ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Engineering Manager - Developer Productivity, you will lead a high-impact team focused on improving developer workflows, reducing friction, and enhancing the overall engineering experience. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the speed, quality, and happiness of our engineering organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Infrastructure & Tooling
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and internal tools, including AI-powered internal tooling and agents.
- Ensure our developer infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Evaluate and implement new AI-native technologies, considering token economics, compute costs, and AI spend alongside productivity gains.
2. Team Leadership & AI People Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers focused on developer productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to drive team performance in partnership with your Director.
- Assess each report's AI fluency level (Assisted, Augmented, Native) and set individual growth targets.
- Include AI fluency as a coaching topic in 1:1s; pair less AI-fluent engineers with AI-native peers for knowledge transfer.
- Create space for AI experimentation: dedicated time, safe-to-fail projects, and learning sprints.
- Recognize and reward AI-driven improvements in performance conversations.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align priorities.
- Advocate for developer needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Communicate capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Write specs, rules files, and documentation that make AI more effective for the whole team.
4. Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key metrics to measure developer productivity, satisfaction, and AI-driven productivity gains.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate impact.
- Track team-level AI adoption metrics and report on AI-augmented workflow effectiveness.
- Continuously iterate on processes to improve engineering velocity and quality.
5. AI-Native Developer Experience
- Identify and eliminate pain points in the development lifecycle, with a focus on AI-augmented workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI coding tools (Cursor, Brain, copilots) as the default across engineering teams.
- Ensure every team member has access to and is actively using AI tools; track adoption and remove blockers (tooling, access, training).
- Partner with engineering teams to design AI-augmented development workflows that multiply team velocity.
- Coach engineers on the Builder model: planning, delegating to agents, reviewing with judgment, and shipping with velocity.
6. AI Governance & Risk
- Ensure the team follows AI usage guidelines (data handling, code review, IP considerations).
- Flag risks from AI-generated code (security, correctness, licensing) proactively.
- Maintain visibility into what AI tools the team is using and how they're being used.
- Run regular retros and feedback loops on AI-related outcomes.
- Review AI-generated outputs alongside the team to build shared quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and an understanding of how to integrate them into engineering workflows.
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to operate at the AI Augmented level or above: you personally use AI tools daily and have coached others on effective AI-assisted development. Familiar with prompt engineering, context engineering, and token economics.
- Builder Mindset: Comfortable with the 80/20 model (planning and review vs. direct execution). Experience orchestrating work across humans and AI agents, with strong judgment on when to delegate to AI vs. when human decision-making is critical.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Experience assessing and developing AI fluency across a team.
- Problem-Solving: Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions, including building or adopting AI-powered tooling and eval frameworks.
- Governance Awareness: Understanding of AI & non-AI related risks (security, correctness, licensing, data handling) and experience establishing quality standards for outputs.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: Passion for improving developer experiences and driving organizational impact through AI-native practices with a customer first mentality.
WHY JOIN US?
- Impactful Work: Shape the future of developer productivity at a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS company.
- AI-Native Culture: Work in an organization that treats AI as a core competency, not a nice-to-have, with industry-leading investment in AI tooling, agents, and engineering workflows.
- Builder Operating Model: Join a team that's redefining how software gets built: orchestrating AI agents, shipping with compound engineering, and measuring what matters.
- Growth Opportunities: Advance your career on a clear AI-native career pathway with structured fluency levels and development support.
- Flexible Environment: Enjoy the freedom of remote work with a global team.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Director, IT SOX to join the Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical contributor and key executor of our IT SOX compliance program, with deep focus on our IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and system risk assessments.
This role reports to the Head of IT SOX and is well-suited for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a high-pace environment, and enjoys solving problems that don't yet have industry-standard answers. This is a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with first and second lines of defense to help establish a control environment suitable for an AI-first company! You will act as a trusted advisor to Engineering, GRC, Security and Finance teams on the technology controls adapted to a fast growing and rapidly changing organization.
