How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Data Engineer on the Data Science & Analytics team, you will build the data foundation for Anthropic’s quote-to-cash lifecycle: the path a deal takes from opportunity through revenue. You will design the canonical data models so that Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations and Finance work from one governed, auditable definition of what was sold, on what terms, and where each deal stands. You will partner closely with DS&A and with GTM and Finance systems teams who own Salesforce, CPQ and billing to make quote-to-cash data reliable, well-modeled and self-serve as our business scales.
Responsibilities
Understand the data needs of Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales systems teams, and translate them into technical requirements
Design, build and own data models that transform raw Salesforce, CPQ, and billing data into canonical datasets
Establish high data integrity standards and SLAs to ensure timely, accurate delivery of data
Partner with Salesforce, CPQ and billing engineers on upstream schema changes, new fields and ingestion so the warehouse faithfully mirrors the systems of record
Build foundational data products, dashboards and tools to enable self-serve analytics to scale across GTM teams
Influence stakeholder roadmaps from a data perspective, and become the expert on Anthropic’s GTM data models and architecture
You might be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer or in a similar Data Science & Analytics role, ideally partnering with GTM, Revenue Operations or Finance teams.
A passion for the company's mission of building helpful, honest, and harmless AI.
Hands-on experience modeling Salesforce data and at least one adjacent quote-to-cash system: CPQ, contract lifecycle management, billing and invoicing, or ERP.
Expertise in building multi-step ETL jobs, building robust data models through tooling like dbt; proficiency with workflow management platforms like Airflow and version control management tools through GitHub.
Expertise in SQL and Python to transform data into accurate, clean data models.
Experience building data reporting and dashboarding in visualization tools like Hex to serve multiple cross-functional teams.
A bias for action and urgency, not letting perfect be the enemy of the effective.
A “full-stack mindset”, not hesitating to do what it takes to solve a problem end-to-end, even if it requires going outside the original job description.
Experience building an Analytics Data Engineering (or similar) function at start-ups.
A strong disposition to thrive in ambiguity, taking initiative to create clarity and forward progress.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Salesforce Developer at Anthropic, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform that powers our core customer motions and quote-to-cash business.: This includes automation throughout the Salesforce platform ranging from core sales automation to product catalog and pricing, quoting and approvals, order and contract management, and the handoff to billing and provisioning. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively across RevOps, Order Management, Legal, Billing Engineering, Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting, and Product to translate pricing and packaging requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, and to extend our capabilities with custom code where necessary. We are an AI-first systems team, and you'll be expected to use Claude and our in-house AI development tooling as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code, always against our house standards for flexibility, maintainability, and scale.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across more than one team. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager for Life Sciences. You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leading organizations working to accelerate scientific discovery, such as research institutes, academic medical centers, and scientific foundations. You’ll help these organizations harness the full potential of Claude through deep product expertise, use case discovery, and hands-on guidance.
You’ll be part of a Research and Life Sciences account team pod, working as one team with your Account Executive and Applied AI partners. Together you’ll shape account strategy with you taking the lead on adoption, change management, and value realization.
This role doesn’t follow a single playbook. You’ll run a range of Customer Success motions, from deep 1:1 strategic partnership to one-to-many programs like webinars, hackathons, and cohort-based enablement. You’ll choose the motion based on top account and customer priorities and the best way to solve for them.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product development (including how Claude for Life Sciences evolves), and strategies for beneficial AI deployment. That makes you a key voice in how we build and deliver AI systems that accelerate science for the benefit of society.
Responsibilities
Build trusting, strategic relationships with research leaders, scientists, principal investigators, and program directors to understand their scientific priorities, organizational goals, and impact objectives
Partner closely with your Account Executive and Applied AI counterparts in the Research and Life Sciences pod on shared account plans, bringing in Product, Support, and other teams as needed
Run the right Customer Success motion for each account and customer priority, whether that’s dedicated 1:1 engagement, cohort-based onboarding, hackathons and build days, office hours, or researcher communities
Become an expert in Anthropic’s products, especially Claude for Science, guiding organizations and their researchers and scientists to the right solutions and most impactful use cases
Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption, identifying optimization opportunities and new applications for Claude across your book of business
Develop and execute change management strategies suited to scientific and academic cultures, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and enablement that respects partner capacity, governance requirements, and decision-making processes
Guide partners through the technical and governance foundation for launch, including SSO and provisioning, workspace configuration, and data handling considerations for research and health data (such as HIPAA, IRB, and institutional data policies)
Own account and success plans and run Quarterly Impact Reviews that document and quantify value realized, such as research productivity, time-to-insight, and cost savings, and partner with Marketing on success stories and reference accounts
Establish the repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics that define what “great” looks like for customer success in life sciences at Anthropic
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or consulting
3+ years of experience in life sciences research, with exposure to new technologies as a catalyst for accelerating progress
Experience working directly with life sciences organizations, such as academic research institutions, research institutes, foundations, biotech, or pharma, and familiarity with how scientific research is conducted, funded, and governed
An understanding of the regulatory, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with an understanding of the expansion levers and success metrics for each
Experience managing dedicated strategic accounts and delivering one-to-many programs, with the judgment to choose the right motion for the customer priority at hand
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working as part of an account team with Sales and technical partners and advocating effectively for customer needs
Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns, and the ability to explain them to audiences ranging from bench scientists and computational researchers to institutional leadership. Familiarity with scientific data types, research workflows, or bioinformatics tooling is a strong plus
A data-driven, AI-first way of working, using adoption signals to guide decisions and building Claude-powered workflows into how you engage partners
Passion for both AI and accelerating scientific progress, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player

The Vault is an MPC-based crypto custody platform for institutional and retail clients, running threshold signing across HSM and Ledger hardware. We're scaling toward Series A, launching our productized platform in 2026, and publishing original cryptographic research alongside the product.
