What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end.
Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
Be a thought partner on measurement.
Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.
Build scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
Develop deep domain expertise.
Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
Close reporting gaps.
Identify where coverage is missing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.
Raise the bar on data practices.
Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.
Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions.
Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years
of experience
in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
Cross-functional translation.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy and ownership.
Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
Automation mindset.
Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
AI Nativity.
Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
Making data accessible
. A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need. Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps — but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.
Modern data stack.
Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a cross‑functional group of app monetization subject matter experts who partner directly with RevenueCat customers and prospects. As part of the broader Customer Growth org, this team designs and implements high‑impact paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders and experimentation tools, then feeds learnings back into our product, templates, and educational content
You’ll also collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and advocacy teams to turn real‑world project outcomes into templates, case studies, webinars, and best‑practice guides for the broader app community
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?”
You will:
- Design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels
- Use RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and ship paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win‑back experiences for mobile apps across categories
- Translate brands and product value props into clear, compelling paywall layouts, messaging, and pricing presentations
- Lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects
- Run structured discovery with customers and prospects to understand their business model, audience, and constraints

- Partner with apps to launch multivariate tests and interpret results, using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tooling
- Codify patterns into reusable assets
- Distill what’s working across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns that can be implemented directly in RevenueCat’s builders
- Work with Product to inform our paywall components, presets, and default templates
- Create educational content with Advocacy & Marketing
- Collaborate with Growth Advocacy and Content teams to turn your project learnings into:
- Example paywalls and funnel templates

- Webinars, live reviews, and conference talks or workshops
- Participate in public‑facing sessions (e.g., teardown streams, office hours) as a visible expert on monetization UX
- Champion monetization UX best practices
- Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Support on paywall and funnel best practices they can bring into customer conversations
- Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on how practitioners use our builders in the wild, highlighting opportunities for new features, components, and workflows
ABOUT YOU
You’re a conversion‑focused designer who lives at the intersection of mobile product design, growth, and experimentation. You have a track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that move business metrics, not just portfolios
You have:
- Deep hands‑on experience with paywalls & funnels
- 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows (e.g., paywalls, onboarding, upgrade/upsell, win‑back, account limits)
- Experience either:
- At a mobile app studio / product team owning monetization UX, or
- At an agency/consultancy repeatedly designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for multiple apps
- Strong conversion & experimentation mindset
- Comfort defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans (e.g., CVR, trial start rate, activation, LTV)
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and iterate quickly
- Ability to balance conversion gains with long‑term user trust and platform guidelines
- Mobile‑first product design skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design chops for small screens and high‑stakes surfaces (like paywalls and purchase flows)
- Strong UX writing instincts for concise, value‑focused copy and pricing messaging
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and comfort translating designs into no‑code builder configurations
- Customer‑facing communication skills
- Confidence leading workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions with customers and prospects
- Ability to present options, pros/cons, and trade‑offs to both designers and non‑design stakeholders (founders, PMs, marketers)
- Great written communication for async collaboration in a remote team
- Values & ways of working
- You’re energized by our mission to help developers make more money
- You work iteratively and ship value quickly rather than waiting for perfection
- You have an ownership mentality: You see broken or unclear experiences and feel compelled to improve them
- You’re comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating across time zones
In your first month, you’ll:
- Learn RevenueCat’s products, especially paywalls, experiments, and analytics
- Join customer calls to understand our process and common challenges
- Audit a handful of existing customer paywalls and funnels and build your first recommendations
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own several customer projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through experiment analysis
- Ship multiple paywall and funnel variations using RevenueCat’s builders
- Partner with Advocacy/Content on at least one public asset (template, blog post, teardown, or webinar segment)
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Be the go‑to expert internally for monetization UX, paywall patterns, and funnel optimization
- Maintain and evolve an internal “playbook” of best practices and tested patterns
- Influence the roadmap for our paywall and experiment tooling based on patterns you see across customers
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Have materially improved conversion for a portfolio of customer apps, with clear before/after stories

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 WHY JOIN CARE OPS IN 2026? 🚀
You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"
Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.
Here is why this is the moment to join.
- People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaume-p-34602923/ as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.
- Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.
- Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).
We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.
What this means for the role you're joining:
- Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.
- Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.
- Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.
Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.
⭐ THE CARE OPS ROLE ⭐
The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.
We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.
You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.
One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.
Some of our missions include:
1/ Performance analytics and operational insights
- Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.
- Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.
- Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?
- Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes
- Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
- Challenge how we do things today.
3/ Tooling and AI
- Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.
- Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
You will excel as a Care Ops if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.
- Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.
- Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.
- Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.
- Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.
We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
