An engineering mindset that values systemic efficiency and developer empathy over rigid processes.
The autonomy to make decisions close to the problem and accountability for the team’s choices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate architectural debates and align diverse engineering stakeholders.
A commitment to quality and refusal to cut corners on platform stability for short-term fixes.
The resilience to guide teams through open-ended, complex scaling challenges.
What you’ll need
Experience leading engineering teams and large technical initiatives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Experience with developer infrastructure, build systems, CI/CD, or internal engineering platforms.
Understanding of software build systems and engineering workflows at scale.
Ability to evaluate technical proposals, facilitate architectural discussions, and help teams converge on pragmatic decisions.
A passion for improving developer productivity through tooling, automation, and platform development.
Experience with the following technologies would be nice to have:

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a disciplined, highly autonomous Middle Next.js Developer to build and ship product features for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will own features end to end across a TypeScript monorepo — a Next.js App Router client, a Fastify + Payload CMS API on PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare Workers at the edge — from the moment you receive a task, through breaking it down, estimating, implementing, testing, and observability, to a clean release to production and confirmation that it works for real users.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited for someone who treats production as the standard, not the finish line. Half-tested code, silent failures, and unverified AI-generated output are not acceptable. The codebase is convention-heavy — a layered Feature-Sliced Design structure with strict import rules — and you are expected to work inside those conventions rather than around them. You are accountable for every task you take on and for every area of the product you touch: if it breaks, regresses, or stays half-finished, that is yours to see through. We expect maximum autonomy and real involvement in the product — you work independently within a sprint, communicate risks before they become blockers, and escalate architectural decisions to senior engineers rather than guessing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FEATURE DEVELOPMENT
- Build features across the Next.js client and the Fastify + Payload CMS backend according to product requirements
- Write code that follows the team's Feature-Sliced Design layering, naming, and import conventions
- Ship changes behind feature flags and A/B experiments, fully localized across every supported locale
- Integrate third-party providers — billing, email/CRM, analytics — over REST APIs and webhooks
QUALITY & RELIABILITY
- Cover functionality with unit, integration, and e2e tests at the level the team expects
- Run a thorough self-review before code review, and review teammates' code with the same rigour
- Fix bugs and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Optimize page and endpoint performance — rendering and caching strategy, database queries, bundle size
SECURITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Apply secure development practices: schema validation, access control, safe handling of secrets
- Follow observability practices — structured logging, metrics, and alerts — using existing tooling
COLLABORATION
- Break down, estimate, and ship your own tasks to production within the sprint — and stay accountable for them after release
- Own the areas of the product you work in: their stability, performance, and follow-up fixes
- Surface requirement clarifications, estimate changes, and risks early and in writing
- Escalate complex architectural decisions and critical risks to senior engineers
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of commercial React experience, including 1+ year with Next.js (App Router, Server Components, route handlers, rendering and caching strategies) and solid TypeScript
- Node.js backend experience on a typed HTTP framework (Fastify, Nest, or Express) with PostgreSQL — REST API design, schema migrations, integrations over REST and webhooks (signature verification, idempotency, retries) — plus a working understanding of HTTP/REST, auth mechanisms, and web security fundamentals
- Hands-on with the modern client stack: TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form + Zod, Tailwind CSS, and a React component library such as HeroUI, MUI, or shadcn/ui
- Experience with a code-first headless CMS on PostgreSQL (Payload, Strapi, Directus, or equivalent) — collections, access control, generated types, migrations
- Testing and delivery discipline: e2e tests (Cypress or Playwright) and unit/integration tests (Vitest or Jest), Git flow, code review, working with CI
- Daily use of AI development tools (Claude Code or equivalents), including configuring them for a project — context, instructions, rules, MCP/integrations — with full ownership of the quality, security, and correctness of generated code
- English — B1+
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Owns the outcome — takes a task from requirement to production without waiting to be pushed, and stays accountable for the result and the area it touches
- Maximally autonomous and involved — needs a goal, not step-by-step instructions, and cares how the product performs, not just whether the ticket is closed
- Verifies before trusting — treats AI output, third-party responses, and your own code as unproven until tested
- Structured communicator — surfaces risks, blockers, and estimate changes early, in writing, in a remote team
- Knows the edge of their scope — escalates architectural and security decisions instead of improvising them
- Learns from incidents — fixes the root cause, not just the symptom