You'll bring technical depth, a bias toward automation, and the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and external auditors as the organization experiences scaling to public-company standards.
Key responsibilities
Advise on the design of a control environment fit for an AI-first company, including controls over highly automated DevOps pipelines and emerging agentic identity models
Partner with Engineering, Security, IT, and DevOps teams to assess the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable controls
Assess new system implementations and changes
Identify automation and tooling opportunities to improve control efficiency and monitoring, and contribute to the development of continuous monitoring capabilities
Assist in scoping and planning for annual SOX IT assessments
Execute IT SOX testing across IT General Controls and IT Application Controls, including access management, change management, and computer operations
Perform system and process risk assessments to identify control gaps and recommend remediation
Own control documentation and ensure audit-ready evidence is current and complete
Evaluate IT automated controls and support the shift from manual to automated control reliance
Scale the IT SOX program as the company grows — rationalizing scope, standardizing testing approaches, and building repeatable processes that keep pace with new systems and entities
Guide and direct the day-to-day work of internal team members and co-sourced partners: setting priorities, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring quality and consistency across the testing program
Build strong working relationships with process and control owners across the organization
Translate technical control requirements for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Support SEC cybersecurity disclosure requirements and related risk monitoring efforts
Coordinate with external auditors on IT SOX matters, including evidence requests, walkthroughs, and testing schedules
Track and assist with remediation of audit findings; communicate status to the Head of IT SOX and relevant stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT audit or IT SOX compliance experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment
Deep working knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, and IT risk assessment methodologies
Experience auditing highly automated DevOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments) and adapting traditional change-management and access controls to them
Experience designing, testing, and documenting controls across access management, change management, and computer operations
Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pace, rapidly changing environment
Ability to effectively guide and direct the work of internal team members and/or co-sourced partners
Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous workstreams while communicating proactively with senior stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills with close attention to detail
Clear, effective communicator — able to work across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of hands-on IT audit and SOX compliance experience, including time in a Big 4 or comparable environment
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, and/or Azure)
Experience scaling a compliance program to public-company standards
Track record of scaling an audit or SOX program through periods of rapid growth
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or GitHub
Experience evaluating SDLC controls in modern software development environments
CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA, or equivalent certification
Genuine enthusiasm for working in an AI-first environment — applying AI to audit work itself and rethinking assumptions about how controls operate when AI is embedded in the processes being audited
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This internship will be based out of our San Francisco or New York hub.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous product, platform, or business questions into well-defined data science problems
Analyze user, product, or business data to uncover insights and recommend actions
Design and evaluate experiments, metrics, statistical or machine learning models, and analytical frameworks
Communicate assumptions, tradeoffs, limitations, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical partners
Own a focused internship project end-to-end, from problem framing and technical execution through final recommendations, with potential to continue toward publication after the internship
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Currently pursuing a PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Economics, Operations Research, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; with demonstrated experience conducting independent research (e.g. thesis or equivalent research milestone)
Demonstrated fluency in one or more research methodologies or technical areas, such as statistics, experimentation, machine learning, causal inference, econometrics, optimization, user research methods, or AI/LLMs
Experience using a scripting language such as Python or R, as well as proficiency with SQL, for analysis, modeling, or work with complex or large-scale datasets through research, internships, or applied projects
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and connect analysis to decisions, recommendations, or product/business impact
A curious, rigorous, and self-starting mindset, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and translate research into real-world impact
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Prior industry or applied research experience with experimental design, causal inference, forecasting, product measurement, user research, or applied machine learning to influence product, business, platform, or stakeholder decisions
Publications or research relevant to applied data science
Experience or interest in AI product measurement, LLM analytics/evaluation, recommendation systems, search, personalization, or evaluating AI-powered features

