Global Content Communications Senior Specialist
San Mateo, CA (Collab)
Role Overview

Our goal is to elevate our third-party partners and create the most engaging content for gamers around the world.
This role will identify and develop content opportunities around exciting upcoming games of all shapes and sizes working with Sony Interactive Entertainment's Global Developer and Publisher Relations team as well as external studios and publishers. Content types will include news articles on PlayStation.Blog, as well as gameplay videos and other socially optimized content for PlayStation social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the games industry with strong content-creation instincts, social media expertise, and an ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
The role will sit within Global Content Communications and partner closely with teams across Sony Interactive, including Global Communications, Global Third-Party Marketing, Third-Party Portfolio, and Games Account Management, as well as external game publishers and developers.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming games, publisher plans, industry trends, and player interests to proactively identify promising content opportunities.
Proactively develop and pitch creative ideas for PlayStation Blog, social media, video, and other Sony Interactive-owned channels that give players new reasons to engage with upcoming games.
Shape content plans around major third-party game campaigns, identifying the moments, stories, and content most likely to resonate with PlayStation audiences globally.
Pitch and develop content opportunities including game reveals, new gameplay, developer interviews, hands-on coverage, original social content, and other creative storytelling.
Develop simple, scalable processes that help the team organize upcoming third-party campaigns and content opportunities.
Partner closely with Sony Interactive Third-Party Marketing, Games Account Management, and other internal teams to develop content opportunities for third-party games.
Work across Sony Interactive teams to connect third-party content opportunities with broader PlayStation priorities, including PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Store.
Develop content plans with Sony Interactive’s international social media teams in mind, identifying opportunities that can extend across markets and collaborating with regional teammates to support global campaigns.
Help publishers understand the value of partnering with PlayStation by sharing content performance, audience insights, and learnings from previous campaigns.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation, editorial content creation, corporate communications, content strategy, games marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in the video game industry is strongly preferred, given the need for this role to have deep and broad knowledge of the landscape. Candidates with a background in social media, editorial and content creation, communications, publisher relations, marketing, or third-party games will have the most relevant experience for this role. Candidates with relevant experience in entertainment, media, or other consumer-facing industries -- and a deep knowledge of games -- will also be considered.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and the types of content, formats, and storytelling approaches that resonate with their audiences.
Deep knowledge of the video game industry, including major publishers, developers, independent games, franchises, industry trends, and how games are communicated and marketed to players.
Strong editorial and creative instincts, with the ability to quickly identify what makes a game, announcement, asset, or developer story interesting to an audience.
Highly proactive and comfortable identifying and pursuing opportunities rather than waiting for assignments or incoming requests.
Experience working directly with external partners, with the confidence to pitch ideas, respond to opportunities, provide constructive feedback, and build trusted working relationships.
Experience developing content for global audiences and an understanding of how campaigns and creative ideas can be adapted or extended across international markets.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple games, campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working creatively within constraints, including developing compelling content opportunities when assets, timing, or resources may be limited.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and opportunities can change quickly.
Ability to use content performance and audience insights to inform future recommendations and demonstrate the value of content partnerships.
Requires familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace), while working knowledge of common content creation tools is a major plus (Adobe Creative Suite such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop).
Education: BS preferred -- ideally in related fields such as PR/Communication, Marketing, or Film -- but not necessarily required with a strong portfolio or relevant job experience.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.
Pay:

Zone 1:

About the Role
Osano is growing our outbound Business Development team, and we’re looking for BDRs who want to help shape how we build pipeline and connect with prospective customers.
This isn’t a role where success means following a rigid script or sending as many templated sequences as possible. We believe great outbound starts with curiosity, thoughtful research, and genuine conversations. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment with your approach, learn what resonates with our buyers, and bring new ideas to the team.
You’ll own your results while working closely with Sales and the broader GTM organization to build qualified pipeline and help companies understand how Osano can solve their privacy challenges.
What Success Looks Like
You prioritize quality and outcomes
We’re not looking to put every prospect in front of an Account Executive. Great BDRs understand when there’s a real opportunity to help and create conversations that are valuable for both the prospect and Osano.
You will:
Research prospects and accounts thoughtfully before reaching out
Understand a prospect’s business and potential privacy challenges
Qualify for genuine alignment, not simply interest
Take a consultative approach to conversations rather than a transactional one
Create qualified pipeline while being thoughtful about the time of our prospects and AEs
You use AI to work smarter
We want people who are curious about how AI and modern technology can make them better at their craft. You’ll use AI to improve research, personalize outreach, organize information, test ideas, and find more effective ways to connect with prospects, without losing the human element that makes great selling work.
You’re motivated to improve
You set a high bar for yourself and are always looking for ways to get better. You’re open to coaching, willing to experiment, and comfortable learning from both wins and misses. You don’t need someone constantly pushing you to take the next step — you bring that motivation with you.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into marketing, compliance, data security, legal, and privacy teams
Research accounts and identify organizations navigating evolving privacy and regulatory requirements
Create personalized, thoughtful outreach across multiple channels
Engage prospects through phone, email, social, and other creative approaches
Understand prospects’ goals and challenges and qualify opportunities before partnering with AEs
Build authentic relationships through curiosity, credibility, and genuine helpfulness
Stay current on privacy trends, regulations, competitors, and Osano’s evolving product suite
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader GTM team to identify and pursue opportunities
Experiment with messaging, prospecting strategies, AI, and new tools to improve results
Share what you’re learning and help shape our outbound processes, messaging, and playbooks as we continue to grow
What You’ll Bring
A results-driven mindset and an understanding of how consistent prospecting activity translates into pipeline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
A willingness to pick up the phone, experiment with different approaches, and learn what works
Resilience and the ability to stay motivated through the ups and downs of outbound sales
Comfort using AI and modern sales technology to work more effectively
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others while taking ownership of your own development
Interest in data privacy, compliance, technology, or the broader regulatory landscape, or excitement about becoming an expert
The ability to thrive in a remote environment through proactive communication, organization, and initiative
Previous BDR or sales experience is helpful, but experience level matters less to us than curiosity, coachability, drive, and the ability to connect with people. We’re willing to invest in developing the right person.
Why Osano
Join a collaborative, curious, and fast-moving team where your ideas and contributions matter
Work for a certified B Corporation with a mission centered on doing well by doing good and making privacy accessible
Build expertise in a growing and evolving industry
Develop your sales skills through training, coaching, and clearly defined opportunities for career growth
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and work closely with experienced GTM leaders
Help shape how Osano approaches outbound as we continue to grow
Benefits
Competitive compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, with a requirement to take at least two weeks off each year
Paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors 100% of individual premiums and 50% of dependent premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance through Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S.
A MacBook and $600 to help build your home workspace
An annual company trip focused on connection, collaboration, and fun
Mental health benefits, including access to mindfulness and talk therapy services
A Bit More About Osano
Osano is a leading data privacy platform that helps organizations quickly and confidently comply with laws like GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations. From consent management to vendor risk monitoring, Osano makes complex privacy tasks refreshingly simple, so companies can focus on what they do best, while we handle the rest.
We’re backed by top-tier investors including Baird Capital, Jump Capital, and LiveOak, and we’re scaling fast with a multi-year runway and ambitious growth plans. We’ve also been recognized as a Great Place to Work for four years running, with 97% of employees saying Osano is a great place to work.
As we grow, we're looking for individuals who lean into modern technologies and smarter systems to drive efficiency, clarity, and speed; both in our product and in how we operate. If you're excited by the idea of helping build a high-growth, privacy-first company that embraces thoughtful automation, emerging tech, and intentional collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

