ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Inference business works differently from a typical software business. What we can sell is capped by GPU fleet capacity, and what we earn depends on the blended cost of the GPUs serving each workload. Both can change week to week.
This role sits between the people who run the fleet and the people who sell it. You will be the person who can answer, at any point in the quarter, three questions with real numbers behind them:
1. What do we have to sell?
2. What should we sell it for?
3. What do we make when we do?
You will own the commercial data, models, processes, and operating cadence behind these decisions, partnering closely with the Head of Digital Native Sales and serving as the commercial operating lead across Sales, Data Science, Inference Infrastructure, Finance, and Product.
This is a build role. Little of the commercial infrastructure you need exists today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Capacity and demand
- Build and own an end-to-end inference demand forecast combining pipeline, contracted commitments, and consumption trends into a forward-looking view of expected demand.
- Combine capacity signals with pipeline demand to show what is available to sell and surface shortages, unused capacity, and supply-demand mismatches.
- Translate customer requirements into structured inputs that Data Science and Inference Infrastructure can use to assess workload impact and feasibility, and help prioritize opportunities by revenue, margin, fit, timing, and strategic value.
Pricing and margin
- Publish regular updates to GTM and Finance on available supply and recommended price, informed by market rates for provisioned throughput and per-token pricing.
- Partner with Finance and Pricing to build rate cards, target prices, price floors, and discount guardrails GTM can act on.
- Build and own margin sensitivity models showing how workload, utilization, contract structure, and discounting affect deal and portfolio economics.
Data infrastructure and GTM telemetry
- Build the commercial telemetry for Inference: usage, consumption patterns, expansion, churn signals, and other leading indicators of revenue.
- Connect capacity and usage data with pipeline, contracts, pricing, and revenue, and build self-serve reporting that helps GTM, Finance, and leadership make capacity, pricing, and prioritization decisions.
- Partner with Finance on long-range planning for Inference, connecting demand forecasts to capacity and capex planning.
Core revenue operations
- Own territory design, ICP definition, data-driven targeting, pipeline management, forecasting, and compensation plan design for the Inference and Digital Native segment.
- Track competitive dynamics across inference providers and adjacent players, turning them into pricing and positioning input.
Cross-functional leadership
- Drive alignment across Sales, Data Science, Inference Infrastructure, Finance, and Product on demand, capacity, pricing, and economics.
- Ensure customer demand reaches technical teams early enough to inform capacity decisions, and build a structured feedback loop from requests, adoption patterns, blocked deals, and losses into Product and Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required skills and competencies
- Experience in revenue operations, business operations, strategic finance, or investment banking in a business where cost of goods is real and variable — cloud infrastructure, compute, telco, logistics, or similar. Pure SaaS RevOps is not a fit on its own.
- Strong SQL and comfort building your own data models: raw tables to dashboard, without waiting on a data team.
- Demonstrated ability to build unit economics and margin models that other functions trust and use.
- Enough technical fluency to hold a real conversation with infrastructure engineers about GPUs, utilization, serving efficiency, and capacity — or clear evidence you can get there fast.
- Comfort operating with incomplete data, with a bias toward shipping a rough answer this week over a perfect one next quarter.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence technical and commercial teams without direct authority.
Ideal additional skills and competencies
- Familiarity with the inference market: provisioned throughput, per-token pricing, batch vs. real-time serving, and how the major providers price.
- Experience with consumption- or usage-based revenue models.
- Salesforce, BigQuery, and BI tooling (we use Metabase).
- Having sat between a technical team and a commercial team before, trusted by both sides.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The infrastructure underneath that experience must make it straightforward to launch services, isolate workloads, and run reliable systems at scale.
We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Cloud Infrastructure: the shared infrastructure as code (IaC), networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms that Replit's product and platform teams depend on. You'll lead and grow an existing engineering team building and operating these foundations, including Kubernetes, shared edge networking, service mesh and workload identity.
This is a platform-building role with production accountability. You should be comfortable going deep on a design or incident while developing a team that does not depend on you for every decision.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the cloud-platform roadmap. Lead the team's IaC, networking, storage, compute, and service mesh platforms. Translate product, platform, reliability, and security needs into sequenced outcomes, balancing foundational investment, lifecycle work, and delivery commitments against the team's capacity.
- Make infrastructure repeatable and self-service. Build maintained IaC interfaces for services, cells, connectivity, identities, and shared resources. Enable internal customer teams to provision infrastructure without bespoke coordination or dependence on individual experts.
- Operate what the team builds. Own platform availability, upgrades, isolation, recovery, and incident remediation. Maintain clear SLOs, sustainable on-call coverage, and primary and backup owners for critical systems.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated infrastructure changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, set clear expectations, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Delegate meaningful ownership as the team grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented infrastructure depth. You have built and operated cloud platforms or distributed systems and can reason across infrastructure code, Kubernetes, networking, service identity, and stateful dependencies.
- Safe-change and production judgment. You have owned consequential migrations and incidents, can explain failure modes and rollback limits, and know when simplifying a system is better than adding another platform.
- Platform-product and engineering judgment. You understand internal customers, create interfaces other teams adopt, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, developer autonomy, engineering effort, and workload efficiency.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with multi-tenant, cellular, regional, or dedicated enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GCP/GKE, Terraform or similar IaC systems, Cloudflare, Envoy/Istio, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and managed data services.
- Experience with large-fleet rightsizing, infrastructure consolidation, or migrating CI compute without disrupting developer workflows.