About Delinea:
Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle – across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities – including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines – assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise.
What You Will Own:
— Price and packaging architecture across the portfolio: tiering, licensing metrics, add-on structure, bundling.
— Proposal quality into the monthly Price Committee: analysis, financial model, recommendation, and action register through to closure.
— Discount governance, including band policy and guardrails.
— Monetization for new categories: NHI governance, AI agent identity, StrongDM, consumption-based licensing.
— Commercial readiness at launch, ensuring packaging and pricing ship with the product.
— The single source of truth for pricing, packaging and quoting guidance, partnering with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
— Price realization, attach rate and competitive position, informed by competitor pricing, market benchmarks and win/loss data.
What We Are Looking For:
— 12+ years across pricing strategy, monetization, product management or product marketing, including 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
— Experience building a monetization function where none existed: cadence, governance, documentation, analytical bench.
— Experience preparing and defending recommendations to a formal pricing committee or equivalent decision body.
— Demonstrated design of tiered packaging for enterprise software, strong financial modeling (pricing impact, ARR and expansion, discount optimization).
— Credibility with executive peers, holding a position on pricing under pressure without direct authority over sales or finance.
Strongly preferred:
— Cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint); exposure to NHI, machine identity or secrets management.
— Consumption-, usage-, or outcome-based pricing models alongside seat-based subscription.
— Working knowledge of CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus); pricing through M&A integration or a major commercial model transition. MBA a plus.
Why Now:
Pricing at Delinea has been carried by people doing it well alongside a full portfolio, and the surface area keeps growing. The opportunity is to make monetization a professional discipline, with a decision forum that already works. This role is built for owning monetization end-to-end rather than managing an approval queue.
Why work at Delinea?
— Meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
— Core values: Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, Global.
— Competitive salaries, meaningful bonus program, excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, time off plans, and paid company holidays.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Product Manager, Core People Technology
Location:
London |
Work model:
Hybrid |
Reports to:
Senior Manager, People Product
About the team
People Technology builds and runs the systems behind every hire, transfer, leave, pay change and offboard for our workforce across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our mission is to make the operational backbone of People Operations invisible when it works — reliable, compliant, and scalable across dozens of markets — so our people teams can focus on people, not process. This role sits on the People Product team, working alongside Business Systems Analysts, engineers and delivery leadership to bring product thinking to one of our highest-volume, highest-consequence surfaces.
About the role
Core is the Workday and HR platform surface that nearly every People Operations process runs through — pay, leave, employment status, right to work, and multi-country compliance for a global workforce. Demand structurally exceeds capacity, and requests arrive from every direction without a shared shape. You'll be the first dedicated product manager for this space, responsible for turning that inbound chaos into a defensible, well-communicated plan — and, over time, for building the intake, frameworks and partnerships that let the space run on systems rather than on you.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll be shaping tickets and sizing work alongside analysts and engineers, not managing from above.
What you'll be doing
Own the prioritised order of work for Core — building a clear, ranked plan, explaining the reasoning behind it, and being explicit about what's being deferred and why
Turn vague or incomplete partner requests into documented problems, mapped current-state processes, and testable outcomes
Partner directly and regularly with People Operations, Compliance, Payroll, Total Rewards and Business Systems Analysts, including holding "not now" conversations without damaging the relationship
Work hands-on with analysts and engineers to shape, size, and write tickets, keeping an accurate and current picture of committed, shipped, and carried-over work
Build and evolve the operating model across the analyst and engineering pod — the mechanisms, documentation and intake processes that let the space run with less coordination overhead
Use AI tools to accelerate translation of messy, multi-format, multi-language inbound requests into structured requirements and plans, while applying clear judgment about what should never be automated (anything touching pay, leave, employment status or right to work)
Escalate proactively on statutory or audit exposure, cross-space dependencies, and any trade-off that would move a compliance date
Report progress and delivery against plan to partners and leadership, including clear communication when outcomes fall short
Requirements
Experience owning a product or systems area end-to-end, with real decision rights over scope and sequencing — not co-ownership of a feature
Hands-on background with Workday or a comparable HRIS as a product manager or technical program manager, with genuine understanding of configuration, business processes, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to prioritise when demand structurally exceeds capacity, including a repeatable method (not just instinct) for deciding what to do and communicating what won't get done
Proven delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, comfortable starting when requirements are incomplete or undocumented
Experience translating a partner's requested solution into a well-defined problem, current-state understanding, and testable outcome
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, payroll, or other regulated/audit-exposed functions
Practical fluency with AI tools for requirements drafting, documentation, and structuring unstructured information, paired with sound judgment about where not to apply them
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighborhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

About the team
Engineering the future of customer support — at global scale
🌍
We believe exceptional customer service is more than just a feature, it’s a fundamental part of who we are. That’s why we’ve built our own internal support tooling from the ground up, tailored to help our customer, courier, and merchant support teams shine in every interaction.

About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the Terraform or Lambda that ships the fix, working on a product feature chasing a number until it reconciles, and influencing product decisions when cost to reliability tradeoffs hit. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