We're hiring a Staff Engineer to design and ship the custody platform's hardest backend code. This is a hands-on IC role with real technical leadership — no people management — where you drive non-trivial initiatives through code, RFCs, and mentorship.
You'll shape architecture in your area of ownership; platform-wide decisions sit with technical leadership. We're AI-forward (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex), and we need engineers who can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it misses — not just prompt it.
You'll naturally gravitate toward either the security-critical core (MPC, threshold signing, HSM/Ledger integration, key lifecycle) or the faster-moving periphery (chain adapters, integrations, APIs/SDKs).
What you'll do
Design, write, and ship critical platform components: policy engine, signing orchestration, key lifecycle workflows, recovery flows, approvals, audit trails, multi-tenant wallet and account services.
Lead non-trivial cross-cutting initiatives in your area — through written RFCs, design reviews, and code, not through hierarchy.
Build high-load, multi-tenant SaaS systems: tenant isolation, quotas, rate limits, backpressure, concurrency control, predictable latency under spikes.
Distributed systems & reliability: idempotency, retries, outbox/inbox, event-driven workflows, sagas and state machines, replay, graceful degradation.
Security-by-design: least privilege, secret handling, mTLS/JWT, tamper-evident logs, audit-ready data models — designed for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA scope from day one.
Performance & data: profiling, load testing, benchmarking, contention analysis, GC tuning; strong relational modelling (Postgres or equivalent), migrations, indexing, clear consistency boundaries.
AI-assisted development as a core competency: ship production code with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex; build the prompt and agent patterns that work for your area; contribute to the company's AI engineering practices; know when to use AI heavily (periphery, integrations, tests, docs) and when not to (cryptographic core, signing paths) where blind generation is unsafe.
Set patterns and shared libraries for the services your area touches; raise the bar through code review and example.
Own features end-to-end: design notes / RFCs, code, tests, observability, rollout, on-call. No "throw it over the wall" handoffs.
Mentor senior engineers: your reviews and your written designs are the strongest signal to the rest of the team.
Requirements
Must-have experience
Strong CS fundamentals — our primary screening criterion. You can reason from first principles about concurrency, distributed systems, consistency models, networking, and OS behaviour. You know not just what locks and channels do, but why and when. You understand what's happening under the hood, not only at the API level.
Ownership mindset. You've owned non-trivial production systems end-to-end — design, ship, measure, improve, on-call. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't ship code you don't understand.
10+ years backend engineering, including 3+ years operating at Staff level (or equivalent senior IC scope). Strong production experience in a modern systems language — Go, Rust, Java, C++, or comparable. Hands-on Go experience, or genuine readiness to ramp on Go in the first month.
Track record of Staff-level technical leadership through code, RFCs, and influence — without formal authority over teams. You can point to RFCs you wrote that the team adopted, initiatives you drove without being the manager, patterns you set that outlasted you.
Proven track record building high-load, multi-tenant SaaS in production (HA, incident response, SLOs).
Hands-on with modern backend stacks: gRPC/HTTP, queues/streams, caching, relational databases, Kafka/NATS or equivalent.
Strong testing discipline: unit/integration/contract tests, testability-first design, deterministic CI.
Strong observability habits: structured logging, metrics, tracing, end-to-end production debugging.
REQUIRED: production-grade use of modern AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable). You can point at what you've built with them. You read AI-generated code as a hostile reviewer, not a grateful recipient — you have instincts for what AI tends to get wrong, and you don't ship code you couldn't have written yourself.
Nice to have
Exposure to custody, wallets, or signing systems (MPC, HSM, TEE, key management, approvals).
Hardware wallet integration (Ledger).