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Editions, our network of delivery-only kitchens, is a key differentiator in France commercial ambition.
The Account Management Lead – Editions France role is created as part of a wider reorganisation of the Editions business as part of our regional strategy. The Role
As

You will be the guardian of the Editions strategy for France, accountable for its coordination and its execution on the ground, growing the performance and profitability of our sites while driving occupancy and the differentiation Editions brings to the French market.
You will own a portion of the Editions P&L. That means holding the commercial scorecard for new kitchens, making financial decisions with a clear view of both partner and Deliveroo profitability, and steering your team's portfolio towards sustainable growth rather than volume alone.
You will be accountable for the development plan for your team, their success and learning curve at Deliveroo; setting the right KPIs and OKRs to monitor the business. Your role will be commercially focused, however Editions is as much a project management discipline as a commercial one: you will work hand in hand with Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction, Kitchen Layout, Site Operations, Marketing and the International Editions team to bring kitchens live and keep them performing.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop the business so that it fits within, and contributes to, the wider regional strategy, bringing the specificity of the French network to regional and international forums

Coordinate with the Media team to identify and negotiate revenue opportunities to generate additional value from Editions sites
Occupancy & Commercial Performance
Own the occupancy trajectory of the French network, partnering closely with Local teams to positively drive occupancy and secure signed contracts within agreed timelines
Own and enforce the Editions commercial scorecard for new kitchens, profitability checks against P&L guidelines, launch package, site specificities, ensuring the process is applied consistently across the team
Steer the lead generation and pipeline process, mapping high-potential restaurants and cuisine gaps by site, and mobilising other commercial stakeholders to qualify interest
Lead commercial negotiations with business owners and C-suite operators, supporting proposals with a robust P&L rationale
P&L Ownership & Governance
Own a portion of the Editions P&L, accountable for revenue, profitability and the financial health of your perimeter
Set, own and deliver performance targets across occupancy, partner health, site profitability and Deliveroo output metrics
Run a clear operating rhythm on reporting, velocity, sign-to-live, occupancy and sales reviews, and use it to make decisions, not just to describe results
Kitchen Launches & Cross-functional Execution
Work with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams to secure the successful build and launch of new kitchens
Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation, and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages, so that every opening lands on time and performs from week one
Manage and oversee project execution end to end, including B2B communication and cross-business-unit workshops
Propose process optimisation and automation: Deliveroo moves fast, and you will improve the processes that let Editions scale
Senior Stakeholder Management
Act as the senior point of contact and face of Deliveroo Editions for top restaurant partners, building trusted, long-term relationships and representing Deliveroo at partner events
Establish a strong operating rhythm with partners, including quarterly business reviews and monthly performance check-ins
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights on Deliveroo, competitors and broader industry trends

What You’ll Need to Thrive
7+ years working in commercially focused roles
Experience managing medium-sized commercial or account management teams

Adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment; proactive and creative problem solver
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food and operations
You will be in the field often, which will require travel (depending on the needs)
Previous general management experience, or experience running your own business would be desirable
Fluent in French and English is required

No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX professional with deep experience in casual mobile F2P games; someone who understands what makes games intuitive and compelling, and who can translate that understanding into clean, effective design. We're looking for someone who finds as much satisfaction in a polished UI screen as in a well-validated UX flow, and is comfortable owning their work end-to-end.
We’re a small team, and our process moves from quick prototyping through marketing validation to building a vertical slice and, if that succeeds, towards a launch. You'll shape UX early - helping validate that a concept is intuitive, and take on UI design and production as we build toward the various releases, with UX considerations continuing to surface as new features are added.
Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
About the job
Design and create UI screens, icons, flows, buttons, and game components for early-stage casual F2P mobile games, staying true to a defined art direction
Maintain and evolve UI style guides and design systems for consistency across screens and features
Own UX for new game prototypes, ensuring mechanics (even reimagined ones) are intuitive and easy to onboard into
Translate game design and monetization requirements into clear, player-friendly interfaces
Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, product managers, and engineers
Work independently to scope, prioritize, and own delivery of work
Report directly to the Creative Director of New Games
About you
Prior experience working with casual mobile games
Strong UI design and execution skills, and sharp UX instincts, with the ability to shift fully into whichever the project phase demands, from concept-stage UX validation to UI production
A solid grasp of onboarding, retention, and monetization-friendly design patterns
2D art skills for UI execution (icons, popups, liveops screens, and supporting visual elements in a defined art style)
A portfolio demonstrating this range across UI production, UX validation, and supporting art
Ability to work autonomously and drive ambiguous problems to resolution, while incorporating feedback from the Creative Director and cross-functional partners
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain decisions clearly to various cross-disciplinary stakeholders
Proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent) as well as Unity for implementation and testing
Comfort working in a small team, prototyping, wearing multiple hats, and shifting between conceptual and hands-on work is essential
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the pilates, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding. The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.
At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences. Be yourself, we like you that way!
