About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be a founding member of the Organizational Effectiveness function at Teleport. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, you'll be a partner to the go-to-market organization. You’ll sit close to their senior leaders and managers partnering with them to keep these organizations healthy and effective over time.
This is a strategic role for an experienced People Business Partner who knows go-to-market teams well. You’ll diagnose organizational health, spot trends and capability gaps as these teams grow, and partner with leaders to set priorities and work on what keeps teams strong at scale: manager development, org design, succession, and leadership programs you can measure. You’ll work hand in hand with our HR team, who owns the employee lifecycle globally. You’ll share context, align on priorities, and give the leaders and managers you both support one consistent experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Diagnose the health of the organizations you support: how teams are doing and where they’re headed.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs and processes, and adjust based on what the data shows.
- Coach managers and senior leaders as they grow, and help them confidently guide their teams through change and navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Lead org design, team structure, and succession planning with your business leaders.
- Design leadership development and offsites that lift manager capability across the org, with a clear learning arc.
- Partner closely with the HR team, pairing your proactive work on org health with the structure and judgment they bring to how people are supported, so the People function is stronger for it.
- Bring modern tools, including AI, to work faster and sharpen how you diagnose org health, and help the managers you support do the same.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 12+ years partnering with senior leaders as a People or HR Business Partner or in organizational development, or 8+ years with an advanced degree in a related field.
- Deep experience partnering with go-to-market organizations such as Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Business Operations, and fluency with how commercial teams operate, including pipeline and quota-carrying dynamics.
- A track record of developing senior-level leaders and above, and coaching managers to improve their effectiveness.
- Strength in org design, succession, change management, and measuring the effectiveness of the programs you run.
- The presence to influence senior leaders and offer a candid point of view, without formal authority.
- Sound judgment on when to act, when to bring in HR, and how to hold confidentiality, working primarily from aggregate team-health data.
HOW WE HIRE:
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp Economics Lab is the go-to source for understanding how businesses spend on and adopt AI. Built on Ramp’s $200B+ business spend dataset, our flagship Ramp AI Index https://ramp.com/data/ai-index tracks the AI economy through actual business spend data. We help CFOs and finance teams understand what these trends mean for their businesses, and our research is regularly cited by outlets including the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg. You will work with Ara Kharazian https://www.linkedin.com/in/akharazian/, lead economist.
We’re hiring an analytical, resourceful researcher to own and expand this work: run the Ramp AI Index, develop new metrics on AI spending and adoption, explore questions about AI ROI, and extend our research internationally. You’ll turn findings into clear reports, charts, presentations, and interactive tools that help CFOs and finance teams make better decisions.
You will also build our customer-facing research function: developing Ramp’s outlook on AI, meeting with customers and prospects, and translating our data into practical recommendations for business planning, budgeting, and AI strategy. You’ll partner with the growth team to package and distribute this work through reports, web content, presentations, and events that reach finance leaders.
This role combines economic judgment, applied data science, public writing, data visualization, and executive communication. You should be able to move from an important question to credible analysis, a clear visual or argument, and advice a business leader can act on.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as investment banking, equity or industry research, consulting, business operations, data science, or economics. We care about evidence of strong analysis, clear communication, and ownership across projects.

- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Looker, Omni, Sigma, Hex or equivalent) and experience distributing data insights via reports and dashboards
- Track record of shipping high-quality research, writing, and thought leadership under short, non-academic timelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
- Active reader of the news in economics, business, and AI trends
- An advanced user of AI for data science, and an eye for good charts and web design (we vibecode ramp.com/data http://ramp.com/data ourselves)
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Hightouch or equivalents)
- Experience within the payments and financial technology space

Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our GTM Compensation Lead on Commercial Operations, you’ll own commissions strategy, design, and execution for GTM. This is an opportunity to evolve how GTM Comp supports a growing GTM org through Notion’s AI-era selling motion and Enterprise growth. You’ll set the incentive systems that shape how our sellers focus, partner, and grow with customers. On a typical week, you’ll work with senior GTM leaders — including the Head of Sales and geo leaders — to translate business priorities into clear, accurate, scalable comp programs.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, map the current GTM Comp operating model and publish a roadmap for evolving the function as GTM grows.
- Introduce AI quick wins that improve the quality of work: triage inbound questions, help reps estimate payouts, flag discrepancies across systems, and automate reminders tied to the comp calendar.
- Build a planning-cycle framework that makes design inputs, trade-offs, decision rights, and timelines clear across GTM, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
- Provide board-level updates, including clear reporting on plan health, payout accuracy, systems quality, and key design decisions.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated judgment balancing Finance discipline with GTM effectiveness — you can protect accuracy and controls while designing plans that support the selling motion.
- Strong financial modeling and data fluency, with the ability to translate complex plan mechanics into clear analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
- Experience leading transformative operational projects from design through rollout, especially where cross-functional alignment and change management matter.
- Track record of building and maintaining sustainable quarterly operating cadences, including clear calendars, communications frameworks, and repeatable review moments. Ideally you have managed this process at a public company.
- AI-fluent operating style: you use AI to improve decision quality, automate manual checks, identify data discrepancies, and build tools or workflows that make teams more self-serve.
- Familiarity with Everstage a plus!

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Strengthen access provisioning, access reviews, emergency and privileged access oversight.
Support SOX and IT General Controls by collecting evidence, conducting audit walkthroughs, resolving issues, and providing clear documentation.
Review access risks, weak role builds, SoD conflicts, insecure configurations, and control gaps.
Partner with finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, SAP application teams, enterprise architecture, identity teams, cybersecurity, compliance, audit, and external partners.
Provide technical mentorship without formal people-management responsibility.
What You’ll Bring
6–8+ years of SAP security, access governance, role development, or related experience.
Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA authorization concepts.
Experience in configuring or supporting SAP GRC and SAP Identity Access Governance.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, IAS, IPS, and SAP RISE security considerations.

Experience assisting with SOX, IT General Controls, internal audit, or external audit activities.
Ability to guide complex initiatives, communicate clearly, and build trust with technical and business partners.
Preferred Experience
SAP security certification or related SAP certification.
Experience securing SAP RISE environments hosted on AWS or SAP-managed cloud infrastructure.
Experience with S/4HANA migration, ERP modernization, hybrid SAP landscapes, or cloud identity integration.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
