About the Role
We’re looking for a Partner Sales Director for the Indian and ASEAN market. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven professional who can accelerate revenue by driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced sales across the region.
This is a quota-carrying role responsible for working hand-in-hand with our field sales teams and strategic partners, including hyperscalers, system integrators (SIs), channel partners, and ISV/OEM partners, to identify, influence, and close new opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in expanding and deepening our partnerships (especially regional SIs), helping source new opportunities, develop joint solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales instincts, partnership acumen, and executive presence. We are looking for someone who can think strategically while executing rigorously to deliver incremental revenue and pipeline growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver against a regional revenue quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings.
- Collaborate closely with the India & ASEAN field sales teams to integrate partners into key account strategies and deal cycles.
- Build and execute strong joint sales motions with hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs, OEMs, and channel partners to expand ClickHouse’s reach and accelerate pipeline.
- Serve as the primary partner sales interface for India and ASEAN, ensuring alignment between regional sellers, partners’ field teams, and global partner programs.
- Develop and execute joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities with priority partners.
- Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting to ensure partner contributions are tracked and recognized.
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic system integrator (SI) partnerships that can both source new opportunities and deliver successful implementations.
- Define joint GTM plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths to ensure scalable, repeatable customer success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive SI delivery readiness and certification.
- Work closely with the global and regional Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy, programs, and field execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering to support partner-led projects, and proof-of-concepts.
- Serve as the voice of the ASEAN/India partner ecosystem, providing feedback and insights to shape ClickHouse’s broader partner strategy.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously refine partner engagement models based on data-driven insights and field feedback.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Sales & Partnerships Professional: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances; ideally in cloud, data, or analytics space.
- Quota-Carrying Performer: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Partner-Savvy: Deep understanding of hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), SI, and channel partner models — including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.
- Strategic + Tactical Operator: Can develop GTM strategy and also roll up sleeves to drive execution with field and partner teams.

- Relationship Builder: Skilled at navigating complex partner organizations, aligning incentives, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

- You have excellent attention to detail, alongside the ability to analyse financial results, spot trends, and communicate your findings with clarity.
- You're comfortable being uncomfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and you're expected to Go Bold by thinking beyond the immediate problem and taking initiative.
- You bring genuine collaboration skills and a commitment to building strong relationships across finance and the wider business—we value Go Together as much as individual excellence.
- Your curiosity extends to emerging tools like AI; you're willing to explore practical applications while maintaining sound judgment and appropriate validation.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Beyond matter-level support and programmatic development of discovery systems and processes, you will also help execute the development of Anthropic's broader information governance program, including data classification standards and defensible disposal practices that keep pace with a rapidly scaling AI company's evolving data landscape.
The right person for this role will be equal parts technical operator and operational project manager.

Build and operate discovery operations across the full EDRM lifecycle (preservation, collection, processing, hosting, review, and production including for novel and AI-specific data types)
Support the operational design and execution of the legal hold program including custodian identification workflows, hold issuance and tracking, periodic re-notification, custodian acknowledgments, and defensible release

Minimum qualifications
Hands-on discovery experience across the full EDRM lifecycle, with demonstrated ownership of operations on complex matters in an in-house legal department, government agency, law firm, or vendor
A track record of supporting complex discovery operations functions
Working knowledge of major discovery platforms (Anthropic uses RelativityOne), including administration, search and analytics, AI/TAR workflows, custom application development, and AI workflows

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll own the operational backbone that connects what we sell to what we bill: turning executed contracts and agent usage into accurate bookings and reports, and turning the data behind both into critical insights the business acts on. This role sits at the center of the company’s business model and works across Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, GTM Systems, and Agent Development.
Own Order Management across the Customer Lifecycle
- Own the path from signature to booking: build, verify, and book quotes across the customer lifecycle, capturing all critical commercial terms
- Collaborate across GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation to ensure bookings flow accurately into all downstream systems and reporting
- Leverage and spearhead order management guides and best practices, influencing policies and processes as new terms and products emerge
Accelerate usage tracking and reporting
- Partner with Agent Development to set up, verify, and maintain outcome-based usage tracking across agents
- Run the monthly consumption reporting and billing cycle for our growing customer base, delivering key reports to the company and to the Customer
- Serve as the owner for usage questions from customers, Sales, and Agent Development
Support our Deal Operations and Velocity
- Draft, review, and execute order forms, working with our Pricing team to align on commercial negotiation, deal forecast, and downstream operability
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Finance across the deal lifecycle to execute deals cleanly and drive scalability over time
Build the Operational Machine with us
- Continuously identify repetitive processes across the order management lifecycle and collaborate across the Go-to-Market Operations team to automate and scale them
- Work with Revenue Operations and GTM systems to define billing processes and policies for new products and pricing models
- Ramp from running standard processes to owning complex and ambiguous scenarios
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–4 years in deal desk, order management, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning an operational booking and/or billing queue end-to-end with high accuracy against monthly deadlines
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and a CPQ or billing system; comfortable reading a contract and translating terms into system fields
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and customers
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI tooling
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office with the team
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience with usage-based billing (commitments, overages, credits, true-ups)
- Familiarity with Quoting and Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- SQL or spreadsheet modeling skills
- Exposure to sales compensation, revenue recognition, or partner and reseller billing
- Experience at a high-growth company where you helped stand up a process from scratch
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

We are seeking a commercially minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for the performance of client open-day campaigns, with a focus on filling events while maintaining efficient acquisition costs. You won’t simply be managing campaigns — you’ll take ownership of performance across the funnel, from creative strategy and paid acquisition through to landing page conversion and lead-to-booking rates.
You’ll continuously analyze local competition, test new creative approaches, identify opportunities for improvement, and use performance data to make informed decisions. This is a great opportunity for a proactive performance marketer who enjoys taking ownership and wants to have a visible impact within a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns to consistently generate enough qualified leads to fill client open days.
Maintain CPL (Cost Per Lead) within agreed target ranges while protecting lead quality.
Monitor and improve lead-to-booking rates through ongoing funnel analysis and optimization.
Conduct regular competitor and market research to help clients remain competitive within their local markets.
Develop, brief, and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
Continuously optimize and A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall results.
Produce detailed monthly reports highlighting performance, meaningful optimizations, tests, and strategic changes.
Use AnyTrack and server-side tracking to maintain accurate campaign data and attribution.
Proactively identify performance issues and implement solutions rather than waiting for direction.
Requirements
High levels of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability, with the ability to learn from mistakes and adapt quickly.
Proven experience developing paid advertising creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets.
Previous experience working within an agency environment and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
Strong technical knowledge of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and performance marketing fundamentals.
A proven track record of working toward specific lead generation, CPL, conversion, or booking targets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign and funnel data into actionable decisions.
Ability to work standard UK business hours.
Broader digital marketing knowledge and the versatility to support a small, agile team across different marketing functions when required.
Experience using GoHighLevel is a must have.
Experience using Basecamp or similar project management tools.
Experience using AI tools effectively and building automations that improve marketing performance or operational efficiency.
Comfortable working with tracking and attribution tools such as AnyTrack, including an understanding of server-side tracking.
