Partner & Bank Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for partners and banks to resolve processing issues, file-loading discrepancies, and data reporting corrections.
SAR & PDP Reconciliation:
Troubleshoot SAR reconciliation issues, including unmatched transactions, missing/duplicate report data, and platform data mismatches.
Releases & Deployment:
Coordinate, execute, and roll back service releases, verifying post-release system health and performance graphs.
What You Bring to the Team:
Problem-solving mindset
with the drive to investigate novel issues and determine solution steps independently

This role must be based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide strong timezone coverage for our CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments, has strong judgment, and is excited about supporting a developer-focused company building tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm.
- Manage inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting.

- Assist with occasional personal scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, and other administrative or logistical needs.
- Handle sensitive and confidential business and personal information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Anticipate needs, identify blockers early, and solve problems proactively before they escalate.
- Partner across the company to create clarity, improve coordination, and help leadership operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Are based in an APJ / APAC timezone and can provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Have experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.
- Are tech savvy and comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Bring strong judgment around prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Are comfortable handling occasional personal assistant responsibilities alongside executive support.
- Are energized by organized chaos, fast-moving priorities, and solving problems before they become blockers.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and staying several steps ahead.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

You are Outcome-Obsessed, measuring your impact by accurate records, smooth transactions, and a program people can trust.
You will work across Legal, Finance, People, payroll, and company leadership to keep the equity program moving as Huntress grows. You Give a $h*t by spotting gaps before they become problems, improving the process instead of working around it, and taking ownership when the answer is not obvious.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cap table and equity award records in Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and employee departures.
Coordinate grant approvals, documentation, and transaction workflows with Legal, Finance, People, payroll, and company leadership.
Reconcile Carta records against approved grants, payroll data, and accounting records, then investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Support equity-related reporting, audits, valuations, board materials, and other time-sensitive company needs.
Answer employee questions about equity awards and transactions with clarity, discretion, and sound judgment.
Build and maintain clear procedures, controls, and process improvements as the equity program grows.
Use AI tools to work faster and smarter on routine drafting, research, and record review while protecting confidential information and applying good judgment.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have direct, hands-on experience administering an equity program in Carta, including managing awards and maintaining accurate cap table records.
You understand stock options and other equity awards, employee lifecycle events, and the reporting required to support a private company.
You have experience reconciling equity records against payroll, accounting, and approved transaction data, and you know how to resolve discrepancies with care.
You bring exceptional attention to detail and discretion when working with sensitive financial, legal, and employee information.
You can explain complex equity topics clearly to employees and partners who may not work with equity programs every day.
You have a track record of working effectively across Legal, Finance, People, payroll, and leadership teams.
You use AI with good judgment to improve the speed and clarity of your day-to-day work while protecting sensitive data.

A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We're looking for a Data Product Lead to own the direction and output of LI.FI http://LI.FI's Data team. This is partially a hands-on role with a clear focus on analytics and product thinking. You'll spend a significant portion of your time on the data yourself: deep-dive analyses, dashboards, business cases, and sharing insights that shape how we make decisions across the company. The rest of your time goes to product thinking, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and leading the team.
You'll report to our CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering closely with our Data Tech Lead who owns the technical and infrastructure side. Think of it as the PM-and-tech-lead model: you own the what and why, your tech lead partner owns the how. Together you set the roadmap and priorities for the team.
Please note: This role is remote within the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage; run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops
- Do hands-on analytics work: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations that change decisions, including data inputs for the weekly report and Monthly Business Review
- Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs, and align the data roadmap with product roadmaps
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria the team can deliver
- Act as the quality gate on analyses, dashboards, and datasets before they reach internal or external stakeholders
- Coach and develop the Data team, levelling up team members on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management
- Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap, making sure infrastructure work serves real business needs
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work, with experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team
- Expert SQL: you can pull, validate, and challenge data independently, without relying on engineers
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Omni, Superset, or similar)
- Strong business and product mindset: you use data to find revenue, pricing, or growth opportunities, not just to answer questions
- Enough technical depth to be a real partner to data engineers; comfortable discussing warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite
- Strong data storytelling: you adapt the message to technical and non-technical audiences
- Crypto/DeFi domain experience: ideally in a data role at a crypto company, or demonstrable deep understanding of the space (cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and you'll need to build some of the playbook as you go
NICE TO HAVE
- Python
- dbt and dimensional modelling
- Semantic layer design and metric definition management
- AI-readiness: structuring data, metrics, and documentation so they can be reliably consumed by LLMs and agents
- ML modelling experience (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- On-chain data and tooling (e.g. Dune Analytics)
- Exposure to streaming data (e.g. Kafka)
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!

- 30 days of PTO
- Flexible remote days
- Flexible working hours
- Equity participation from day 1
- Entitlement to work computer (choice of equipment)
- An annual 1,000€ personal development budget once you have worked 6+ months (pro-rated the first year)
