executive.
Familiarity with sales leadership rhythms: forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs and quarter-end demands.
Experience coordinating office operations, suppliers or workplace logistics alongside a substantial executive support remit.
