WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
Define and lead ICEYE’s Missions delivery capability in Germany, driving strategic customer success, scalable program execution, and long-term mission growth across defense and intelligence customers.
You will own the full lifecycle of customer missions—from contract strategy through delivery and renewal—serving as the senior accountable leader across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams. You will set the standard for how ICEYE delivers sovereign and turnkey ISR missions, building the model, the team, and the customer relationships that underpin repeatable mission success.
This role is central to ICEYE’s ambition to become the world’s leading provider of space-based ISR infrastructure. You will shape the Missions function in the region, influence how ICEYE engages at the highest levels of government, and contribute to the strategic and commercial direction of the business.
The role is based in Germany with regular travel to Espoo (Finland) and to customer sites across the region as required.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Satellite Mission programs are delivered predictably on schedule, within budget, and meeting or exceeding agreed performance and quality targets, with the Director accountable for program-level health and risk posture.
- ICEYE establishes and sustains trusted, senior-level partnerships with German defense and intelligence customers, reflected in strong satisfaction scores, program renewals, and expansion into new mission areas.
- A scalable Missions delivery model is established in Germany — with the team structure, processes, tooling, and KPIs required to grow reliably as the customer base expands.
- Commercial opportunities across renewal, expansion, and new mission areas are proactively identified, with the Director aligning signals and pursuit strategies with Sales and Product teams.
- Strategic risks, dependencies, and customer escalations are owned and resolved at the Director level, ensuring continuous delivery and protecting the ICEYE relationship at all stakeholder levels.
- Program management practices drive measurable improvements in delivery efficiency, scalability, and predictability across the German programs.
- Stakeholders at all levels — from technical users to C-level sponsors — have timely, accurate visibility into program status, enabling informed decision-making and early intervention where needed.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Strategic thinking and customer engagement experience, working at multiple levels of customer organizations — from technical users to C-level sponsors — while maximizing customer value through win-win solutions.
- Experience of successfully building, leading, and scaling a customer engagement model, team, processes, tooling, and KPIs in a recurring B2B business; balancing people leadership, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial acumen to identify and pursue renewal and expansion opportunities, feeding signals and aligning with Sales and Product teams.
- 10+ years’ experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (e.g. space, defense, telecommunications, or national security sectors).
- Demonstrated track record of operating at Director or equivalent level, owning program portfolios and accountability for customer outcomes.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams in international, matrixed organizations.
- Expertise in end-to-end program governance, planning, financial control, risk, and performance management at scale.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions in high-stakes, time-pressured environments.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; credible with senior government, defense, and industry stakeholders.
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector, you will teleoperate humanoid robots and follow well-defined procedures to generate high-quality datasets used for training advanced AI models. You will work hands-on with physical robots using on-site tools and interfaces—such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI)—to execute structured tasks and capture precise data. A significant part of the role involves annotation and labeling, requiring strong focus, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.

No technical background or formal education is required; full training is provided. - Annotate and label data following strict guidelines, treating the work as a high-skill technical discipline.
- Identify anomalies or issues proactively and escalate or solve them at the lowest responsible level.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools—everyone contributes to process design.
- Maintain clear, transparent documentation of progress and dataset quality.
- Move with urgency and focus, ensuring timelines and daily goals are met.
- Communicate openly with team members, sharing feedback and observations across functions.
- Collaborate respectfully and positively with teammates, helping create a supportive and high-performing culture.

- Proactive mindset — willingness to take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Clear, transparent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Commitment to iterative learning, continuous feedback, and constant improvement.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies is welcome but not required.
What We Offer:
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.

WHY WE'RE OPENING THIS APPLICATION
We're growing our HAPS team in Valencia: the people building ICEYE's stratospheric electric aircraft and getting it safely into the sky. The program covers the aircraft itself along with the ground infrastructure and flight test campaigns that support it. It's early-stage enough that the people who join now will shape how it gets designed and operated for years to come.
This posting isn't tied to one fixed opening. We're building a pool of strong engineers so we can move fast as specific roles open, and we'll reach out directly about where you'd fit.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Since this is an open application rather than a posting for one specific role, here's what happens after you apply:
Our recruiting team reviews your background against current and upcoming openings on this program
If there's a fit, we'll reach out for an initial conversation about where you'd land
From there, you'll follow the standard process for that specific role: hiring manager interview, technical interview (often including a technical challenge), hiring team interview, and an offer decision
WORKING AT ICEYE
At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)
Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
- Be curious: Go deep, ask questions, listen carefully, and think critically. Understand the “why” behind decisions.
- See the big picture: Stay close to what’s happening across the company so you can make better decisions. Consider how your work affects others.
- Drive effective teamwork: Create psychological safety, invite different perspectives, and build inclusive teams. There are no bad questions.
- Act as one team: We win together. We match tasks to the right owner and stay agile as priorities shift.
- Have fun: What we do matters—and it should be enjoyable. Celebrate progress, take pride in results, and share the wins.
BENEFITS
Our benefits are designed to support your health and wellbeing, at work and beyond. We keep improving them based on employee feedback, and offerings vary by location. Talent Acquisition will confirm what applies for this role and location during the process.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION
We want ICEYE to be a place where people can be themselves and do great work. Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger, which is why we work to create an environment where people feel included, respected, and able to speak up. Whatever your background, we want you to bring your authentic self to the table.
