ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Agent Product Manager to own one of our core product lines and drive it from discovery through deployment.
This is not a generalist PM role. You'll go deep on a specific product area, working directly with engineering, design partners, and customers to understand what needs to be built, why, and how to ship it in a way that scales. You'll be the connective tissue between customer reality and engineering execution, synthesizing feedback from CSMs, TAMs, and customers into clear, actionable product requirements.
The best fit here is someone who obsesses over product longevity, not just individual customer happiness, and who can build rapidly, think in systems, and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Line Strategy
- Own one or more product lines end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product roadmaps grounded in real deployment data and customer feedback, not feature requests
- Prioritize ruthlessly between customer-specific asks and platform-wide improvements
- Establish clear boundaries on what the product can and cannot do, and ensure sales and CS teams understand them
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Bridge the gap between sales promises and engineering reality, guide sales on which features to pitch, which customer profiles to target, and what realistic timelines look like
- Work with engineering to shift from one-off custom builds to iterative, productized solutions
- Collaborate with support to build self-service tooling that eliminates manual configuration bottlenecks
- Own the feedback loop: ensure customer insights reach engineering as structured product requirements, not ad hoc requests
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-enabled products
- Strong ability to synthesize qualitative customer feedback into structured, engineering-ready requirements
- Experience working directly with customers or design partners in a product capacity
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or conversational AI systems, or a strong ability to ramp quickly
- Outcome-driven: you measure success in shipped impact, not process followed
- Low ego, high energy, resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience with enterprise deployments, multi-location operators, or platform infrastructure
- Eagerness to work in person with us in NYC full time
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

Experienced in managing international teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Passionate about AI-driven marketing and leveraging innovative tools to deliver measurable results.
Why this role is special:
At LSBF, you’ll work in a brand that is nimble, collaborative, and purpose-driven. You will have the autonomy to implement strategy, influence commercial growth, and help shape the school’s marketing future—without the bureaucracy of larger organisations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys moving from strategy to action with tangible impact.
Why LSBF?
Because we are a global business school that values flexibility, collaboration, and results. Here, your ideas matter, your work has visibility, and your leadership shapes the next generation of business professionals.
If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and make a tangible impact, apply now and help LSBF grow its brand, influence, and student community worldwide.
Please note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Only applicants shortlisted for interview will be contacted. We do not offer visa sponsorships.
We are committed to ensuring our workforce is reflective of our diverse student population, striving to increase the representation of age, disability, gender identity and expression, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background of our employees.
We’re also committed to providing adjustments to those who may require support with the recruitment process - please contact the LSBF Talent Acquisition Team

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. - Define and enforce security baselines for cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, Kubernetes, identity, encryption, logging, and network security controls. Partner with engineering teams to integrate security requirements into configuration and change management.
- Design and operate automated compliance workflows using AI, infrastructure as code, and security tooling to reduce manual effort, improve control assurance, and scale with platform evolution.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will act as a strategic partner to Platform, Product, Agent Development, Legal, and GTM, ensuring security and compliance requirements are embedded into architecture decisions, product roadmaps, and go to market execution while supporting product velocity and technical complexity.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talent team.
Capital·com is expanding, rebuilding, and rethinking the way the traditional broking industry operates. Product teams are highly focused on delivering an exceptional and unified platform to empower traders to make better financial decisions.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll work alongside product teams — shaping how products are framed, narrated and ultimately adopted.
Responsibilities:
Partner with product teams from early in the development process — contributing market insight, trader perspective, and positioning thinking before features are built, not after.
Own end-to-end GTM for product launches — from positioning and messaging through to channel coordination and post-launch performance analysis.
Build and maintain the messaging architecture for your product areas: what we say, to whom, in what order, and why.
Work with marketing and local market teams to embed product as a pillar of brand — ensuring what we build and what we say reinforce the same story across every region and channel.
Brief and review marketing copy, onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and enablement materials to keep the product story consistent across every touchpoint.
Run competitive and market intelligence — synthesizing signals from client research, trading behavior data, and the broader market into actionable recommendations.
Define success metrics for product adoption and report performance clearly.
Requirements:
3+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 in a fintech, brokerage, or financial services product environment.
Experience running GTM for multiple product launches, including scoping, briefing, cross-functional coordination, and measurement.
Comfort working from first principles: you can start from a product spec and arrive at a positioning document without a template.
Facility with data: you can pull your own analysis in Claude, Cursor or Amplitude, interpret it, and make a call.
A working understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in a marketing workflow — to move faster, think more clearly, and produce better briefs, not to replace judgment.
Experience working closely with creative teams — you understand what a strong brand identity requires, can brief against it precisely, and know when something is off.
Nice to have:
Experience with CFD, derivatives, or retail investment products — you understand the regulatory sensitivity and the client mindset.
Exposure to multi-jurisdiction marketing — what you can say in the UK, Cyprus, Australia, and the UAE are meaningfully different constraints.
What you will get in return:
• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated.
• Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock. #LI-Hybrid
• Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry.
• Employee Referral Program: Love working here? Share the love! Bring your talented friends on board and get rewarded for growing our awesome team.

• Workation Wonderland: Live your digital nomad dreams with 30 extra days to work remotely from anywhere in the world (some restrictions apply). Adventure awaits!

Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry.