- A track record using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Classification:
Exempt (Salaried)
Reports to:
SVP Business Development
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.
Use data to quantify partner friction and product opportunities rather than relying solely on anecdotal feedback.
Build the Measurement Framework
Develop the KPIs and reporting required to understand Account Management effectiveness and partner health.
Measure performance across areas such as:
Renewal rate
Incremental funding
Location expansion
Partner engagement
Funding eligibility and conversion
Credit pacing
Time from opportunity identification to close
Portfolio growth
Partner retention
Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion
Faster identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities
More consistent performance across Account Managers
Increased Account Manager capacity through automation and self-service
A stronger feedback loop between restaurant partners, Account Management, and Product
Meaningful improvements to our Partner Portal and internal Account Management technology
A culture of continuously testing, measuring, and improving how we grow existing restaurant partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
STAFF PLATFORM ENGINEER, AGENTIC ENGINEERING
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
Our ambition: an engineering organisation where humans and agents work as one continuously learning system, turning frontier AI capabilities and real-world feedback into more ambitious product development. We want n8n to be the reference for how this is done, without compromising quality, resilience or trust. Your main goal is to make that real.
This is a Staff individual contributor role in Developer Platform and the technical driving force behind ACDC (Agent-centric Development Cycle), our engineering-wide initiative for agentic development. Nobody has a playbook for this yet. You'll write ours.
You won't start from zero. Agents wired into Linear already automate around 80% of the development cycle on one of our developer platform projects, alongside pilots for insight, feature-flag and PR-review agents and a shared agent harness. Your job is to take this from promising experiments to the way n8n builds software.
This role is for someone who thinks about this problem constantly. You run agents all day, rebuild your own workflow every time the frontier moves, and have more ideas than time.
You'll stay hands-on, building the first versions yourself, and shape how the work grows beyond one person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET DIRECTION AND OWN THE OUTCOME
- Identify where agentic development can make the greatest difference, using developer feedback, existing experiments and engineering performance data.
- Set the strategy and priorities across agent execution, repository readiness, CI, security and developer workflows.
- Make build, buy or pass decisions on tools and vendors, and own the cost and value trade-offs, including AI spend.
- Make decisions where requirements are incomplete and the trade-offs between autonomy, reliability, security and review effort are still emerging.
- Build alignment through technical proposals, clear decisions and working software, and report progress and impact to engineering leadership.
BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS
- Design and build isolated execution environments where agents can work with the right access to code, tools and context, without exposing secrets or sensitive systems.
- Own the safety model: which task categories agents may attempt, what they must never touch, and where human review is required, partnering with Security on sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions and data handling.
- Make n8n's monorepo agent-ready, working with Architecture and senior engineers on repo structure, testability, boundaries and the context agents need.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO HOW WE WORK
- Build repeatable workflows that take Linear issues through agent execution, self-verification and review to merged PRs, across a growing range of task types.
- Integrate agentic workflows with GitHub, CI, test infrastructure and code review, so the agentic path becomes the easiest path for engineers.
- Extend the loop beyond coding: connect earlier signals like product research and customer requests, and later ones like production metrics, so agents contribute across the whole cycle.
- Open it up beyond engineering, so PMs, designers and others can turn a well-defined issue into a reviewed, mergeable change.
- Shape review practices, such as PR evidence that shows what changed, what ran, what risks remain and where human judgment is needed.
MEASURE WHAT WORKS
- Build benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate output quality, failure modes, review burden and production risk.
- Define and track quality and adoption signals, such as reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback to change course, retire what doesn't work, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔥 Frontier obsession: You live at the frontier. You try new models and tools as they land, and you have strong, evidence-backed opinions on what's real and what's hype.
- 🧭 Staff-scope ownership: You’ve led complex platform, DevEx or engineering productivity initiatives across teams, from defining the problem to sustained adoption and measurable impact, where there was no established approach to follow.
- 🤖 Agentic depth: You use coding agents daily as a power user, and you've built infrastructure around them, such as repo context and instructions, tool or MCP integrations, sandboxed execution or agent workflows in CI, that other engineers rely on.
- 🎯 Product mindset for internal platforms: You treat engineers as your customers. You start from real friction, prioritise by impact, make build-vs-buy calls, weigh cost against value, and let adoption tell you whether something works.
- 🤝 Direction without authority: You've set technical direction that multiple teams followed, through proposals, design reviews and credibility with senior engineers across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security and Architecture.
- 🔐 Safety judgment: You've made real decisions on permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths and human-in-the-loop review, and can explain the trade-offs.
- 📊 Measurement that drives decisions: You've built evaluations, benchmarks or quality metrics and used them to change course or retire things that didn't work. You care about outcomes, not lines of AI-generated code.
- ✍️ Writing that changes decisions: Your technical proposals and documentation have shifted what teams did.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, test infrastructure, preview environments or internal developer platforms.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Growing a team: You've mentored engineers or helped shape a new team as an initiative grew beyond one person.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have contributed to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You're familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration or developer-facing products.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you'll define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe's fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework and developer workflows that decide whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You'll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-its-kind role, you'll set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both our internal engineering and n8n's product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?

Maintain working knowledge of company products sufficient to communicate credibly with external stakeholders (law enforcement, legal representatives).
Support your Manager on process improvements, projects, and cross-team initiatives as needed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensuring daily operations run smoothly; escalate incidents to your Manager and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

A degree in law, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating critical thinking.
Prior experience leading or supervising a team, comfortable holding others accountable.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong people skills: Ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.