Multiple blockchain ecosystems (EVM and Bitcoin minimum; Cosmos, Solana, others a plus).
Built custom agents, MCP integrations, or in-repo AI workflows that compounded a team's productivity.
Designed and run evals for AI-generated code (correctness, security, style).
Kubernetes and service mesh in production; SRE practices.
Regulated-environment experience (fintech, security audits, compliance-driven engineering).
Threat modelling and security review participation.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA — enough to design for them.
What this role is NOT
A people management role.
A pure architecture / whiteboard role. You write production code in this codebase every week, and platform-wide architectural ownership sits elsewhere.
A research-only cryptography role. You collaborate with our Cryptography Researcher; your focus is platform engineering, not protocol design.
Pure feature ticket execution. If you wait to be told what to do, this won't work.
Benefits
A Staff IC role with real technical leadership — no people management, no sprint mechanics gauntlet, no architecture-by-committee.
An AI-forward engineering culture with budget and autonomy for the tooling, models, and agents you need.
Direct peers in cryptography research, security architecture, product, and delivery — you're not the only senior voice in the room.
Fully remote, any time zone with reasonable overlap with EU/CIS hours.
Competitive comp at the Staff engineer band; equity participation; full benefits.
A product approaching Series A with paying institutional customers and a published cryptographic research line

SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum
About Flosum
Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator.
The Role
We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance.
This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level.
What You'll Own
You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity.
Preferred
Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling.
Why Flosum
You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision.

We launch new products, models and pricing often, and each launch has to work in our systems on day one. A seller needs to be able to quote it, Deal Desk needs to be able to approve it, billing needs to charge for it correctly, and Finance needs to report on it. This role owns how a launch gets into our quote-to-cash systems, from the first pricing conversation to the first invoice.
We are looking for someone who treats every launch as a change across many systems. You will join launch planning early, work out what has to change across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, tax and reporting, and get all of it ready before the launch date. You will build a good part of the Salesforce work yourself and partner with our Salesforce developers and Billing Engineering on the rest. You will be the named owner of the NPI process for systems, and the person Product, Pricing and Finance call when they want to know what it takes to launch something.
We are an AI-first systems team. You will use Claude as a normal part of how you design, build, test and document, and you will look for ways to make launches faster and more repeatable with AI.
Key responsibilities
Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, from the first pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle
Turn a pricing and packaging decision into concrete system changes: SKUs, price books, bundles, discount and approval rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes and reporting
Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook: intake, a readiness checklist, sign-offs, a launch calendar and a post-launch review
Join launch planning early with Product and Pricing. Push back on pricing ideas that cannot be quoted, billed or reported cleanly, and offer options that can
Design how new pricing models work end to end, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed and multi-year ramp pricing, and which system is the source of truth for each part
Plan the impact on existing customers: moving customers to new SKUs, grandfathering, amendments and co-termination, and how renewals will work
Own end-of-sale and retirement of products and prices, so old SKUs leave the catalog without breaking renewals, billing or reporting
Coordinate the changes across Salesforce, billing and our tax platform, working with the teams who own each system
Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal so each team signs off on what changes for them before launch
Make sure sellers and Deal Desk are ready on launch day, including quote templates, approval paths, guidance and enablement
Check every launch after it goes live: do quotes, orders, invoices and Finance reports match? Add the control or reconciliation that catches the gaps
Build and ship declarative solutions yourself where that is the right call, and write specs clear enough that developers can build the rest without several rounds of questions
Use AI to shorten launch cycles, for example generating catalog changes from a pricing spec, checking launch readiness, and testing quote and billing scenarios
Minimum qualifications
Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Q2C Systems Lead or similar role, with hands-on ownership of product and pricing launches
Experience launching new products or pricing models at a fast-growing company, owning the change across catalog, quoting, contracts and billing
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud or a similar CPQ tool, especially product and pricing data models, price books, bundles and approval rules
Working understanding of how a pricing decision flows into bookings, invoicing, tax and revenue recognition
Experience running a cross-functional process with many sign-offs (Product, Finance, Legal, Sales) and getting to launch on a fixed date
Hands-on Salesforce admin skills (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes) and comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution
Clear communication across Product, sellers, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and engineers, adjusting the level of detail for each
Preferred qualifications
Experience in GTM, revenue or finance systems roles
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, and with billing platforms such as Stripe, Metronome or Zuora
Experience moving existing customers onto new pricing, including migrations, grandfathering and amendments at scale
Experience with tax setup for new products (tax codes, tax engines such as Anrok or Avalara)
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and billing, ERP or provisioning systems, and comfort reading API payloads and integration logs
Basic SQL and comfort using a data warehouse to check launch data
Salesforce Administrator certification. CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus
Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude or similar) in how you design, build or document systems, and the ability to explain how you check their output

Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