Enthusiasm for learning across technical boundaries and understanding how a feature works end to end.
Why You’ll Love This Internship
Real Ownership: Ship a production-ready project—not a throwaway intern exercise.
Dedicated Mentorship: Learn through regular 1:1s, design reviews, debugging, and code feedback.
Broad Exposure: See how device software, cloud services, infrastructure, privacy, and security work together.
Future Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role at Nex.

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.

- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

ABOUT THE TEAM
At Mural, we believe great collaboration starts with deep understanding. Our mission is to help teams think and work together better. The Design and Research team uncovers the truths that power that mission, guiding product, design, and strategy through rigorous, human-centered inquiry. We combine behavioral science, market insight, and creative exploration to shape Mural’s future for how teams ideate, align, and collaborate together across the world.
YOUR MISSION
As the Principal, User Researcher at Mural, you’ll start a UX research practice and lead foundational and strategic research that shapes how the company defines its next generation of experiences. You’ll partner across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to identify new opportunity spaces, clarify evolving user needs, and guide the organization toward long-term innovation.
This is a primarily individual-contributor role focused on uncovering deep human collaboration insights that drive strategy, innovation, and long-term vision. You’ll also help shape and scale the UXR discipline at Mural by mentoring designers to confidently run tactical usability studies, and establishing the frameworks and best practices that elevate research across the company. Think of it as being the first research leader at a fast-growing startup, with the reach and resources of a global platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work):
- Lead mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) that explores user needs, behaviors, and motivations across multiple product areas.
- Drive foundational studies that reveal how teams collaborate and what barriers exist in business collaboration, hybrid, and distributed work.
- Design and execute medium to large-scale studies that combine qualitative depth with quantitative rigor (surveys, logs analysis, segmentation, and concept testing).
- Develop a tempo where actionable insights are timely and urgently positioned to shape key product decisions.
- Translate ambiguous questions into clear learning plans and frameworks that guide product and strategy decisions.
- Build artifacts (archetypes, frameworks, journey maps, mental models) that make complex insights accessible and actionable across the company, leveraging Mural products.
- Present insights to an executive, cross-functional audience and provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Coach Responsibilities:
- Build the research practice: mentor designers, and product partners in research best practices, helping to scale a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
- Establish repeatable, high-quality research standards and methodologies across teams.
- Partner with design and product leadership to shape Mural’s long-term research vision and roadmap.
- Champion the role of research in early product strategy and company-wide initiatives.
Hybrid Responsibilities (Both Player & Coach):
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to prioritize research that informs Mural’s most critical next-generation bets.
- Facilitate workshops and storytelling sessions that bring insights to life and influence direction across product, design, and business strategy.
- Partner with Data Science and Market Research to integrate behavioral data, attitudinal insights, and business signals into cohesive, actionable narratives.
- Shape how research connects to strategy, innovation, and experimentation at every level of the company.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 10+ years of UX Research experience, including deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. PhD optional.
- Proven track record leading foundational and strategic research that influenced product direction, vision, or long-term investments.
- Ability to design and execute mixed-methods research independently: from ethnographic and in-depth interviews to survey design and statistical analysis.
- Scale strategic insights: Experience driving organizational understanding through storytelling, synthesis, and actionable frameworks.
- Strong systems thinking skills, with an ability to connect human insight to product architecture and long-term design strategy.
- Experience shaping and scaling research practices in growing organizations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping cross-functional teams find clarity and alignment.
- Strong communicator who can engage both executive and hands-on audiences with empathy, clarity, and conviction.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE MURAL
You’ll shape new ways of working, as we interact with AI, team members, and customers. You’ll work on some of the most compelling and open-ended questions about the future of collaboration: how people align, make decisions, and innovate. At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and leverage our product for online collaboration. This role is U.S. Remote. Your work will inform the strategy of a rapidly scaling company that believes research is the compass, not just the map.
